Objective: Pseudomyxoma peritonei (PP) is a rare condition, and differentiating between primary and secondary ovarian causes is crucial for determining the appropriate oncological therapy. Given the resistance of ovarian mucinous carcinoma to standard platinum-based chemotherapy, the objective of this review is to present the current therapeutic approaches and summarize the emerging trends in the treatment of this disease. Methods: The authors conducted an exhaustive evaluation of studies published over a 14-year period (June 2010–May 2024) concerning pseudomyxoma peritonei, mucinous ovarian carcinoma, ovarian causes of PP, and ovarian cancer using the following databases: PubMed, Scopus, and Science Direct. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines were followed. The results were organized into seven subchapters and analyzed. Results: The analyzed studies present surgery followed by HIPEC as the current therapy with the best long-term survival results. However, the oncological treatment is unsatisfactory, and the choice of therapy depending on the primary origin of the tumor becomes particularly important. For the differential diagnosis between pseudomyxoma due to a gastrointestinal cause and that of ovarian origin, genetic analyses are recommended; these include the characteristics of the mucin present in the lesion, as the therapeutic response can have contradictory results depending on the primary origin of the tumor. Conclusions: Surgery followed by HIPEC remains the standard for resectable cases. However, oncological treatment has controversial results in the case of mucinous ovarian carcinoma compared to other types of ovarian cancer and to metastatic ovarian tumors associated with pseudomyxoma of the peritoneum. Based on the articles included in this review, it was found that the current trend is the study of mucin as a resistance factor against chemotherapy based on platinum products and the targeting of oncological therapy according to the tumor's genetic characteristics. The development of the optic nerve and its surrounding tissues during the early fetal period is a convoluted period because it spans both the organogenesis period and the fetal period. This study details the microscopic anatomy and histoembryology of the optic nerve in embryos during the early fetal period, including the second half of the first trimester of pregnancy. Serial sections through the orbit of variously aged embryos allowed us to analyze the nerve in both longitudinal and transverse aspects. A histological assessment and description of the structures surrounding and inside the nerve were performed, highlighting the cellular subtypes involved. By employing immunohistochemical techniques, we could characterize the presence and distribution of astrocytes within the optic nerve. Our findings suggest that by the 8th gestational week (WG) the structures are homologs to all the adult ones but with an early appearance so that maturation processes take place afterward. By this age, the axons forming the nerve are definitive adult axons. The glial cells do not yet exhibit adult phenotype, but their aspect becomes adult toward the 13th week. During its development the optic nerve increases in size then, at 14 weeks, it shrinks considerably, possibly through its neural maturation process. The morphological primordium of the blood–nerve barrier can be first noted at 10 WG and at 13 WG the morphological blood–nerve barrier is definitive. The meningeal primordium can be first noted as a layer of agglomerated fibroblasts, later toward 13 WG splitting in pachymeninx and leptomeninges and leaving space for intrinsic blood vessels. Gossypiboma or textiloma is a rare medical situation that can complicate the favorable evolution of a surgical case, with repercussions for the patient's prognosis. The diagnosis can be difficult due to various clinical symptoms, the time elapsed since the surgical intervention, and the imaging often not being precise in detecting textilomas. Due to the medicolegal implications, the reporting of this event is inconsistent. We present a rare case of a 28-year-old woman who presented with vague pain in the left iliac fossa 11 months after an emergency cesarean hysterectomy was performed. The preoperative imaging examination identified the presence of a subhepatic mass with dimensions of 10 × 8 cm2 and another formation in the right iliac fossa with dimensions of 11 × 9 cm2. Exploratory laparotomy found the presence of a large subhepatic gossypiboma, intimately adherent to the hepatic angle of the colon and omentum and a second one adherent to the sigmoid colon, small intestine, and parietal peritoneum. The particularity of this case is given by the simultaneous presence of two textilomas with inconclusive evolution, which can make the differential diagnosis difficult to achieve. For a better assessment of the risk of occurrence of this pathology and the identification of a correct prevention strategy, we performed an extensive search and a review of all the articles published in the PubMed database, identifying 57 articles. A successfully implemented screening program for cervical cancer is essential for detecting cervical intraepithelial lesions which offer the possibility of appropriate management and