The bioethanol is playing an increasingly important role in renewable energy in China. Based on the theory of circular economy, integration of different resources by polygeneration is one of the solutions to improve energy efficiency and to reduce environmental impact. In this study, three modes of bioethanol production were selected to evaluate the life cycle energy efficiency and environmental impact of sweet potato-based bioethanol. The results showed that, the net energy ratio was greater than 1 and the value of net energy gain was positive in the three production modes, in which the maximum value appeared in the circular economy mode (CEM). The environment emission mainly occurred to bioethanol conversion unit in the conventional production mode (CPM) and the cogeneration mode (CGM), and eutrophication potential (EP) and global warming potential (GWP) were the most significant environmental impact category. While compared with CPM and CGM, the environmental impact of CEM significantly declined due to increasing recycling, and plant cultivation unit mainly contributed to EP and GWP. And the comprehensive evaluation score of environmental impact decreased by 73.46% and 23.36%. This study showed that CEM was effective in improving energy efficiency, especially in reducing the environmental impact, and it provides a new method for bioethanol production.

Rural domestic refuse treatment technology is a complex uncertainty problem, which should consider not only the technical performance of rural domestic refuse treatment technology, but also its suitability for the social, economic and environmental situation of particular rural region. In this paper, Set pair analysis theory and information entropy method is used to evaluate rural domestic refuse treatment technology option.A case study was conducted in Wanxing Village in Chengdu City, and the evaluation results matched the local conditions. The method can serve as the decision analysis tool for sewage treatment technology demonstration and promotion in rural areas.

The interface design, which is used CPLD to replace DSP, is put forward by analyzing. The design realizes the transition of A/D、D/A in the device digital voice system. The approach makes the system more compacted, more steadied and cheaper. And those characteristics give our design more competitive in the market. Furthermore, the most important is that we own the intellectual property of the design.

Gas monitoring has been the most important project in coal mining, and the main basis of gas is CH4. As a result, it is fatal to develop a safe and highly sensitive CH4 sensing system to detect CH4 concentration real-time. Moreover, signal process system is important for this sensing system. The novel signal process system was proposed in this paper, and phase lock amplifying and signal sampling processing technology was utilized to monitor CH4 concentration steadily and reliably. The experiment results indicated that the steady is 0.4%, and relative error is less than 0.02%. So this signal process system is feasible and effective, and can meet the requirement of technology

To meet the requirement of fiber current transformer, special display instrument was deigned. SCM and advanced signal process technology were adopted in the instrument, so that the output voltage signal of low voltage terminal can be utilized by instrument to display measured busbar current value real-time. Besides, section linearization and distinguish calibration methods were adopted to improve measurement precision of display instrument. The experiment results indicated that this instrument has virtues of reliability, high precision and low cost, importantly, it can come up to the 0.2 standard. So we can draw a conclusion that this instrument can meet the industrial requirement for display instrument.

In forging process, quenching temperature is the critical factor on affecting products solidity and wear resistance. In order to guarantee products quality and improve work efficiency, it is very essential to monitor and control quenching temperature automatically. To keep quenching temperature in normal range, a novel automatic supervisory control system based on SCM minimum system was designed. By selecting appropriate sensor and corresponding signal processing, the system realized functions of many furnace temperature supervisory, temperature excursion alarming and temperature regulating. By simulation results, the system can realize automatic and intelligent supervisory, also, the system has characteristics of simple hardware, high reliability, powerful functions and strong practicality. Terahertz ray, as a new style optic source, usually means the electromagnetic whose frequencies lies in between 0.1THz~10THz, the waveband region of the electromagnetic spectrum lies in the gap between microwaves and infrared ray. With the development of laser techniques, quantum trap techniques and compound semiconductor techniques, many new terahertz techniques have been pioneered, motivated in part by the vast range of possible applications for terahertz imaging, sensing, and spectroscopy. THz imaging technique was introduced, and THz imaging can give us not only the density picture but also the phase information within frequency domain. Consequently, images of suspicious objects such as concealed metallic or metal weapons are much sharper and more readily identified when imaged with THz imaging scanners. On the base of these, the application of THz imaging in nondestructive examination, more concretely in large scale circuit failure inspection was illuminated, and the important techniques of this application were introduced, also future prospects were discussed. With the development of correlative technology of THz, we can draw a conclusion that THz imaging technology will have nice application foreground.

In order to assess index weighted value scientifically, the matter element were introduced into the fuzzy weighted values to set up matter element model based on fuzzy weight. In this way, the model not only holds the merit of classical matter element, but also overcomes its limitations in practice. Referring to Chinese lakes eutrophication standard, the eutrophication degree of lake is divided into 6 grades in this paper. Five indexes, namely Chl-a, TP, TN, COD Mn and SD, are selected as evaluation indexes. The model was applied to evaluate the eutrophication of Shengzhong reservoir and the results is in line with the actual It showed that are The fourth upper-mesotrophic(IV) in Shengzhong reservoir, while the eutrophication of Dashiqiao is most serious. The proposed method is proved to be reasonable and reliable, and can be used in comprehensive evaluation problems of lakes eutrophication. Finally, we analyze the causes of eutrophication in Shengzhong reservoir and put forward the control measure.

