A novel strategy based on Cu-catalyzed (4+1) cascade annulation of terminal alkynes as one-carbon synthons with 2-(tosylmethyl)anilines has been developed for the expeditious synthesis of 2,3-disubstituted indoles, in which in situ generations of aza-o-quinone methides and alkynyl-copper(I) species are involved. This annulation provides an effective method for the assembly of synthetically and structurally interesting 2,3-disubstituted indoles.

The adverse effects of global climate change on human production and life are becoming increasingly prominent. Responding to climate change has become a severe challenge faced by human society, and the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions has gradually become a common action by all countries. Therefore, analyzing carbon emissions through scientific methods has become an important foundation for responding to the national "dual carbon" strategy. This study used provincial-level carbon emission statistics, combined with nighttime light data and population data, and assigned carbon emissions to the grid scale. It also analyzed the temporal and spatial characteristics and evolution characteristics of carbon emissions in China in 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2018, as well as the correlation between carbon emissions and the economy. Based on the land use data of Hexi Corridor region from 1980 to 2020, we calculated the ecological environment quality index and analyzed the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics, change frequency, patterns, circles of the long time series land use type changes and its ecological environment quality, using the spatial analysis method of ArcGIS. The results showed that unused land was the main land use type in the study area during 1980-2020. The area of construction land, forest land, grassland, and water changed more, and the transition among land use types was obvious. The trends of deterioration and improvement of ecological environment quality in the study area occurred simultaneously and offset each other under certain conditions. The ecological environment quality index evolved in a 'U' shape, first decreasing and then increasing, with little change in overall ecological environment quality fluctuations. The spatial clustering of ecological quality was obvious, which was higher in the southeast and lower in the northwest, without high frequency and large change. The ecological quality in the southeast quadrant of the study area was the worst, followed by the southwest and northwest quadrants, while the ecological quality in the northeast quadrant was the best. The area of the continuously decline zone in ecological environment quality type conversion was larger than that of the continuously rising zone, indicating that ecological environmental protection in the Hexi Corridor had been effective during the study period. The hot spots of ecological quality change were mainly distributed in the central and southwestern part of the Hexi Corridor, and the cold spots were mainly distributed in the northwestern part.基于河西走廊地区1980—2020年的土地利用数据,运用ArcGIS空间分析方法,计算生态环境质量指数,对1980—2020年长时间序列土地利用类型变化及其生态环境质量的时空演变特征、变化频次、模式、圈层分布和空间聚集特征等进行分析。结果表明: 1980—2020年间,未利用地是研究区主要的土地利用类型,其中,建设用地、林地、草地和水域面积变化较多,土地利用类型之间转换明显。研究区生态环境质量恶化和改善的趋势同时发生,并在一定条件下相互抵消,生态环境质量指数呈先降后升的“U”型演变过程,整体生态环境质量波动变化不大。生态环境质量的空间集聚特征明显,总体分布特征为东南地区较高、西北地区较低,没有出现高频率、大变化;研究区东南象限的生态环境质量最差,西南和西北象限次之,东北象限的生态环境质量最好;生态环境质量类型转换持续下降区的面积大于持续上升区的面积,说明研究期间河西走廊的生态环境保护取得了一定成效。生态环境质量变化热点区域主要分布在河西走廊中部以及西南部,冷点区域主要分布在河西走廊西北部。.

This study aimed to further explore the relevant mechanism of action by network pharmacology integrated with animal experimental verification based on previous proven effective treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(CSA) by Panlongqi Tablets. Bionetwork analysis was performed to establish drug-disease interaction network, and it was found that the key candidate targets of Panlongqi Tablets were enriched in multiple signaling pathways related to CSA pathological links, among which phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3 K)/serine-threonine kinase(AKT/PKB) signaling pathway was the most significant. Further, mixed modeling method was used to build the CSA rat model, and the rats were divided into normal, model, Panlongqi Tablets low-, medium-and high-dose(0.16, 0.32, 0.64 g·kg~(-1)) and Jingfukang Granules(positive drug, 1.35 g·kg~(-1)) groups. After successful modeling, the rats were administered for 8 consecutive weeks. Pathological changes of rat cervical muscle tissues were detected by hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, and the content of interleukin-1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) and chemokine(C-C motif) ligand 2(CCL2) in rat serum and/or cervical tissues was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Western blot was employed to detect the protein expression levels of chemokine(C-C motif) receptor 2(CCR2), PI3 K, AKT, phosphorylated AKT(p-AKT), I-kappa-B-kinase beta(IKK-beta/IKKβ), nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB P65) and phosphorylated nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB p-P65) in rat cervical tissues, and positive expression of p-NF-κB P65 in rat cervical muscle tissues was detected by immunofluorescence. The results showed that Panlongqi Tablets at different doses improved the degree of muscle fibrosis and inflammation in cervical muscle tissues of CSA rats, and reduced the content of inflammatory factors IL-1β, TNF-α, VEGF, CCL2 and CCR2 in serum and/or cervical tissues. The protein expression levels of PI3 K, p-AKT, IKKβ and p-NF-κB P65 as well as the nuclear entry of p-NF-κB P65 in cervical tissues were down-regulated. These findings suggest that Panlongqi Tablets can significantly inhibit the inflammatory response of CSA rats, and the mechanism of action may be related to the down-regulation of the activation of PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway.

