With the continuous increase of electrification in seaports, the single energy supply mode of seaport microgrid is evolving towards multi-energy integration. Aimed to achieve the goals of peak carbon and carbon neutrality, an optimal carbon trading mechanism-based allocation scheme of hybrid electric and thermal storage system is proposed to further maximize the economic and environmental benefits. First, the integrated energy system model of a seaport is established, incorporating a scheme within the carbon trading market. Then, a bi-level optimization framework is proposed, in which the upper layer is utilized to optimize the allocation of the hybrid energy storage system and the lower layer is employed to optimize the operation. Afterwards, a combination algorithm of the mesh adaptive direct search and the adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization is developed to solve the proposed problem. Finally, the real-world data of Tianjing port is utilized to verify the method. The numerical results demonstrate that with the help of the proposed method, both the cost and carbon emissions are dramatically reduced.

The pollution of radionuclides is extremely harmful to the human environment, and it is of great significance to study its feasible treatment methods. There are few studies on the removal of Sr2+ by the combination of microorganisms and minerals. This experiment constructed the bacteria-mineral system with the previously screened thiobacillus denitrificans and montmorillonite, and liquid ion chromatography, multifunctional X-ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and other methods were used to characterize pH and SO42- changes in the system and the removal ability and curing ability of the montmorillonite-thiobacillus denitrificans system(Mont-TD) on Sr2+ in solution. The results show that the Mont-TD system has a high removal effect on Sr2+. Adding 6 g montmorillonite and 1∶100 bacterial solution to the medium with Sr2+ concentration of 1 000 mg/L and 150 mL, after 30 d, the removal rate of Sr2+ reaches 93.2%, the solidification rate reaches 71.1%, and SrSO4 crystals are produced in the product. By constructing the Mont-TD system, the effective removal of Sr2+ in the solution is achieved, and part of it is stably solidified. Montmorillonite-thiobacillus denitrificans system can provide an idea for the treatment of strontium ion pollution in the environment.

In this paper, we developed a SIRV epidemic model based on a vaccination game, incorporating vaccination dynamics and data memory effects using the Caputo fractional derivative. This approach effectively captured the nonlocal and power-law characteristics of influenza transmission. We confirmed the model's biological well-posedness, proved the uniqueness and existence of solutions, and analyzed stability. Furthermore, we established global Ulam-Hyers stability. The results showed that the epidemic incidence depended on the number of reproductions in the system. Through the Grünwald-Letnikov method, we developed the numerical simulations. We validated our theoretical findings and provided insights into the impact of vaccination on influenza progression. Our simulations revealed that strategic vaccination decisions were influenced by individual perceptions of the benefits and costs to achieving control of the influenza disease. Myxomycete communities in Taxodium distichum forests and the influence of substrates and seasons on myxomycete diversity were studied. In total, 80 substrates (40 living barks and 40 litters) were collected from the sample site in winter, spring, summer and autumn of 2023, followed by moist chamber cultures. A total of 733 records representing 34 myxomycete species in 21 genera were obtained. Arcyria cinerea and six other species were abundant (A). Six species were common (C), six species were occasional (O), and fifteen species were rare (R). Species diversity (H' = 2.04 ± 0.20) of corticolous communities was significantly higher than that (H' = 1.49 ± 0.31) of litter-inhabiting communities (p < 0.05). Nonmetric Multidimensional Scaling (NMDS) analyses showed significant differences between these two communities (p < 0.01). Species diversity was slightly higher in summer and autumn compared to winter and spring. NMDS analyses indicated no significant differences among seasonal communities. Redundancy Analysis showed that the corticolous species were closely related to wind speed (p < 0.05), while litter-inhabiting species were mainly determined by temperature (p < 0.05). The study revealed that substrates and seasons influenced myxomycete communities in T. distichum forests, with the communities being particularly affected by the substrates in which they live. Infrared small-target detection is now commonly used in maritime surveillance, flight guidance, and other fields. However, extracting small targets from complex backgrounds remains a challenging task due to the small-target scale and complex imaging environment. Many studies are based on designing model structures to enhance the precision of target detection, and the number of Params and FLOPs has been significantly augmented. In this work, a knowledge distillation-based detection method (KDD) is proposed to overcome this challenge. KDD employs the small-target labeling information provided by a large-scale teacher model to refine the training process of students, thereby improving the performance and becoming lightweight. Specifically, we added efficient local attention (ELA), which can accurately identify areas of interest while avoiding dimensionality reduction. In addition, we also added the group aggregation bridge (GAB) module to connect low-level and high-level features for the fusion of different feature scales. Furthermore, a feature fusion loss was introduced to enhance the precision of target detection. Extensive evaluations have demonstrated that KDD performs better compared to several methods, achieving extremely low Params and FLOPs, as well as higher FPS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Evanescent field (EF) has been widely applied in various micro-imaging techniques for its ability to excite surfaces. However, measuring the multi-angle EF remains challenging. In this paper, the whispering gallery mode (WGM) is observed in an excited microsphere on an optical waveguide (OWG) with a thickness of 0.6 mm, which is used to determine the diameter of the excited microsphere. A simple and nondestructive measurement method for multi-angle OWG-EF is proposed, which is based on the reliable diameter of the microsphere, determined by WGM and the TIRF spots. The measurement result for multi-angle OWG-EF shows a dynamic range between ∼180 and ∼2400 nm, which shows good agreement with the simulation results. Digital implant guides have enabled "repair⁃oriented" implant restoration to become a reality by allowing an implant to be designed for an ideal site, maximizing the use of existing alveolar bone, and increasing the predictabili⁃ ty of the restorative effect. This paper reviews the classification of digital guides and the related factors affecting the ac⁃ curacy of digital guides to provide a reference for clinical doctors in practical applications. Digital guides can be divid⁃ ed into the categories of mucosal support, bone support, dental support and mixed support according to the retention mode. The manufacture and use of digital implant guides involve a series of processes, such as data acquisition, design and manufacture of the implant guide, and guided surgery. The accuracy of digital implant guides depends on all accu⁃ mulated and interactive errors involved in the process from data acquisition to surgery. According to the process of guide plate fabrication and implant placement, errors in all aspects can be reduced to improve the accuracy of guide plate application.

