Introduction: Migraine disorder is a common psychosomatic disorder in which emotional and psychological factors are involved in its development. Emotion-focused therapy can be considered as an effective factor in the management of this disorder. The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Emotion-focused therapy on emotional components in female patients with migraine. Methods: It was conducted as a semi-experimental study featuring pre-test and post-test in two groups, one experimental and one control. The statistical population of the study comprised women experiencing migraine in Yazd City in 2024. Thirty patients were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. Prior to treatment, patients filled out the Emotional Belief Questionnaire (EBQ), Empathy Scale (PES), Depression, Anxiety and Stress Questionnaire (DASS-21) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS); this assessment was made in the post-test phase. The length of the intervention period of emotion-focused therapy for the experimental group comprised 8 sessions of 90 minutes each, scheduled weekly. Data analysis was performed utilizing multivariate analysis of covariance and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 16. Results: The findings demonstrated that regarding emotional beliefs and their dimensions, as along with anxiety, depression, and stress, the group undergoing emotion-focused treatment had a significantly lower mean than the control group (P≤0.05). Regarding the empathy variable and its dimensions, all except for the ability to recognize negative emotions in others, the emotion-focused treatment group attained a significantly higher mean compared to the control group (P≤0.05). Conclusion: The Research findings indicated that individuals with migraine headaches have difficulty experiencing and processing their emotions and experience worry and self-blame. Accordingly, the emotional therapy protocol is applicable for migraine patients and can successfully enhance the emotional aspects of these individuals.

Background: Beliefs about drug cravings hold considerable sway in the realm of substance abuse and addiction. Delving into the contributing factors influencing these beliefs, including self-efficacy and psychological distress, offers valuable insights into the perpetuation and establishment of addiction among men engaged in methamphetamine abuse. Aims: The primary objective of this study was to forecast the correlation between self-efficacy, psychological distress, and drug craving beliefs among men abusing methamphetamine. The specific emphasis was placed on investigating the intermediary function of self-efficacy and psychological distress within this correlation. Methods: The research employed a descriptive-correlational approach utilizing structural equation modeling as the methodology. The statistical population encompassed men between the ages of 20 and 65 who engaged in methamphetamine abuse during the period of 2022 to 2023. Utilizing specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 262 individuals were chosen through convenience sampling. These participants completed questionnaires evaluating craving beliefs, depression, anxiety-stress, and general self-efficacy. Data analysis was conducted employing the structural equation method and SMARTPLS software. Results: The examination of fitness indicators against the proposed causal model validated the suitability of the established model. Findings from the direct standard regression coefficients indicated that psychological distress correlates with heightened drug use craving beliefs. Additionally, psychological distress exhibited a direct and adverse impact on self-efficacy, while self-efficacy demonstrated a direct and negative influence on craving beliefs. Furthermore, self-efficacy was identified as a mediator in the connection between psychological distress and craving beliefs. Conclusion: Psychological distress diminishes self-efficacy, contributing to persistent cravings for ongoing substance abuse over the long term.

In the shadow of the attention of the Safavid kings, various art schools were formed in Iranian painting; The first painting school of this era in Tabriz, with its background from Herat, led to the creation of many illustrated manuscripts, including the Shahnameh of Shah Tahmasab. In the light of the security and attention of the government of Shah Abbas, the city of Estrabad became prosperous and prosperous, and although it could never achieve the prominent position of the art schools of the important cities of that time, it was noticed by the masters of art and became the owner of its style and school of painting. In the Estrabad school, significant works of painting have been identified, most of which are in the British Museum, Topqaposara Museum of Turkey, and Indian Museum, and of course 15 paintings from a copy of the Shahnameh were also found in the Malek Museum of Tehran, which have not been identified and researched so far. The current research aims to identify and investigate the above paintings, in addition to identifying and introducing environmental elements in the paintings of the Estrabad school, some examples of them are evaluated and compared symbolically with the paintings of the Safavid Tabriz school. The present research employed a qualitative method. Selective sampling was employed to choose the samples and data were analyzed descriptively and analytically. The question that current research seeks to identify environmental factors that contributed to the formation of Estrabad school. The selected samples, including five of the 15 paintings in the Malek Museum of Tehran, were examined and compared with the paintings of the same subject as Tahmasbi’s Shahnameh. The results indicate that the Estrabad school has grown though it has been faithful to the experiences and traditions of its predecessors, and besides its unique differences with other art schools of the era, it shows the Safavid intellectual trends in showing glory, power, greatness, and natural gifts. Major environmental elements in the Estrabad school distinguish it from the Safavid Tabriz school and have its distinct environmental characteristics.

