In this paper, we propose an ultrahigh‐resolution organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) pixels patterned by conventional photolithography through by incorporating silicone into phosphorescent small‐molecule networks. This silicone‐integrated phosphorescent organic light‐emitting diode (SI‐phOLED), in which silicone molecules are homogeneously crosslinked with small‐molecule light‐emitting materials, can effortlessly achieve to 3,000 PPI ultrahigh‐resolution patterns using the photolithography process. We have demonstrated electrically and optically enhanced MoS2 phototransistors on a flexible polyarylate substrate using poly(4-vinylphenol) (PVP) as a gate dielectric as well as an encapsulation layer. With the PVP encapsulation, the field-effect mobility (μFE) increases up to twofold, and the subthreshold slope as well as the on/off ratio (ION/IOFF) improves, which are desirable features for the photoresponsive characteristics. Consequently, both photoresponsivity and detectivity increase up to two orders of magnitude (×100) from visible to infrared spectrum. Such enhancement is associated with the n-doping effect of hydroxyl groups in PVP and reduced recombination centers by filling interface traps and surface states. Our results reveal that the transparent PVP polymer can be a promising encapsulation method in order to enhance the electrical and photoresponsive characteristics of MoS2-based flexible devices. The paper presents a wearable textile antenna embroidered on a fabric for wireless power transfer systems. A planar spiral coil was generated with the conductive thread on a cotton substrate, and was connected to a rectifier circuit fabricated on flexible polyethylene terephthalate film to constitute a bendable receiver by the magnetic resonance. At a resonance frequency of 6.78 MHz, the proposed system could achieve −5.51 dB transfer efficiency and 12.75 mW power transmission at a distance of 15 cm. It was also demonstrated that the resonance frequency and transmitted power of the proposed system could be maintained as the same even when the system was bent conformingly to the surface curvature of the human body model for a bending radius up to 50 mm or larger. In this paper, we present an operational amplifier (op-amp) and a pulsewidth-modulation (PWM) controller fabricated with amorphous indium–gallium–zinc oxide thin-film transistors (a-InGaZnO TFTs), to build an adaptive dc–dc converter for display driving systems. The fabricated a-InGaZnO TFT presents electrical characteristics suitable for accomplishing an op-amp composed only with n-type TFTs to have an overall gain of 24.5 dB, a cutoff frequency of 6 kHz, and a unit gain frequency of 32 kHz operating at ±15 V. The fabricated op-amp is used to construct a comparator and an error amplifier on the glass, which are combined to realize a PWM controller. The resulting PWM controller can successfully control the output voltage of an external dc–dc converter that follows the input voltage to the error amplifier, and can operate at 100 Hz to control the duty ratio from 24.3% to 66.1% when the reference voltage varies from 2 to 6 V, respectively.
