Modeling of the three-dimensional crystal structure of fluorographene polymorphic varieties was performed by the method of atom-atomic potential. The calculation of the electronic properties of these crystals was carried out using the ab initio method of density functional theory. CF crystals consisted of 4-8 fluorographene layers of five different structural types packed in stacks. The calculations of the crystal structure have shown that the distance between the fluorographene layers in crystals varies from 0.5183 (for the T2 type) to 0.5959 nm (for the T5 type). In fluorographene crystals of the T2 structural type, there is no relative shift between adjacent layers. In other crystals, the shift between layers varies in the range from 0.1736 to 0.3138 nm. The density of CF crystals varies from 2.752 to 3.124 g/cm3. The minimum band gap at the Fermi energy level equal to 0.359 eV is observed for crystals of T1 polymorphic variety of 4-8 graphene functionalized with fluorine, the maximum band gap is 4.599 eV for crystals of the T2 structural type. The calculated values of the band gap for crystals consisting of stacked fluorographene layers are 0.4-0.6 eV less than the corresponding values calculated for isolated layers of the corresponding structural type.
