Tunnel sand layer grouting reinforcement is a major difficulty in the current development of underground space. Finding a suitable method strategy for grouting reinforcement of the road sand layer to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction is imminent. In this paper, by building a BP neural network model, using signal forward propagation algorithm and error back propagation algorithm, back propagation of the error signal through the implied layer to the input layer, increased accuracy of calculations. To prove that BP neural network based on can effectively enhance the effect of tunnel grouting reinforcement, propose strategies for tunnel sand layer grouting reinforcement. Proven by simulation experiments: the effect of grouting reinforcement is influenced by the grouting material, grouting pressure, and the condition of the injected medium. The grouting parameters, grouting compressive strength and grouting age are the three major factors affecting the grouting reinforcement effect as deduced from the BP neural network input layer and implicit layer, a BP neural network model can be built to derive the parameters of these three major influencing factors. The calculation shows that, BP neural networks can provide specific data that can be relied upon for grout reinforcement, its effect prediction accuracy can reach 98%. It can be seen that BP neural network has practical application in tunnel sand layer grouting reinforcement strategy.

BACKGROUND RESULTS CONCLUSION Sturgeon cartilage type II collagen peptides (SHCPs) can self‐assemble and be used to prepare collagen peptide assemblies. Self‐assembled peptides have great potential for applications in the food industry. In the present study, self‐assembled peptides were prepared from sturgeon cartilage and then characterized.The SHCPs self‐assembled and formed collagen peptide assemblies. After response surface experiment optimization, the optimal enzyme digestion process comprised 43.1 °C, 3.37 h and 0.96% enzyme addition, and the peptide yield was 78.46%. Physicochemical analysis showed that the SHCPs were amphiphilic, with an average molecular weight of 1081 Da, and were rich in hydrophobic amino acids. Peptide sequence identification showed that the peptides of SHCPs with polar amino acids followed by hydrophobic amino acids could be self‐assembled through hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction. Through turbidity experiments, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy, we demonstrated that SHCPs can self‐assemble into reticular and tubular structures under specific conditions. Furthermore, both the SHCPs‐Ca and SHCPs‐Mg assemblies were stabilized within a pH range consistent with that of the human gastrointestinal tract.The present study provides a simple and safe method for preparing novel self‐assembled peptide materials from sturgeon by‐products, providing a scientific basis for the exploitation of sturgeon cartilage and potentially reducing resource wastage. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry. Background: Large yellow croaker is highly perishable during storage because of high protein and moisture content. The degradation of the fish is mainly attributed to microbial growth and enzyme activity, so it is important to find an efficient storage method to extend its shelf life. Methodology: This study investigated the effect of a low‐voltage electrostatic field combined with partial freezing treatment on the physicochemical properties of myofibrillar protein (MP) and metabolomic analysis of large yellow croaker during preservation. The samples in chilled storage (C), partial freezing storage (PF) and 6 kV/m low‐voltage electrostatic field partial freezing storage (LVEF‐PF) were analyzed during an 18 day storage period. Results: In comparison with the C and PF groups, LVEF‐PF delayed the oxidation of MP by inhibiting the formation of carbonyl groups (2.25 nmol/mg pro), and maintaining higher sulfhydryl content (29.73 nmol/mg pro). Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy analysis also demonstrated that the LVEF‐PF treatment maintained the stability of the protein structure by increasing the a‐helix ratio (19.88%) and reducing the random coil ratio (17.83%). Scanning electron microscopy showed that, compared with the LVEF‐PF group, there was more degeneration and aggregation of MP in the C and PF groups after 18 days' storage. The results of untargeted metabolomic analysis showed that 415 kinds of differential metabolites were identified after storage, and the difference levels of differential metabolites were least between the samples treated with LVEF‐PF stored on the ninth day and the fresh samples. The main differential metabolic pathways during storage were amino acid metabolism and lipid metabolism. Conclusion: The LVEF‐PF treatment could maintain the stability of myofibrillar protein in large yellow croaker during storage. Abstract Type II collagen is a homologous super-helical structure consisting of three identical α1(II) chains. It is a major component of animal cartilage, and is widely used in the food industry. Type II collagen can be extracted by acids, salts, enzymes, and via auxiliary methods and can be further hydrolyzed chemically and enzymatically to produce collagen peptides. Recent studies have shown that type II collagen and its polypeptides have good self-assembly properties and important biological activities, such as maintaining cartilage tissue integrity, inducing immune tolerance, stimulating chondrocyte growth and redifferentiation, and providing antioxidant benefits. This review focuses specifically on type II collagen and describes its structure, extraction, and purification, as well as the preparation of type II collagen peptides. In particular, the self-assembly properties and functional activities of type II collagen and collagen peptides are reviewed. In addition, recent research advances in the application of type II collagen and collagen peptides in functional foods, food additives, food coating materials, edible films, and carriers for the food industry are presented. Then it quantitatively makes an analysis on the current situation of international export competitiveness of honey in Anhui Province by market share, trade competitiveness index, export quality index and other methods; It also uses the analysis result to find out the relevant factors that affect the international honey export competitiveness and proposes the relevant countermeasures to improve the international competitiveness of honey in Anhui Province.

Five years from the eruption of financial crisis in 2008, the global economy is also on its way to the restoration, among which the emerging economic entities, typically China, India, Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia, etc., have rapidly run away from the crisis and led the recovery of global economy, which may be considered as the engine of global economy growth in the post financial crisis. While, with the America declaring that it would gradually reduce the quantitative easing (QE) scale and escaped from the quantitative easing policy in the mid 2014, the fluctuation of global financial market was rapidly intensified, and the risk assets were largely sold off, with the emerging economic entities suffering serious impact. Furthermore, the anxiety about the “third round of financial crisis will burst out due to the emerging economic entities” is increasingly intensified. This article will first analyze the current economic situation of main global economic entities, discuss about the impact of America’s escape from QE on the emerging economic entity and its mechanism, and finally propose the countermeasures for China.
