A completely edentulous state is when the patient is in a state of complete tooth loss. In the current world, an increasing demand for complete denture prosthesis is also seen. The lifestyle, food habits etc are thought to be major factors that are influencing the oral health of the current generation. Marked evidence has been cited between the relationship of various systemic diseases like diabetes and completely edentulous state. Hypertension is the state of elevated blood pressure. An evident association between hypertension and oral diseases has been established previously. The aim of our study was to find the association between hypertension and a completely edentulous state. The study was performed in a university setting, it reviewed patient records and analysed the data of 86000 patients between June 2019 and March 2020. A total of about 450 entries were selected. Of this after removing multiple entries a total of 372 patients data were obtained. The collected data were compiled and tabulated using Microsoft Excel, then reviewed and exported to SPSS for performing statistical analysis. In the study a total of 5 parameters were considered, but only for one parameter a statistically significant data was found, and this was the demographic profile of the completely edentulous patients, p value was found to be 0.0052 (p =0.005) hence proving the data to be significant. For the rest of the parameters the study considered, a statistically significant data was not obtained, but the data has remarkable clinical significance. In the study, completely edentulous male population were, 56%, the female population represented 43%. 27% of the completely edentulous patients in the study were hypertensive and that is not a negligible count. Aim: The aim of this study was to assess the cytotoxic effects of Aloe vera and neem herbal formulation using silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs). Introduction: The changing life style as well as the food habits has resulted in the introduction of numerous diseases in the past few decades. Moreover, by the passing day, we are becoming more aware about the drug resistance that is developed in most of the disease-causing pathogens. In this scenario, bringing more herbal medicines into the market is the only way to improve the situation. Moreover, neem and A. vera already have proven about their antioxidant as well as many other medicinal properties were taken to check the cytotoxic effects along with the help of Ag- NPs. Materials and Methods: The Aloe vera and Azadirachta indica for the synthesis of Ag-NPs and analysed the cytotoxic effects of Ag-NPs using brine shrimp lethality assay. Results: The Ag-NPs can be synthesized using herbal formulation using A. vera and A. indica. Trigeminal neuralgia is a rare disease affecting <1 million people in India per year as the studies suggest. Trigeminal neuralgia is a clinical diagnosis. The ley feature is a sudden and severe lancinating pain, which usually lasts from a few seconds to 2 min, within the trigeminal nerve distribution, typically the maxillary, and mandibular branches. The pain is often evoked by trivial stimulation of appropriately named "trigger zones." Occasionally, the pain is so severe that it prevents eating or drinking. Introduction: Oral health plays an important role in a total individual's health. The aim of the study is to identify whether brushing twice a day has any effects in maintaining oral health by preventing caries. Normally, it takes 48 h for bacteria to form large colonies to cause a problem. Brushing teeth with a perfect brush and in a perfect manner also contribute to the frequency of brushing. Materials and Methods: It is a questionnaire-based study which will be circulated among 200 people, and the result will be discussed with statistics. All normal nondiseased individuals aged between 11 and 50 are to be taken for the survey. People aged beyond 50 is excluded since some of them may have oral diseases and children <11 are excluded because for them still milk tooth may persist were excluded. Results and Conclusion: Although the majority of South Indian population is aware of the importance of maintaining oral health, the steps to be implemented for attaining better oral health still are in its cold path. Cryptography has been used from time immemorial for preserving the confidentiality of data/information in storage or transit. Thus, cryptography research has also been evolving from the classical Caesar cipher to the modern cryptosystems, based on modular arithmetic to the contemporary cryptosystems based on quantum computing. The emergence of quantum computing poses a major threat to the modern cryptosystems based on modular arithmetic, whereby even the computationally hard problems which constitute the strength of the modular arithmetic ciphers could be solved in polynomial time. This threat triggered post-quantum cryptography research to design and develop post-quantum algorithms that can withstand quantum computing attacks. This paper provides an overview of the various research directions that have been explored in post-quantum cryptography and, specifically, the various code-based cryptography research dimensions that have been explored. Some potential research directions that are yet to be explored in code-based cryptography research from the perspective of codes is a key contribution of this paper.
