To solve the bottleneck problem of resource utilization and user experience quality in mobile communication networks, 5G introduces network slicing to cope with the huge resource demand of users. To further improve the quality of service for users with different needs, a new fairness definition based on service level objective is introduced. On this basis, a network slicing dynamic resource scheduling strategy based on the greedy algorithm is designed, and the actual application scenarios of slicing scheduling and user scheduling are simplified into a two-layer model, namely the slicing-user model, and combined with the greedy algorithm to make the service weight value. Combine the largest slice and the user with the highest priority, and complete the matching service. The advantage of this method is various system resources can be fairly allocated according to the same proportion to users. Through the optimal combination of each slice and user, the resources of the entire system can be fairly allocated to users with different needs. Python simulation results showed that the newly proposed network slicing dynamic resource scheduling mechanism based on the greedy algorithm can meet the different needs of users and achieve short term fairness, where the users get a fair share of the resource by each missing their SLO by a similar percentage, so as to better meet the needs of users. För att lösa flaskhalsproblemet med resursanvändning och användarupplevelsekvalitet i mobilkommunikationsnät introducerar 5G nätverksskivning för att klara användarnas enorma resursbehov. För att ytterligare förbättra servicekvaliteten för användare med olika behov införs en ny rättvisedefinition baserad på servicenivåmål. På grundval av detta utformas en dynamisk resursplaneringsstrategi för nätverksskivning baserad på den giriga algoritmen, och de faktiska applikationsscenarierna för skivningsplanering och användarschemaläggning förenklas till en tvåskiktsmodell, nämligen skivningsanvändarmodellen, och kombineras med girig algoritm för att göra tjänstens viktvärde. Kombinera den största delen och användaren med högsta prioritet och slutför motsvarande tjänst. Fördelen med denna metod är att olika systemresurser kan fördelas rättvist enligt samma andel, och genom den bästa kombinationen av varje segment och användare kan hela systemets resurser fördelas rättvist till användare med olika behov. Pythons simuleringsresultat visar att den nyligen föreslagna nätverksskärningsdynamiska resursplaneringsmekanismen baserad på den giriga algoritmen kan tillgodose användarnas olika behov och uppnå kortsiktig rättvisa där användarna får en rättvis andel av resursen genom att var och en saknar sin SLO med en liknande procentsats , för att bättre möta användarnas behov.

The atmospheric precipitable water vapour (PWV) plays a crucial role in the hydrological cycle and energy transfer on a global scale. Radiosonde (RS), sunphotometer (SP) and GPS (as well as broader GNSS) receivers have gradually been the principal instruments for ground-based PWV observation. This study first co-locates the observation stations configured the three instruments in the globe and in three typical latitudinal climatic regions respectively, then the PWV data from the three instruments are matched each other according to the observing times. After the outliers are removed from the matched data pairs, the PWV intercomparisons for any two instruments are performed. The results show that the PWV estimates from any two instruments have a good agreement with very high correlation coefficients. The latitude and climate have no significant influence on the PWV measurements from the three instruments, indicating that the instruments are very stable and depend on their performance. The PWV differences of any two instruments display the normal distribution, indicating nonsystematic biases among the two PWV datasets. The relative differences between SP and GPS are the smallest, the middle between SP and RS, and those between GPS and RS are the largest. This study will be useful to promote GPS (GNSS) and SP PWV to be a substitute for RS PWV as a benchmark because of their high temporal resolutions. Atmosfeska vsebnost vodne pare v stolpcu zraka PWV (angl. precipitable water vapor) je globalno izrednega pomena tako z vidika hidriloškega kroženja kot prenosa energije. Radiosonde, sončni fotometer in sprejemniki GPS (pa tudi širše GNSS) so postali temeljni instrumenti za terestrično opazovanje PVW. Pri študiji smo imeli na voljo vse tri instrumente, ki so bili hkrati nameščeni na opazovalnih postajah, ki so geografsko pokrivale tri tipične podnebne pasove. Podatke PWV z vseh instrumentov smo združili glede na čas opazovanj. Po tem, ko smo odstranili izstopajoča opazovanja, smo izvedli primerjavo vrendosti PWV za vsak par opazovanj različnih instrumentov. Ugotavljamo, da geografska širina in podnebje ne vplivata pomembneje na vrednosti PWV, pridobljene z radiosondažo, z opazovanji GPS ali opazovanji s fotometrom. Odstopanja v vrednostih PWV za katerikoli par instrumentov so normalno porazdeljena, kar pomeni, da v podatkih PWV ni sistematičnih pogreškov. Relativne razlike med vrednostmi PWV, pridobljenimi z radiosondažo in opazovanji GPS, so najmanjše, nekoliko večje so razlike med vrendostmi, pridobljenimi z radiosondažo in fotometrijo, največje razlike pa so med vrednostmi, pridobljenimi z opazovanji GPS in radiosondažo. Študija je zanimiva za spodbujanje uporabe sprejemnikov GPS (GNSS) in fotometrov za določanje vrednosti PWV namesto radiosondaže, saj takšna opazovanja omogočajo tudi visoko časovno ločljivost.

