The beauty of the morphological structure of this territory, suspended between two seas, can regenerate Taranto. The two “breasts” of the mar Piccolo determine an unexpected lagoon landscape which is counterpointed by the orderly and silent irrigated plot of the agricultural landscape. Natural waterways and artificial canalizations retrace, as in the case of the "big leaf", located to the west of the built city, the orographic microtopography, otherwise invisible. Starting from its foundation and up to the construction of the nineteenth-century city, the relationship with the two seas was the distinctive feature of the city until the establishment of military areas and the advent of large-scale industry that built barriers along the coasts. The same can be said about the growth by addition of homogeneous urban parts of social housing from the 1950s to the 1980s which followed logics established by models born elsewhere. Starting from these considerations, the theme "From social housing to social Habitat" was developed to establish dialogic relationships between the context and the three social housing districts Taburi, Salinella and Paolo VI. The aim of the project proposal is the re-foundation of the three districts starting from the creation of their necessary relationship with the sea. The method was to reinterpret the specific genetic codes, marked by the evolution of public building regulations, in relation to three new infrastructural interventions aimed at configuring the new public spaces of Taranto on the sea: a monumental waterfront above the railway for Tamburi; the hydraulic recovery of the "big leaf" for Salinella; a new equipped axis between Paolo VI and the Tosi shipyards on the sea. SARS-CoV-2 is a single-stranded RNA virus, known to be the causative agent of COVID-19. As the resulting disease shows a very heterogeneous range of clinical manifestations, the identification of early biomarkers allowing patients stratification according to the expected disease severity is still an unmet clinical need.In this observational prospective cohort study, 137 consecutive patients, testing positive for SARS-CoV-2 infection by nasopharyngeal swab RT-PCR or antigenic test, were enrolled to evaluate their plasma viral load at the time of hospitalization.Even if all of them had a molecular diagnosis of COVID-19, only 29 patients showed a detectable plasma SARS-CoV-2 RNAemia. Such viremic patients also showed other clinical and laboratory finding alterations (increased troponin I, IL-6, RDW-CV, and creatinine levels along with decreased platelet count and glomerular filtration rate). A plasma detectable RNA viral load predicted in hospital death or ICU admission with an odds ratio of 3.53 (CI: 1.44-8.64, P=0.0058), while the lack of a detectable viral load was associated with a faster recovery, with an odds ratio of 4.06 (CI: 1.72-9.59, P=0.0014). These findings were confirmed in multivariate models including age, sex and baseline National Early Warning Score 2 and arterial oxygen tension over inspired oxygen fraction ratio.Our data thus suggest that plasma viral RNA load at the time of hospital admission could represent a useful independent biomarker allowing early patients' stratification according to the expected disease evolution, and driving clinical decisions tailored on the specific needs of the individual patient.

Pick and place tasks of large and heavy objects are challenging for robots and typically require a multi-robot system. On one hand, the availability of multiple robots can increase dexterity, on the other hand, this dexterity might be strongly limited if only tight grasps are allowed. Grasping objects with unilateral constraints using simple parallel grippers is quite demanding from a control point of view. This paper relies on tactile feedback to perform the control of the grasp forces in such a way both tight grasp and controlled sliding are possible. This in-hand manipulation ability allows the robotic system to perform both translational and rotational motions of the objects in pick and place tasks with a simple inverse kinematics approach. This manipulation dexterity avoids re-grasping actions, which are often not compatible with task or environment constraints.