monitoring, implicitly the limitation of the progression to an invasive form of cancer. For different grades of squamous intraepithelial lesions, the use of vaginal tablets or applicators based on various natural substances as hyaluronic acid, beta-glucan and Coriolus Versicolor is possible with the purpose of expectative management or prior and post excisional intervention. We present the incidence trend of abnormal Pap smear results for the last five years in the University Emergency Hospital of Bucharest, with a summary of the literature regarding the biochemical mechanism of the main natural components from vaginal tablets used in the management of precancerous cervical lesions HPV induced and we share our personal experience with three clinical cases that benefited from this therapy. As there is a therapeutic window between the Pap-smear result, colposcopy and preparing for intervention, local treatment with natural components is a suitable choice as it is easy to use, inexpensive and efficient. The conclusion we reached is that the vaginal treatment with natural substances can be useful in terms of improving the local inflammatory process on the one hand and lubricating and regenerating tissues with the improvement of subsequent procedural performance on the other. Placental site trophoblastic tumour (PSTT) is a very rare and unique form of gestational trophoblastic tumour, representing about 1-2% of all gestational trophoblastic tumours. Usually, the pattern is a slow growing nodule implicating the endometrium and myometrium, accompanied by abnormal uterine bleeding. Three ultrasound types of PSTT are described, but thereis no specific characteristic for diagnosis. We present the case of a patient with an atypical placental site trophoblastic tumour diagnosed two months after a caesarean scar pregnancy. In the presented case there are several particularities, such as the rapid growth and progression of the tumour, the limitation to the myometrium and the difficulty of the differential diagnosis and approach. During pregnancy, maternal diet is a modifiable factor that impacts the birth outcome. Since the nutritional needs of a pregnant women vary during preconception, gestational and breastfeeding period, it is necessary to adapt the diet and lifestyle, optimally under the personalized nutrition guidance of a specialist. High quality research regarding diet during pregnancy remains challenging as nutritional concerns also vary according to religion, financial income, age and education of the pregnant woman, as well as specific traditions of each country, limited number of dietitians with special training in maternal nutrition. The obstetrician usually plays a major role in dietary counselling and the use of nutritional monitoring tools can help identify pregnant women who may be at risk due to an inappropriate diet. The age of the pregnant women can be important when it comes to dietary and lifestyle changes. In this context, we addressed a questionnaire to 100 pregnant women in third trimester of pregnancy in order to evaluate a possible correlation between the age and the dietary behavior and lifestyle of a pregnant woman. Adolescent pregnancies are associated with a high number of risks for the newborn and mother. Hence, an increased number of emergency caesarean extractions are performed in this group of patients. The aim of this study was to analyze the pregnancy-related conditions, the way of delivery and the neonatal outcome of all the patients who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of University Emergency Hospital in Bucharest, a tertiary unit in Romania in a period of 5 years. An observational, retrospective study was performed on a group of 686 patients, aged 12 to 19 years, who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of University Emergency Hospital in Bucharest, between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2018. The pregnant women were divided into two age groups. In the first group were pregnant patients aged under 18 years, and in the second group pregnant adolescents between 18 and 19 years. Whether the patients underwent prenatal screening was analyzed. Furthermore, the age of the patients, the rate of caesarean extraction and vaginal birth and the obstetrical complications were evaluated and compared. The outcome of the newborns was assessed based on Apgar score at 1 min and birth weight. Regarding the results, 464 of the 686 patients did not undergo any medical visits during pregnancy. In total, 52.76% of the patients delivered by caesarean section. The most frequent indications for caesarean extraction, in both analyzed groups, were Cephalo-pelvic disproportion, fetal distress and uterine scar after caesarean section. The lack of specific protocols regarding the ante-, peri- and post-natal management of adolescents is probably the cause of the alarmingly increasing number of patients pertaining to the group who deliver by caesarean section. The prevalence of pathologies due to placental dysfunction superimposed on pregnancy is constantly increasing. The prognosis of the cases complicated by gestational hypertension is usually good, significantly better compared with that of the cases associating preeclampsia. About half of the cases with gestational hypertension