Media construction of major terrorist attacks has received much attention ever since the 1970s in the field of Communication Sciences. Recently, investigations of media participation in the framing process of terrorist attacks have highlighted media’s role in the meaning-making of the attacks and the construction of identity, opposition and confrontation after the attack, indicating the relations of media to the attacked country, the authorities, the readership and terrorism. This thesis tries to analyze a specific discursive phenomenon “country-bashing” in a relational way with other discourses in terms of identity construction and value conflicts in media construction of the terrorist attacks in London (2005) and Paris (November 2015). The aim is to investigate how country-bashing is related to the core idea of media framing of the terrorist attacks. We start from identifying the emphasized frames with quantitative thematic analysis and cluster analysis on four British national daily newspapers, and the case studies of two terrorist attacks are conducted with a discursive approach of framing analysis.In this thesis, eight emphasized frames are identified, which consist a schematic model of media construction of terrorist attacks. The case study on London attacks reveals that country-bashing is focused on political actors and religious minority (suspected community), which facilitates the problem definition and responsibility attribution and finally promote the framing of “war provokes revenge”. In the case of the Paris attacks, France-bashing is a dynamic discursive system which contains an interplay of different types of bashing, shifting with the interpretative framework of event construction (from local context to European context).The thesis concluds that the phenomenon of “country-bashing” is a dynamic (re)construction of relations among the people, the country and the “other”. We summarize 4 types bashing within this discursive system, which are actor country- bashing, policy-bashing, negative branding (places) and systematic bashing. While the first two types of bashing can lead to a complete causality to terror attacks, the latter two provides a fragmented reading and open to further meaning-making. The purpose of this dissertation is to present how online marketing tools influence customer relationship management (CRM) in a Business to Business (B to B) company. After reviewing the relevant theories, a frame of reference for client relations through the internet is selected from the research of Bauer et al (2002). Six key characteristics of internet were discussed in order to reveal their impact on CRM. Meanwhile, three variables, which are commitment, satisfaction, and trust, are explored to measure the concept CRM. Both qualitative and quantitative research are used in this study, through analyzing the company’s internal documents, the authors come to a conclusion that the internet tool could improve customer satisfaction, commitment and trust, so as to improve customer relationship. Environmental management started late in China and it is since 1990s that more and more attention was paid to environmental management in China's mineral industry. The paper reviews China's regulatory framework and practices of environmental management in mineral industry and identifies the weaknesses of current laws and regulations, inefficient environmental administration, inadequate corporate environmental management of mining companies as well as poor public participation in environmental management. With reference to successful experiences home and abroad, the paper offers concrete suggestions for the realization of more effective environmental management in China's mineral industry. These suggestions include defining uniform environmental management standards, streamlining powers and responsibilities of government agencies, motivating mining companies' initiatives in fulfilling their environmental commitments as well as encouraging public participation in all phases of environmental management.

Subjective listening tests of the spatial cues interaural time difference (ITD), interaural level difference (ILD), and interaural coherence (IC) from 20 Hz to 15500 Hz are presented. To obtain the just noticeable difference (JND) of the cues, which is an indication of spatial hearing significance, we expand raw test data by the bootstrap method. The tests show the spatial cues have frequency dependence at different extent, implying a frequency-aware cue selection scheme is more economic in spatial stereo coding.