The longhorn beetle, Hesperophanes pilosus Bodungen, 1908, (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae) is recorded as new for the Iranian fauna. The adult specimens were obtained by rearing its larvae and pupa in the root crown of Halocnemum strobilaceum (Pall.) Bieb. (Amaranthaceae), which were collected around of Soldoz wetland in West Azarbaijan province. Hesperophanes pilosus has been reported only from the Republic of Azerbaijan. This is the first case of host identification for H. pilosus. Notes on diagnostic characters, life history along with related photographs are provided.

Background: Active aging has been the paradigm of the old-age lifestyle. Integrated aging care interventions in health centers primarily focus on diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, depression, and cardiovascular diseases, and there is no program or training regarding active aging. This study was carried out from September to December 2021 to determine the effectiveness of an intervention program to promote active aging in the elderly referred to Mashhad health centers. Methods: This randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted on 60 elderly individuals without disabling diseases and cognitive impairment who presented to the Daneshamooz health center in Mashhad in 2021. Through a simple block allocation scheme, those who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the intervention and control groups. The intervention group received the health promotion program during 6 sessions (one session per week) about nutrition, physical activity, responsibility, stress management, communications, and spiritual aspects. The data were gathered using the active aging questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS software version 25; independent and paired t-test, Wilcoxon, and Mann-Whitney U tests were utilized. The purpose of this paper is an optimization of high reflection mirrors in the infrared wavelength. Infrared mirrors, in addition to being one of the main components of carbon dioxide lasers, are widely used in the flexible optical path or beam conduction. In the structure of these high reflection infrared mirrors, metal, dielectric and quasi-metal are used as Glass / Metal / Dielectric / Quasi metal / Air. Separately the design of the high reflection mirror was investigated for each of the metals, dielectric and quasi-metal layers with different materials. In each step, the best type of material is selected based on the highest percentage of reflection. These layers are Silver (with a reflection of 99.87% in the structure of Glass / Metal / Air), magnesium fluoride (with a reflection of 98.31% in the structure of Glass / Ag / MgF 2/ Air), and Germanium (with a reflection of 99.88% in Structure Glass / Ag / MgF 2 / Ge / Air) for metal, dielectric and quasi-metal, respectively. Then, by changing the thickness of each layer, the optimal thicknesses for silver, magnesium fluoride, and germanium were determined to be 100, 550, and 200 nm, respectively. Examining the effect of angles of light incidence, it was observed that the highest average reflection is related to the angle of zero and 99.88%. The current study was an attempt to present a model of human resource planning in the public sector with a focus on the efficiency and organizational productivity. The research population included the experts and managers of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in Fars province. In this research, all 100 senior managers in the population were considered as the sample of the study since the whole population had a limited number of members, and thus, total population sampling was employed. Due to the lack of information on human resource management as well as the nature of management research, the target population had to be recruited from among the managers and experts of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Fars province, which justifies the statistical number of the population in this study. In order to identify the factors influencing human resource planning, library and Delphi techniques were utilized. The18 identified factors were evaluated considering 59 items. In the exploratory factor analysis, these 18 factors were classified into three groups of occupational factors, organizational factors, and individual factors. Moreover, conducting confirmatory factor analysis, the researchers examined the items, and the sub- and main factors.

View on Scopus Based on materials recently collected in Iran and Armenia, jewel-beetle Sphenoptera (Chrysoblemma) orichalcea (Pallas, 1781) is reported for the first time for Iranian fauna, and occurrence of the species in Armenia is also reconfirmed. Some diagnostic characters, ecological and biological notes along with photographs are provided.

