Abstract

The article reports that the Canadian model of community health centres (CHCs) and community paediatricians create innovative solutions and address current issues. The CHCs-community paediatrician model creates different services ranging from clinical consultation, school-based health care, child-based and family-based programming, to board governance and policy.
