One of the main contributors to global warming is the increasing carbon footprint resulting from human activities. The term carbon footprint is used to describe total greenhouse gas emissions. It is expressed in carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2 equivalents) units. Many studies have been carried out by countries in the world, including countries in the Southeast Asia region, to suppress the increase in carbon footprints. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the literature discussing carbon footprint issues in Southeast Asia based on specific indicators to identify opportunities for further research. Literature was limited to Scopus-indexed journal articles and conference papers. A total of 422 documents were analyzed. The analysis results show that, generally, the publication trend on carbon footprints in Southeast Asia tends to increase yearly. Publication in the form of journal articles is more dominant than conference papers. Furthermore, top contributing authors and countries, top journals or proceedings, most cited publications, most cited journals or proceedings, most cited authors, research collaborations, and research topics have been identified. Electric Vehicle (EVs) is the most effective solution to energy and environmental problems in the transportation sector. However, EV implementation has several barriers, including limited driving range and extended battery charging time. Battery swapping technology was introduced as a solution to overcome these barriers. EV owners can swap near-empty batteries for fully charged ones through a battery swapping station. Battery swapping assures an uninterrupted driving range for EVs. Various studies have been conducted to support battery swapping technology development. This study aims to identify the development, trends, and research gaps related to battery swapping research. A bibliometric analysis was performed on 376 Scopus-indexed articles. Vosviewer software is used as a tool to assist in conducting analysis. The analysis shows that battery swapping articles were generated from engineering and energy research. Energy is the source with the highest number of publications, and IEEE Transactions on Power Systems is the source with the highest number of citations. The article by Zheng et al. became primarily used as a reference by other articles. Furthermore, the countries that publish the most articles are China, the United States, and India. One of the marks of economic growth was the existence of knowledge production, transmission, and dissemination by research organizations and higher education. Stakeholders expected that research organizations are managed professionally and consider their interests. One of the approaches that can be used to ensure it is to use a quality management system. However, the implementation might not always be successful. This study aims to identify and evaluate the critical success factors of quality management implementation in R&D environment. This is a literature review using five major databases: EmeraldInsight, Taylor & Francis Online, Springerlink, JSTOR, and ScienceDirect combined with a quantitative study to determine rank based on mean scoring. ISO 9001 is a popular topic in quality management research field. Many researchers have studied ISO 9001 implementation in various sectors. However, there is lack of ISO 9001 study that focus on the content of ISO 9001 requirement. More specifically, there is lack of literature that discussed nonconforming services (NCS) control system in ISO 9001 implementation. On other side, controlling nonconforming outputs is one of ISO 9001:2015 requirements. In order to fill the gap in the literature, this research aims to design NCS control system for ISO 9001 implementation in a service company. The NCS that is controlled is all non-conforming outputs at all stages of service provision. This research applied qualitative research methodology by using case study approach. The object of case study is a company that provides laundry service. When the research is performed, the company was under process in implementing ISO 9001:2015. This research consists of four stages, namely setting process objectives and scope, data collection and existing NCS control system mapping, process analysis, and NCS control system formulation.