Heat transfer of fluids plays an important role in process flows, as this has significant impacts in process configurations, energy pricing and utilization. Therefore, this paper, the heat and mass transfer of a radiating non-Newtonian Sodium alginate transported through parallel squeezing plates is examined. The radiating-squeezing fluid flows through the parallel plates arranged vertically against each other with multi walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) particles. Transport mechanics and thermal conditions of the Sodium alginate is studied using systems of coupled nonlinear models. This higher order, governing ordinary differential models are used to analyze the thermal and mass transfer of the nanofluid using the adomian decomposition method. Results obtained from analytical study displayed graphically are used to investigate effect of thermal radiation on film flow of MWCNT nanoparticles on the Sodium alginate. As revealed from result, concentration increase of MWCNT nanoparticles increases thermal profile significantly. This can be physically explained owing to increasing concentration, increases thickness of thermal boundary due to conductivity enhancement of fluid. Improved thermal diffusivity drops thermal gradient which reduces heat transfer. Whereas, radiation effect on fluid transport shows decrease in heat transfer as thermal conductivity becomes lower than temperature gradient of the flow. Obtained analysis when compared against other methods of solution (numerical and approximate analytical) proves satisfactory. Therefore, the results obtained from the work provides a good basis for the application and improvement of the Sodium alginate in medical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries among other practical application.

In the Qajar era, the tendency to superstition and various religious objects, including talismans and amulets, was very widespread, but historical documents show that women in Iranian society had a greater tendency than men to use talismans. In many cases, superstitions and their related objects and instruments were considered feminine actions and behaviors, and the tendency to superstitions was considered to be fundamentally institutionalized in female nature. This attitude has its background, roots, and further consequences. The present article seeks to examine the roots and consequences of this attitude, and while examining the social conditions and life of women in the Qajar era, their activities suggest that this attitude is especially prevalent in the field of production and use of talismans. This research will look into the cultural and belief roots of talismans, as well as the causes of their popularity during the Qajar era. This research has theoretically analyzed historical findings from the perspective of social studies and its method has been the analysis of visual samples and historical documents. Evidence from this study shows that the tendency to superstition has been a common phenomenon in traditional society, and all members of society have benefited to some extent according to their social and cultural conditions. But historical documents prove that gender differences and the tendencies of women towards these beliefs in the Qajar era.

Background: The prevalence of obesity in children is increasing in the world and it has become one of the major health problems. Parents are the first people who have the opportunity to shape childchr('39')s eating experiences and habits, including food preferences, attitudes, and eating patterns. This study was conducted to determine the moderating role of parental feeding styles in relation to family psychosocial and social risk factors and childhood obesity in primary school children in 2018-2019 academic year in Shiraz, Iran. Methods: In this study, 298 children aged 6 to 11 years from primary schools in Shiraz were selected using multistage cluster sampling method. Their parents completed the stress-anxiety-depression scale tool and parenting feeding styles questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simultaneous multiple regression analysis, cluster analysis, and two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The results showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between the identified risk factors and childchr('39')s body mass index (BMI), as well as the variable effect of feeding styles on the childchr('39')s BMI. The interaction of risk factors on feeding styles indicated that the effect of adjusting feeding styles on childhood obesity was significant due to risk factors. Conclusion: These findings support the moderating role of parental feeding styles in the development or prevention of childhood obesity.

