Based on the dream of an hysteric, an analysand of Freud's, called 'The dream of the beautiful butcher's wife', we will see that unconscious desire is the motor of the dream and that this makes the dream the royal road to the Freudian unconscious. But we shall see that it was Lacan who was to provide the logic and the solution to what Freud encountered as the limit to this path of the interpretation of desire, which he called "the navel of the dream". Lacan will show that this navel is structural because "desire, in its unconscious function, is the desire of the Other". As a crucial concept of Lacanianoriented psychoanalytic theory, fantasy is an element of transcendental relevance to the understanding of neurosis. This paper aims to develop the fantasmatic particularity in obsessional neurosis through a theoretical review of Jacques Lacan's works between 1954 and 1960. Lacan outlines fantasy as a structural matrix intrinsic to the psyche, which reveals the particular relation of the subject with the object (a) that constitutes the cause of their unconscious desire. Grosso modo, fantasy can be conceptualized as a response to the enigma of the desire of the Other; hence, fantasy is the place where ethics is decided and where the function of the symptom in the treatment is established. Fantasy becomes the north in the direction of the treatment and can be approached through the interpretation since the analyst, by means of the transference's intertwining, is part of the fantasy. L’objectif de ce travail est d’améliorer l’offre de transport routier en commun dans la ville de Kinshasa compte tenu de sa précarité. Cette dernière est caractérisée notamment par une voirie dégradée, par un habillage du réseau insuffisant et mal exploité. Son cadre institutionnel et réglementaire est inadapté. Le déficit de l’offre constaté sur le marché de transport est récurrent et demeure préoccupant. Les efforts déployés par les pouvoirs publics pour son redressement sont limités. En 2000, le déficit de l’offre a été de 66 % estimé en 2017 à 70 %. Cette situation est caractérisée par une détérioration continue de la qualité des services rendus aux passagers. Elle est exprimée par la surcharge des bus et les longues files d’attentes des passagers potentiels aux arrêts surtout pendant les heures de pointe. En effet à ces heures, les taux moyens de remplissage des bus dépassent de loin 100 % de la capacité permise et le temps moyen d’attente aux arrêts peut aller au-delà de 60 minutes. La mauvaise gouvernance et le manque de la volonté politique sont à la base de la situation sombre sus évoquée. Les résultats de notre sondage d’opinion auprès des usagers de transport, indiquent globalement l'insatisfaction des usagers de transport. Cette insatisfaction est remarquable surtout aux heures des pointes, dans le sens des cités dortoirs vers le centre-ville le matin et du centre-ville vers les cités dortoirs le soir. L’analyse SWOT du réseau d’exploitation révèle les contre-performances du réseau de transport qui handicapent la fluidité des bus sur la voirie. La modernisation de la voirie de Kinshasa demeure déterminante en vue de booster l’offre de transport de la ville de Kinshasa. L’octroi des subventions aux prestataires tant publics que privés compensent le déficit obtenu à la suite de l’application d’un tarif de transport à caractère social.

Forests recreational demand analysis frequently consider forests as physical assets described by generic and interchangeable attributes. Consequently, they consider space as an exogenous factor. We believe that this does not fully reflect the diversity of socio-spatial configurations in reality. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to analyze the spatial dimensions of forest recreational demand from an economic perspective. To do so, we used concepts stemming from environmental economics and proximity economics. We implemented a hierarchical clustering methods imposing spatial constraints (ClustGeo) on a representative sample of forests recreational users in South Western France. Our results show various definitions of forests recreational places as expressed by recreational users, i.e. as a generic asset as well as a subjective construct. Recreational uses are one of the main factor that explain such a diversity and permanent geographical proximity with the forests seem to favor stronger attachment to sites compared to temporary proximity. Our analysis also reveal that the spatial definition of the forests depends on the environmental forest attributes at stake. In the paper, the individual preferences for local forest landscapes illustrate this point. We suggest that approaching forests as relational places will offer land use planers a better assessment of users' preferences and new opportunities to further involve outdoor enthusiasts' in the management of forests' recreational services. En Tunisie, une gestion efficace de la demande de l’eau est l’un des principaux défis de la SONEDE[1]. Dans ce travail, nous étudions le comportement des ménages tunisiens face à une tarification progressive, en utilisant le modèle des prix perçu de Shin (1985) et les techniques de variables instrumentales (IV) pour traiter les problèmes de simultanéité. Les résultats obtenus montrent que le manque