International audience; Traditional metal interconnect technology faces several challenges when scaling down, such as electromigration and poisoning. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been introduced in an attempt to solve these problems while providing on par performance. However, unexpected issues, such as great difficulty in manufacturing perfectly aligned CNTs and the undesired current leakage caused by electron percolation, still exist. In this work, we present novel vertically aligned CNT (VACNT)-based nanocomposites utilizing hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) as intertube insulating/shielding layers that can be prepared in a scalable and controllable fashion. This composite material inherits the full advantages of the directional conductivity of VACNTs which are strongly enhanced by the intertube h-BN layer and demonstrate excellent electrical anisotropy. This composite material achieves conductivities of 1060.43 and 4.43 S m–1 along the directions parallel and perpendicular to the VACNTs, respectively, while the previously reported electrical conductivity of CNT–polymer and CNT–ceramic counterparts are well below 10–3 S m–1 isotropically. Because of its refractory ability, the h-BN layer can also protect the prepared nanocomposites from harsh oxidation and erosion, showing ultrahigh stability up to 1400 °C. These results reflect a giant step toward a simple, turnkey solution to an advanced CNT-based composite material for future electrical interconnect applications.

The harmonic current detection technology is one of the key technologies of active power filter technologies. The development of the harmonic current detection technology directly determines the development of the active power filter technologies. Based on this, this paper introduces some basis concepts of wavelet transform and analyzes its time-frequency localization properties, then, describes the harmonic detection methods based on wavelet transform in terms of program building, algorithm selection and wavelet function selection. The results show that the harmonic current detection methods based on wavelet transform are able to compensate the inadequacy of Fourier transforms and can achieve the functions of detecting the steady-state and time-varying harmonic current of the grid in harmonic detection of active power filter.

The harmonic problem of power grid is very serious in many countries. The use of a nonlinear load makes electric energy quality of transmission and transformation system worse. Active power filter, as harmonic wave of power system, has developed rapidly in recent years. This article has make analysis on influence and damage of present power system harmonic & reactive power on power system; stated the basic theory of detection approach which is based on instantaneous reactive power and harmonic dynamic; analyzed harmonic detection improvement methods based on instantaneous reactive power.

To study the transduction and localization mechanism of Marek's disease virus serotype 1 (MDV-1) CVI988 VP22 in different cells.VP22 was expressed with recombinant adenovirus and identified by immunofluorescence assay (IFA) and Western blot. Lysates of recombinant virus infected 293 cells were added to normal MDBK cells to identify the transduction property of VP22. AD-293 cells infected with recombinant virus were fixed to investigate localization of VP22 at different time post infection. Transient expression of VP22 in AD-293 cells was carried out for control.The results showed that the VP22 expressed by recombinant adenovirus entered almost all the monolayer cells, which indicate the VP22 remains its transduction property. The VP22 first gather round the nucleus membrane, and then concentrated in particles in cytoplasm of 293 cells infected with recombinant adenovirus, compared with the nuclei localization pattern of VP22 in MDV infected CEF and transient expressed VP22 in 293 cells.The VP22 presented a different localization pattern in cells infected with different recombinant virus.