Tea plant, an important beverage crop, is cultivated worldwide. Lignification can improve the hardness of tea plant, which is of great significance for tea quality. Jasmonates (JAs) and cytokinin are plant hormones that control processes of plant development and secondary metabolite accumulation. Hydroxycinnamoyl-CoA shikimate/quinate hydroxycinnamoyl transferase (HCT) is primarily involved in lignin biosynthesis. The effects of exogenous application of JAs and cytokinin on lignin biosynthesis and related HCT gene expression profiles in tea plants are still unclear. In order to investigate the effects of exogenous JAs and cytokinin on lignin accumulation, anatomical structures, and CsHCT gene profiles in tea plants, we treated tea plants with methyl jasmonate (MeJA) and cytokinin (6-BA). MeJA and 6-BA treatments triggered the lignification at 6 and 12 d in tea leaves. The combined treatment resulted in an increase in lignin content at 6 d, which was 1.32 times of that at 0 d for 'Mengshan 9.' The CsHCTs in clade 2 (CsHCT5, CsHCT6, CsHCT7, and CsHCT8) were mainly expressed in leaves. We found that exogenous MeJA and cytokinin might be able to antagonistically regulate tea plant lignin accumulation through the mediation of CsHCT expression. This study revealed that HCTs play potential important roles involved in lignin biosynthesis of tea plant development and hormonal stimuli.

A Lewis acid promoted intramolecular Schmidt reaction of N-acylbenzotriazoles with alkyl azides was designed and realized. The benzotriazole was not only employed as an efficient activator for initiating the Schmidt rearrangement but also used as a powerful terminator for the subsequent nucleophilic trapping of the isocyanate ion and/or N-acyliminium ion from the rearrangement. Thirteen δ-azido N-acylbenzotriazoles were investigated, and the conversion afforded the desired benzotriazole-1-carboxamides and lactams with good to excellent yields.

We collected remote sensing images of lower reaches of the Shiyang River Basin in 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2018. We analyzed the dynamics of desertification in Minqin County by constructing desertification difference index, using RS and GIS theories and methods. We established the Albedo-NDVI feature space based on the normalized vegetation index (NDVI) and surface albedo (Albedo). The results showed that the desertification area in the lower reaches of Shi-yang River Basin accounted for more than 90% of the total area of the Minqin. Oasis scattered in large areas of desertified land. Moderate desertification accounted for more than 70% of the total area of the county. The area of desertification in Minqin showed an decreasing trend from 1995 to 2018, with an average annual reduction area of 22.06 km以石羊河流域下游甘肃省民勤县为研究区,选取1995、2000、2005、2010、2015、2018年6期遥感影像作为数据源,利用RS和GIS理论和方法,基于归一化植被指数(NDVI)和地表反照率(Albedo)建立Albedo-NDVI特征空间,构建荒漠化差值指数,对民勤县荒漠化动态变化进行分析。结果表明: 石羊河流域下游地区荒漠化面积占民勤县总面积的90%以上,绿洲零星分布在大面积荒漠化土地中,以中度荒漠化为主,占全县总面积的70%以上;1995—2018年间,民勤县荒漠化面积整体呈减少趋势,年均减少面积为22.06 km

A new hypervalent-iodine(III) mediated tandem reaction involving oxidative dearomatization and in situ aziridination of phenolic amines is described, providing a mild and effective method for the assembly of structurally interesting and synthetically useful aziridines. Importantly, the densely functionalized aziridines resulting from this unprecedented tandem reaction offer a platform for the expeditious access to architecturally diverse aza-heterocycles through transformations initiated by selective ring-opening of aziridines.

An unprecedented asymmetric catalytic (4 + 2) annulation reaction of aryl-substituted γ-methylidene-δ-valerolactones (GMDVs) with isatin-derived para-quinone methides (p-QMs) has been developed under the catalysis of palladium(0) and (S,S,S)-(-)-Xyl-SKP, offering a new approach for the diastereo- and enantioselective synthesis of chiral cyclohexadienone-fused cyclohexyl spirooxindoles. Significantly, three highly congested contiguous tetrasubstituted carbon atoms embedded in bispirocyclic skeleton, of which two are vicinal quaternary stereogenic centers, are forged in an effective and selective manner (up to 99% yield, up to 95% ee, >20/1 dr). The current reaction represents the first exploration of enantioselective catalytic (4 + 2) annulation forming the six-membered carbocycles in the chemistry of both GMDVs and p-QMs.