d’informations conduit à une mauvaise perception des prix. En effet, les ménages appartenant aux blocs 2 et 3 répondent à un prix perçu inférieur aux prix réels. This paper initially addresses the problem of the drive order as proposed by Freud in 1915, taking as an excuse his own dream of the Fates published in "The Interpretation of Dreams" (1986/1900), approximately fifteen years before the text "Instincts and Their Vicissitudes" (1915). Likewise, it will articulate the relationship between the drive and the Oedipus complex as well as its outcomes. The hypothesis is that, in the productions of the unconscious specified in the 1900 publication, it was already there the fantasmatic configuration later explained theoretically not only by Freud but also by Lacan. Disposer, par exemple, d’ordre de grandeurs sur la mobilité urbaine des personnes fournit des éléments pour comprendre à quoi la ville de demain pourra ressembler. Le présent article présentera les perspectives de croissance de la mobilité de la ville d’Oujda à travers l’estimation de sa demande de transport. In this paper, we address the structural difficulty of contemporary protests to become emancipatory movements calling on the Lacanian notion of (pseudo) capitalist discourse. On the one hand, we affirm that the radical novelty that the era brings leads us to assume that the terrain of the social is no longer exclusively marked by the equivalence / difference tension. On the other, that the rhizomatic, rather than giving rise to the proliferation of demands for emancipatory content, grasps the subjects in a commanded enjoyment. Finally, we stake on the identification of a demand-that-makes-bond, while it relies on a logic of the not-all demand of the Other to cause a desire for emancipation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article deals with the original experience of a Child-Parents care in a MedicoPsychological Centre in the Paris suburbs. A weekly, free reception, open to all, provided by several members of the team, answers topical issues in terms of availability and care and also brings the advantage of having a direct observation of the children. In the current difficult context of public child psychiatry, this space-time is an opportunity to pay particular attention to welcoming families, by facilitating access to the MédicoPsychological Center and creating unusual conditions for meeting parents, as well as allow them to reweave the social ties. Aiming at identifying disorders in children, the child-parents care helps build confidence with the families who can request special care for their children if necessary and it leads to their possible compliance with the caregiver process. Crematist demand is booming in metropolitan France. In recent years, crematorium construction has been increasing and many projects are coming up. This funerary practice has long been more democratized in cities and delayed in the rural bastions of Catholicism. The evolution of practices means that the French territory is less and less neglected, but some cinerary deserts persist because of the level of settlement. The competent local authorities usually delegate this public service to major funeral groups, dominant in this specific and high potential market. The municipalities receive regular royalties in return and do not have to invest too large parts of their scarce resources. For bereaved families, practical criteria of proximity as well as the variable cost of cremation largely predestine their choice of crematorium. The geography of these funerary spaces is that of urban peripheries accessible and with a pleasant natural environment. Faced with large urban facilities often saturated, here has recently been a profusion of small nearby crematoriums. Despite a steady increase in demand, local oppositions appear against these installations: problems of pollution, traffic and real estate value are put forward. Pourquoi les donneurs de gamètes ont-ils ce projet de don ? Ce travail se propose de tenter de cerner les profils psychologiques et les motivations de ces donneurs. Qu'en est-il de leur subjectivité ? De leur désir ? À partir d'entretiens avec une psychanalyste, conformément au Code de la santé publique qui requiert une évaluation du projet de don pour les donneurs sans enfant, ces donneurs, chacun considéré dans sa singularité, sont conduits à faire émerger la demande sous-jacente à leur don de gamètes. Nous prendrons de deux exemples : un donneur masculin et une donneuse féminine... Dans les deux exemples, en dépit de la singularité propre à chacun et de leur parcours très différent, il apparaît qu'un calcul sous-jacent, de l'ordre d'une demande à l'insu du sujet, articulée à un fantasme, accompagne ce don de gamètes. Le don de gamètes relève d'une démarche plus complexe que le donneur ne l'imaginait au départ, en relation avec les coordonnées de son désir. C'est ce que les entretiens lui révèlent. Why do gamete donors have this donation project? This study attempts to identify the psychological profiles and motivations of these donors. What about their subjectivity? Their desire? From interviews with a psychoanalyst, in accordance with the public health code which requires an evaluation of the donation project for donors without children, these