Abstract Background Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in young women is poorly understood due to underdiagnosis and undertreatment. One of the possible risk factors for ACS in young women is antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination also emerged as one of the possible risk factors for ACS during the COVID-19 pandemic. Case presentation Our patient, a 39-year-old Batak woman with dyslipidemia and family history of cardiovascular disease, experienced chest pain slightly improved at rest accompanied by autonomic symptoms. She was diagnosed with non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) based on her clinical features, dynamic electrocardiogram changes, troponin elevation, and multislice computed tomography angiography confirmed with diagnostic catheterization. The patient was managed by percutaneous coronary intervention with implantation of drug-eluting stents. On follow-up, the patient was diagnosed with APS based on history of preeclampsia with severe features in the first and third pregnancy, spontaneous abortion in the second pregnancy, history of transient ischemic attack, moderately positive lupus anticoagulant on two occasions with an interval of 12 weeks, and ACS. Further investigation revealed a history of COVID-19 vaccination with Sinovac four and six weeks before presentation. The patient was recommended for lifelong warfarin and short-term dual antiplatelet (aspirin and ticagrelor). Conclusions Young women are not completely immune to ACS as evident in this case of ACS in a young woman with classical risk factors (dyslipidemia and family history of cardiovascular disease) and APS. Further studies are required to fill the knowledge gap on whether COVID-19 vaccination had any contribution to the ACS in the young woman.

This research was conducted to find out the utilization of local history study of Soeracarta Heritage Society forum in enriching the insight of SMA Regina Pacis Surakarta students. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques applied were interviews and direct observation. Data analysis in this study used interactive model analysis. The results showed that: 1) the identification of local history studies in the history learning process at SMA Regina Pacis Surakarta is still not optimal due to the lack of breadth of insight. 2) the utilization of local history studies of Soeracarta Heritage Society forum is very effective in enriching the insight of SMA Regina Pacis Surakarta students.

This study focused on Bengkayang students' difficulties in improving their speaking skills in the Speaking for Social Purposes class as their first speaking class. The study aimed to find out ELEP (English Language Education Program), especially Bengkayang students’ perceptions on the difficulties of speaking English in the Speaking for Social Purposes class at the Faculty of Language and Arts in Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, in Salatiga, Central Java. The participants of this study were 21 Bengkayang students from batch 2019 who had taken the Speaking for Social Purposes class. A closed-ended, open-ended questionnaire and semi-structured interview were used to collect the data. The findings revealed that all of the students’ encountered some difficulties in speaking English such as a lack of vocabulary, nervousness, poor grammar, poor pronunciation, and less confidence. They were afraid because they had to use grammar correctly and pronounce some words in English correctly. There were also some strategies that students used to improve their English speaking ability such as speaking in front of the mirror, practicing making sentences, speaking with their friends, listening to English music, and watching English movies

IntroductionSince the first successful percutaneous closure under transesophageal echocardiographic (TEE) guidance, many centers explored transcatheter procedures without fluoroscopy. This single-center study is aimed to show the feasibility and safety of percutaneous patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) closure under echocardiography-only guidance during our 1-year experience.MethodsPatients with PDA were recruited for percutaneous PDA closure guided by either fluoroscopy or echocardiography-only in National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT05321849, clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT05321849). Patients were evaluated clinically and radiologically using transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) at 6, 24, and 48 h after the procedure. The primary endpoint was the procedural success. Secondary endpoints were the procedural time and the rate of adverse events.ResultsA total of 60 patients underwent transcatheter PDA closure, 30 patients with fluoroscopy and 30 patients with echocardiography guidance. All patients had successful PDA closure. There were only residual shunts, which were disappeared after follow-up in both groups, but one patient with a fluoroscopy-guided procedure had moderate tricuspid regurgitation with suspected thrombus in the tricuspid valve. The procedural time was not significantly different between the fluoroscopy and echocardiography groups.