Nitrogen-doped carbon dots (CDs) have attracted great interest due to their extraordinary properties, especially their enhanced emission efficiency, and thus a facile synthesis of nitrogen-doped CDs with high emission efficiency is critical for practical applications. To improve the emission efficiency of CDs, herein we employed Bombyx mori silk, which has high nitrogen content, as a raw material to prepare photoluminescent nitrogen-doped carbon dots through one-pot hydrothermal synthesis, and found that the as-prepared CDs have a photoluminescence (PL) quantum yield of 13.9%, and display amphoteric properties depending on the pH, are highly photostable, have low toxicity and are suitable for bioimaging.

The aim of this paper was to compare different effects of Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets from 6 different manufacturers on multiple organ injuries in rats and to explore mechanism of hepatotoxicity preliminarily from the perspective of apoptosis and oxidative stress. Rats were randomly divided into the groups normal, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hubei, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Fujian(7 groups with 16 rats in each group, sex in half). Rats were given Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets at 144 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)(16 times the clinical equivalent dose) once a day according to its corresponding group like rats in Zhejiang group was given Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets from Zhejiang manufactures continuously for 20 days with the life and death situation of mice to be observed, then rats were executed to detect various indicators. RESULTS:: showed that 8 female rats in Zhejiang group died after 15 days of administration, the serum NEUT of rats in Hubei, Fujian and Shanghai groups was significantly lower than that of normal rats. The serum AST, ALT and/or TBiL levels were increased in all rats, and serum BUN and/or CRE levels of rats were also increased in Hunan, Hubei, Fujian and Shanghai groups. In dosage groups, testicular and ovarian coefficients of rats were reduced, the number of sperm were significant decreased while the rate of sperm malformation increased and sperm dynamics parameters of normal, especially in Jiangsu and Zhejiang groups. Liver histopathology and apoptosis of liver cells were observed in dosage groups, especially in Jiangsu and Hubei groups. In liver, Nrf2, HO-1 and Bcl-2 were inhibited and the protein expression level of Bax were increased simultaneously in dosage groups. These results showed that all Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets from 6 manufacturers could lead to chronic multiple organ injuries with disparate specialties in rats, and Jiangsu and Zhejiang groups were more toxic. It could be the mechanism promoting mitochondrial mediated Bax/Bcl-2 cell apoptosis signaling pathway and negatively regulating Nrf2/HO-1 oxidative stress signaling pathway that Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets from 6 different manufacturers resulted in chronic liver injury, the results above were for reference only in subsequent study.

To systematically evaluate the adverse drug reaction(ADR) of Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets(TGT) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Four Chinese databases(CNKI, VIP, WanFang, SinoMed) and three English databases(Cochrane Library, EMbase, PubMed), from the time of database establishing to August 2019, were systematically retrieved to collect literature on the treatment of all types of RA with TG. Screening literature and extracting data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. All studies were assessed by using internationally recognized methodological quality assessment tools or reporting quality evaluation criteria, with data being extracted and Meta-analyzed. There were 79 studies included, randomized controlled trials(RCT) containing TGT in the treatment group, non-randomized controlled trials(non-RCT), case series, case reports, and RCT containing TGT only in the control group were covered. There were in the control group; 765 ADR of 2 214 patients in 30 RCT(treatment group given TGT), 11 non-RCT and 7 case reports. The results of Meta-analysis of these 48 literatures showed that the overall incidence of ADRs was 0.23(95%CI[0.22,0.24]); ADR mainly occured in the reproductive, gastrointestinal, skin and accessories, blood, hepatobiliary system damage and the incidence of ADR in systems mentioned about respectively were 0.14(95%CI[0.12,0.17]),0.07(95%CI[0.06,0.08]),0.06(95%CI[0.04,0.07]),0.04(95%CI[0.03,0.05]),0.04(95%CI[0.03,0.05]). Further subgroup analysis results showed that the incidence of total ADR, especially the gastrointestinal, reproductive and cutaneous ADR of patients with treatment alone was higher than that in those paients with MTX or MTX+LEF therapy; The incidence of ADR, especially the gastrointestinal ADR, was also positively correlated with daily dose and course of treatment, while the incidence of different systems ADR was also correlated with different drug manufacturers, for instance, damage on the female reproductive system occurs most frequently in Hunan manufacture TGT administration, same as the damage on skin and accessories induced by TGT from Jiangsu manufacture. Above all, The clinical treatment of TGT for RA will cause multi-system ADR, with the highest incidence in the reproductive system, followed by the gastrointestinal system, which is closely related to the way of medication(monotherapy), daily dose, course of medication and drug manufacturer. Therefore, it is recommended that, in the treatment of RA, using TGT in combination, low dose or short-course medication, take measures to protect the reproductive system, stomach and liver, and paying attention to the drug manufacturer as well response of patients during administration should be valued to avoid ADRs to the maximum possibility.

