O objetivo principal do artigo "Genealogie und Kritik: zwei Formen ethischer Moralbefragung" de Christoph Menke é apresentar os pontos comuns e divergentes na constituição das concepções éticas de Nietzsche e Adorno –, mais especificamente, no que refere-se ao questionamento crítico da moral ou ética individual (figuras comum a ambos), que, por sua vez, terá uma relação necessária com o conceito de genealogia de Nietzsche e com o conceito de crítica de Adorno –, para, em última análise, mostrar as consequências distintas do posicionamento de cada um dos autores no âmbito da crítica à moral. Thailand’s power system has been facing an energy transition due to the increasing amount of Renewable Energy (RE) integration, prosumers with self-consumption, and digitalization-based business models in a Local Energy Market (LEM). This paper introduces a decentralized business model and a possible trading platform for electricity trading in Thailand’s Micro-Grid to deal with the power system transformation. This approach is Hybrid P2P, a market structure in which sellers and buyers negotiate on energy exchanging by themselves called Fully P2P trading or through the algorithm on the market platform called Community-based trading. A combination of Auction Mechanism (AM), Bill Sharing (BS), and Traditional Mechanism (TM) is the decentralized price mechanism proposed for the Community-based trading. The approach is validated through a test case in which, during the daytime, the energy import and export of the community are significantly reduced when 75 consumers and 25 PV rooftop prosumers participate in this decentralized trading model. Furthermore, a comparison analysis confirms that the decentralized business model outperforms a centralized approach on community and individual levels.

When does the confrontation between the government in Barcelona and the government in Madrid stop being an intra-Spanish issue? When one realises that the task at hand is neither contempt for the constitution nor a backwards-oriented issue of sectionalism that Spain has to suppress. And if one realises that Europe's self-understanding is at stake here, the confrontation becomes an issue of the self-understanding of a European democracy. Die Frage nach „Recht ohne Gesetz?“ ist die Frage nach dem Recht als Verfahren: die Frage danach, wie es zu verstehen ist (und wie es verstanden worden ist), dass das Recht – wie Susanne Gödde im Anschluss an Michael Gagarin und im Blick auf Hesiod schreibt – „eher als ‚Verfahren‘ (‚procedural law‘) und nicht als ‚substantiell‘(‚substantial law‘) aufgefasst“ wird. The question of „Justice without law?“ is the question of the law as procedure: the question of how we are to understand the fact (and how that fact has been understood in the past) that the law – as Susanne Gödde writes, following Michael Gagarin’s thesis and with a glance at Hesiod – is „conceived … as being a ‘process’ (‘procedural law‘), rather than as ‘substantial’ (‘substantial law‘)“.

Driven by falling photovoltaic (PV) installation costs and potential support policies, rooftop PV is expected to expand rapidly in Thailand. As a result, the relevant stakeholders, especially utilities, have concerns about the net economic impacts of high PV adoption. Using a cost−benefit analysis, this study quantifies the net economic impacts of rooftop PV systems on three utilities and on ratepayers in Thailand by applying nine different PV adoption scenarios with various buyback rates and annual percentages of PV cost reduction. Under Thailand’s current electricity tariff structure, Thai utilities are well-protected and able to pass all costs due to PV onto the ratepayers in terms of changes in retail rates. We find that when PV adoption is low, the net economic impacts on both the utilities and retail rates are small and the impacts on each utility depend on its specific characteristics. On the other hand, when PV adoption ranges from 9−14% in energy basis, five-year retail rate impacts become noticeable and are between 6% and 11% as compared to the projected retail rates in 2036 depending on the PV adoption level. Thus, it is necessary for Thailand to make tradeoffs among the stakeholders and maximize the benefits of rooftop PV adoption.

This paper presents CO2 reduction potentials employing clean coal technologies for power plants in Indonesia. Whenlow ranked coal from huge reserves cannot be excluded from coal-fired power plants to meet electricity demand, it is criticalfor Indonesia to adopt the best available clean coal technologies for its future coal-fired power plants in order to minimizeCO2 emissions in a long term. Several types of coal-fired technologies are considered to be the best match with Indonesia’ssituation by assessing CO2 emissions from coal-fired power plants, levelized costs of electricity generation, and the cost ofCO2 avoidance. As a result, supercritical PC, IGCC, CFB, and PFBC technologies are presented as a consideration for policymaker in Indonesia.

El gust és la categoria en què l'estètica burgesa que va emergir al segle XVII formula la promesa d'autonomia per reconciliar sense fissures la forma de la subjectivitat amb l'exigència d'objectivitat. Aquesta promesa d'autonomia va ser anul · lada pel capitalisme de consum de masses i substituïda pel gust com a mitjà per a l'adaptació creativa. Això planteja la qüestió per un «gust diferent» alhora més enllà de l'autonomia burgesa i l'adaptació consumista. Aquesta és la idea de gust com a passió (pathos) o Kraft-com «aversió» (Adorno).

Este artículo pone en relación dos tesis kantianas respecto a la estética en aparente contraposición: la afirmación de la autonomía de lo estético respecto a lo ético y la afirmación de la belleza como símbolo de la moralidad. El autor constata que esta aparente confrontación se resuelve gracias al concepto de la analogía propuesta por Kant entre lo bello y lo bueno, así como por la comprensión de la orientación del gusto estético hacia lo bello y de la actitud moral hacia el bien como disposiciones resultantes de un proceso de reflexión. Esta noción es atendida especialmente en el artículo según sus tres acepciones.

La cuestión de la actualidad de la tragedia ha sido uno de los grandes temas de la filosofía desde el romanticismo. La tesis dominante ha consistido en negar dicha actualidad por distintas razones. En este artículo se cuestiona esa negación para sostener, contrariamente, que la tragedia pertenece a nuestro presente, aunque de un modo peculiar, a saber: como tragedia de la reflexión en la que el plano ético y el plano estético se sustituyen interminablemente, como ocurre en Fin de partida de S. Beckett, la tragedia moderna por excelencia. Esta tesis tiene consecuencias para la teoría de la modernidad y el concepto moderno de reflexión que se discuten a partir de las obras de Hegel, Nietzsche, Derrida y Barthes.

La soberanía del sujeto y el poder de la ley se han visto ya desde Platón y Aristóteles en una relación conflictiva. En el siglo xx, esta ha seguido siendo una controversia que traspasa toda la filosofía política tanto en posicionamientos de derechas como de izquierdas contra el parlamentarismo liberal, que ha defendido siempre una neutralidad de la ley. En discusión con el análisis de Carl Schmitt de la soberanía y la autonomía de la aplicación de la ley, en este artículo se examina la necesidad de repensar los momentos de excepcionalidad en la democracia liberal en los que la fuerza de la ley es puesta en suspensión, como es el caso de los indultos. Con ello se plantea la posibilidad de una recuperación no autoritaria de la categoría schmittiana de soberanía para el pensamiento ético y político que permitiría relacionar la filosofía política liberal con posiciones críticas radicales contemporáneas como la de Derrida.