Background: In settings where general anaesthesia is unnecessary, effective sedation, analgesia and local anaesthesia are crucial for optimal outcomes. Traditionally, sedation have been managed and controlled by healthcare professionals, but advancements in pharmacology and technology have renewed the way we are able to sedate. Patient‐controlled sedation (PCS) offers a promising approach, allowing patients to adjust their sedation levels during procedures. This shift aims to enhance sedation quality, improve patient satisfaction and involvement and expedite discharge. Methods: The search strategy will be crafted in partnership with the Librarian well‐versed in scoping reviews. 'Patient controlled sedation' is a wide search. The search will include databases, as MEDLINE/PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, CINAHL and Google Scholar. All literature findings will be entered into a web‐based screening and data extraction tool. Two independent reviewers will assess the eligibility and inclusion of all studies. The variables to be extracted will encompass trial characteristics, participant characteristics, assessment of PCS, identified risk factors for PCS, and the evaluation of patient satisfaction as assessed in the included studies. Results: Following PRISMA‐P and PRISMA‐ScR guidelines, this scoping review includes studies of any design. Data synthesis involves descriptive statistics and narrative presentations to explore the relationship between results and objectives. The outcome will be which procedures/surgeries PCS is used for and which patients are eligible for PCS. Additionally, aspects such as patient and operator satisfaction, economical pros and cons adverse effects will be considered. Conclusion: The scoping review will aim to give a better understanding of in which settings PCS is used. This scoping review provides a comprehensive understanding of PCS and identifies gaps in the literature to shape future research, so we can ensure the best possible sedation for patients in the future. Background: Various studies have confirmed the effectiveness of compassion-focused therapy and reality therapy on improving mental health indices among clients with different problems, but no study has compared the effectiveness of compassion-focused therapy and reality therapy on alexithymia among male prisoner clients. Aims: The present research was conducted by the aim of comparing the effectiveness of compassion-focused therapy and reality therapy on alexithymia among male prisoner client. Method: The current research was a semi-experimental study which was conducted through a pretest-posttest with control group design. The research population included all the male prisoner clients in Aligoodarz city, Iran, in 2019 who were totally 209 individuals. The sample included 45 prisoners who were selected by purposeful sampling method and were assigned into three groups including two experiment groups and one control group (15 subjects per group) ny random assignment method. The research tool was Toronto Alexithymia Scale of Bagby, Parker and Taylor (1994). The first experiment group received the compassion-focused therapy (Gilbert, 2010; 2014) and the second experiment group received reality therapy (Wubbolding, 2013) both in eight 90-minute sessions. The control group received no intervention until the end of the research. The univariate analysis of covariance and the Bonferroni ad hoc test were used to analyze the data. Results: Results suggested that both therapeutic interventions were effective on improving alexithymia in the experiment groups (p< 0/01). Moreover, there was no significant difference between compassion-focused therapy and reality therapy and both had similar effectiveness (p> 0/05). Conclusions: The results of the present research provide an appropriate empirical support for compassion-focused therapy and reality therapy. Psychologists and counselors working in prisons are recommended to use these two approaches for enhancing mental health among prisoners.

Fashion branding is decisive to create a distinctive image of a product. It is more important in the fashion apparel industry. Despite the existing studies, there is a need for a comprehensive investigation that can accurately portray the realities regarding fashion branding. In this regard, to provide a complete image and a deep understanding of the state of research in this field, the visualization technique of scientific networks was used. The research population consisted of all articles indexed on the Web of Science (WoS) database using the keywords such as "branding" and "fashion" from 1900 to 2019. The data was collected via a systematic review and analyzed by VOSviewer software. The research results included the data on identifying top scientific researchers and most influential countries; analyzing the relationships among researchers and countries, identifying keyword occurrences; and identifying research hotspots and subjects on which little research had been done. 1679 researchers, 64 countries, and 2522 keywords were obtained from 906 articles in total. This research seeks to explore and present emerging research topics. The research new insights and instruments emphasize the intellectual paradigm governing branding in international research for managers and owners of the fashion apparel industry. The intellectual paradigm investigated in this study by providing a comprehensive image of research conducted over the past thirty years in the field of fashion branding guides researchers to select research fields, keywords and also cite international articles and thus make Iranian research outputs more valuable. Managers of the fashion and clothing industry are also advised to use the fashion branding intellectual paradigm, which has been studied in detail in this research, in order to gain a comprehensive insight into the research background and scientific management of their brand.

The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions, implementation strategies, and consequences of implementing quality management at Farhangian University across the country in 1989. The method was based on the data theory approach. In this study, the statistical population consisted of experts and professors in the field of inclusive quality management at the University of Culture, who were selected through purposeful sampling method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Validity and reliability of data were obtained by using participant review method and expert review. Content and face validity were confirmed by expert opinion. Content analysis method was used to analyze the interviews. Research findings suggest that the most important dimensions and components of inclusive quality management include customer satisfaction and accountability, the learning organization, and the future. Also, decentralization of education, culture of systematic thinking, effective educational planning and curriculum planning as the most important strategies as well as the professional development of cultures, new approaches to managing and becoming more mission-minded, enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and learning, and making the University of Culture flexible. The establishment of inclusive quality management is at Farhangian University. The results of 12 main dimensions and 365 subscales showed that customer satisfaction, decentralization and enhancing the effectiveness of teaching-learning process were the most important requirements.