Abstrak Dalam dunia konstruksi, balok beton bertulang menggunakan tulangan longitudinal agar dapat menahan tegangan tarik yang terjadi pada penampang beton tersebut dan tulangan longitudinal yang digunakan adalah baja tulangan (rebar reinforcement). Tegangan tarik yang dapat mencapai 420 Mpa merupakan alasan utama baja tulangan digunakan pada beton bertulang, namun, akibat perkembangan teknologi, terdapat material yang mempunyai tegangan tarik yang melebihi baja tulangan yaitu baja ringan. Baja ringan adalah baja canai dingin (light cold rolled) dengan kualitas tinggi yang bersifat ringan dan tipis, namun memiliki tegangan tarik yang melebihi baja tulangan biasa yaitu 550 Mpa, oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui kapasitas lentur balok beton berbaja ringan maka dilakukan penelitian dengan memanfaatkan baja ringan sebagai tulangan longitudinal yang selanjutnya dilakukan uji lentur sesuai SNI-4431-2011. Baja canai dingin yang digunakan adalah baja ringan tipe C (C75x0.75) dengan 3 skema benda uji. Skema pertama yaitu dengan memanfaatkan baja ringan secara utuh sedangkan skema kedua dan ketiga adalah hanya dengan memanfaatkan badan dari baja ringan tersebut sehingga masing-masing skema memiliki rasio penulangan sebesar 0.47%, 0.28%, dan 0.28%. Selain itu, beton bertulang biasa dengan rasio 0.63% turut diuji sebagai pembanding (skema 4). Hasil uji lentur menunjukkan bahwa skema 1 menunjukkan kuat lentur terbesar dari skema lainnya yaitu sebesar 7.48 Mpa. Selanjutnya, meskipun skema kedua dan ketiga memiliki rasio penulangan yang sama skema kedua memiliki kuat lentur 0.24 Mpa lebih besar dari skema ketiga yang bernilai 5.76 Mpa. Akhirnya, beton dengan tulangan biasa dengan rasio terbesar memiliki kuat lentur sebesar 5.06 Mpa. Kata kunci: Baja Ringan, Rasio Penulangan, Tulangan Longitudinal, Uji Lentur Abstract In the world of construction, reinforced concrete beams generally use longitudinal reinforcement to withstand the tensile stress that occurs in the concrete section and the longitudinal reinforcement used is rebar reinforcement. The tensile stress that can reach 420 Mpa is the main reason reinforcing steel is used in reinforced concrete. However, due to technological developments, there is a material that has tensile stress that exceeds that of reinforcing steel, namely mild steel. Mild steel is light cold-rolled steel with high quality which is light and thin but has tensile stress that exceeds ordinary reinforcing steel, which is 550 Mpa. Therefore, to determine the flexural capacity of lightweight steel beams, research was carried out using mild steel as longitudinal reinforcement, which was then carried out by bending tests according to SNI-4431-2011. Cold rolled steel used is mild steel type C (C75x0.75) with 3 specimen schemes. The first scheme is to make full use of mild steel, while the second and third schemes are only to utilize the body of the mild steel so that each scheme has a reinforcement ratio of 0.47%, 0.28%, and 0.28%. Also, ordinary reinforced concrete with a ratio of 0.63% was also tested for comparison (fourth scheme). The flexural test results show that scheme 1 shows the largest flexural strength of the other schemes, namely 7.48 Mpa. Furthermore, although the second and third schemes have the same reinforcement ratio, the second scheme has a bending strength of 0.24 MPa which is greater than the third scheme which is 5.76 MPa. Generally, brick wall (hebel) is considered as non-structural element, which never be counted to bear structural load. But, if carefully calculated, brick walls take part in structure load bearing. In the purpose of reducing the main structural element properties, the brick wall needs to be considered in bearing structural load. In this article, the brick walls modelled as compressive bracings. Using the structure analysis program, the model showed some significant differences in terms of internal force. From the analysis, the differences of moment, shear, axial and torsional force between open frame model (usual model, OF) and compressive bracing (CB) model were 38.17 kN.m; 58.03 kN; 181.75 kN dan 44.18 kN.m, respectively, where the first model had the bigger numbers than the latter model. Displacement of OF model was quite larger than CB model, with the value of difference was up to 85.35% for the X direction structures, and 70.83% for the Y direction. Final properties used for the design are smaller compared than original design, 30/60 to 40/60 for the beams, 50/50 for the columns with the different reinforcements 16-D22 for the second model compared to 20-D22 for the first one. The depth of slab on the second model was 180 mm, slightly smaller than the first model, 190 mm. It can be concluded that using compressive bracing model, structural properties of ITK Integrated Laboratory Building may greatly be reduced, compared to OF model.

