Homogeneity is the similarity, type, nature, and character of group members, state, or homogeneous properties, homogeneity. Hexpharm Jaya Co. has various kinds of machines for producing drugs and medicines, one of which is the Chentai machine. The Chentai machine is one of them, which has the function of packaging drugs and medicines. The review shows that these machines often have a breakdown which causes hampers the production process. One of the causes of the breakdown is that the temperature of the engine components, which are purely sealing, is unstable. In other words, it can be said that the temperature displayed on the engine is not the same as the actual temperature measured using the tool. The research shows that the factors that influence this failure are because of the thermocouple position that read incorrectly. From these factors, the researchers adjusted the location of the thermocouple as a temperature reading sensor from the previous position, closer to the heater, and then moved to seal by planting. The results obtained from the adjustment location process are efficient homogeneity at the actual sealing temperature with what is displayed on the machine display and increase the machine's production rate due to the resolved breakdown.