Background: The main cause of the tendency to drug abuse among adolescents and young people is the inability to control their emotions. Previous studies have revealed that as the two models of mindfulness-based self-compassion and attachment-based therapy increase self-acceptance and forgiveness in people, they can be useful for reducing the negative emotions. The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of the two models of mindfulness-based self-compassion and attachment-based therapy on the self-criticism and mental fatigue of male adolescents with addiction potential. Methods: It was a quasi-experimental study. The research population included all high school students in Azna County in the academic year 2018-2019. The participants were selected through cluster sampling. Those with a score above 60 on the Addiction Preparation Scale were randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group, each with 15 participants. The instruments used to collect the data were the Addiction Preparation Scale (Wade & Butcher, 1992), the Self-Criticism Questionnaire (Lewis, 1997), and the Psychological Fatigue Questionnaire (Crepe, 1989). The participants in the experimental groups underwent mindful self-compassion and attachment-oriented therapy for 8 and 6 sessions, respectively. The data were analyzed using Multivariate Analysis Of Covariance (MANCOVA) and one-way Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) by SPSS software V. 21. Results: The findings showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of self-criticism (P=0.001, F=10.21) and mental fatigue (P=0.001, F=5.74) in the post-test phase. The results showed that there was no significant difference between mindful self-compassion treatment and attachment-based therapy in terms of their effects on self-criticism (-0.92±0.71, P=0.20) and mental fatigue (-0.57±0.45, P=0.19) of the male adolescents vulnerable to addiction. Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, it can be concluded that mindfulness-based self-compassion and attachment-based therapy are effective in reducing self-criticism and mental fatigue of male adolescents with the addiction potential. Accordingly, the models are suggested to be used by mental health professionals to help adolescents who are potential to addiction.

Objective: Although many studies have investigated the effect of maternal personality on internalizing and externalizing behaviors of a child, the role of both mother and child’s emotional mechanisms in these behaviors is little explored. The present study was focused on the relationship between the mother’s personality, and internalizing and externalizing behaviors of children with the mediating role of children’s alexithymia, mother’s alexithymia, and children’s emotion regulation (ER). Method: 162 mothers and elementary school-aged children were recruited regarding their demographics and completed the NEO personality inventory, Child behavior checklist, Toronto alexithymia scale, Children’s alexithymia measure, and Children’s emotion regulation checklist. Data were analyzed using SPSS (ver.23), and AMOS (ver.23). Results: Structural equations modeling demonstrated an acceptable model fit to data (CMIN/DF = 1.233, RSME = 0.038, GFI = 0.962). Mother’s alexithymia predicted internalizing problems whereas it didn’t predict externalizing problems in children. Also, the bootstrap results indicated that the mother and children’s alexithymia and children’s ER had mediating roles between mother’s personality and externalizing and internalizing problems. Conclusion: The present results demonstrated that mother’s personality can indirectly, through mother and children’s alexithymia and children’s ER act as an important factor in development of mental problems. In other words, findings indicated that children’s emotional development is not a one-way road, but it is a mutual process that involves both the mother and the child.

In this research, the sinterability of Ag/Al2O3 milled powders with 10 and 90 wt%Ag were investigated. The powders were consolidated by two different processes including conventional and spark plasma sintering. The conventionally sintered composites with 90 wt%Ag were further densified by cold pressing and subsequent annealing at 700°C. The microstructural evaluations confirmed a fine dispersion of the constituents within the microstructure of the spark plasma sintered composites. Moreover, the results showed that the relative density, hardness, and flexural strength of the spark plasma sintered samples were much higher than those of the other samples. The hardness and flexural strength of Ag/10 wt%Al2O3 spark plasma sintered samples at 650°C were 146 HV and 264 MPa, respectively. However, unlike the composite with 90 wt%Ag, the applied sintering temperatures have not led to the synthesis of an Ag/90 wt% Al2O3 composite with the desired properties

