With the increasing importance of subways in urban public transportation systems, pedestrian flow simulation for supporting station management and risk analysis becomes more necessary. There is a need to calibrate the simulation model parameters with real-world pedestrian flow data to achieve a simulation closer to the real situation. This study presents a calibration approach based on YOLOv5 for calibrating the simulation model parameters in the social force model inserted in Anylogic. This study compared the simulation results after model calibration with real data. The results show that (1) the parameters calibrated in this paper can reproduce the characteristics of pedestrian flow in the station; (2) the calibration model not only decreases global errors but also overcomes the common phenomenon of large differences between simulation and reality. Abstract: The environment and human serve as elaborate hosts to microbes, including a diversity of commensal and pathogenic bacteria that contribute to both health and disease. 16S rRNA genes are used for community profiling, or determining the abundance of each kind of microbe. The aim of our study is to analyze the similarity among microbial communities on the functional state, after assigned 16S rRNA sequences from all microbial communities to species. It''s an important addition to the species-level relationship between two compared communities, and can quantify their differences in function. To accomplish this aim, we downloaded all functional annotation data of microbiota from related datasets. It''s developed to identify the functional distribution and the significantly enriched functional categories of microbial communities. Exploration of the function relationship between two sets of species assemblages will be a key result of microbiome studies and may provide new insights into assembly of a wide range of ecosystems. The development of highly catalytic activity, low-cost and environmentally friendly catalysts is crucial for the use of advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) to treat organic pollutants. In this study, to reduce costs, enhance catalytic activity and avoid secondary pollution form metal ions, pomelo peel was used as raw material, combined with surface crystallization, carbon layer protection and heat treatment technology to effectively construct AOPs catalyst that can efficiently activate peroxymonosulfate (PMS) to degrade harmful organic pollutants. Under the optimal conditions, the Co/BC-PMS system can degrade about 100 % of tetracycline (TC, a spectral antibiotic) within 5 min, and the degradation rate of TC can still reach 100 % even if Co/BC (cobalt anchored on biochar) was reused for 6 times. The Co/BC-PMS system can resist complex environmental conditions, including acidic solution, alkaline solution, coexisting ions, different water quality, and is universal for the degradation of most organic pollutants. The integrated purification column with Co/BC as the core realizes the continuous and complete degradation of organic pollutants and has the ability of practical application. Radical capture and monitoring combined with density-functional-theory calculations confirmed that the Co(111) and amorphous CoO sites in Co/BC are the key to driving PMS to degrade organic pollutants, Co/BC can efficiently adsorb PMS and promote the dissociation of PMS into highly active OH, SO 4 - and 1 O 2 , and these reactive oxygen species jointly promote the degradation of organic pollutants. Pneumoconiosis is an occupational disease accompanied by long-term lung impairment, for which prediction of prognosis is poorly understood because of the complexity of the inhaled particles. Micro-proton-induced X-ray emission (micro-PIXE) analysis, which is advantageous for high-sensitivity, two-dimensional element mapping of lung tissues, was used to investigate element-based predictive factors of prognosis in Chinese patients with welder's and coal miner's pneumoconiosis. Chest radiographs and lung function tests showed that most of the coal miners deteriorated, whereas symptoms in some welders were alleviated after 5 yr, as determined by comparing percent vital capacity (%VC) and forced expiratory volume in the 1st second over forced vital capacity (FEV1.0/FVC) to values taken at the initial diagnosis. Micro-PIXE analysis suggested that the most abundant particulates in welder's pneumoconiosis were Fe, Mn, and Ti (metallic oxide),which were accompanied by particulates containing Si, Al, and Ca (aluminum silicate) or only Si (SiO 2 ); the most abundant particulates in coal miner's pneumoconiosis were composed of C, Si, Al, K, and Ti, which were accompanied by particulates containing Ca or Fe. Particulates containing Al, Si, S, K, Ca, and Ti (orthoclase and anorthite) were correlated with severity of fibrosis. Multivariable linear regression suggested that long-term FEV1.0/FVC decrease was independently associated with Si and smoking index, whereas %VC decrease was associated with Si and Ti. A risk index comprised of these factors was developed to predict the prognosis of pneumoconiosis. Objective: To study the character of welder's pneumoconiosis on CT, pathology, and lung function., Methods: To contrast 185 welder's pneumoconiosis and 115 silicosis on CT, pathology, and clinical characters which were diagnosed between Jan 2008 and Dec 2013. Chest X-ray and lung function of 39 welder's pneumoconiosis patients were followed up after diagnosed 4~6 years later., Results: Average age and working years of welder's pneumoconiosis were 36.7 and 11.5, less than silicosis patients 58.8 and 22.1, respectively (P<0.05). Of all 185 welder's pneumoconiosis 98.4% were of stage I and no stage III, while in silicosis group stage I, stage II and stage III were 56.5%, 22.6% and 20.9%, respectively. The ratio differences between the two groups were statistically significant,P<0.05. 82.7% of welder's pneumoconiosis patients were observed pathologically moderate or above dust deposition in lung tissue while interstitial fibrosis level was just mild (97.6% patients) or no fibrosis (2.4% patients). By contrast, 60.0% silicosis patients pathologically showed moderate or above dust deposition while 77.8% were of moderate or above fibrosis. CT findings in welder' s pneumoconiosis were diffuse branching linear structure (38.9%), low density consistent size centrilobular micronodules (19.5%), or both (30.8%). Poorly-defined ground-glass attenuation centrilobular micronodules or widely ground glass shadow were observed in 6.4% welder's pneumoconiosis patents. 30.8% patients failed to reach the original stage when 39 welder's pneumoconiosis followed up chest radiograph., Conclusion: Changes in welder's lung caused by welding fume were not only siderosis, but also interstitial fibrosis.

Objective: To study the radiographycal changes and prognosis of welders' pneumoconiosis patients diagnosed within the last few years., Methods: Occupational hygienics data (including years on welding work, welding materials exposed to and work environment), symptoms, lung function test results and follow-up data of 136 welders' pneumoconiosis patients were collected retrospectively. The follow-up lasted up till June 30, 2014, with follow-up interval being one year. Chest radiographs were read/reviewed together by 3 senior experts experienced in pneumoconiosis diagnosing and shape and size of small opacity, overall profusion, affected lung zones and pneumoconiosis stages were all logged., Results: Of all 136 pneumoconiosis cases, five were of stage II and 131 were stage I, and they had been engaged in welding work for 9.2±6.34 years. All patients were present with slight symptoms including coughing, chest distress and dyspnea, while their lung function remained normal. Small round opacities were found on chest radiographs of 88.9% of the 136 cases. Years of follow-up on 131 cases of stage I Welder's pneumoconiosis showed that irregular small opacities remained fundamentally unchanged, while small round opacities tended to gradually lessen instead of coalescence. Two years after primary diagnosing, the total affected lung zones of follow-up objects were noticed to start lessening, and reduced by 0.02 per patient among the 48 follow-up subjects. Of the 48 cases followed up up to six years after primary diagnosing, the affected lung zone number was reduced by 0.54 per patient while 4 cases (8%) went down to below stage I. As of the 36 patients followed up 10 years after after primary diagnosis, the number of affected lung areas decreased by 1.14, and 22% (8 cases) appeared less than stage I on chest radiograph., Conclusion: It seemed that the so-called welders' pneumoconiosis featuring small round opacities tended to get improved over time, which suggested the diagnosis of siderosis.