Pengambilan keputusan membuat praktisi berhadapan dengan berbagai kondisi yang mempengaruhi pemilihan jenis tiang dan metode pemancangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kriteria-kriteria pemancangan yang mempengaruhi pemilihan jenis driven pile dan metode pemancangan yang optimal. Konseptual model disajikan sebagai model teoritis dari literature review yang dilakukan. Survei pendahuluan dilaksanakan dengan mengidentifikasi kriteria dengan wawancara kepada empat expert yang berpengalaman melakukan pekerjaan pemancangan pondasi. Kriteria yang telah diidentifikasi oleh expert digunakan untuk survei kuesioner. Survei kuesioner dilakukan kepada 45 responden praktisi yang pernah melakukan pekerjaan pemancangan pondasi di Balikpapan. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kriteria yang berpengaruh adalah analisis deskriptif, uji nonparametrik (Kruskal-Wallis), uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil mendapatkan tiga variabel utama yang meliputi kriteria pemancangan, jenis driven pile dan metode pemancangan. Enam kriteria pemancangan penentu yang didapatkan yaitu karakteristik tanah, kondisi lapangan, karakteristik bangunan, biaya, waktu dan pengalaman sebelumnya.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of national insight and motivation on the relationship between national insight on the achievements of PGSD students. The design used in this study is quantitative research. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The research done in East Java, Malang and Jember. There were 432 respondents who were spread from state and private universities in East Java. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the students' knowledge related to national outlook did not affect the achievements of PGSD students. But motivation has been proven to influence the relationship between national insight and PGSD student achievement. The results showed that the existence of motivation (moderating variable) would be able to strengthen the relationship of national insight to student achievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh wawasan kebangsaan serta motivasi terhadap hubungan antara wawasan kebangsaan dengan prestasi mahasiswa PGSD. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Instrument penelitian berupa angket. Penelitian dilakukan di Jawa Timur, yaitu Malang dan Jember. Terdapat 432 responden yang tersebar di perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta di Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, didapatkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait wawasan kebangsaan tidak memengaruhi prestasi mahasiswa PGSD. Namun motivasi terbukti memengaruhi hubungan antara wawasan kebangsaan dan prestasi mahasiswa PGSD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya motivasi (variabel moderating) akan dapat memperkuat hubungan wawasan kebangsaan terhadap prestasi mahasiswa.

This study examines the behavior of circular concretes externally confined by green sustainable WHBR FRP containing water hyacinth fiber ropes and bio-resin. This study principally purposes to discover the axial stress-strain relationship behavior of WHBR FRP-confined circular concrete. A total of 10 circular concretes with a dimension of 150×300 mm were cast, strengthened with one to four layers of WHBR FRP, and tested under compression. The stress and the deformability of WHBR FRP-confined circular concretes were observed to be increased along with the addition of WHBR FRP layers. The accurateness of existing ultimate stress and strain models of natural FRP-confined circular concrete was evaluated using the test results. Indicating the need for the newly developed models to precisely predict the ultimate stress and strain values of WHBR FRP-confined circular concrete, newly developed models were developed to be precise in estimating the ultimate stress and strain of WHBR FRP-confined circular concrete. Concrete is one of the materials in construction that continues to develop in strength and efficiency. Since most areas in Indonesia are vulnerable to earthquakes, the building structures must be more resistant to seismic forces. Increasing the concrete's strength might reduce the building structure's dimensions and weight, which will also reduced the earthquake force. One example of high-strength concrete is reactive powder concrete (RPC), an innovative concrete with small particle materials to fill in the space within the concrete so it can strengthen the concrete. Despite the advantage, there is still a lack of design provisions for this type of concrete. This research was conducted to analyze the stress-strain diagram curve and the compressive stress block for no-coarse aggregtae concrete. In this research, compression tests have been carried out on 100 mm × 200 mm cylinder samples with concrete compressive strength ranges from 28 to 76 N/mm2. Test results indicate that the actual curve of the stress-strain relationship for concrete without coarse aggregate is almost linear and shaped like a triangle with the maximum strain ranges from 0.006 to 0.008. The energy per unit volume ranges from 0.1175 to 0.3658 N/mm2 and the average force capture point is 0.62626 units. Based on the test results, compression stress block for no-coarse aggregtae concrete are proposed.