The aim was to observe the analgesic effect of Fengshi Qutong Capsules(FSQTC) on chronic inflammatory pain in mice, and investigate its effect on p-ERK/COX-2 signal molecular activity. A model of chronic inflammatory pain was induced in mice by complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA). The mice were divided into normal control group, model group, model+FSQTC 0.3, 0.6 and 1.2 g·kg~(-1 )groups, model+positive control drug ibuprofen(IBP, 0.34 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)) group, and normal control+ FSQTC 1.2 g·kg~(-1)group. FSQTC or IBP was given once a day by oral administration. Standard Von Frey fiber was used to evaluate the mechanical pain threshold, and the acetone stimulation was used to induce inflammatory plantar and observe the cold pain reaction scores. The mechanical pain threshold and cold pain reaction scores were observed before administration and 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 h after administration on the first day, as well as 3 h after administration on the 3 rd to 7 th day. The protein levels of PGE_2, COXs-1,2 and p-ERK in the spinal cord of the inflammatory foot and lumbar 4-5 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. The results showed that the mechanical pain threshold of the model group decreased and the cold pain reaction score increased as compared with the normal group. FSQTC application could dose-dependently increase the mechanical pain threshold and decrease the cold pain reaction score. The effect lasted for 6 h, most significant at 3 h. The effect of ibuprofen was similar to that of the 0.6 g·kg~(-1) dose group. In addition, FSQTC could reduce the abnormally increased protein content of PGE_2, COX-2 and p-ERK in the inflammatory foot and/or spinal cord of the model group, and the effect was most significant in middle and high dose groups. However, it had no effect on COX-1 in the inflammatory foot and spinal cord of mice. The results suggest that FSQTC has ob-vious analgesic effect on chronic inflammatory pain in mice, which may be related to inhibition of p-ERK/COX-2 signaling pathway.

Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) is overexpressed in most human cancers, but its precise regulatory mechanism in cancer cells remains unclear. The aims of this study are to discover and identify the new regulatory factors which bind to the COX-2 promoter and regulate COX-2 expression and cancer cell growth, and to elucidate the mechanisms of action of these factors in lung cancer. In this study, the COX-2 promoter-binding protein BPTF (bromodomain PHD finger transcription factor) was detected, identified and verified by biotin-streptavidin-agarose pulldown, mass spectrum analysis and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) in lung cancer cells, respectively. The expressions of COX-2 and BPTF in lung cancer cell lines, mouse tumor tissues and human clinical samples were detected by RT-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry assays. The interaction of BPTF with NF-kB was analyzed by immunoprecipitation and confocal immunofluorescence assays. We discovered and identified BPTF as a new COX-2 promoter-binding protein in human lung cancer cells. Knockdown of BPTF inhibited COX-2 promoter activity and COX-2 expression in lung cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. We also found that BPTF functioned as a transcriptional regulator through its interaction with the p50 subunit of NF-kB. Knockdown of BPTF abrogated the binding of p50 to the COX-2 promoter, while the inhibition of p50 activity abolished the decreased trend of COX-2 expression and lung cancer cell proliferation caused by BPTF silencing. Moreover, we showed that the expressions of BPTF and COX-2 in tumor tissues of lung cancer patients were positively correlated, and high co-expression of BPTF and COX-2 predicted poor prognosis in lung cancer patients. Collectively, our results indicated that BPTF cooperated with p50 NF-κB to regulate COX-2 expression and lung cancer growth, suggesting that the BPTF/p50/COX-2 axis could be a potential therapeutic target for lung cancer.

To observe the effect of Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets on angiogenesis of rats with type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis( CIA) and on the tube formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells( HUVEC) in vitro. The HUVEC were induced by 20 μg·L-1 vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in vitro,and were treated with 0. 1,1,10 mg·L-1 Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets continuously for 7 hours. The numbers of branches of tube formation were measured. SD rats were immunized to establish CIA. CIA rats were treated with 9,18,36 mg·kg-1·d-1 Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets for 42 days. Histopathological examination( HE) was performed to observe the vascular morphology and vascular density in the synovial membrane of the inflamed joints. Immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence were performed to observe the expression of platelets-endothelial cell adhesion molecule( CD31) and αsmooth muscle actin( αSMA) in synovial membrane. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were performed to observe the expression of hypoxia-inducible factors 1α( HIF1α) and angiotensin 1( Ang1) in the synovial tissue. The results showed that the numbers of branches of tube formation of HUVEC induced by VEGF were improved,and declined significantly after treated by Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets. Compared with the normal group,the vascular density,CD31 positive expression,CD31 +/αSMA-immature and total vascular positive expression in the synovial membrane of the model group were significantly increased,and so as HIF1α and Ang1 in the synovium. Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets reduced the synovial vascular density and inhibited the positive expression of CD31,CD31+/αSMA-immature blood vessels and total vascular,but has no effect on CD31+/αSMA+mature blood vessels. Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets also inhibited the expression of HIF1α and Ang1 in synovial membrane of inflammatory joints. Our results demonstrated that Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets could inhibit the angiogenesis of synovial tissue in CIA rats and the tube formation of HUVEC,which is related to the down-regulation of HIF1α/Ang1 signal axis.

