This study is a scoping review that aims to investigate the characteristics of therapeutic inter-vention using VR in Korea and explore the direction for VR therapy currently applied to clinical trials and report how VR can be improved for treatment. We review scientific journals in Korea to identify how and in which field VR is used as a therapeutic factor and provide basic data in fields where VR can be used in future, following the five stages of scoping review by Arksey and O’Malley [20] including identifying the research question, identifying relevant studies, study se-lection, charting the data and collating, summarizing, and reporting the results. The treatment types of VR application in Korea were mostly emotional intervention, followed by cognitive, physical, and combined intervention (emotional and physical). VR intervention accounts for more than many articles on the clinical group. Most literature reviews, developmental research, ex-perimental research, and development and pilot tests were conducted on the clinical group. Overall, there is a growing tendency to use VR as a tool for therapy or education consistent with the technological development and national investment in VR devices and programs, which had been used as a tool for research in the past.

Background: Sarcopenia was defined about 30 years ago, and recently, consensuses on diagnostic criteria have been reached, and studies on treatment methods are emerging. Since sarcopenia is a geriatric syndrome, regular screening and diagnosis are necessary. In addition, not only therapeutic interventions, but also management and prevention aspects are important. Although the effectiveness of individual therapeutic interventions and clinical practice guidelines have been reported, there have been no articles summarizing medical interventions including diagnosis, treatment, management, and prevention of sarcopenia. This scoping review aims to explore existing literature regarding medical interventions of sarcopenia, focusing on South Korea. Methods: The national databases to be searched are as follows: KCI, KISS, KMBASE, KoreaMed, OASIS, RISS, ScienceON. Clinical studies of patients diagnosed with sarcopenia will be included. Although reviews will be excluded, the reference lists of the reviews will be screened for eligibility. Studies published January 2011 to August 2021 will be searched. Studies will be limited to those written in English or Korean. Study selection and data extraction will be performed by 2 reviewers independently, and conflicts will be resolved by discussion with third reviewer. Data extraction items will include author, title, study design, population, diagnostic criteria, therapeutic interventions, outcome indicators, management and preventive methods, and they will be presented as figures or tables in the scoping review.

Background: Globally, psychological interventions for patients with breast cancer began to be considered important in the late 2000s. Recommendations for managing distress in patients with breast cancer were developed in Korea during this time To support a positive prognosis in the treatment process of patients with breast cancer, manage their emotions, and provide an integrated support in terms of quality of life, it is necessary to review psychological intervention methods. Method: We used the five national databases. Clinical studies on patients diagnosed with breast cancer were included. Although reviews will exclud, the reference lists of the reviews will be screened for eligibility. Studies published between January 2011 and August 2021 were searched. Studies will be limited to those written in English or Korean. Data extraction will be included author, title, study design, population, distress types, therapeutic interventions or programme, outcome indicators, management, and preventive methods and will be presented as figures or tables in the systematic review and meta. Discussion: This study will be analyzed the existing studies on the prevention and management of patients with the breast cancer on the distress. In addition, we will investigate the literature on patients with breast cancer in Korean medicine and complementary and alternative medicine

The purpose of this study is to summarize the currently used depression-related drugs by reviewing the studies on drug intervention in the aspect of Korean medicine for depressed patients in Korea. To this end, we will review domestic drug application papers for depressed patients, and through this, we will try to identify antidepressants used in depression patients and their side effects. In addition, in terms of interaction, it is intended to organize antidepressant drugs used in oriental and Western medicine and to identify drugs that are coexisting.

In this study, the scoping review method was selected to understand the research trends of papers published in domestic journals and degrees on the topic of rehabilitation motivation related to the treatment effect of stroke patients.

본 연구의 목적은 보조 진단 도구로서 정량화 뇌파의 유용성을 확인하고 내담자에 대한 진단과 이해에 새로운 관점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 상담과 신경과학의 융합적 관점에서 대기업 고성과 내담자의 정량화 뇌파(quantitative electro - encephalogram; qEEG)와 MMPI-2 프로파일을 사례별로 탐색하고, 정량화 뇌파와 MMPI-2 프로파일 간의 상관을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 6명의 25세부터 33세까지의 대기업 고성과자로서, 상담실에 내방할 때 우울, 불안, 분노, 강박 등의 정서적 어려움을 호소하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 주로 폐안 시에 이상 뇌파의 출현과 주호소 증상과의 상관이 유의하였다. 둘째, 대부분의 연구 참여자들은 좌, 우뇌반구의 비대칭성(asymmetry)과 연결성(coherence)에서 있어서 문제가 나타났으며, 이들 중 2명에게서는 위상(phase)의 문제가 드러났다. 마지막으로 MMPI-2 임상척도에서는 알파(alpha)파와 우울간의 상관이 통계적으로 유의하였으며 강박과 편집은 주로 베타(beta)파와의 상관관계가 유의하였다. 이에 본 연구는 상담과 신경과학의 융합적 연구로서 기초연구를 수행하였다는 점, 보조 진단 도구로서의 정량화뇌파의 유용성을 확인한 점, 그리고 뇌파를 활용한 개입의 근거를 마련하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.
