Labor pain has an impact on the barriers to the delivery process due to the lack of self-control of the mother on labor pain so that the mother's physical condition can be weak. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a two-group pre-posttest design using a randomized controlled trial. The population of maternity mothers in the Working Area of the Ingin jaya Health Center, Ingin jaya District, Aceh Besar regency. The sample selection is purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria, the sample is 70 people. BACKGROUND: Perinatal mortality is a problem for developing countries, including Indonesia. Maternal and infant mortality is influenced by various factors, one of which is health services. Antenatal care (ANC) services efforts to reduce maternally and infant mortality are ANC services. Therefore, it is essential to know the quality of ANC services for the welfare of the fetus in pregnant women. AIM: The aim of this study was to determine the quality of ANC services that affect the welfare of the fetus in pregnant women METHODS: This type of research is evaluative research with a cross-sectional design (cross-sectional design). The sample in this study amounted to 206 people in the Langsa Health Center Work Area, Langsa City. The sample was taken using the proposed random sampling formula. The statistical test used the Chi-square test. RESULTS: The results showed that the quality of ANC affected the welfare of the fetus with a sig. 0.000. Average fetal well-being was 163 people (79%), and the quality of ANC services mainly was in average condition as many as 171 people (83%). ANC services effectively reduce the risk of maternal mortality and morbidity. CONCLUSION: There is an influence of quality of ANC services on Fetal Welfare in Pregnant Women at the Langsa Health Center.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impact to all aspects of human life, including in the world of education. Although the situation is starting back to normal again, the policy of the face-to-face or conventional learning with a learning model same as before the pandemic happened, it can no longer be implemented. It is because the policy of distance learning during the pandemic era made each students at the elementary school level have a difference in model teaching culture and it is created with their respective learning models. Thus, by using the RADEC learning model, it is hoped that it can accommodate the diversity of students interests in learning, especially in Islamic Religious Education. So that teachers can teach (transfer of knowledge) to students can be effective. This research is used a literature study method, which is from book sources and scientific journals related to the topic about the implementation of the RADEC learning model to Islamic Religious Education. There are five syntaxes or steps that need to be considered by the teachers in planning and learning using the RADEC model, namely Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create. With the RADEC model, students can communicate with other students to equalize perceptions, so that critical thinking skills of the students can be arise.

AIM: The aim of the study is to knowing the difference between beet juice and Guava juice on erythrocyte and hematocrit (HTC) levels in post-partum mothers at Darul Imarah Health Center, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar District. METHODS: This was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post test design using a randomized controlled trial. The population of post-partum mothers in the Darul Imarah Health Center, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar District. The sample selection is purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria; the sample is 45 people. RESULTS: The results showed differences in erythrocyte and HTC levels between before and after giving guava and iron (Fe) juices with a p-value of 0.00

BACKGROUND: Anemia is a nutritional problem that affects the amount of hemoglobin in red blood cells experienced by many young women in the Polytechnic of Health-Ministry of Health. Aceh. One of the alternatives for preventing and controlling anemia is to consume papaya fruit and tablet extraction. AIM: Analyzing the benefits of taking Papaya (Carica papaya Linn.) Vitamin C and Fe tablet to increase hemoglobin levels in anemia adolescent girls. METHODS: About 45 participants were involved. They were divided into three groups for 15 correspondents in each group. The participants with anemia were all girls who were students of Aceh Health Polytechnic. A quasi-experimental design was used with a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The first group was given papaya and Fe treatment; then the second group was given Vitamin C and Fe treatment, and the third group was given Fe treatment. To analyze the data, univariate analysis and bivariable analysis were used to test paired t-test and one-way ANOVA. RESULTS: The results show that there was an increase in hemoglobin levels in all groups (Papaya and Fe groups, Vitamin C and Fe, Fe). The statistical results of the one-way ANOVA test showed that there were significant differences in changes in hemoglobin levels (p > 0.05). The administration of papaya + Fe increases hemoglobin levels more than Vitamin C + Fe. The difference in average hemoglobin levels in each group due to the consumption of papaya containing Vitamin C together with Fe tablets was effective for increasing hemoglobin levels. This is in line with the prevention of anemia. Naturally, one of these can be done by eating fruits that contain lots of Vitamin C. CONCLUSION: Giving papaya + Fe has been proven to be more effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls suffering from anemia.
