A compact hydrogen generation device of fuel cell system using chemical hydride storage technique was designed to fit the propulsion device requirement of a small unmanned aerial vehicle(SUAV). For high efficient, compact, and lightweight hydrogen generation control device, the Co-B catalyst hydrogen conversion rate by aqueous solution flux is measured so that the proper amount of Co-B catalyst for maximum hydrogen generation of 100W stack was proposed. A compact hydrogen generation device is controlled by pump`s on/off using its own internal pressure and consumes fuel in high efficiency through a dead-end type fuel cell. The fuel cell system has stable operation for a planed flight profile. The system operates up to maximum 7 hours and at least 4 hours for tough flight profiles.

몬산토는 자사의 종자와 화학물 등 농업솔루션 제품을 통해 농업의 생산성을 증진시키고 자원을 보존하며 농업인의 삶을 개선, 미래 인구증가에 대비한 지속가능한 농업을 실현하는 것을 비전으로 삼고 있는 종합 농업 솔루션 기업이다. 초창기 화학 산업에서부터 현재 농생명공학 산업까지, 이들은 매우 빠른 혁신과 변화를 통해 성공적인 경영성과를 이룩해왔다. 또한 대외적으로 장학사업, 수자원 보호 활동 등의 사회공헌 활동을 펼침으로써 기업의 사회적 책임 실천을 위해 노력하고 있다. 몬산토는 과거 몇 가지 윤리적 이슈로 인해 사회적 관심의 대상이 되었다. 화학제품인 폴리염화바이페닐(PCB), 다이옥신, 고엽제 에이전트 오렌지 등의 제품으로 인해 환경과 인류의 건강을 훼손시킨다는 비판을 받았다. 또한 종자 생산 기업으로서 유전자 조작 종자(GMO)의 안정성 논란, 독점적 지위 유지를 위한 특허권 남용, 허위 광고를 통한 농민들의 손해 유발 등이 언론에 보도되었다. 이러한 일련의 부정적인 언론의 보도들은 기업의 명성과 윤리성에 대한 일반대중의 우려를 가져와 장기적 성장에 위협이 됨을 인지하여 사회적 공헌 활동 강화에 나서고 있다. 본 연구는 과거 이슈가 되었던 몬산토의 활동을 기업윤리이론의 관점에서 분석하였다. 특히 비윤리경영의 대표 사례로 언론에서 다뤄졌던 몬산토의 영업과 관련된 인도 농민 자살문제와 남미 지역에서의 언론보도 통제 및 조작사례를 기업윤리의 규범적 평가도구인 의무론적 접근, 결과론적 접근 및 덕 윤리적 관점의 접근을 적용하여 분석하였다. 또한 기업의 사회적 책임 4단계 층위분석을 적용해 살펴보았다. 본 사례를 통해서, 기업의 윤리성확보를 위해서는, 해당기업 뿐 아니라 다양한 이해관계자의 지속적 관심과 협력이 필요함을 이해한다. 마지막으로 이러한 분석에 기반을 두어 기업의 윤리성 제고를 위한 기업의 내부 및 외부적 대안과 기업문화가 윤리경영에 미치는 영향을 주제로 생각해 볼 수 있는 사례문제를 제시한다.

This paper proposes a design method of the position, velocity, and current controller for a hall sensored BLDC motor using TMS320F2812, a velocity estimation algorithm using a hall sensor, and a robust controller design method for an actuator system with uncertainties. The actuator for missiles requires high precision, fast response, and smaller size. The controller of the actuator should also satisfy these requirements. Although the analog controller provide precise control and fast response, the implementation of control algorithm and the modification of controller design are not easy. However, the digital controller solves these difficulties of the analog controller, since it implement the control algorithm as software. Moreover, it is easy to simulate under MATLAB/SIMULINK with the digital controller, which makes the digital controller more preferred.