Objectives: To investigate the safety and pharmacokinetic profiles of long-acting injectable pre-exposure prophylaxis (LAI PrEP), notably cabotegravir (CAB-LA) and rilpivirine (RPV-LA), for the prevention of human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) infection.Methods: Eligible randomized trials of LAI PrEP in HIV-uninfected and/or healthy patients were included and assessed with the Revised Cochrane risk-of-bias tool for randomized trials. Where feasible, a meta-analysis was performed for safety outcomes by using a random-effects model with risk ratios and their 95% confidence intervals as the common effect measure. The protocol was registered with PROSPERO CRD42020154772.Results: Eight studies cumulating a total of 666 participants were included in this systematic review, including five (362 intervention-arm volunteers) and four trials (194 intervention-arm volunteers) that investigated CAB-LA and RPV-LA, respectively. We found that both CAB-LA and RPV-LA were generally well-tolerated as their safety profiles were similar to placebo in terms of any adverse event (AE), serious AE, and AE-related withdrawals. Furthermore, pharmacokinetic analyses revealed favorable prospects in viral inhibitory activity of CAB-LA and RPV-LA. Intramuscular (IM) injection of CAB-LA 600 mg Q8W was superior to CAB-LA 800 mg Q12W in male participants, while the same was true for RPV-LA 1200 mg IM Q8W over other dosing regimens. Although these results are promising, further research is required to confirm the findings on RPV-LA as current evidence is limited.Conclusion: CAB-LA and RPV-LA have promising safety and pharmacokinetic profiles. The preventive efficacy of these agents is being evaluated in Phase 3 trials.

Potential volcano in several provinces in Indonesia played a significant role in the formation and quality of soil development. Soils that developed from the volcanic ashes are often thought to contribute greatly to improve soil fertility, without regard to the nature and composition of the volcanic ash produced. Volcanic ash generated from the results of volcanic activity has a different composition, there are basaltic, andesitic and granitic, thereby affecting the formation and characteristics of the soil. The objective of this study was to determine the soil development from different types of pyroclastic materials generated from the Lokon volcano in North Sulawesi. The study was carried out at the foot of Mount Lokon with three-point of coordinates, namely (1) 1o 21’18.0“ N and 124o 49' 20.2” E, (2) 1o 21’ 30.2“ N and 124o 49' 2.8” E, (3) 1o 24’ 23.70“ N and 124o 52' 17.30“ E. Arc-GIS 10.3 software was used for mapping the location of the study with the base maps of a regional geological map and the topography map. Soil characteristics including texture, pH, organic-C, Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC), and mineral contents were determined. The results show that there are two types of pyroclastic as the source of soil development from volcanic ash, namely; 1) basaltic pyroclastic with 43.26% SiO2 that is resulted from the first magmatic eruption and 2) andesitic pyroclastic with 5.09% SiO2 that is resulted from the late magmatic eruption. Basaltic pyroclastic contains Fe 37.63%, Al 11.35%, Ca 13.17% and Mg 5.69%, while andesitic pyroclastic contains Fe 38.35%, Al 6.87%, and Ca 8.61%. Rainfall ranges from 2000 to 3500 mm yr-1, which helped the soil formation and influenced the characteristics of the soil, such as sandy loam texture, soil organic-C content 3.08% , CEC 23.24 cmol (+) kg-1 and clay CEC 148.93 cmol(+) kg-1. The clay minerals in the soil consist of vermiculite, kaolinite and, halloysite. Cation supply from basaltic pyroclastic influences the formation of vermiculite mineral, whereas andesitic pyroclastic largely influences the formation of the kaolinite mineral. The formation of soil texture with a predominance of the sand fraction is more influenced by the type of andesitic pyroclastic that is more resistant to weathering processes.

The varied topography will influence the soil formation. This study aims to characterize and classify the soil selected on different topography positions of the sugarcane plantation area. The research was conducted in sugarcane plantation area of Camming, District of Bone, South Sulawesi, which was carried out from November 2017 to March 2018. This study used a descriptive method, observation and description of the nine soil profiles at three transects. Each transect consisted of three profiles points located in different positions, consisting of summit, backslope, and valleys. Each horizon soil samples were analyzed for their physical, chemical and micromorphology characteristics in the laboratory. Soil classification system was done by using soil taxonomy to the level of subgroups. The results showed that an average rainfall annual on the research location was 2.200 mm per year. Soil characteristics such as soil solum, cation exchange capacity, and sum of basic cations tended to increase in parts of the valley than in the back and summit. The primary mineral from the sand fraction included quartz, calcite, biotite, opaque, and orthoclase found especially in the position of the back and valley. The pore types consisted of vugh and packing void pores. Pedofeature type of soil was generally in the form of concretions and nodules that showed the process of oxidation and reduction. The soil type in the study area was classified into Typic Haplustepts and Typic Haplustalf.

