The social and business environments have changed greatly in the last two years, in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and the condition of increased adoption of the digital based activities in the everyday lives of the company. New tools and activities, like “remote working”, “online interaction”, “video conferences” are just some of the new tools that have changed the Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing and buying behaviour landscape and made it jump from the traditional to the current and possibly the future approach. The current paper tracks some of the changes that have occurred in the Business-to-Business marketing environment, while underlining the effects he shift to digital has had on the business consumers and on their buying behaviour, being sustained by several secondary data analyses resulted from current reports, which are the basis for developing successful B2B marketing strategies and tactics.

The current umprecedented time that the business environment is going trough, due to the Sars-Cov-2 pandemic, has generated in the last year and a half an economic and social crisis that forced the companies to change the way they operate and even think. An economic crisis and in this case a medical crisis, is also a facilitator for change within a company and by this paper, we aim to understand the factors that generate change, the concepts of crisis and crisis management along with the dimensions of crisis, along side the presentation of Kotler’s Chaotics model, applied on the current crisis. But at the same time, we are presenting some statistics and management strategies and actions that have and must be taken in order tro reduce the impact of the pandemic and also to benefit from the opportunities generated by said crisis, while concluding on the need for change and improving the business strategic objectives trough increased resilience and the implementation of actions that lead to operational and organisational resilience.

The interaction between the rule of law and the cohesion policy of the European Union is important for understanding the social and economic dynamics in EU member states. This paper investigates the impact of rule of law compliance on the effectiveness of cohesion policy, analyzing how mechanisms for monitoring and safeguarding the rule of law influence the distribution of EU funds and project implementation. Additionally, it examines the consequences of rule of law violations on social and economic cohesion in affected member states. By evaluating these aspects, the paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of how the rule of law compliance and EU cohesion policy intersect and to propose recommendations for enhancing social and economic cohesion within the European Union. In the context of increasing migration and refugee flows, the integration of new advanced technologies into border security and their implications for human security requires considerable adjustment. AI-driven surveillance, biometric identification, and automated controls at the border have become part of strategic security measures. While these technologies seek to create "smart borders" for effective functionality, major concerns are raised for data privacy and civil liberties, and the potential for discriminatory practices against vulnerable populations. The analysis describes ethical and humanitarian dilemmas created by the technologization of border management concerning issues for access to international protection by asylum seekers under the 1951 Refugee Convention. It does so by drawing on comparative case studies from the member states of the European Union, illustrating how different geopolitical contexts shape the deployment and regulation of those technologies. This research calls for a balanced policy approach that incorporates the notion of border security with the principles of international human rights law, thereby advancing a framework that protects the dignity and rights of all individuals. Legal development of Europe requires the Union to equip themselves with a basic set of common rules. Especially if the fight against certain types of particularly serious cross-border crime and to ensure the effective implementation of EU policies. Facilitating access to justice is essential to take full advantage of the opportunities the European judicial area, particularly in terms of cross-border proceedings. In this regard, legal assistance measures should be strengthened. In parallel, it will need to continue to improve alternative methods of dispute resolution, particularly in terms of consumer law. The greater the awareness of our shared values the greater the European Union's political resolve can be. A Europe which is conscious of its shared values is also economically stronger. Shared values also bind us together as European citizens.
