In the field of healthcare service, it is crucial to optimize medical innovation services by combining the preferences of health service providers and demanders (i.e., stakeholders). The best-worst scaling (BWS) method is a recently developed stated preference method for assessing preferences with distinctive advantages. Nevertheless, there is a lack of a comprehensive introduction to stakeholder preference assessment using BWS, thus constraining its applications and promotion. This paper introduces the process of using BWS to assess service providers' preferences for the Shared Medical Appointment for diabetes (SMART), an integrated healthcare service of medicine and health management, in the hope of providing reference for researchers for promoting the use of BWS in implementation research.

Objective To evaluate the application value of the MRI-based three-dimensional （3D） reconstruction of pelvic autonomous nerves and surrounding organs in laparoscopic D3 radical resection for rectal cancer. Methods Fifty-six patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into the reconstruction and control groups. In the reconstruction group， surgical plans were formulated based on preoperative MRI 3D reconstruction. In the control group， conventional surgical plans were formulated. Intraoperative and postoperative functional recovery-related indicators were compared between two groups. Results The 3D reconstruction model provided individualized visualization of the distribution relationship between the pelvic autonomous nerves and surrounding organs. Compared to the control group， patients in the reconstruction group had significantly shorter operation time （（143.7±13.3）min vs. （151.5±12.1） min， P = 0.040）， less blood loss （（31.3±12.1） mL vs. （39.4±11.6） mL， P = 0.024））， improved IPSS score （（6.0±1.3） vs. （7.9±2.6）， P = 0.003）， and shorter duration of urinary catheter removal （2.0（2.0， 2.0）d vs. 3.5（3.0， 4.0）d， P < 0.001）. Conclusions MRI-based 3D reconstruction of pelvic autonomous nerves provides a more precise visualization of the anatomical position of the pelvic autonomous nerves and surrounding organs， ultimately improving the efficiency and safety of D3 resection. It offers important reference for surgeons in formulating precise and individualized surgical plans.

Arsenic is a poisonous semi-metal (metalloid) and has been identified as a human carcinogen. Arsenic poisoning can cause a variety of health damage to the human body. Arsenic can exist in both inorganic and organic forms. It is generally considered that inorganic arsenic is more toxic than organic arsenic. Arsenolipids are organic arsenic and widely exist in tissues of marine organisms. Arseniolipids have been previously thought to be extremely low toxic. With the progress and development of science and technology in recent years, intensive research has been conducted on arsenolipids, and the speciation analysis and toxicity evaluation of arsenolipids have gradually become a hot spot. At present, there are three known species of arsenolipids, namely arsenic-containing fatty acids (AsFAs), arsenic-containing hydrocarbons (AsHCs) and arsenic-containing phospholipids (AsPLs), which differ in their toxicity. However, due to the complex speciation pattern, low bioavailability and low content of arsenolipids, and the difficulty to extract and detect them, the mechanism of arsenolipid toxicity remain unclear. Therefore, this paper reviews the latest progress in the methods for speciation analysis and toxicity evaluation of arsenolipids in marine organisms, with the aim to provide an inspiration for further elucidating the speciation, toxicity, and human health risk of arsenolipids.

Plant and soil properties and stable isotope data from soil and xylem samples of Caragana korshinskii from four different-aged revegetated sites (1976, 1987, 1996, and 2005) were studied in a desertified steppe ecosystem of Northwest China. Results showed that the revegetation of C. korshinskii had a positive effect on the local habitat restoration. The δ18O values of soil water at the four study sites varied between different months and exhibited a monotonic decline from the soil surface to deep soil layers. The variation of soil water δ18O values in the older revegetated sites was lower than that in the younger revegetated sites. C. korshinskii mainly tapped water from secondary (60–120 cm) and relatively stable (120–250 cm) soil water in the older revegetated site, and they had relatively slight monthly fluctuations. However, in the younger revegetated site, the contribution of active (0–60 cm) soil water increased, and they exhibited a clear shift in the water-use pattern. In the initial stage of vegetation establishment, soil water content played a major role in the plant water-use strategy, but in the middle and later stages of revegetation, plant biological characteristics and soil physical properties were the main impact factors. HIGHLIGHTS The revegetation of Caragana korshinskii had a positive effect on the local habitat restoration.; In the younger revegetated site, C. korshinskii exhibited a clear shift in the water-use pattern during the growing season from April to October.; Vegetation and soil succession determine the water-use strategy of C. korshinskii.;

ObjectiveTo explore the related factors of troublemaking behaviors among patients with mental disorders induced by amphetamine-type stimulants （ATS）， and to provide references for the formulation of relevant intervention measures for ATS-induced mental disorders.MethodsA total of 105 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10） for ATS-induced mental disorders were included， and classified into troublemaking group and non-troublemaking group. The general demographic data and clinical data of the selected individuals were collected， and all patients were assessed using Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）. Then univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression model were used to screen the related factors of troublemaking behaviors.ResultsThe scores of SSRS， objective support dimension and social support utilization dimension were significantly lower in troublemaking group than those in non-troublemaking group， with statistical differences ［（24.10±6.59） vs. （28.94±5.59）， t=3.364， P=0.001； （5.50±1.96） vs. （8.20±2.13）， t=5.183， P

A key pathway to deep decarbonization of the energy sector is the increased use of wind power in integrated energy systems in the situation of the demand for low-carbon development. However, existing work on wind power in the integrated energy system does not adequately take into account the low carbon emissions in the context of multiple wind turbine dependency. In this respect, it is essential to examine a new type of framework for coordinated operations for meeting operational, low carbon and dependence requirements of multiple wind turbines. Here, a low-carbon oriented electrical-gas-heat energy system including carbon emission, carbon capture and carbon trading is proposed. In particular, the multivariate Gaussian copula in the region is used to investigate the dependence of power output from multiple wind turbines. Results from case studies demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model in achieving a balanced weigh up between economics and low carbon emissions by the dependence on multiple wind turbines.