will progress to preeclampsia, the risk of decompensation being inversely proportional to the gestational age of the onset of gestational hypertension. The present study, analyzed the cases of pregnancy and postpartum complicated by pathologies related to placental dysfunction, during a period of 5 years. The risk factors analyzed were the presence of infections during pregnancy, diabetes, thrombophilia, pregnancy obtained by in vitro fertilization, abnormal adherence of the placenta, obesity, multiple pregnancy, the presence of an earlier hepatic, endocrine, renal, cardiac or autoimmune pathology, and the existence of an uterine malformation. Obesity appears with a significantly increased incidence in patients with gestational hypertension and middle preeclampsia. Intrauterine growth restriction appears with a significantly increased incidence in patients with mild preeclampsia. Complications such as prematurity, acute fetal distress and abruption of placentae had a significantly increased incidence in patients with severe preeclampsia. Vascular stress at the level of the uterus-placental unit, with chronic placental ischemia, results in intrauterine growth restriction. Expectation management can be used, when the situation allows, in cases of compensated intrauterine growth restriction. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the neonatal prognosis of preterm births with and without growth restriction and term births with growth restriction in order to improve decisional accuracy regarding the termination of pregnancy. The frequency of term birth infants with low birth weight for gestational age was ~2%. The male sex, predominated only in the group of premature infants with normal weight for the gestational age. The highest frequency of neonatal complications studied occurred in the group of preterm neonates small for gestational age (SGA) with statistical significance obtained for cardiovascular arrest acute respiratory failure, ulcer-necrotic enterocolitis, respiratory distress, cerebral edema, intraventricular hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, pulmonary hemorrhage, neonatal infection, hypoglycemia, retinopathy, anemia, hemorrhagic disease, disseminated intravascular coagulation, disease of hyaline membranes, neonatal sepsis, need for intensive neonatal therapy and death. In conclusion, immediate neonatal adaptation of SGA preterm neonates is more deficient than for preterm neonates with appropriate weight for gestational age; the adaptation of preterm neonates, in turn, is more deficient than term newborns with intrauterine growth restriction. Thrombophilia is a group of genetical disorders that cause blood to clot abnormally. Thrombophilia is linked to recurrent pregnancy loss, foetal growth restriction, late miscarriages, stillbirth and preeclampsia. Clinicians usually apply the term thrombophilia only to patients with atypical thrombosis. A successful outcome of pregnancy requires an efficient uteroplacental circulation. Since this system may be compromised by disorders associated with a prothrombotic state, it was postulated that maternal thrombophilia might be a risk factor for preeclampsia and intrauterine growth retardation. The study included 459 pregnant women with gestational ages ranging from 14 weeks to 28 weeks and the patients in the study were tested for hereditary thrombophilia. The type of thrombophilic mutation most common found was the MTHFR mutation (25.7%), followed by the prothrombin gene mutation (20.9%) and the Leiden factor V mutation (15.7%). According to World Health Organization (WHO), fetal death is defined as the death of the fetus prior to its complete expulsion, independent of the duration of pregnancy, thus only ascribing the term stillbirth to fetal deaths in the case of pregnancies after 28 weeks of gestation. The great progress of perinatology care is reflected in a significant reduction in the rate of stillbirths, especially in well - developed countries, with approximately 98% of stillbirth cases now occurring in poor and developing countries. Stillbirth powerfully impacts both the patient and the practitioner. Because nearly half of stillbirth cases result from apparently uncomplicated pregnancies, we considered it critical to review the known predictive markers for intrauterine fetal death. In both preterm and term infants, perinatal mortality is increased in fetuses small for their gestational age, and this risk grows proportionally with the severity of the fetal growth restriction. A protracted first stage of labor has not been associated with an increased risk of perinatal mortality and morbidity, but a prolonged second stage of labor has been associated with mortality and neonatal morbidity characterized by sepsis, seizures, and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Ultrasound examination of the placenta and the umbilical cord is essential for appropriate pregnancy monitoring. Various findings from ultrasound examination have been related to variable adverse perinatal outcomes, including intrauterine fetal death. This study was undertaken on order to determine if pregnant patients should undergo tests for inherited thrombophilia when intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) is present. We conducted a study including 