Diamond anvil cells have garnered significant attention in high‐pressure studies as a valuable tool for investigating material preparation, phase transition dynamics, and ultra‐high‐pressure physical chemistry. Its potential applications span fields such as materials science, condensed matter physics, chemistry, and geology. This study conducts a comprehensive review of the utilization of laser‐heated diamond anvil cell (LH‐DAC) devices in conjunction with in situ optical characterization techniques, such as X‐Ray and Raman scattering. Further, diverse in situ performance measurement methods encompassing electrical, thermal, magnetic, and acoustic analyses are examined. The development and role of the prevailing in situ measurement techniques have been described, along with the current progress in applied research for each technique. In the face of ever‐evolving energy and environmental challenges, tin selenide (SnSe) has garnered significant attention due to its outstanding thermoelectric performance. The article focuses on the research of easily accessible and highly practical polycrystalline SnSe thermoelectric materials, providing an overview of their crystal structure, band structure, and electrical transport performance. Compared with previous studies, this research classifies elements based on their own properties, mainly dividing them into alkali metals, transition metals, main group metals, halogens, and rare earth (Re) elements. The study systematically summarizes the experimental results of doping SnSe with these elements and analyzes the mechanisms by which different elements enhance the electrical transport performance and thermoelectric figure of merit of polycrystalline SnSe. The enhanced mechanism is mainly achieved by increasing the conductivity and Seebeck coefficient. Finally, a systematic analysis is conducted to identify the factors that improve electrical transport performance, and strategies for enhancing the electrical transport and thermoelectric properties of polycrystalline SnSe through precise doping techniques are discussed, with a prospect for their application in the future. Distributed photovoltaic systems can actively contribute to the primary frequency regulation of the power grid by reserving capacity. Traditional power reduction methods often employ fixed load reduction ratios, potentially resulting in inadequate frequency regulation capacity and unnecessary reserve power. This paper centers on optimizing power reserve control, starting with the construction of a two-stage model for a photovoltaic grid-connected inverter power generation system. It includes the design of a maximum power estimation method and the implementation of photovoltaic power reduction operation. The article proposes a strategy to utilize photovoltaic backup capacity for achieving primary frequency modulation effects in a short time scale. Additionally, it adopts a variable power reserve ratio operation strategy over the long term, aiming to enhance photovoltaic power generation and optimize solar energy utilization without compromising the grid's frequency and quality. Finally, a MATLAB/ Simulink model is developed to validate the effectiveness of the control strategy. Simulation results indicate that the proposed strategy satisfies frequency regulation requirements, enhances power generation efficiency, and improves the economic viability of photovoltaic operations. The feasibility of battery energy storage system (BESS) in ameliorating power system transient stability has been proved. However, the required BESS capacity is large, which leads to high price. Meanwhile, the improving effect is significantly affected by fault location and BESS location. To address the problem, a distributed configuration of BESS, with a coordinated control method, is proposed in this paper. Firstly, an independent double-closed loop decoupling controller is designed for each BESS, so that the BESS unit can realize decentralized control according to its local correlation information. Secondly, particle swarm optimization is applied to optimize the control parameters of the distributed controllers to achieve coordinated control. Simulation results show that the distributed BESS controllers optimized by particle swarm optimization can better coordinate with each other, and the transient stability of the system is significantly improved.
