The artificial intelligence (AI) technology with supreme capacity of big data integration and management have been used in digital diagnosis and clinical treatment,which have greatly facilitated the development of clinical oncology and precision medicine. AI technology is far superior to human beings in big data integration and analysis, so has been widely applied in pathological image analysis, molecular marker discovery, clinical decision support, drug discovery and recommendation and so on. In recent years, many remarkable achievements have been made in the field. This review discussed the latest applications of AI-assisted precision cancer diagnosis and treatment, highlighted emerging challenges, and predicted the development trend in the future.

Objective: To solve the problem that the thickness and tightness of the rhizopus brick by traditional mechanical stamping JIUQU starter press were different, so as to achieve the effect of manual trampling on the liquor. Methods: Through the analysis of the existing JIUQU starter press machine in the distillery, the transmission mechanism of the mechanical stamping JIUQU starter press machine was optimized, the original crank connecting rod mechanism that controlled the movement of the JIUQU starter die was replaced by the groove cam mechanism, and the cam profile curve was inversely calculated according to the relationship between the JIUQU starter press force and the compression amount of the JIUQU starter press material, and the eleventh degree polynomial cam profile curve that conforms to the compression deformation of the JIUQU starter press material was constructed. Results: Compared with the original mechanism, it can reduce the movement time of non working stage by 75.09% and increase the movement time of working stage by 192.60%. Conclusion: After the optimization design, the JIUQU starter press force is matched with the compression amount of JIUQU starter and the effect of the optimal of best JIUQU starter press is achieved.

Clonal integration is an important ecological advantage of clonal plants. To ask whether clonal integration can help invasive plants escape space limitations, we tested the hypothesis that it can promote the growth of apical ramets when their connected basal ramets grow in limited space. We conducted a greenhouse experiment on the common perennial herb Hydrocotyle vulgaris. Clonal fragments consisting of pairs of connected ramets grew with basal ramets in three different sizes of pots (small, medium, and large) and apical ramets in large pots, and the connection between ramets was either severed or left intact. Pot size significantly affected the growth of basal ramets such that the biomass, number of leaves and flowers, and stolon length were in general greater in medium pots than in large and small pots when stolons were intact and were greater in medium and large pots than in small pots when stolons were severed. Furthermore, pot size interacted with severance to affect the performance of H. vulgaris. When the basal ramets grew in small pots, the intact stolon resulted in a significant promotion of apical ramet growth, but such positive effect was not found when the basal ramets grew in medium and large pots. Our results suggest that H. vulgaris is able to promote the growth of apical ramets to occupy the surrounding areas through clonal integration when the space where basal ramets grow is limited. Introduction Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a debilitating and pervasive mental illness with a 12-month and a lifetime prevalence of 6.6% and 16.2% respectively. (1) The disorder is the third [...], Background: Multiple meta-analyses of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) studies have reported impaired white matter integrity in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD). However, owing to inclusion of medicated patients in these studies, it is difficult to conclude whether these reported alterations are associated with MDD or confounded by medication effects. A meta-analysis of DTI studies on medication-free (medication-naive and medication washout) patients with MDD would therefore be necessary to disentangle MDD-specific effects. Methods: We analyzed white matter alterations between medication-free patients with MDD and healthy controls using anisotropic effect size-signed differential mapping (AES-SDM). We used DTI query software for fibre tracking. Results: Both pooled and subgroup meta-analyses in medication washout patients showed robust fractional anisotropy (FA) reductions in white matter of the right cerebellum hemispheric lobule, body of the corpus callosum (CC) and bilateral superior longitudinal fasciculus III (SLF III), whereas FA reductions in the genu of the CC and right anterior thalamic projections were seen in only medication-naive patients. Fibre tracking showed that the main tracts with observed FA reductions included the right cerebellar tracts, body of the CC, bilateral SLF III and arcuate fascicle. Limitations: The analytic techniques, patient characteristics and clinical variables of the included studies were heterogeneous; we could not exclude the effects of nondrug therapies owing to a lack of data. Conclusion: By excluding the confounding influences of current medication status, findings from the present study may provide a better understanding of the underlying neuropathology of MDD.