Bad scheduling and resource management can cause delays or cost overruns. Optimization in solving resource leveling is necessary to avoid those problems. Several objective criteria are used to solve resource leveling. Each of them has the same objective, which is to reduce the fluctuation of resource demand of the project. This study compares the performance of particle swarm optimization (PSO) and symbiotic organisms search (SOS) in solving resource leveling problems using separate objective functions in order to find which one produces a better solution. The results show that SOS produced a better solution than PSO, and one objective function is better in solving resource leveling than the others.

The purpose of this research is to determine the ability of subject teachers in developing learning tools in the independent curriculum. The results showed that as many as 40% of teachers were proficient and 60% of teachers were very proficient in carrying out or modifying learning objectives. As many as 40% are in the poor category, namely subject teachers who have not shown understanding in understanding the concept of teaching modules, and have not been able to modify teaching modules properly according to the goals, needs, and characteristics of the school. A total of 20% were in the sufficient category, namely, the subject teachers were quite good at understanding the concept of the teaching module, and were able to modify the teaching module following the objectives, needs, and characteristics of the school but still needed intensive guidance from resource persons. While 0% are in the advanced category, namely subject teachers understand the concept of teaching modules and are able to modify teaching modules properly according to the goals, needs, and characteristics of the school, but in some aspects, they still need resource guidance, for very advanced category 0% are subject teachers really understand the concept of teaching modules and can modify teaching modules properly according to the goals, needs and characteristics of the school independently.

Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) research by using cactus fruit extract (Opuntia elatior Mill.) has been done. The objectives of the research are to determine the highest efficiency of submersion time and Dye pH treatments of cactus fruit extract (Opuntia elatior Mill.). This research was used a Complete Random Design (CRD) method whereas the submersion time of the worked electrode on five extents of treatments are 6,12,18, 24, 30 hours and Dye pH on four extents of treatments are 1, 3, 5, and 7. The result showed that the optimum time at 12 hours with the Dye pH at 3 has resulted in the highest efficiency of 0.105. Keywords: Cactus fruit extract, Opuntia elatior Mill, efficiency, DSSC.

In this paper, we describe a novel human interaction platform in a car, called buttons on demand, that will serve as buttons inside the interior of a car, which can be called upon and activated when required but remain concealed and inactive when not required. The mechanism to obtain such interaction is driven by a combination of smart materials and mechanical design. The elaboration of smart materials and mechanical design employed to achieve this mechanism is discussed. A demonstration of how the buttons on demand mechanism described in this paper can potentially substitute or minimize the use of bulkier physical buttons in cars and provide the user with haptic and tactile feedback with low power consumption and fast response time is also presented.

Research shows that higher dietary protein of up to 1.2 g/kgbodyweight/day may help prevent sarcopenia and maintain musculoskeletal health in older individuals. Achieving higher daily dietary protein levels is challenging, particularly for older adults with declining appetites and underlying health conditions. The negative impact of these limitations on aging muscle may be circumvented through the consumption of high-quality sources of protein and/or supplementation. Currently, there is a debate regarding whether source of protein differentially affects musculoskeletal health in older adults. Whey and soy protein have been used as the most common high-quality proteins in recent literature. However, there is growing consumer demand for additional plant-sourced dietary protein options. For example, pea protein is rapidly gaining popularity among consumers, despite little to no research regarding its long-term impact on muscle health. Therefore, the objectives of this review are to: (1) review current literature from the past decade evaluating whether specific source(s) of dietary protein provide maximum benefit to muscle health in older adults; and (2) highlight the need for future research specific to underrepresented plant protein sources, such as pea protein, to then provide clearer messaging surrounding plant-sourced versus animal-sourced protein and their effects on the aging musculoskeletal system.