The aim of this paper was to compare the performance of acute liver injury in mice induced by Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets from 6 different manufacturers,and to explore the toxicity mechanism from the perspective of oxidative stress and apoptosis preliminarily. Male or female mice were randomly divided into normal group,Zhejiang group,Hunan group,Hubei group,Shanghai group,Jiangsu group and Fujian group. Mice in Tripgerygium Glycosides Tablets groups were given 16 times the clinical equivalent dose( 300 mg·kg-1) Tripgerygium Glycosides Tablets by oral administration for one time,mice were executed in 24 h after lavaged.Then the visceral brain coefficient of the organ was calculated. Histopathological changes of liver were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. Td T-mediated d UTP nick-end labeling was used to detect the apoptosis of the liver cells and the protein content of oxidative stress related factors in liver homogenate. Nuclear transcription factor E2-related factor( Nrf2) and heme oxygenase-1( HO-1) as well as mitochondrial mediated apoptosis-related protein expression levels of Bax and Bcl-2 in hepatic tissue were measured by Western blot.Within 24 hours of administration,6 male mice in Jiangsu group and 2 female mice in Zhejiang group were dying; compared with normal ones,liver coefficients of mice in Zhejiang,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Hunan groups were significantly increased,thymus coefficients in the first two groups were significantly reduced,as well as the lung coefficients of Fujian group mice,the rest was normal. In addition to Hubei group,serum AST,ALT or ALP levels of mice were increased,while TBi L were not being affected. Histopathological changes and apoptosis of liver cells were observed in all mice,and the degree of severity was ranked as Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Hunan,Hubei and Fujian group. All Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets increased the MDA and reduced the content of T-SOD,CAT or GSH in liver tissue while inhibited Nrf2,HO-1 and Bcl-2,increased the protein expression level of Bax( except Hunan group). Tripgerygium Glycosides Tablets from 6 manufacturers all resulted in liver function damage and liver histopathological changes,especially in Jiangsu,Hubei and Fujian,and the mechanism may related to inhibit Nrf2/HO-1 oxidative stress pathway and activate Bax/Bcl-2 apoptosis pathway to mediate lipid peroxidation and induce liver cell apoptosis. Triptolide A may be one of the main toxic components of Tripgerygium Glycosides Tablets that causing drug-induced liver injury. This study was conducted on normal mice with super dose medication,so the relevant results are for reference only.

The main goal of this study is to investigate the microstructure and electrical properties of Al–Zr–La alloys under different hot compression deformation temperatures. In particular, a Gleeble 3500 thermal simulator was used to carry out multi-pass hot compression tests. For five-pass hot compression deformation, the last-pass deformation temperatures were 240, 260, 300, 340, 380, and 420°C, respectively, where the first-pass deformation temperature was 460°C. The experimental results indicated that increasing the hot compression deformation temperature with each pass resulted in improved electrical conductivity of the alloy. Consequently, the flow stress was reduced after deformation of the samples subjected to the same number of passes. In addition, the dislocation density gradually decreased and the grain size increased after hot compression deformation. Furthermore, the dynamic recrystallization behavior was effectively suppressed during the hot compression process because spherical Al3Zr precipitates pinned the dislocation movement effectively and prevented grain boundary sliding.

The single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (SVNHFS) is a combination of single-valued neutrosophic set and hesitant fuzzy set that is designed for some incomplete, uncertain and inconsistent situations in which each element has a few different values designed by truth membership hesitant function, indeterminacy membership hesitant function and falsity membership hesitant function. In this paper, we define the score function, accuracy function and certainty function of SVNHFS and give the laws to compare the SVNHFS. Then, we propose the single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator and the single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy hybrid weighted averaging operator and study the properties of the operators. Furthermore, an approach to multi-attribute decision making within the framework of SVNHFS is developed by the proposed aggregation operators. Finally, a practical application of the developed approach is given, and the result shows that our approach is reasonable and effective in dealing with uncertain decision-making problems.

An efficient synthesis of naturally occurring (R)-tylophorine is described. The alkaloid was prepared in seven steps from a known phenanthryl aldehyde with an overall yield of 14.2%. Asymmetric hydrogenation of an allyl alcohol was employed as a key step for installing a stereogenic center with good enantioselectivity (77% ee), and the ee value of the ω-chloro alcohol was improved to 95% by recrystallization. After azidation and oxidation of the enantio-enriched ω-chloro alcohol to the precursor of the Schmidt reaction, the chirality transfer in the stereospecific 1,2-migration furnished the chiral carbon in the alkaloid. Finally, a one-pot deformylation/Pictet-Spengler cyclization completed the total synthesis of (R)-tylophorine.

