Urban land subsidence threatens the safety of urban buildings and people's lives. The time series interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) technology can provide us with large-area, high-resolution, and high-precision ground deformation monitoring. In this study, the time series InSAR technology and the strategy with long- and short-time baseline networking are used to obtain the surface deformation along the line of sight of Nanchang City based on the six-year (from December 2015 to December 2021) Sentinel-1 data. Longer datasets and better baseline strategies allow us to obtain more stable deformation results of Nanchang City than other researchers. The results of surface deformation show that the overall surface of Nanchang City is stable, but there are several obvious subsidence funnels. We carried out a field survey on four areas with significant surface subsidence. We considered that these subsidence areas may be related to soil compaction, building construction, and groundwater extraction. Based on the surface deformation results around the subway line, we analyzed the impact of subway construction on the surface along the line and identified the sections that need to be focused on by the managers to prevent the deformation area from affecting the surrounding buildings and subway line operation safety. Urban space is the carrier of human social life, and its form plays an important role in urban development. We here employ space syntax model to analyse the urban morphology of Nanfeng in the city of Fuzhou, China during five time periods: the late Qing Dynasty, 1960, 2004, 2014, and 2021. Results show that the spatial form of Nanfeng has gone through three stages: concentrated development, axial development, and decentralized development. The spatial development of Nanfeng is concentrated in the south and dispersed in the north. The direction of the urban spatial form is consistent with the development direction of the integrated core centre, and the transfer of the urban center is synchronized with the evolution of the spatial form. The ancient city is centred on a 'cross' street structure with a relatively dense and complex internal spatial texture, and the overall space of the new city is sparse and has a grid-like form. Here, we reveal the development patterns of urban spatial forms under urbanization, and provide guidance for the protection of ancient cities and the sustainable development of new cities as well as for urban spatial optimization. Cationic methylene blue (MB) capture with classical Cu-BTC is definitely restricted and challenged by its water instability issue. Thus the structural stability of Cu-BTC in the presence of moisture is a crucial issue that has to be urgently resolved. In the present special contribution, we propose a novel strategy to grow mesoporous SiO2 on the surface of microporous Cu-BTC to prepare a (mesoporous SiO2)-on-(microporous Cu-BTC) composite by a facile hydrothermal synthesis method, exhibiting remarkable hydrothermal stability and MB capture ability. These novel SiO2-on-(Cu-BTC) composites were systematically characterized and their structural differences compared through powder X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption–desorption, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, etc. Thanks to its permeable mesoporous SiO2 shell, exposed active sites on the Cu-BTC surface, and protective shell, this (mesoporous SiO2)-on-(microporous Cu-BTC) exhibited higher MB adsorption stability than pure Cu-BTC crystal, impressively retaining its structural integrity, even when soaked in neutral, strong acidic, strong alkali, or boiling aqueous conditions. Our work could open up a novel design concept and synthetic strategy to construct other stable MOF-based adsorbents, promoting their potential development in wastewater purification. Oncolytic virotherapies are perceived as remarkable immunotherapies coming into view and represent highly promising cancer treatments, yet to figure out its specific immune responses and underlying barriers remains critical. Albeit recent studies have demonstrated that oncolytic viruses (OVs) could fine tune tumor microenvironment (TME) to elicit tumor suppression mainly due to effective T‐cell responses, the interaction between suppressive T cells and OVs is barely undetermined. Herein, we found that regulatory T cells (Treg cells) were increased in the TME following systemic administration of oncolytic virus M1 along with the higher expression of relative cytokines and chemokines in both mouse RM‐1 prostatic carcinoma model and mouse B16F10 melanoma model. Besides, Treg cells expressed high levels of CD25 post‐M1 treatment, and its suppressive effect on CD8+ T cells was also elevated. Depletion of Treg cells in M1‐treated groups significantly reinforced antitumor effect of M1. Specific targeting of Treg cells using cytotoxic T lymphocyte‐associated protein 4 (CTLA‐4) antibody (Ab) in combination with M1 treatment elicited a more profound tumor suppression and longer overall survival time than M1 alone in both tumor models. Moreover, CTLA‐4 Ab further aggrandized antitumor immune response elicited by M1, including increased infiltration of CD45+ immune cells and CD8+ or CD4+ T lymphocytes, decreased ratio of Treg cells to CD4+ T lymphocytes, the intensified lymphocytotoxicity and elevated secretion of cytotoxic cytokines like interferon‐γ, granzyme B and perforin. Therefore, our findings constituted a suggestive evidence that targeting Treg cells in M1‐based oncolytic virotherapy may achieve a highly response in clinical cancer research. Intervention mapping (IM) is a planning approach that reflects the intricate decision-making process involved in the design of behavior interventions. The development and implementation of IM is complex in preventing HIV/AIDS transmission. Therefore, it is significant to conduct a perfect preliminary work to successfully implement HIV/AIDS prevention. The objectives of this review were to collect and evaluate the data of the first three steps using IM to prevent HIV/AIDS transmission, and summarize the key points in the preliminary steps of IM. A total of 18 studies were identified, and six studies completely described the tasks in the first three steps of IM. Three studies described the logic model of the problem (n = 3). Six studies reported the matrix of behavior changes (n = 6), including personal and environmental determinants. Among the selected determinants, most studies reported the personal level determinants (self-efficacy and skills, knowledge, attitudes, and norms). The most used practical applications in reducing HIV/AIDS risk behaviors were video roles (n = 8) and role-model stories (n = 5). The review may be helpful for healthcare professionals to carefully design and implement the key procedures of the first three steps of the IM programs for people with HIV/AIDS in preventing HIV/AIDS transmission.
