This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment on the performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to as many as 138 respondents. Data analysis uses descriptive and inferential analysis. In the implementation of the study using primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and processed with SPSS 25. The results of the study showed that the financial compensation variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. The intrinsic motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. Physical work environment variables (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of Tax Knowledge, Tax Obligation Rights, and Tax Sanctions on the Fulfillment of UMKM Tax Obligations in Baktijaya Village, Depok City. This research data uses primary data in the form of questionnaires to 130 MSME respondents. Data analysis techniques use inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and use the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 26.0. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of Tax Knowledge (X1), Tax Obligation Rights (X2), and Tax Sanctions (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the Fulfillment of UMKM Tax Obligations (Y). This study aims to examine the Analysis of the Effect of Leverage, Profitability, Firm Size, Sales Growth and Institutional Ownership on Tax Avoidance. The object of this research is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector (goods consumer industry). The sample used in this study was 115 samples consisting of 23 companies for 5 years. With purposive sampling technique, the method used is multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test and descriptive statistics. The results showed that Leverage had no effect on tax avoidance, Profitability had a positive effect on tax avoidance, Firm size had no effect on tax avoidance, Sales Growth had a negative effect on tax avoidance, and Institutional ownership had no effect on tax avoidance. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of tax planning on earnings management using institutional ownership as a moderating variable. The data source for this research uses secondary data, the population of this research data is various manufacturing companies in various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2020 period. The data sample for this research is 60 samples from 10 companies that carried out Objective Sampling, namely sampling based on certain considerations. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear statistics processed in SPSS version 25. Based on the results of research conducted using the T-test, it can be concluded that tax planning has no effect on income management and the moderating variable of institutional ownership cannot strengthen the relationship between tax planning and income management. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the Work Environment, Workload and Financial Incentives on Employee Performance at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. By paying attention to the level of HR in the company, it is expected to make a real contribution to improving employee performance results. This research method uses a quantitative approach with correlational or causal studies. The research site is located on Jalan Raya Cikopo, Cikopo, Kec. Bungursari, Kab. Purwakarta, West Java 41181. The subjects of this research are individual employees who work at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. This study uses primary data with data techniques using a questionnaire via Google form to 72 employees. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS 23 program. The results showed that there was a relationship between the variables of Work Environment, Workload and Financial Incentives on Employee Performance at PT. Indofood CBP Success Makmur. This research to analyze the effect of Interpersonal Communication, Work Motivation and Careers Development on the Performance of YES Ramen Restaurant Employees. The research data used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 105 employees of the YA Ramen Restaurant. The analytical method in this study used descriptive and inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and used the SPSS version 25 program. The technical data testing used in this study included multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. This research is used to determine the presence or absence of a physical work environment, work discipline and financial compensation for the performance of employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. By taking into account the level of control of human resources (HR), an agency is expected and makes a major contribution in improving employee performance. This view also uses primary data. The data collection technique used was to use questionnaires received by distributing questionnaires through google form to 104 employees of the National Archives. The information analysis approach used in this review is multiple linear regression evaluation, which is operated through the SPSS 23 application. Based on the results of this study shows that the variables of physical work environment, work discipline and financial compensation have a significant effect on employee's performance. That's it partially physical work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance. That the variable of work discipline has a dominant effect on employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication, work stress, and work environment on employee performance at Ichsan Medical Center Hospital, South Tangerang. The sample in this study was 120 respondents based on the Yamane formula. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through the distribution of questionnaires to 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used inferential analysis with multiple linear regression. The results obtained in this study are communication has a positive effect on employee performance, job stress has a positive effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive effect on employees performance. This thesis is the result of a quantitative study that aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Happy Idkho Independent. The technique used is to use primary data in the form of questionnaires to 109 employee respondents who work at PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri with the Simple Random Sampling method. This study aims to analyze the positive and significant effect of Training, Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The research methodology used is quantitative method and uses multiple linear regression analysis with processing using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26 with data collection method through questionnaires to 70 employees of PT.
