This study combines photovoltaic (PV) technology with rural revitalization, constructs a new long-term mechanism by using a BOT model, and applies fuzzy number processing to the model of the real option method to dig out the potential value of the project. Based on the field research of X county, the article comprehensively analyzes the PV power generation project in terms of economic and social benefits and its impact on poverty alleviation. The results show that the total benefit of X county can reach 3720.34 million yuan in 30 years, and the average annual benefit is about 124.011 million yuan. The full power generation capacity of the project is 4,987 MWh, and the total income from electricity sales reaches 471,985,000 yuan. The PV power project has contributed significantly to environmental protection, with reductions in carbon dust, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides of 12.12 billion tons, 44.61 billion tons, 13.77 billion tons, and 750 million tons, respectively. The study also found that villages with larger administrative territory and suitable topographic conditions are more ideal for establishing large-scale PV ground power plants to help alleviate poverty. Meanwhile, villages with good grid quality are more efficient in reducing poverty when implementing PV poverty alleviation programs. This study provides an innovative perspective for village revitalization strategies and demonstrates the great potential of PV technology in promoting village economic development and environmental protection.

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a prevalent genetic disorder that significantly impairs mobility, particularly in the spine, sacroiliac, and peripheral joints. Recent evidence highlights early involvement of the sternoclavicular joint in SpA, which may serve as an initial indicator. Diagnosis often relies on CT and MRI, neglecting ultrasound's potential in identifying SpA‐related sternoclavicular arthritis. This review focuses on the joint's anatomy, exploring ultrasound's diagnostic and therapeutic role in SpA‐related sternoclavicular arthritis, aiming to provide insights for future ultrasound applications in SpA management. Adzuki bean, an important legume crop, exhibits poor tolerance to low temperatures. To investigate the effect of exogenous abscisic acid (ABA) on the physiological metabolism and yield resistance of adzuki bean under low-temperature stress, we conducted a potted experiment using Longxiaodou 4 (LXD 4) and Tianjinhong (TJH) as test materials and pre-sprayed with exogenous ABA at flowering stage continuously for 5 days with an average of 12°C and an average of 15°C, respectively. We found that, compared with spraying water, foliar spraying exogenous ABA increased the activities of antioxidants and the content of non-enzymatic antioxidants, effectively inhibited the increase of malondialdehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) content, O2-· production rate. Exogenous ABA induced the activation of endogenous protective mechanisms by increasing antioxidant enzymes activities such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT), as well as elevated levels of non-enzymatic antioxidants including ascorbic acid (ASA) and glutathione (GSH). Moreover, the yield loss of 5.81%-39.84% caused by chilling stress was alleviated by spraying ABA. In conclusion, foliar spraying exogenous ABA can reduce the negative effects of low-temperature stress on the yield of Adzuki beans, which is essential to ensure stable production of Adzuki beans under low-temperature conditions. Kaplan turbine units can adjust their blades to achieve wider outputs without a significant loss of efficiency. The combination of guide vane angle (GVA) and blade angle (BA) is selected based on efficiency curves obtained from cam tests. However, the vibration characteristics are not considered in the test. The vibration and flow characteristics are complex with different combinations of guide vane and blade angles. Different cam relation selection principles lead to varying machine vibration and flow characteristics. In this research, the flow and vibration characteristics were obtained by means of field test and numerical simulation. Vibration, pressure pulsation, and other stability indicators have been extracted and investigated under off-cam conditions. The flow and variation rules of different indicators have been thoroughly researched. The findings suggest that the magnitude of vibration in the X direction surpassed that in the Y direction for the head cover, upper frame, and lower frame under 22 experimental conditions. The disparity between the head cover and upper frame in both directions was not significant, whereas a substantial contrast existed between the lower frame in the X and Y directions. The calculation results indicate that when the guide vane angle was small, vortices appeared near the high-pressure edge of the runner in the vaneless region and caused disorganized flow lines in the runner, and this complex vortex behavior led to multiple frequency components in the pressure pulsation frequency domain.