To observe the effect of Fengshi Qutong Capsules(FSQTC) on angiogenesis of rat aortarings and in knee joint synovium of type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) rats. The blood vessel of aorta rings of normal SD rats were induced by vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) 20 μg·L~(-1 )in vitro, and were treated with FSQTC(0.02, 0.1 and 0.5 μg·L~(-1)) continuously for 9 days. The number, length and area of neovascularization of the vascular ring were measured. SD rats were immunized to establish collagen-induced arthritis. CIA rats were treated with FSQTC(0.25, 0.5, 1 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)) and methotrexate(0.2 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)) daily for 19 days. Histopathological examination(HE) was performed to observe the vascular morphology and vascular density in the synovial membrane of the inflamed joint. Immunohistochemistry was performed to observe the expression of platelets-endothelial cell adhesion molecule(CD31), VEGF and VEGF receptor 2(VEGFR_2)in the synovium. Immunofluorescence was performed to observe the expression of CD31 and α smooth muscle actin(αSMA) in synovial membrane.TGF-β, PDGF and VEGFR_2 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The number, branch length and area of blood vessels of aorta rings were significantly increased induced by VEGF, and FSQTC could significantly reduce the number, branch length and area of blood vessels. Compared with the normal group, the vascular density, CD31 positive expression, CD31~+/αSMA~- immature and total vascular positive expression in the synovial membrane of the model group were significantly increased, and so as VEGF and VEGFR_2 in the synovium. The VEGFR_2, TGF-β and PDGF in sera were also significantly increased in model group. FSQTC reduced the synovial vascular density and inhibited the positive expression of CD31, CD31~+/αSMA~- immature blood vessels and total vascular. FSQTC has no significant effect on CD31~+/αSMA~+mature blood vessels. FSQTC also negatively inhibited the expression of VEGF, VEGFR_2, TGF-β and PDGF in synovial membrane and/or sera. The effect of methotrexate is similar with to the high dose group. Our results demonstrated that FSQTC could inhibit the angiogenesis of synovial tissue in CIA rats and of aortaring in rats, which is related to the reduction of angiogenesis regulatory factor.

With the continuous implementation of ecological civilization and the transformation of multi-functional land management, the ecologicalization of land consolidation has entered a critical period of theoretic innovation and practical application. Systematically combing the development of theoretical research and practical exploration of ecological environment effect of land consolidation, and clarifying the service direction and implementation path of the land science discipline research under the "New Era" are urgent for the implementation of the "ecological" land consolidation stra-tegy. We reviewed the literatures on the ecological environment effects of land consolidation in the past 18 years. Using Citespace 1.0 software as analysis tool, we identified the research hotspots of ecological environmental effects of land consolidation, and discussed the mechanism of ecological environmental effects of land consolidation based on the analysis of relationship among ecological environment elements, ecological landscape and ecosystem services. Further, we proposed a new application path of "ecological" land consolidation from the measurement of regional ecosystem service level and the diagnosis of obstacle factors, the impact of land consolidation on regional ecosystem services and its mechanism, and the construction of ecological land consolidation model based on the promotion of ecosystem services, which aimed to provide a scientific basis for the restoration and construction of the life community of "mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes and grasses" in China.随着生态文明理念的不断落实和土地多功能管理的转型,土地整治的生态化发展开始进入全面创新与实践探索的关键时期.系统梳理土地整治的生态环境效应理论研究与实践探索的发展过程,明确“新时代”下学科研究的服务方向和实施路径,对于实施“生态化”土地整治战略非常重要.本文以2000年以来国内外有关土地整治生态环境效应的文献为分析对象,采用Citespace 1.0软件的文献计量分析及文献归纳方法,对土地整治的生态环境效应研究热点进行识别,并从生态环境要素、生态景观、生态系统服务3个方面总结并提炼了土地整治生态环境影响的作用机制.在此基础上,从区域生态系统服务水平测度及障碍因子诊断、土地整治对区域生态系统服务的影响效应及其机制、基于生态系统服务提升的生态化土地整治模式构建等方面提出未来“生态化”土地整治的应用路径,旨在为我国“山水林田湖草”生命共同体的修复与建设提供科学依据.

This chapter provides an overview on neutrosophy along with its mathematical developments over the last 2 decades. This will educate the readers about neutrosophy as a generalization of dialectics with its several mathematical algebra, precalculus and calculus. In addition, the nonstandard neutrosophic set (NS), the standard NS, the hesitant NS, and their extension to a complex fuzzy environment are also discussed. Moreover, the neutrosophic aggregation operators; the neutrosophic cognitive maps; the neutrosophic overset, underset, and offset; the neutrosophic crisp set; the refined NS; and the law of included multiple middle are also addressed. Furthermore, this chapter reports the neutrosophic algebraic structures, neutrosophic graphs, neutrosophic triplets, neutrosophic duplets, neutrosophic multisets, and the extension of crisp/fuzzy/intuitionistic fuzzy/NSs to plithogenic sets in detail with their mathematical expressions.