343 patients with singleton pregnancy, at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the Bucharest University Emergency Hospital, Romania from October 2015 till October 2016, researching and analyzing the correlations between inherited thrombophilia and IUGR, using ultrasound evaluation and blood test samples, as thrombophilic mutations may be a cause for IUGR due to inadequate placental circulation. The patients were distributed in two groups, one comprising patients with no clinical or ultrasonographical signs of IUGR and the other consisting of 29 patients with IUGR, with birth weight below the 10th percentile for the given gestational age. We concluded that MTHFR C677T gene mutation and Factor V Leiden were associated with an increased risk of IUGR, being up to 3 times more prevalent in mothers with fetuses affected by IUGR. COVID-19 infection has rapidly become a global issue that has brought essential changes in the daily life of patients and doctors. The pandemic outbreak represents a significant burden on humankind; yet, life still moves on with approximately 350,000 babies being born every day around the world (UNICEF-2018). Some of these mothers will have other conditions, including COVID-19 infection. As healthcare providers, it is our responsibility to treat all women equal no matter what illness they have and to offer them the best possible conditions to give birth vaginally or via Caesarian section, in a safe environment for them and their babies. The main concern is represented by the limitation of the disease transmission to pregnant patients and newborns while managing maternal or fetal emergencies. We have limited information regarding COVID-19 infection, and the data are constantly changing and evolving. New information is brought to light almost on a weekly basis. This review aims to synthesize the recommendations and current experience regarding the birth method for infected women, labor management, Caesarian section management, and breastfeeding indications in these cases. Methods to prevent the development of pathologies due to placental dysfunctions, such as gestational hypertension and preeclampsia, are the main approaches for obtaining the best maternal and fetal antepartum and postpartum prognosis. During 5 years of study (January, 2015 to December, 2019), the cases of pregnancy and puerperium complicated with pathology due to placental dysfunction were analyzed. The main objective was to determine the magnitude of the impact of thrombophilia on the development of an entity of gestational hypertension disorder. We compared the impact of thrombophilia and its associated complications in patients with gestational hypertension with moderate and severe preeclampsia. Thus, we found obesity, thrombophilia, and underlying cardiac pathology to be significant risk factors for severe preeclampsia. Regarding the comparative analysis of the risk factors and complications associated with patients with mild preeclampsia compared with those with severe preeclampsia, the presence in severe preeclampsia of thrombophilia, endocrine, liver, and cardiac pathology was higher and, a higher rate of complications was observed; complications included fetal death, intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), prematurity, fetal arrhythmia with acute fetal distress, HELLP syndrome, and placental abruption. Thrombophilia has a significant effect on the development of severe preeclampsia, and oligohydramnios as specific complication of mild preeclampsia. Factors indicating an increased risk of progression from mild preeclampsia to severe preeclampsia are in addition to inherited thrombophilia the underlying pathologies, namely cardiac, hepatic, and endocrine factors. Peritoneal cancer (PPC), a rare and aggressive malignancy, can develop from the peritoneal lining or as a secondary peritoneal cancer caused by metastases from neighbouring organs such as the ovaries, gastrointestinal tract, or breast. Early identification is still difficult due to its ambiguous signs, ranging from bloating, distension, and stomach pain. Due to their comparable histological and clinical characteristics, PPC and ovarian cancer are frequently misdiagnosed. Advanced imaging, histological investigation, and immunohistochemical markers are essential for accurate diagnosis. In order to control any remaining disease and enhance results, treatment usually encompasses an assortment of therapeutic approaches, such as hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) and cytoreductive surgical procedure (CRS). Objectives. The objective of this study is to assess the state of oral health, from the perspective of the number of teeth present, according to the body mass index as a representative element of health. Materials and methods. This study consists of 180 patients from a private dental practice. All 180 patient records were reviewed for an assessment of the number of teeth present and the body mass index at menopausal age. The cohort of patients was divided into two groups, a group of women aged 40 to 54.9 years and the second group, which included women aged 55 and over. The 2 groups were divided based on premenopausal (group I) and postmenopausal (group II) age. Results. The average number of present teeth (based on