Introduction Major depressive disorder (MDD), one of the most common psychiatric disorders, involves not only profound dys-regulation of affect and mood, but also cognitive dysfunction, sleep and appetite disturbance, fatigue, [...], Background: Published meta-analyses of resting-state regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) studies of major depressive disorder (MDD) have included patients receiving antidepressants, which might affect brain activity and thus bias the results. To our knowledge, no metaanalysis has investigated regional homogeneity changes in medication-free patients with MDD. Moreover, an association between regional homogeneity and rCBF has been demonstrated in some brain regions in healthy controls. We sought to explore to what extent resting-state rCBF and regional homogeneity changes co-occur in the depressed brain without the potential confound of medication. Methods: Using the effect-size signed differential mapping method, we conducted 2 meta-analyses of rCBF and regional homogeneity studies of medicationfree patients with MDD. Results: Our systematic search identified 14 rCBF studies and 9 regional homogeneity studies. We identified conjoint decreases in resting-state rCBF and regional homogeneity in the insula and superior temporal gyrus in medication-free patients with MDD compared with controls. Other changes included altered resting-state rCBF in the precuneus and in the frontal- limbic-thalamicstriatal neural circuit as well as altered regional homogeneity in the uncus and parahippocampal gyrus. Meta-regression revealed that the percentage of female patients with MDD was negatively associated with resting-state rCBF in the right anterior cingulate cortex and that the age of patients with MDD was negatively associated with rCBF in the left insula and with regional homogeneity in the left uncus. Limitations: The analysis techniques, patient characteristics and clinical variables of the included studies were heterogeneous. Conclusion: The conjoint alterations of rCBF and regional homogeneity in the insula and superior temporal gyrus may be core neuropathological changes in medication-free patients with MDD and serve as a specific region of interest for further studies on MDD.

Reactions exchanging the cation in ( nBu4N)[Ni(dmit)2] to cis-cyclohexane-1,4-diammonium ( cis-CHDA) in the presence of [18]crown-6, benzo[18]crown-6 (B[18]crown-6) and dibenzo[18]crown-6 (DB[18]crown-6) yielded crystals of the monovalent [Ni(dmit)2] complex, namely ( cis-CHDA)([18]crown-6)2[Ni(dmit)2]2 ( 1), ( cis-CHDA)(B[18]crown-6)2[Ni(dmit)2]2 ( 2) and ( cis-CHDA)(DB[18]crown-6)2[Ni(dmit)2]2 ( 3). The two ammonium groups (-NH3+) of the cis-CHDA dication at axial and equatorial positions interact with oxygen atoms of the corresponding upper and lower crown ethers to form sandwich-type supramolecular cationic structures. The lateral [Ni(dmit)2]− anion arrangements through S-S contacts along the short and long axis of [Ni(dmit)2] anions were realised in crystals of 1, 2, and 3 by the asymmetrical cis-CHDA dication. Objective: To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of chemotherapy regimen containing Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor in the treatment of relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma (R/R MCL)., Methods: The clinical data of 134 patients with R/R MCL were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics of patients and effect of chemotherapy regimen on efficacy, overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were observed., Results: The median age of the patients was 58(56-61) years old, and male to female ratio was about 2.9∶1. Patients with Ann Arbor stage III-IV accounted for 77.6%, extranodal involvement > 2 for 43.3%, bone marrow involvement for 60.4%, gastrointestinal involvement for 24.6%, and hepatosplenomegaly for 38.1%. The median follow-up time was 30 (2-103) months, overall response rate (ORR) was 41.8%, 3-year PFS was not reached, and 3-year and 5-year OS rate was 62.7% and 53.8%, respectively. The ORR of BTK inhibitor group was 56.9%, which was higher than 32.5% of non-BTK inhibitor group ( P =0.006). The difference was statistically significant in PFS between the two groups ( P =0.002), but was not in OS (P>0.05). The difference was statistically significant in OS between classical and special morphology ( P < 0.001), but was not in PFS ( P >0.05). Ki-67 was an influencing factor for OS and PFS. Multivariate analysis showed that Ki-67, B symptoms, MIPI score, and Ann Arbor stage were independent prognostic factors affecting patients' OS. The second-line treatment regimen was an independent prognostic factor affecting patients' PFS., Conclusions: The chemotherapy regimen containing BTK inhibitors can effectively improve the efficacy and prolong the PFS of R/R MCL patients. Ki-67, B symptoms, MIPI score, and Ann Arbor stage are independent prognostic factors for R/R MCL patients.