Processing of dark tea varieties, such as Fu brick tea, Liupao tea, Qianliang tea, and Qing brick tea, includes solid-state fermentation involving microorganisms. In this study, we analyzed the major chemical constituents of dark tea extracts and evaluated their modulatory effect on the gastrointestinal function in normal mice, including the improvement of gastrointestinal transit and intestinal microbial, as well as the attenuation of intestinal microbial dysbiosis and intestinal pathological damage, and the adjustment of immune function in antibiotic-treated mice. Substantial differences in major chemical constituents, including total polyphenols, total organic acids, water extract content, 18 free amino acids, gallic acid, and six tea catechins, were observed among Fu brick tea, Qianliang tea, Qing brick tea, and Liupao tea extracts. Extracts from the four dark tea varieties significantly promoted gastrointestinal transit and colonization of beneficial Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, and inhibited the growth of harmful Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in normal mice. In addition, Qianliang tea, Qing brick tea, and Liupao tea extracts significantly accelerated the reversal of the ampicillin sodium-induced pathological damage in the ileum, intestinal bacterial dysbiosis (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, E. coli, and Enterococcus), and low immunity.

Coumarins are an important group of bioactive constituents in licorice ( Glycyrrhiza uralensis ), a worldwide popular herbal medicine. This study aims to elucidate the metabolism of two major licorice coumarins, glycyrin and glycyrol in rats. After oral administration of 40 mg/kg glycyrin, neither the parent compound nor its metabolites could be detected in rats plasma or urine samples, indicating that glycyrin had poor oral bioavailability. Two hydroxylated metabolites, 4″-hydroxyl glycyrin and 5″-hydroxyl glycyrin, were detected in rat liver microsome incubation system. Among them, the major metabolite 4″-hydroxyl glycyrin, which is a new compound, was obtained by microbial transformation of Syncephalastrum racemosum AS 3.264. Its structure was fully identified by 1D and 2D NMR. Meanwhile, glycyrol, together with three metabolites, were detected in rats urine and fecal samples after oral administration (40 mg/kg). Their structures were tentatively characterized by LC/MS. Glycyrol mainly undertakes hydroxylation metabolism, accompanied by hydration and dehydrogenation as minor reactions. This is the first systematic study on metabolism of glycyrin and glycyrol. The results could be valuable to evaluate druggability of these bioactive natural products.

Glycycoumarin is a major bioactive coumarin of licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis), one of the most popular herbal medicines worldwide. In this work, the metabolism of glycycoumarin in rats was investigated. After oral administration of 40mg/kg glycycoumarin, 4 and 10 metabolites were respectively detected in rats plasma and urine samples by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC/MS). These metabolites were tentatively characterized by analyzing their tandem mass spectra and high-resolution mass spectra, and the structures of glucuronides were confirmed by β-glucuronidase hydrolysis. Glycycoumarin mainly undertakes hydroxylation and glucuronidation metabolism, accompanied by hydrogenation and dehydrogenation as minor reactions. Two hydroxylated metabolites, 4''-hydroxyl glycycoumarin and 5''-hydroxyl glycycoumarin, were obtained by microbial transformation of Syncephalastrum racemosum AS 3.264, and their structures were fully identified by 1D and 2D NMR. Both metabolites are new compounds. Furthermore, they were proved to be catalyzed by P450 enzymes by rat liver microsomes incubation experiments. Finally, a metabolic pathway of glycycoumarin in rats was proposed. This is the first systematic study on metabolites identification of glycycoumarin.

This paper summarized some experience about the characteristics of C language to improve the efficiency of teaching curriculum design guidance and outcomes, improve engineering capabilities.

The high penetration of doubly-fed induction generators (DFIGs) entails a change in dynamics and operational characteristics of the power system, thus this paper investigates the small signal stability of the large-scale wind farm with DFIGs. The GE 1.5MW DFIG is modeled in power system analysis software package (PSASP), and a large-scale wind farm with DFIGs is established. Then, the two-area test system with four generators is applied to assess the effect of the large wind farm on power system inter-area oscillatory mode in which the penetration and the installation site of the wind farm are considered. Finally, the simulation results indicate that abundant penetration of DFIG-based wind power will improve the inter-area oscillatory, and the integration of wind farms with DFIGs in the receiving area makes the inter-area mode highly damped.

The problem of robustly non-fragile guaranteed cost control for a class of uncertain time-delay switched singular systems under arbitrary switching laws is considered. By means of matrix equivalent transformation and the relationship between the norm and the matrix, based on linear matrix inequality tools, a sufficient condition on the existence of non-fragile guaranteed cost state feedback controllers is derived, which ensures that uncertain time-delay switched singular system is admissible, and a corresponding cost index can be guaranteed. The design problem of the non-fragile guaranteed cost controller can be turned into the feasibility problem of a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method.

The problem of robustly asymptotic stability and controller design for a class of switched uncertain singular systems with time-delay is considered. By means of Lyapunov function and Matrix equivalent transformation, based on multiple Lyapunov function techniques, a delay-dependent sufficient condition is deduced, such that the solution of the switched singular system with time-delay is robustly asymptotic stable for all admissible uncertainties under an appropriate switching law. Furthermore, a convex optimization problem with LMI constraints is formulated such that the maximum bound on the admissible delay can be determined by using the LMI toolbox in MATLAB. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method.