radiographs) for the entire population of 180 patients is 22.02 teeth. In group I, for the 109 women in the premenopausal group, the average number of teeth is 23.94. The total number of teeth for the 71 women in the postmenopausal group is 19.07. The average BMI for the entire group of patients is 27.24 kg/m2, with a lower value in group I, 26.25 kg/m2, compared to group II, 28.78 kg/m2. Discussions. The average number of teeth in the premenopausal group is higher than in the postmenopausal group. The average body mass index places the whole series of patients in the overweight category. Conclusions. This study shows that the relationship between BMI and the number of lost teeth is positive and proportional, BMI increases with increasing number of teeth lost at premenopausal age. Introduction: Being associated with a systemic infection, SARS-CoV-2 affects multiple organs, including the placenta. SARS-CoV-2 placentitis is a new condition that shows the destructive effects of fibrin deposition in the perivillous area, chronic histiocytic intervillositis and trophoblast necrosis after the placenta is infected with SARS-CoV-2. Until now, there have been no published reports regarding the ultrasound signs of massive perivillous fibrin deposition and the recommended monitoring for these cases. Aim: Our aim was to analyze the sonographic appearance of the placenta in a series of SARS-CoV-2 infected pregnant women during their third trimester. Material and method: In all cases included in the present study, we performed serial obstetrical ultrasounds every seven days until delivery, followed by histopathological examination of the placenta postpartum. Results: In women with intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), sonographic images of the placentas revealed that they matured faster within three weeks of receiving a COVID-19 diagnosis and reached a more rapid senescence. In all cases, there was a gradual increase in placental calcification from week to week, but only in pregnant women with a grade 3 placenta at the moment of inclusion in the study the deterioration was severe, leading to placental insufficiency and subsequently to IUGR. Conclusion: The cases who had an increased placental degree at the time of infection were associated with abnormally rapid placental aging. These aspects can be evaluated sonographically. Non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT), since its introduction in 2011, has revolutionized prenatal screening, becoming widely used globally and replacing traditional screening methods in developed countries. The accuracy of NIPT in detecting aneuploidies is extremely high and there has been a recent trend towards improving NIPT for detecting microdeletion and microduplication syndromes, monogenic diseases, fetal sex determination, and RH genotyping. Significant progress has been made in molecular analysis techniques of fetal DNA, including methods such as massively parallel sequencing, RNA-based testing, digital PCR, and single nucleotide polymorphism analysis. We present the case of a 32-year-old patient who, at 12 weeks of gestation, had a non-invasive prenatal test result showing a maternal 22q11.2 deletion. Following genetic consultation, further investigations were conducted to stratify the fetal risk of inheriting the microdeletion syndrome. As a result, microarray CGH cytoarray from amniotic fluid was performed, and no 22q11.2 deletion was detected. In this case, complete elucidation of the origin of the deletion found in NIPT could not be achieved, as it would require arrayCGH testing for the mother, a test that was not performed due to financial reasons. Given the high rate of genetic syndromes with potential impact on fetal development and familial psychological impact, we wish to emphasize the necessity of financial support from the state to introduce non-invasive prenatal testing into the list of reimbursed analyses covered by health insurance. Thrombophilia is an abnormality of blood coagulation which correlates with a hypercoaguable state.This condition leads to thrombosis at the site of implantation or in the placental blood vessels. Inherited thrombophilias include factor V Leiden mutation, protein C deficiency, protein S deficiency, antithrombin deficiency and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase mutations. Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the association between inherited thrombophilia and miscarriages. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted in Bucharest Emergency University Hospital for a period of 5 months between 1 September 2015 and 1 February 2016. The researchers enrolled 100 pregnant women with average age 28.5 years. Pacients were included in RO19.10 project "Improved healthcare for high-risk pregnancy, premature birth, and haematological diseases".All the patients included in the study were tested for hereditary thrombophilia. Results: Patients included in the study were pregnant women with gestational ages ranging from 5 weeks to 41 weeks. In our study the highest incidence was found at the mutation of the PAI-1 - heterozygous(68%), MTHFR gene heterozygous(38%) and antithrombin deficiency(11%).Combined thrombophilia (which is either a combination of acquired andinherited thrombophilia, or a combination