Objective To prepare the La⁃doped TiO2 film on the surface of 3Y⁃TZP ceramics in order to observe its antibacterial properties, providing an experimental basis for the application of antibacterial zirconia ceramics in the clin⁃ ic. Method A cylindrical 3Y⁃TZP specimen with a diameter of 20 mm and a height of 3 mm was prepared. The sol⁃ gel method was used to prepare 1% lanthanum (La)⁃doped TiO2 sol, and the La⁃TiO2 film⁃3Y⁃TZP ceramic was prepared by dip coating on the surface of 3Y⁃TZP. The TiO2 thin film⁃3Y⁃TZP ceramic was prepared by adding no lanthanum ni⁃ trate solution in the same way. The surface morphology of 3Y⁃TZP ceramic specimens (3Y⁃TZP group), TiO2 thin film⁃3Y ⁃TZP ceramic specimens (TiO2 film group), and La⁃TiO2 thin film⁃3Y⁃TZP ceramic specimens (La⁃TiO2 film group) was observed by scanning electron microscopy, and photocatalysis, antibacterial and cytotoxicity experiments were carried out. For the photocatalytic experiment, four specimens were randomly selected from the La⁃TiO2 film group and TiO2 film group to observe the degradation rate of methylene blue at different time points under sunlight. In the antimicrobial experiment, five specimens were randomly selected from the La⁃TiO2 film group, TiO2 film group and 3Y⁃TZP group. The antimicrobial activity of each group was tested using the bacteriostatic circle method, and the bacteriostatic dis⁃ tance of each group was compared. In the cytotoxicity experiment, three samples were randomly selected from the La⁃ TiO2 film group, TiO2 film group and 3Y ⁃ TZP group (negative control group), and the extracts were prepared. Here, 0.064% phenol solution were served as the positive control group. Morphological observation of L ⁃ 929 cells in four groups was performed after 3 d of culture. Cell viability and relative cell proliferation were measured by MTT assay. Re⁃ sults La⁃TiO2 films with uniform distribution can be prepared on a 3Y⁃TZP surface by the dipping⁃drawing method. Photocatalytic experiments showed that the degradation rate of methylene blue in the La⁃TiO2 film group was (41.2 ± 1.5)% in daylight for 2 hours, which was higher than that in TiO2 film group (36.5 ± 2.4)%. A significant difference was noted between the two groups (t＝3.321, P＝0.016). The antimicrobial experiment showed that the antimicrobial dis⁃ tance of La⁃TiO2 group was (0.34 ± 0.08) mm, which was larger than that of TiO2 group (0.12 ± 0.02) mm. No obvious an⁃ timicrobial circle was noted in 3Y⁃TZP group, and the antimicrobial distance of the La⁃TiO2 film group was larger than that of TiO2 film group (F＝63.798, P < 0.001). Cytotoxicity test showed that the relative proliferation rate of cells in La⁃ TiO2 film group was (89.5 ± 1.3)%, and the cytotoxicity rating was grade 1. Significant differences were noted among the four groups (F＝68.250, P < 0.001). Conclusion The La⁃doped TiO2 film can improve its photocatalytic activity and enhance the antibacterial activity of 3Y⁃TZP without obvious cytotoxicity.