This research was completed using mixed qualitative and quantitative methods. Field surveys were executed in sugar cane plantation throughout South Sulawesi Indonesia. Land suitability analyses were performed using a parametric approach with Storie’s index equation followed up with correlation analysis using the Pearson correlation. Results revealed that the period for sugarcane crop growth in the humid tropic relatively dry regions of South Sulawesi Indonesia lasted for the months of November to July. The land suitability for sugar cane in the research location was moderately suitable (S2c) and marginally suitable (S3c, S3s, S3s,f and S3c,w) with limiting factors such as relative humidity during crop maturation phase, the duration of sunlight, soil depth, soil texture, soil pH and soil drainage. Land suitability index at the research location ranged from 25.2 to 55.0; sugar cane yields ranged from 30.3 to 62.0 Mg ha-1 year-1. Pearson correlation coefficient (r) between LSI with cane and sugar productivity were 0.81 and 0.84 respectively, signifying the strength of the correlation between the two values. This also indicates that land suitability index can be estimating the potential crop yield in the humid tropicsthat relatively dry climate regions.

A study of design and evaluation of “golden year” themed vertical garden had been done in Salaran, Wates Village, Semarang Regency. It was aimed to design, apply, and evaluate the vertical garden as a visual object. The methods used were observation, primary and secondary data collection, interview, and sketch design. Respondent’s perception of the visual object in terms of function, implementation of design principles, and aesthetical value was measured with Likert scale and scenic beauty estimation. The conclusions are: 1) a “golden year” themed vertical garden had been successfully created in a sketch by using sketchup software which is applied through a softscape of red bromelia, green Bromelia, Adam and Eve, and ornamental broccoli; and a hardscape of mahogany wood, geotextile carpet, UV plastic, and automatic irrigation system. 2) The “golden year” themed vertical garden was functioned to create visual effect, make a landmark, gives inspirations, and increases the diversity; but it was less functioned as the wind breaker. Unity, accentuation, proportion, accessibility, safety, and appropriate hard scape selection had been applied; but balance, rhythm, circulation, and the durability of materials were still less seen. Saat ini terdapat tren perancangan kota dengan konsep active living yang membuat penduduk kota menjadi lebih aktif bergerak, secara keseluruhan menjadikan kota lebih sehat (healthy city). Konsep active living ini salah satunya terdapat dalam jalur pedestrian kawasan komersial kota, yang berpotensi mewadahi lingkungan gerak aktif bagi penduduk kota. Toko-toko yang dirangkai berdekatan dapat membuat pejalan kaki aktif menelusuri kawasan secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana konsep active living telah diterapkan dalam jalur pedestrian Jalan L. L. R. E Martadinata (Jalan Riau). Dengan mengetahui kondisi lingkungan binaan untuk gerak aktif, diharapkan jurnal ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk perancangan jalur pedestrian di waktu kedepan, untuk kota yang lebih sehat. Metode pembahasan dilakukan dengan menganalisa masalah, peluang, kelebihan, dan kekurangan ruang gerak aktif yang muncul dalam jalur pedestrian di kawasan studi, bersinergi dengan studi literatur mengenai active living dalam lingkungan binaan. Dalam pengamatan, didapati bahwa jalur pedestrian dalam kawasan belanja jalan L. L. R. E. Martadinata belum sepenuhnya mewadahi gerak aktif. Jalur pedestrian menjadi kurang nyaman bagi pejalan kaki untuk bergerak bebas berbelanja dari pintu ke pintu. Terdapat value yang hilang dimana penduduk lebih memilih untuk menggunakan kendaraan bermotor untuk bergerak dari pintu ke pintu pertokoan.

The objective of this is paper is to determine the mineralogy and micromorphology characteristics of vertisol in the limestone parent rock at Jeneponto district of South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The pedons represent deposits of volcanoes basalt. The study consisted of field and laboratory research. Field research comprises of soil profile descriptions and soil sampling, while laboratory analysis consists of clay minerals analysis using X-rays, as well as sand and rock mineral. Micromorphology analysis undisturbed soil samples were taken from identifiable horizon for thin section preparation. X-ray analysis revealed that clay minerals of the vertisol mainly consists of montmorillonite group. While the mineral composition of parent rock (limestone) generally consists of foraminifera fossil, calcite, dolomite, clay minerals, orthoclase, opaque minerals and quartz. The mineralogy of sand fraction generally consists of easily weathered minerals like pyroxene, feldspar, hornblende, plagioclase, biotite and hard weathered mineral (quartz and opaque). Soil micromorphology analysis revealed that raw material, in general is dominated by coarse material which is consist of quartz mineral mixed with other minerals such as pyroxene and plagioclase. On the other hand, organic coarse-sized components are not found and the microstructure of the soil is generally in the loose form (massive), and the type of soil pore vary from vugh to channels pore.