donors, each considered unique, are led to bring out the underlying demand for their gamete donation. We detail here two examples: a male donor and a female donor. In both examples, despite the singularity of each and their very different background, it appears that an underlying calculation, of the order of a request without the knowledge of the subject, articulated to a fantasy, goes with this gift of gametes. Protected areas have steadily increased in size over the last century, while their different denominations have been officially established--National Parks among them. This paper is based on the premise that National Parks promote tourism activity, according to what their own regulations indicate and to what research has shown. Based on the above premise, the purpose of this essay is to assess whether there has been a substantial increase in tourism in the area surrounding Monfragüe ever since it was made into a national park--specifically, in terms of the increase in both the supply and demand for accommodation. The data obtained suggest that the impact of the National Park status has been modest: on the one hand, there has been a substantial growth in the number of businesses providing accommodation for rural tourists, while it is nonetheless true that no significant rise in the number of visitors has been attested for the period 2007-2016, according to our sources. Tourism has experienced continuous growth, becoming a key sector for the development, prosperity and well-being of destinations. The objective of this research is to analyze the behavior of the international tourism demand of the Dominican Republic, establish implications for the sustainable management of the country's tourism resources and propose future lines of research. The methodology used in this investigation has consisted in the analysis of data from secondary sources. It has been proven that international arrivals of tourists to the country are constantly growing, although given the tourism potential of the Dominican Republic and the depletion of sun and beach tourism, implications have been generated for the sustainable tourism management of tourism. Through a diversification of the tourist offer, taking advantage of the natural and cultural potential of the country. India is the largest agrarian subcontinent supporting 26% world’s agricultural population on 12% arable land. India is also the fifth largest vegetable oil economy accounting 7.4% oilseeds, 5.8% oils and 6.1% oil meal production, and 9.3% of edible oil consumption in the world. Oilseeds are the second most important agricultural economy in India next to cereals growing at a pace of 4.1% per annum in the last three decades. Oilseed brassica shares 23.5% area and 24.2% production oftotal oilseedsinthe country. Despite beingthethird largest producer (11.3%) of oilseed brassica after Canada and China in the world, India meets 57% of the domestic edible oil requirements through imports and ranked 7th largest importer of edible oils in the world. Oilseed brassica achieved significant growth in India in the past, however, the productivity levels are still low owing to large cultivation under rainfed situation, biotic and abiotic stresses, and resources crunch. It is also facing the challenges of low genotypic potential, climate change and price fluctuation. Though, it embraces the immense scope to increase the production in traditional and non-traditional areas in India with proper inputs, technological interventions, and suitable policy framework. This needs to develop strategies in a well-planned, targeted manner with multi-scientific inputs, policy interface and stable price systems to bring the desired growth in oilseeds brassica production, and to reduce the import of edible oils in the country. Oil & protein ideotypes might be "ideal" in terms of agronomy, they cannot be grown if they do not meet a demand. And while plant breeding takes years to develop new varieties, consumers can change their habits very quickly. Understand the "ideal" crops from the downstream point of view is therefore of paramount importance for R&D. In this review, we look at the current and what may be the future demands for the oil and protein crops. Because of diversity of products and consumers around the world, we chose to focus on French and Western Europe productions and markets: 1) consumers are in a quest for quality, traceability and sustainability (economic, social and environmental) with specific focus on GMO-free and organic demands. Some go vegan and more and more people switch from animal to vegetal protein intakes. And they want to rethink the agriculture model. 2) The food industry must adapt to all these demands while develop solutions for technological obstacles and remain cost-competitive. 