Electrician machine practice is an important engineering practice teaching element in the cultivation plan of undergraduate student of electricity. The task- driven teaching method is adopted in order to improve the quality of practice teaching, and to cultivate the ability of practice and creativity in the electrician machine practice. This paper discusses the mission design and implementation process which based on constructivist task-driven teaching method in the teaching of electrician machine practice, and points out several questions which should be noticed in the practice. The practice approves the application of task- driven teaching method in electrician machine practice can improve the teaching quality through excavating the student’s practice and creativity ability and cultivate the capability of independent thinking ,exploration and reclamation more effectively.

According to the characteristics of the production measures process in oilfield , the algorithm based on iterative multi-PCA is presented. Building multi-PCA models based on diffident working conditions. The sensor data will be classified automatic through the weight to find the appropriate model for fault recognition. And adopting iterative algorithm to update the models for realizing on-line process monitoring. The simulation experiment shows that the method is effectiveness on fault diagnosis for oilfield's sensor equipment.

The maglev system is a typical nonlinear system, it is difficult to get the best control effect only by nonlinear control method. At first, the maglev system is linearized in this paper, for the classic PID control magnetic levitation system which exists the contradiction between fast and overshoot .This paper adopts the nonlinear tracking-differentiator-based PID controller to control the maglev system. Finally simulation results show that the nonlinear PID controller has fast response speed, no overshoot, and strong robustness in controlling the maglev system.

When gantry-moving type numerical control machine works, support beams of the maglev system will exist outside disturbance, internal system parameter variations and unmodeled dynamics and so on, these factors will reduce system processing accuracy. We presented that suspension air-gap of beam suspension system was controlled by using the auto disturbance rejection control technology. The auto disturbances rejection controller can regard system model parameter variations and external disturbance influence of system as comprehensive disturbance, automatic on-line estimation and compensation. Meanwhile, for solving the traditional auto disturbances rejection controller’s problems which are much more parameters and complex parameters adjustment, the linear auto disturbances rejection controller was used. Under the precondition of ensuring control effect, parameters adjustment process of the auto disturbances rejection controller was greatly simplified. The simulation results show that beam magnetic suspension system using the linear auto disturbance rejection control scheme can achieve control requirements and achieve beams friction-free stable suspension.

For gantry CNC Machining Center Gantry suspension system, adopting a method of fuzzy synchronization controller and disturbance observer combined control strategy. The disturbance observer Robust feedback controller design compensate the disturbance caused by cutting the time, un-modeled dynamics, system parameter changes, ensure the robustness of a single suspension system. In order to further suppress the gantry beams carrying knife leaning, on the double suspension synchronization system uses fuzzy synchronization control strategy, the two systems through the design of the regulating role of fuzzy controller, and further to overcome suspension height deviation of the double suspension systems, to achieve synchronized suspension purposes. Simulation results show that the proposed control scheme in ensuring the system to achieve stability synchronization suspension, but also has strong robustness, dynamic process synchronization error is small, allowing to meet high accuracy requirements of the controlled objects.

Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern. is the botanical source for the Chinese herbal medicine Gu-Jing-Cao. Other Eriocaulon species are also used as the same herb in local areas and are difficult to be differentiated. In order to improve the quality control of Gu-Jing-Cao, chemical constituents of E. buergerianum and adulterating species were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS(n)). The 70% methanol extracts were separated on a Zorbax SB-C(18) column and eluted with acetonitrile-water (each containing 0.1% formic acid). The compounds were identified by ion-trap mass spectrometry in both positive and negative ion modes. From E. buergerianum, E. faberi, E. sexangulare and E. cinereum, a total of 72 compounds were characterized, including 37 flavonols, 6 flavones, 4 isoflavones, 6 xanthones, 14 naphthopyranones, 3 phenolic acids, and 2 other flavonoids. Chemical variation of these four species were studied at three tiers, HPLC fingerprinting, quantitation of six major flavonoids, and semi-quantitative analysis of all characterized compounds, in combination with principal component analysis. E. buergerianum contained abundant flavonols and naphthopyranones, with minor flavones and xanthones; E. cinereum contained abundant isoflavones and flavones, together with few naphthopyranones; E. sexangulare was rich in flavones; and E. faberi contained abundant xanthones. Based on the above chemical analysis, E. buergerianum could be explicitly differentiated from the adulterating species, and the botanical species of 13 commercial batches of Gu-Jing-Cao were identified correctly. This is the first report on comprehensive chemical analysis of Eriocaulon species.

The contour accuracy of XY table directly driven by two linear motors was influenced by the complicated reel-time contour error model of free-form curves, uncertainty external disturbance and dynamic matching between X axis and Y axis. To establish XY table model that easily calculated and suitable for free-form curves, real-time contour error estimate method was adopted. In order to reduce uncertainty external disturbance and dynamic matching between X axis and Y axis, the iterative learning cross-coupled controller (ILCCC) was designed for current compensation on X axis and Y axis. Simulation results show that the control scheme can enhance the robustness of the system, and effectively improve the XY table of contour precision.
