Objective Through the visual analysis of animal experimental literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology, the relevant research hot spots were condensed and the research trends of relevant animal models were discussed, to provide reference for subsequent research.Methods The literature related to animal experiments on Chinese medicine nursing technology was retrieved from Wan Fang database, Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), China National Knowledge Infrastructure Engineering Database (CNKI), China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), PubMed and Web of Science until June 30, 2022. Visual analysis was performed using VOSviewer 1.6.17 software.Results A total of 1 864 articles in Chinese and 126 articles in English were included, with the number of annual publications increasing year by year. The relevant literature involved 18 TCM nursing techniques, with the largest number (426) involving massage having the highest number of articles. It involved 4 496 authors, out of whom 358 were core authors accounting for 7.9% of all authors, and had a total count of 3 706 keywords forming 7 clusters. The research hotspots mainly included massage treatment of inflammatory diseases and analgesic effect, acupoint injection treatment of allergic rhinitis and myocardial ischemia, acupoint application treatment of asthma-related respiratory diseases, and moxibustion treatment of inflammatory diseases. The study of the mechanism of abdominal massage on insulin resistance is the latest research topic among them.Conclusion In recent years, the animal model of abdominal massage has gained increasing popularity in animal experiments of TCM nursing techniques. However, the establishment and application of animal models related to Chinese medicine soaking and Chinese medicine hot ironing have not yet received attention. This area can be explored in the future to further improve the animal experimental research on Chinese medicine nursing technology.

In cases of pneumococcal pneumonia, there is significant exposure of the human airway epithelium to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), a toxin secreted by pathogens. This exposure can trigger oxidative stress and enhance vascular permeability, which may result in systemic bacteremia or sepsis. Drug delivery systems (DDSs) that respond to H2O2 and utilize amphiphilic polymers have attracted considerable interest. In this study, we present an amphiphilic diblock copolymer (DPB) formed from poly-(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and H2O2-sensitive phenylboronic ester (PBBA), capable of self-assembling into micelles in an aqueous environment. In this work, we demonstrated the efficacy of the spherical micelle DPB@(Amp+Cat), which encapsulates the antibiotic ampicillin (Amp) and the antioxidant catalase (Cat), for the treatment of H2O2-secreting bacterial pneumonia. Through triggering antibiotic release in response to H2O2 secreted by Streptococcus pneumoniae , DPB@(Amp + Cat) eliminated over 98% of the invading bacteria, leading to a survival rate exceeding 90% in mice with severe pneumonia. Furthermore, released catalase rapidly scavenges pneumococcal H2O2, resulting in reduced endothelial DNA damage and preventing the systemic invasion of bacteria. Polar research plays a vital role in developing our understanding of Earth's climate system. It is intrinsically interdisciplinary, lending itself to integration into existing undergraduate courses. Here we explore introducing undergraduates to polar research through computational guided inquiry (CGI) modules taught in a variety of courses and disciplines. Students apply course disciplinary techniques to analysis of polar data or research, in the context of climate change, by working through educational modules that include spreadsheets (Excel[superscript TM]) or interactive computer programing (Python in a Jupyter Notebook), over a few class or lab periods. The goals of this exploratory curriculum project are to determine instructor perceptions of effectiveness of the educational modules for teaching preexisting disciplinary course objectives, as well as student perceptions of enjoyment and learning. Evaluation consisted of a student questionnaire and interviews with instructors by an external evaluator. Students and instructors overall reported positive experiences with the modules, highlighted the importance of polar data and climate literacy, and noted increases in student understanding of course learning goals and comfort with the computational tools. Professors further reported that students found the modules motivating, fun and engaging. Taken together, this suggests that the modules are an effective means of bringing polar research into undergraduate classrooms while satisfying instructor goals for course learning objectives. Lessons learned include the importance of providing material such as videos to help transition to the topics of polar research and climate change and of supporting widely varying computational fluency.

The Longquan pluton is a rare Caledonian granitic rock mass in southern Zhejiang. Studies on the Longquan pluton using petrology, geochemistry, and chronology were conducted in this paper, which reveal that it is composed of granite-monzogranite assemblage (granitoid) and tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite assemblage (TTG). The two types of rocks are generally enriched in large ion lithophile elements Rb, Ba, Th, U and K, and depleted in high field strength elements Nb, Ta, P and Ti, showing the characteristics of island arc magmatic rocks. The geochemical characteristics of the TTG rocks show that they belong to the typical high-pressure type TTG, and its magma originated from the remelting of the basic lower crust under the action of subducted slab fluid. While the granitoids were mainly derived from partial melting of ancient crustal sediments. Neither of them was significantly contaminated by mantle. The zircon SHRIMP U-Pb and LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating results show that the Longquan pluton was formed between 443±3 Ma~410±3 Ma. Combined with its petrological and geochemical characteristics, it is indicated that the subduction of oceanic crust had still existed in the Longquan area until early Devonian.

It can effectively improve gas drainage efficiency by arranging the surface drilling in the “high-level annular body” above the working surface. Based on the working condition of 17171(1) of Pansan Coal Mine, COSFLOW numerical simulation software was used to study and determine the range and location of the “high-level annular body” for gas drainage. The results show that: the height of the “high-level annular body” is within 108 m and 20 m above the mining coal seam. The front area adjacent to the working face is 140 m in advance direction of the working face. The outer boundary inclination angle extending to the roof is 70°, and the inner boundary inclination angle is 80°. During the recovery of 17171(1) working face, the average gas drainage flow volume of the surface drilling was 18.27 m3/min, which was 14.2% higher than the traditional method; the maximum value of the gas concentration for surface drilling drainage is 98% and the average is 50%, which meets the concentration requirements well for gas utilization.