To improve the comparability of research results in fuel ethanol industries, taking the cassava-based fuel ethanol industry as a case. The emergy method was applied to analyze fuel ethanol production system, which is made up of three stages, planting, transporting and ethanol production. This approach unified organically the three system of material flow, Energy flow, money flow during the process, and analyzed quantitatively the integrated value of the cassava-based fuel ethanol. It overcomes shortage that the simple evaluation fuel ethanol on Energy-benefit analysis or Economic Feasibility Analysis at present. The results of the emergy assessment of fuel ethanol in China indicate the Transformity is 1.10E+06sej/j, the Emergy Yield Rate is 1.14, the Environmental Load Rate is 40.9, the Emergy Investment Rate is 32.6, the Emergy Sustainability index is 0.03, and the Emergy Assisted Rate is 0.1.

To investigate the protective mechanisms of Weikang (WK) decoction on gastric mucosae.Ninety rats were randomly divided into nine groups of 10 each, namely group, model group, group with large WK dosage, group with medium WK dosage, group with small WK dosage, group with herbs of jianpiyiqi (strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi), group with herbs of yangxuehuoxue (invigorating the circulation of and nourishing the blood), group with herbs of qingrejiedu (clearing away the heat-evils and toxic materials), group with colloidal bismuth pectin (CBP) capsules. According to the method adopted by Yang Xuesong, except normal control group, chronic gastric ulcer was induced with 100% acetic acid. On the sixth day after moldmaking, WK decoction was administered, respectively at doses of 20, 10 and 5 g/kg to rats of the WK groups, or the groups with herbs of jianpiyiqi, yangxuehuoxue and qingrejiedu, 10 mL/kg was separately administered to each group every day. For the group with CBP capsules, medicine was dissolved with water and doses 15 times of human therapeutic dose were administered (10 mL/kg solution containing 0.35% CBP). Rats of other groups were fed with physiological saline (10 mL/kg every day). Administration lasted for 16 d. Rats were killed on d 22 after mold making to observe changes of gastric mucosa. The mucus thickness of gastric mucosa surface was measured. Levels of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in gastric juice, nitric oxide (NO) in gastric tissue, endothelin (ET) in plasma, superoxide dismutase (SOD) in plasma, malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma and prostaglandin I(2) (PGI(2)) were examined.Compared with control group, ulceration was found in gastric mucosa of model group rats. The mucus thickness of gastric mucosa surface, the levels of EGF, NO, 6-K-PGF(1)alpha and SOD decreased significantly in the model group (EGF: 0.818+/-0.18 vs 2.168+/-0.375, NO: 0.213+/-0.049 vs 0.601+/-0.081, 6-K-PGF(1)alpha: 59.7+/-6.3 vs 96.6+/-8.30, SOD: 128.6+/-15.0 vs 196.6+/-35.3, P0.01), the levels of ET (179.96+/-37.40 vs 46.64+/-21.20, P0.01) and MDA (48.2+/-4.5 vs 15.7+/-4.8, P0.01) increased. Compared with model group, the thickness of regenerative mucosa increased, glandular arrangement was in order, and cystic dilative glands decreased, while the mucus thickness of gastric mucosa surface increased (20 g/kg WK: 51.3+/-2.9 vs 23.2+/-8.4, 10 g/kg WK: 43.3+/-2.9 vs 23.2+/-8.4, 5 g/kg WK: 36.1+/-7.2 vs 23.2+/-8.4, jianpiyiqi: 35.4+/-5.6 vs 23.2+/-8.4, yangxuehuoxue: 33.1+/-8.9 vs 23.2+/-8.4, qingrejiedu: 31.0+/-8.0 vs 23.2+/-8.4 and CBP: 38.2+/-3.5 vs 23.2+/-8.4, P0.05-0.01). The 20 g/kg WK group was better than 10 g/kg (the mucus thickness: 51.3+/-2.9 vs 43.3+/-2.9, NO: 0.480+/-0.026 vs 0.390+/-0.055, SOD: 186.4+/-19.9 vs 168.2+/-21.7, P0.01) and 5 g/kg (the mucus thickness: 51.3+/-2.9 vs 36.1+/-7.2, NO: 0.480+/-0.026 vs 0.394+/-0.026, SOD: 186.4+/-19.9 vs 155.6+/-21.6, P0.01) groups and CBP group (the mucus thickness: 51.3+/-2.9 vs 38.2+/-3.5, NO: 0.480+/-0.026 vs 0.395+/-0.053, SOD: 186.4+/-19.9 vs 156.3+/-18.1, P0.01) in the mucus thickness, NO and SOD levels and better than 10 g/kg (86.8+/-7.6 vs 77.9+/-7.0, P0.05) and 5 g/kg (86.8+/-7.6 vs 70.0+/-5.4, P0.05) groups in 6-K-PGF(1)alpha level, 10 g/kg WK group was better than 5 g/kg WK (the mucus thickness: 43.3+/-2.9 vs 36.1+/-7.2, P0.01, SOD: 168.2+/-21.7 vs 155.6+/-21.6, P0.05) and CBP groups (the mucus thickness: 43.3+/-2.9 vs 38.2+/-3.5, P0.01, SOD: 168.2+/-21.7 vs 156.3+/-18.1, P0.05) in the mucus thickness and SOD level. In compound group, jianpiyiqi group, yangxuehuoxue group, qingrejiedu group, the level of ET was decreased, NO contents were increased in gastric tissue of ulcers in rats.WK decoction and separated recipes have significantly protective effect on ethanol-induced gastric mucosal injury. They can increase the content of EGF in gastric juice, PGI(2) SOD in plasma and NO in gastric tissues, thicken the mucus on the gastric mucosa, and decrease the impairing factor MDA, ET in plasma.