of more than one inherited thrombophilic gene defect) was reported more often involved as a cause of miscarriages in our study- 12% of patients with combined thrombophilia suffered at least 3 miscarriages. Conclusions: The risk of fetal loss was increased in women with thrombophilia.Our study indicates that a combination of risk factors, including multiple inherited thrombophilic defects have a strong association with recurrent pregnancy loss. Pelvic abscesses located in the uterovesical space usually appear postpartum after cesarean delivery. Late presentation after months or years following surgery is rarely reported, especially in immunocompetent patients. We report the case of a young patient presenting an abscess of the uterovesical pouch, infiltrated in the myometrium, posterior wall of the bladder and parametrium. The case particularities include limited identifiable predisposing risk factors, acute onset of symptoms and belated diagnosis eight years after her second cesarean. The abscess removal by laparotomy required extensive debridement, total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy and partial cystectomy, with good outcome after surgical treatment. Hysterectomy is the most common gynecologic procedure performed all over the world and various complications may appear depending on the surgical route. Delayed postoperative hemorrhage is a rare, life threatening complication. It requires timely management and recently the surgical reinterventions tend to be replaced by minimally invasive techniques. Transcatheter arterial embolization shows good results as a treatment strategy for massive vaginal bleeding post hysterectomy, when vaginal vault suturing fails to achieve hemostasis. In Bucharest University Emergency Hospital every day we deal with difficult cases either presented per primam in our setting or, even more difficult situations, cases that were intended to be treated in other hospitals but due to lack of infrastructure are sent towards our multidisciplinary hospital, as a final stop. Conditions that our teams have to deal in a very restricted amount of time in the Emergency Room are: submucous myoma with heavy bleeding acquired uterine arteriovenous fistulae, ovarian ruptured cyst, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, adnexal torsion, tuboovarian abscess, classical tubal ectopic pregnancy, Cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, incomplete abortion, ruptured uterus post minimally invasive procedures performed before pregnancy, placental abruption, placenta praevia with heavy bleeding, and the PAS – Placenta Accreta Spectrum. All these conditions recquire a rapid differential diagnosis where ultrasonography is useful in adopting a tailored management either conservative or radical, in avoidance of haemorhagic accidents or even death and, when needed, in fertility sparing. COVID-19 pandemic had an impact without precedent. Pregnant women are part of the vulnerable population and the extent of SARS-CoV-2 infection consequences on obstetrical and neonatal outcome are still studied. It’s been speculated, based on what is known about other pathogenic viruses, SARS-CoV-2 virus can interfere with placental defense mechanisms and increase the miscarriage and preterm birth rate. Often, pregnant women infected with SARS-CoV-2 virus develop mild pneumonia. Severe pneumonia occurs very rarely and is statistically significant related to neonatal death. Our study has been conducted in a multidisciplinary hospital unit and included 184 pregnant women with SARS-COV-2 infection who gave birth in our hospital, diagnosed through polymerase chain reaction. There have been analyzed data regarding the maternal symptomatology, the gestational age, the method of giving birth, complications that have occurred during birth, the newborns weight and neonatal outcome through Apgar score. There have been three cases of severe infection with maternal death and one case with neonatal death. Overall, 20% of patients had mild symptomatology, 2% had severe form and the rest of the patients were asymptomatic. We found a high rate of preterm birth and intrauterine growth restriction and an increase incidence of acute fetal distress followed by caesarean section. SARS-CoV-2 virus affects both the mother and the fetus as a whole and, subsequently, individually. Our results show the adverse obstetrical and neonatal outcome in peripartum period complicated with SARS-CoV-2 infection even in asymptomatic and mild-symptomatic cases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ovarian cancer is the seventh most commonly diagnosed cancer in women, with the highest mortality rate among female genital cancers. Due to the nonspecific symptoms and the lack of effective screening strategies, ovarian cancer is often diagnosed in an advanced stage of the disease, with a 5-year survival rate of 25%. The efforts of specialists are aimed at identifying screening methods, with the lowest possible rates of false positive or false negative results in order to diagnose the disease at an early stage, when the 5-year survival rate is 92%. In this study we analyzed the incidence of ovarian cancer in the last five years in the Bucharest University Emergency Hospital, being registered 153 cases of ovarian cancer.
