Engineering activities along the Sichuan–Tibet Railway (STR) could cause land degradation and threaten the surrounding ecological security. It is crucial to evaluate the integrated land ecology during and after the construction of this project. This study assesses the land ecology along the STR corridor from 2000 to 2022 using a transfer matrix, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the PSR-TOPSIS model. The main results are as follows: (1) The novel comprehensive ecological assessment process including nine indicators is feasible. (2) The high-quality land ecological, surface vegetation, and environmental regions were concentrated in Ya'an and Nyingchi, whereas the low-quality regions were situated in Qamdo and Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. (3) There was an overall decline in the integrated land ecological quality along the STR from 2000 to 2022. While it steadily improved in the Ya'an and Nyingchi regions from 2010 to 2022, it continued to decline around the Qamdo region. (4) The most degraded land-use type during the 22 years was grassland, and farmland was the most secure land-use type. Overall, spatial analyses and examinations of residue disposal sites suggested that these locations have negatively impacted integrated land ecology since the beginning of the STR construction project. An innovative method for synthesizing optimum difference patterns of the spherical sensor array is introduced, along with a sidelobe tapering technique. Firstly, we suggest employing the spherical harmonics of degree ±1 to synthesize the spherical array difference pattern; secondly, we study the mapping relationship between the difference pattern of the spherical sensor array and the difference pattern of the uniformly spaced linear array (ULA) with odd-numbered elements; finally, we enhance the Zolotarev difference pattern, which is a counterpart to the Dolph–Chebyshev sum pattern that traditionally allows synthesis only for ULA with even-numbered elements. Our modification extends its applicability to synthesize difference patterns for ULA with odd-numbered elements. Leveraging the optimal difference pattern, a generalized Bayliss difference pattern synthesis method designed for the ULA with odd-numbered elements is further proposed. Graphene geometric diodes, with applications in THz detection, energy harvesting, and high‐speed rectification, have been previously constrained by graphene quality and geometry feature size. This study presents significant advancements in graphene geometric diodes by employing the h‐BN/monolayer graphene/h‐BN heterojunction and extremely precise electron beam lithography. Two distinct designs of graphene geometric diodes with neck widths of 23 and 26 nm are fabricated, the superior of which demonstrated an asymmetry ratio of 1.97, a zero bias current responsivity of 0.6 A W−1, and a voltage responsivity of 12,000 V W−1, setting new benchmarks for such devices. Integrating this device into a rectification circuit, the experimentally validate that the rectified DC output voltage can be dynamically modulated and even inverted through adjustments to the diode's gate voltage. This behavior aligns seamlessly with graphene's intrinsic tunability of charge carriers, implying promising prospects for the device's application in advanced logic circuits, bidirectional switches, and signal modulation/demodulation techniques. Magnetization switching driven by magnons is a promising technology capable of substantially decreasing energy dissipation and potential damage to spintronic devices. In this study, we investigated the temperature-dependent magnon torque effect in SrIrO3/NiO/ferromagnetic multilayers. It is found that the magnon-mediated damping-like spin–orbit torque (SOT) efficiency decreases with increasing temperature. Enhanced magnon transmission was observed in the vicinity of the blocking temperature of the NiO layer, which can be ascribed to the amplification of damping-like SOT efficiency by the spin fluctuations. More importantly, we have demonstrated that the magnon-mediated SOT is an effective method to manipulate a perpendicular magnetization, particularly using a critical switching current density that is pretty low, as evidenced by ∼ 4 × 105 A/cm2 for SrRuO3/NiO/SrIrO3 trilayers in this study. Historically,there have been many restorations and explorations of the structure of the Houfeng seismograph,but there are unreasonable points. This has caused the public and some scholars to question its authenticity,so a reasonable principle model needs to be proposed. We found a stable inverted pendulum structure that does not require the use of springs. It have a low natural frequency while ensuring the size and manufacturing process in line with historical facts,and can be used to develop the Houfeng seismograph that meets the requirements of the later Han. And we simulated the structure in matlab. The result proves that the structure can respond to the seismic wave and issue a warning. It is a reasonable model of the Houfeng seismograph.
