Diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films were prepared by hydrothermal electrochemical method in one-step process. The structural characterization of these films was carried out by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and infrared reflectance spectroscopy (IR). It was found that there was an increased sp2 carbon content but decreased sp3 carbon and hydrogen contents with an increase in current density. The flexibility and internal stresses of the DLC films were affected by hydrogen, sp3 amorphous carbon and ordered crystalline sp2 carbon contents. The highly flexible DLC films with high sp3 carbon and hydrogen contents were prepared at a current density of 0.001 mA/cm2.

The farmland crop information is the important foundation of developing fine agricultural practice. Crop information acquisition technologies have become the most effective means to increasing crop production and improving crop quality. In this paper, on the basis of introducing the characteristics of farmland crop data, different farmland crop information acquisition methods are surveyed in detail, sections need to be improved of these methods and related core technologies will be discussed. At last, this paper gives a table about crop information acquisition technology and sensing instrument systems applied in different levels (individual level, area level and wide-area level).

Crystalline Li 3 VO 4 /Li 4 SiO 4 (LVSO) solid solution films were prepared on Pt substrate electrochemically in absolute ethyl alcohol solution at 150 °C. XRD and Raman structure analyses indicated the presence of characteristic vibrational bands for the orthorhombic structure for the samples. The crystal LVSO thin film has a smooth and dense surface, whose composition was analyzed to be 0.4 (Li 4 SiO 4 )-0.6(Li 3 VO 4 ). The ionic conductivity of the LVSO film was estimated by impedance spectroscopy to be 8 . 92 × 10 − 7 S/cm at 25 °C with a conductivity activation energy of 0.49 eV.

Differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction analyses were performed to study the crystallization of Al88.5Y6.5Ni5 (at.%) amorphous alloy ribbons prepared by melt spinning. Four stages of transformation from amorphous to equilibrium state can be distinguished. All reaction temperatures were determined, and reaction activation energies were also derived. It is shown that the initial crystallization temperature and peak crystallization temperature at a heating rate of 20 K min−1 are 453 K and 469 K respectively, and the initial crystallization activation energy and peak crystallization activation energy are 168 kJ mol−1 and 163 kJ mol−1, respectively. The comparative crystallization temperature and activation energy indicate the good stability of this amorphous alloy.