3) The farmer needs crop profitability that relies on high and steady yields, eco-friendly and cost-competitive crop management techniques and decent price. With the rapid development and wide popularity of the Internet, Chinese people have acquired a revolutionary channel to mobilize collective action and to participate in politics. In order to depict the various factors influencing online collective action in China, and to further explore the dynamic interaction between the Chinese authorities and the public in this new era of collective action, the article attempts to integrate the demand-supply model with relevant studies from both China and abroad to make a systematic analysis of the demand, supply and mobilization of Chinese online activism. El aumento del tiempo libre y la distribución de las vacaciones a lo largo del año hacen que «descanso» no tenga porque coincidir con «inactividad» o con «turismo de sol y playa». A la vez, las actividades culturales ocupan un lugar destacado en las motivaciones de los desplazamientos y en el empleo del tiempo libre. En este contexto, la «visita de empresa» aparece como modalidad relacionada con el turismo cultural y el «turismo de estilo de vida». La «visita de empresa» es una forma de «turismo activo» donde a la observación de los modos de producción de nuestros días, se añaden la comunicación y el intercambio de ideas, el contraste de experiencias y la introducción de servicios nuevos. Además, la «visita de empresa» es un agente dinamizador del empleo y de desarrollo local. Los empresarios encuentran en esta modalidad turística un medio para dar a conocer su saber hacer e incrementar sus ventas. [fr] L’augmentation du temps libre et l’éparpillement des jours de vacance le long de l’année contrent la coïncidence entre loisir et inactivité ou «tourisme de soleil et de plage». Tout à la fois, les activités culturelles sont en train de devenir en tête dans les motivations des touristes et l’emploi de leur temps libre. C’est dans ce contexte que la «visite d’entreprise» mérite d’être associée au tourisme culturel et au «tourisme de style de vie». Plus encore, la «visite d’entreprise» rejoigne le «tourisme actif» du moment où on y meut en jeu la communication, les expériences, l’échange d’idées, la découverte des «savoir-faire» et l’introduction de nouveaux services. Par ailleurs, la «visite d’entreprise» contribue à l’embauche de salariés et au développement local. Les entrepreneurs concernés y trouvent toujours un moyen de vanter leurs produits et de grandir leurs chiffres d’affaires.

Le marché mondial du vin est caractérisé par un développement sans précédent en ce qui concerne la production, mais aussi l’aire géographique qu’il comprend. La surproduction qui a tendance ŕ dégénérer en une crise est due premičrement ŕ l’apparition de nouveaux acteurs sur ce marché, c’est-ŕ-dire les pays du nouveau monde du vin: les Etats-Unis, le Chili, l’Afrique de Sud, l’Australie. Dans ce contexte, les grands producteurs traditionnels de l’Europe sont soumis ŕ une forte pression concurrentielle aussi bien sur leurs marchés qu’ŕ l’extérieur. Męme si en matičre d’image et de notoriété les vins de ces pays sont restés encore trčs connus, les pays du nouveau monde des vins ont réussi, par un marketing «ŕ l’américain», ŕ pénétrer en force sur plusieurs marchés, inclusivement sur les pays qui étaient pas traditionnellement consommateurs de vins (la Russie, la Chine, etc.).

Rational Choice Theory has transformed the sociological study of religion. However, studies framed by Rational Choice Theory generally assume stable religious demand at the societal level, meaning the effects of individual religious preferences have received little attention. Using a sample of Christian college students from the United States, this article examines whether individual religious preferences are related to choice of congregation and frequency of church attendance. The results suggest that individual religious preferences are indeed related to these measures, meaning future studies might benefit from an increased emphasis on demand-side influences. [es] Ante la percepción de que existe una demanda de turismo no satisfecha con el modelo turístico tradicional español fundamentado en los destinos de litoral, resulta fundamental conocer la tipología de los turistas que visitan zonas rurales como paso previo para plantear una estrategia de desarrollo del turismo alternativo. En esta línea, y ante la escasez de estudios sobre la demanda, este artículo se plantea indagar en el comportamiento de la demanda ante una serie de recursos y actividades típicas de las áreas rurales, a partir de un estudio empírico desarrollado en la comarca de El Alto Palancia, en la Comunidad Valenciana. La aplicación de la técnica estadística del Contraste de Homogeneidad no paramétrico desvelará el perfil del turista interesado por los recursos y actividades proporcionados por la comarca. [fr] Devant la perception que il existe une demande de tourisme non satisfaite avec le modèle touristique traditionnel espagnol, fondé sur les destinations de littoral, il s'avère fondamental de connaître la typologie des touristes qui visitent des zones rurales comme une condition préalable pour designer une stratégie de développement du tourisme alternatif. Dans cette ligne, et devant la pénurie d'études sur la demande, cet article propose d'étudier le comportement de la demande devant une série de ressources et activités typiques des regions rurales, à partir d'une étude empirique développée dans la región El Alto Palancia, dans la Communauté de Valence. L'application de la technique statistique du Contraste d'Homogénéité non paramétrique dévoilera le profil du touriste intéressé par les ressources et les activités fournis par la région.
