Objective Elastic strip is a critical component of rail vibration reduction fasteners, its mechanical performance and fatigue-load bearing capacity are crucial for urban rail transit train operational safety and track service life. Given the frequent occurrence of elastic strip failures, it is necessary to analyze the fracture causes and develop reasonable treatment measures. Method Based on the concentrated fracture of elastic strips in an urban rail transit line section, the fracture type of elastic strips is determined as fatigue fracture through analysis of the breakage. Since chemical composition and physical property analysis of elastic strips fails to reveal any abnormal conditions, the natural frequency of the elastic strips is obtained through simulation and experimental analysis. The vibration characteristics of the track and elastic strips are determined through track dynamic testing in elastic strip fractured section. Based on this, rail corrugation is identified as the main cause of repeated elastic strip fractures. Reasonable treatment measures are formulated accordingly, and the number of elastic strip fractures before and after treatment is statistically analyzed. Result & Conclusion Rail grinding measures can effectively suppress rail corrugation, significantly reducing elastic strip fracture occurrence, further confirming rail corrugation as the main cause of elastic strip fractures.

In order to understand the dynamic changes of non-volatile metabolites in Xinyang Maojian tea during processing, Xinyang Maojian tea samples from Xinyang tea population (Camellia sinensis cv. Quntizhong) taken during processing were systematically analyzed by non-targeted metabolomics. A total of 1 000 non-volatile metabolites were identified, and multivariate statistical analysis showed that non-volatile metabolites changed significantly during the processing stages after fixation. Meanwhile, a total of 53 differential compounds were screened out, including amino acids, catechins, flavonoid glycosides, lipids, purine nucleosides and organic acids that were identified as the key components contributing to the flavor and quality of Xinyang Maojian tea. In particular, the relative contents of some acylated flavonoid glycosides, lysophosphatidyls and purine nucleosides were significantly elevated during the processing stages after fixation. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) metabolic pathway enrichment analysis showed that the differential compounds were significantly enriched in the pathways of purine metabolism, glycerophospholipid metabolism, phenylalanine metabolism, aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis, phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan biosynthesis, and glycine, serine and threonine metabolism (P < 0.05). This study provides a basis for understanding the formation mechanism of the flavor and quality of Xinyang Maojian tea.

Scars are fibrous tissues that replace normal tissue during the wound healing process. Scarring can lead to low self‐esteem, social impairment, depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric and psychological distress, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the latest perspectives, topical research, and directions in scarring‐mental health. This is a biblioshiny and VOSviewer based bibliometric analysis study. All data were obtained from the Web of Science, and a total of 664 articles from 2003 to 2022 met the criteria. The last 7 years have been a period of rapid growth in the field, with 2022 having the highest number of articles. The United States is the core country with the highest production and citation rate. The most cited literature was written in 2003 by Van Loey NE et al. Van Loey NE is the most prolific and influential author in this field. The top five popular keywords include "quality of life", "depression", "management", "anxiety", and "prevalence". The paper concludes that the current focus of scholars in the field is on the treatment of scars and that multidisciplinary treatment of such patients is worth exploring.