Background: Remimazolam, a novel benzodiazepine, shows promise as an alternative to traditional sedatives and hypnotic agents in procedural sedation and general anaesthesia. While preliminary research indicates potential advantages over conventional agents, such as faster onset, predictable duration, and improved safety profile, the extent and quality of existing evidence remain unclear. This scoping review aims to investigate the current clinical role of remimazolam and provide a broad and comprehensive overview. Methods: The proposed review will adhere to the JBI methodology for scoping reviews and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis for Scoping Reviews. A comprehensive search will be conducted across major peer‐reviewed databases and grey literature will be sought. All studies involving individuals undergoing procedural sedation or general anaesthesia with remimazolam will be eligible. Data extraction will encompass trial and participant characteristics, intervention details, reported outcomes, comparative efficacy versus midazolam and propofol, patient and operator experience and economic costs. Results: We will provide a descriptive summary supplemented by statistics, figures and tables where applicable. Conclusion: The outlined scoping review aims to assess the clinical use of remimazolam in procedural sedation and as the hypnotic component of general anaesthesia. The review will map the current body of evidence of remimazolam and identify knowledge gaps, contributing to understanding its clinical implications and guiding future research efforts in procedural sedation and general anaesthesia. Introduction: Occupational health and safety threats in hospitals and clinical centers are more serious due to physical and psychological factors. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between physical space standards, equipment and safety and general health of operating room personnel in hospitals affiliated to Birjand University of Medical Sciences in 2015-2016. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed in all operating rooms of Birjand University of Medical Sciences hospitals and their personnel (n = 88). Research tools included equipment standards checklist (32 questions), physical space (25 questions), health (23 questions), operating room safety (21 questions) and GHQ-28 questionnaire. Checklist validity was confirmed based on the content validity and reliability coefficient of 0.85. Data were analyzed using SPSS / 18 software, central indices and correlation tests Results: On average, 86.29% of operating room standards were observed in Birjand University of Medical Sciences hospitals. Equipment standards (89.62%) and physical space standards (82.71%) were the highest and the lowest, respectively. There was a direct and positive relationship between the general health of personnel and the different aspects of standards, meaning that the higher the standard, the higher the general health of the personnel. In this study, some experiments were carried out in a rectangular plexiglass flume to study the effect of the cable around a vertical tripod and two piles groups with different angles. In this research, a series of experiments were performed by placing a cylindrical vertical pileand two piles groups with different angles separately in two modes including with cable and without cable. The experiments were carried out using three types of cable with various diameters, number of threads and thread angles at a constant discharge in clear water. In each experiment, scour depth at the end of the test was measured; then, the scour depth was calculated in different conditions using the obtained data. The best configuration in the vertical pier and piers group was found for the cable-pier diameter ratio of 0.1, the thread angle of 15° and the triple threads. The result indicated that the scour reduction was enhanced as the cable diameter and threads were increased and the thread angle was decreased. So in the piers group of 28 and 38°, scour depth was reduced to about 43, 49 and 56%.

Methods and Materials: The method of this study was semi-experimental method with pre-test and post-test design and three-month follow-up. The statistical population of the study consisted of all incompatible women who referred to counseling centers in Arak city in 2018. Therefore, 36 participants were selected and randomly assigned to two test groups and one control. Data were collected in the pre-test, post-test and follow-up stages with Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II (ROCI-II). The experimental group members participated separately in 10 SMC sessions and 12 ACT sessions after running the pre-test. Aims: Amputation is the most disturbing and damaging thing a person may experience in his or her life. The aim of the present research was to investigate the effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) on anxious thoughts of wives of veterans with amputation. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study with pre-test post-test design with control group, 28 wives of veterans with amputation referring to veterans counseling center of Ahvaz were randomly chosen by available sampling method and they were assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 8 sessions of intervention based on MBSR. The instrument was the Wells’s Anxious Thoughts Inventory scale, which was filled out by participants in pre-test and post-test stages. Data analysis was performed, using SPSS 20 software by multivariate covariance analysis and Bonferroni post hoc test. Finding: By controlling the effects of pre-test, there was a significant difference between the mean scores of the dimensions of the anxious thoughts in the experimental and control groups in the post-test (p0.05). Conclusion: Reducing MBSR decreases the anxious thoughts of wives of veterans with amputation.

This study compares the predictive performance of different classes of adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS) in predicting the permeability of carbon dioxide (CO2) in mixed matrix membrane (MMM) containing the SAPO-34 zeolite. The hybrid neuro-fuzzy technique uses the MMM chemistry, pressure, and temperature to estimate CO2 permeability. Indeed, grid partitioning (GP), fuzzy C-means (FCM), and subtractive clustering (SC) strategies are used to divide the input space of ANFIS. Statistical analyses compare the performance of these strategies, and the spider graph technique selects the best one. As a result of the prediction of more than 100 experimental samples, the ANFIS with the subtractive clustering method shows better accuracy than the other classes. The hybrid optimization algorithm and cluster radius = 0.55 are the best hyperparameters of this ANFIS model. This neuro-fuzzy model predicts the experimental database with an absolute average relative deviation (AARD) of less than 3% and a correlation of determination higher than 0.995. Such an intelligent model is not only straightforward but also helps to find the best MMM chemistry and operating conditions to maximize CO2 separation.
