Teachers are the central point of improving the quality of education, so teachers are expected to provide professional performance. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of servant leadership on teacher performance, organizational citizenship behavior on teacher performance, servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, and servant leadership on teacher performance and organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable. The research population were 200 teachers in Mamuju regency with a sample of 132 teachers. This study uses a survey quantitative research method. Data analysis in this study uses path analysis and sobel test. The results of the study discovered that there is a significant and positive effect of servant leadership on teacher performance where the value (p = 0.00), a significant and positive effect of organizational citizenship behavior on teacher performance (p =0.00), there is a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with value (p = 0.00), and a significant and positive effect on teacher performanceand organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable with a value (p =0.02).Therefore, the OCB can be used as a model in strengthening servant leadership to improve teacher performance.

Traumatic damage to the spinal cord (SCI) frequently leads to irreversible neurological deficits, which may be related to apoptotic neurodegeneration in nerve tissue. The MLC901 treatment possesses neuroprotective and neuroregenerative activity. This study aimed to explore the regenerative potential of MLC901 and the molecular mechanisms promoting neurogenesis and functional recovery after SCI in rats. A calibrated forceps compression injury for 15 s was used to induce SCI in rats, followed by an examination of the impacts of MLC901 on functional recovery. The Basso, Beattie, and Bresnahan (BBB) scores were utilized to assess neuronal functional recovery; H&E and immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining were also used to observe pathological changes in the lesion area. Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SEPs) were measured using the Nicolet® Viking Quest™ apparatus. Additionally, we employed the Western blot assay to identify PI3K/AKT/GSK-3β pathway-related proteins and to assess the levels of GAP-43 and GFAP through immunohistochemistry staining. The study findings revealed that MLC901 improved hind-limb motor function recovery, alleviating the pathological damage induced by SCI. Moreover, MLC901 significantly enhanced locomotor activity, SEPs waveform, latency, amplitude, and nerve conduction velocity. The treatment also promoted GAP-43 expression and reduced reactive astrocytes (GFAP). MLC901 treatment activated p-AKT reduced p-GSK-3β expression levels and showed a normalized ratio (fold changes) relative to β-tubulin. Specifically, p-AKT exhibited a 4-fold increase, while p-GSK-3β showed a 2-fold decrease in T rats compared to UT rats. In conclusion, these results suggest that the treatment mitigates pathological tissue damage and effectively improves neural functional recovery following SCI, primarily by alleviating apoptosis and promoting neurogenesis. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is among the leading causes of death worldwide. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), regulatory molecules that repress protein expression, have attracted considerable attention in CVD research. The vasculature plays a big role in CVD development and progression and dysregulation of vascular cells underlies the root of many vascular diseases. This review provides a brief introduction of the biogenesis of miRNAs and exosomes, followed by overview of the regulatory mechanisms of miRNAs in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) intracellular signaling during phenotypic switching, senescence, calcification, and neointimal hyperplasia. Evidence of extracellular signaling of VSMCs and other cells via exosomal and circulating miRNAs is also presented. Lastly, current drawbacks and limitations of miRNA studies in CVD research and potential ways to overcome these disadvantages are discussed in detail. In-depth understanding of VSMC regulation via miRNAs will add substantial knowledge and advance research in diagnosis, disease progression, and (or) miRNA-derived therapeutic approaches in CVD research. Les maladies cardiovasculaires (MCV) sont parmi les principales causes de deces a l'echelle mondiale. Les micro-RNA (miRNA), molecules regulatrices qui repriment l'expression des proteines, ont attire une attention considerable dans la recherche sur les MCV. Les vaisseaux sanguins jouent un role important dans l'apparition des MCV et l'evolution ainsi que le dereglement des cellules des cellules vasculaires sont la source de bien des maladies vasculaires. Cet article de synthese fournit une breve introduction sur la biogenese des miRNA et des exosomes, puis un apercu des modes d'action regulateurs des miRNA dans les voies de signalisation intracellulaires des cellules musculaires lisses vasculaires (CMLV) au cours de la permutation phenotypique, la senescence, ainsi que des processus de calcification et d'hyperplasie neointimale. Nous presentons aussi des donnees sur la signalisation extracellulaire entre les CMLV et d'autres cellules par l'intermediaire des miRNA en circulation et des exosomes. Enfin, nous discutons en detail des inconvenients et des limites actuelles dans les etudes portant sur les miRNA en recherche sur les MCV, de meme que de moyens eventuels pour franchir ces embuches. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and career development on the performance of hospital employees. Hospitals are complex organizations that require effective leadership and appropriate career development to achieve optimal performance. This research focuses on the role of transformational leadership in improving hospital employee performance and how career development mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and hospital employee performance. This study involved 150 respondents who were nurses in hospitals. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaire distribution. The respondents of this study are hospital employees at various levels, ranging from medical staff to senior management. The results of this study make practical and theoretical contributions to the development of hospital management and provide recommendations to practitioners and policymakers to optimize the performance of hospital staff through the application of transformational leadership and effective career development. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence of these two factors on the performance of hospital employees. First, transformational leadership has been proven to have a positive impact on the performance of hospital employees. This systematic review aims to synthesise Web-GIS evidence for managing natural hazards to share state-of-the-art practices and policies. A comprehensive search in SCOPUS, among other databases, identified 1775 articles published between 2014 and 2023. Following a selection process based on the PRISMA model, 65 articles met the inclusion criteria. The analysis revealed a growing trend over the past decade, with most research concentrated in the last three years. Eight crucial subtopics within the Web-GIS domain have emerged: Integrated Spatial Analysis and Modelling, Technologies and Infrastructure, Visualisation and User Interface Design, Decision Support Systems, Real-time Monitoring and Early Warning, Disaster Recovery and Resilience, Citizen and Social Media Integration, and Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration. A substantial contribution of the literature has been identified in Decision Support Systems and Integrated Spatial Analysis, reflecting their vital role in strategising and predicting hazard impacts. Furthermore, a geographical distribution analysis revealed significant Web-GIS applications in countries like Italy and China, alongside a deficit in low- and middle-income countries. It also highlights potential gaps in hazard studies, including the need to prioritise heatwave management in the face of climate change. This research calls for policymakers and practitioners to leverage evidence-informed decision making and foster community collaboration for enhanced natural disaster resilience. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
