In this paper, the authors aim to analyse organisational intention and focus on hybrid project management (HPM) methodology adoption in FinTech system software development. It is important to ascertain the internal and external factors that affect organisational decision-makers’ intentions towards HPM adoption. This study aims to apply a theoretical approach integrating Technology-Organisation-Environment (TOE), which examines the factors that impact FinTech organisations’ decisions to adopt HPM into their software development projects, together with the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) which examines the behavioural intention. It addresses those factors that form organisational decision-makers’ readiness for HPM implementation and enable their intention to use it. When combining the independent, dependent, and moderating variables, the results show that the effect of relative advantage, top management support, and industry pressure have a positive influence on individual’s attitude towards HPM adoption in FinTech Malaysia and sustainability in Quality 4.0. The authors also considered the influence of attitudes and perceived behavioural control variables having a positive influence on sustainable intention of HPM adoption in the FinTech industry. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was used to verify the proposed hypotheses, with the exception of the direct influence of top management support or attitude on intention to adopt.

Poly[(3‐hydroxybutyrate)‐co‐(4‐hydroxybutyrate)] (P34HB), poly[(butylene succinate)‐co‐(butylene furandicarboxylate)] (PBSF) and poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) were melt‐blended to prepare P34HB/PBSF/PVAc blends with improved ductility. The thermal properties, mechanical properties, rheological properties and morphology of the blends were systematically studied. The addition of PBSF promoted the melt crystallization of P34HB. The temperatures at 5% weight loss of the blends were higher than that of P34HB. The surface of the blends was investigated using scanning electron microscopy. The surface of P34HB was very smooth, but the surfaces of the blends were rough. PVAc can increase the compatibility between P34HB and PBSF. Abstract A comparative study is conducted to compare the theory and application effect of two accident causation models, the human factors analysis and classification system (HFACS) and the accident causation “2-4” model (24Model), as well as to provide a reference for safety researchers and accident investigators to select an appropriate accident analysis method. The two models are compared in terms of their theoretical foundations, cause classifications, accident analysis processes, application ranges, and accident prevention strategies. A coal and gas outburst accident is then analyzed using both models, and the application results are compared. This study shows that both the 24Model and HFACS have strong theoretical foundations, and they can each be applied in various domains. In addition, the cause classification in HFACS is more practical, and its accident analysis process is more convenient. On the other hand, the 24Model includes external factors, which makes the cause analysis more systematic and comprehensive. Moreover, the 24Model puts forward more corresponding measures to prevent accidents.

During the late Qing and early Republican periods, the Beijing government implemented a national forest system that challenged customary forest rights in Northeast China. Under the old system in the Qing era, forest rights were considered as a whole, incorporating both forestland and timber on the ground. Private forest rights were usually evidenced by land deeds and tax certificates for forest products. However, the new national forest system subdivided the previously integrated forest rights. This meant that timber from natural forests and non-owner-planted woods had to be nationalized and issued with a standardized state forest license by the Forestry Bureau. Consequently, the separation and nationalization of natural forest tree ownership deprived people of their ownership and usage rights of forest trees on private woodlands and public mountain farms, leading to disputes over forest rights. In Fengtian Province, where there were many natural forests, the extension of national forest rights to private and public mountain forests led to numerous forest disputes and lawsuits, gradually reshaping the local property rights order. SmCo3.94−xFexCu0.06B (x = 0.7–2.0) ribbons were prepared by melt-spinning at 40 m/s accompanied by annealing at 800 °C for 30 min, and then their structures and magnetic properties were investigated. The results show that the annealed ribbons are composed of Sm(Co,Fe,Cu)4B and Sm5(Co,Fe,Cu)19B6 phases with a short rod-shaped microstructure at x = 0.7–0.9; Sm(Co,Fe,Cu)4B, Sm5(Co,Fe,Cu)19B6, and Sm2(Co,Fe,Cu)7B3 phases building a cellular one at x = 1.0; equiaxed Sm(Co,Fe,Cu)4B, Sm2(Co,Fe,Cu)14B, and Sm5(Co,Fe,Cu)19B6 phases at x = 1.5; or six phases at x = 2.0. The coercivity of annealed SmCo3.94−xFexCu0.06B ribbons increases gradually until it reaches a maximum of 50.1 kOe at x = 1.0, and then decreases with an increase in x. Moreover, the microstructure evolution models were established and the reason for their coercivity variation was analyzed by different coercivity mechanisms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
