This research aims to design a pattern for managers' professional ethics factors focusing on the mine workers' mental health. This research's method, which is based on the interpretative paradigm, is developmental, respecting the goal, and it has an exploratory-analytical nature by an inductive approach adoption, and it has used mixed research (qualitative/quantitative) from the statistical community of industry and university experts through a targeted sampling method. Three steps have been considered to achieve the research's main goal. The factors of the managers' professional ethics have been identified in the research's first step through investigating the published articles at the national and international level with content analysis method by NVIVO software, and then, the 15 main factors were finalized and confirmed through the Delphi method and using EXCEL software in the second step in order to naturalize the factors extracted from the articles emphasizing its effect on mine workers' mental health. The factors rating and pattern presentation were done in the third step using the ISM method. The present research has provided the factors of professional ethics of Iranian mine managers and the relationships between these factors emphasizing the mine workers' mental health to be applied by the mining industries' managers of Iran and invited them to pay extra attention to factors such as characteristic traits and perceptual skills which are the most effective variables through presenting a pattern of managers' professional ethics factors. The current research aims to identify new combined genetic algorithm methods to solve complex problems. The researcher has analyzed the results and findings of the previous researchers using a systematic reviewing approach and has identified the effective factors by implementing the 7 steps of Sandelowski and Barroso’s method. Among 4320 articles, 54 articles were selected based on the CASP method. In this manner, in order to evaluate reliability and quality control, the Kappa index was used, and its value was deemed to be in high compatibility regarding the identified factors. The results of the analysis of the collected data in ATLAS TI software led to the identification of 9 categories and 33 primary codes of new combined genetic algorithm methods to solve complex problems. Based on the coding, 9 categories, and 33 initial codes were identified. The present study aimed to identify the factors affecting the strategic design of open innovation and performance in small and medium enterprises. This study was applied in terms of objective and was descriptive-exploratory and mixed in terms of the data collection method. The method used in the present study was conducted in three steps. The first step was the use of qualitative content analysis and the reliability method was used to measure validity. The obtained result was the initial conceptual framework of the factors affecting the strategic design of open innovation and performance. In the second step, the effective factors obtained by the experts were approved in two phases of the Fuzzy Delphi technique. The population of eight scientific-practical experts such as the experts of small and medium enterprises in Yazd province were selected by theoretical sampling, judgmental, and snowball techniques. In the third step, the objective model of the experts was extracted and the content relationship and leveling of effective factors were conducted based on the interpretative structural modeling technique by 22 experts. Based on the analysis of the given opinions, all factors were identified and leveled in intra-organizational (14 factors), extra-organizational (12 factors) and hybrid (5 factors). Based on the analysis conducted in the intra-organizational dimension of organizational culture, organizational strategy, financial resources in the framework of extra-organizational organizations, economic factors, laws and regulations and in the framework of hybrid factors to the inside and outside of the organization, the factors of business space, strategic coordination, and joint venture have more significance and driving forces in affecting the strategic design of open innovation and performance. The purpose of this research is to present mine managers with solutions for the sustainable development of mines with an emphasis on mine tourism. In the first step, identifying ways for mine sustainable development with the use of tourism potentials by studying articles on a national and global scale taken from the SID citation center, Emerald, and Science through content analysis using Nvivo software, was in order. In the second step, 12 main factors were identified and confirmed with the help of the Delphi method and 12 university and industry experts, using EXCEL software. Then, by using tourism potentials with the ISM method and the participation of experts from the previous section, the development model of mines in Iran was achieved and an interpretive structural model was extracted. Finally, in the third step, in order to check the application of the proposed model, structural equation modelling analysis was done using PLS3 software with the participation of 170 managers and supervisors of Iranian mines. The final results acknowledged 12 ways as the final methods of mine sustainable development considering tourism potentials. In the eyes of the expert, mines' innovative reconstruction based on a tourism standpoint, tourism infrastructure improvement, increase in the region's social capital, business and employment growth based on tourism as a necessity were deemed the most effective ways of sustainable development for mines using tourism potentials. Evaluation of the proposed model in the field showed that among 32 theories, only the relationship between innovative mining tourism strategies and business prosperity and job creation based on tourism, the development of mine workers human resources and the development of the region's social capital and the relationship between the development of mine workers human resources and the prosperity of business and employment based on tourism was not approved. Construction projects are frequently associated with a high incidence of cost overruns. To address this issue, the present study adopts a descriptive and survey-based approach to identify and rank the factors that contribute to construction costs. The study's statistical population comprises ten expert specialists, and the fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) with Analytical Network Process (ANP) (DANP) technique is utilized to evaluate the research factors. Additionally, the fuzzy DANP and Delphi methods are employed to rank the essential dimensions and criteria of the research. The study's findings reveal that environmental factors are the primary cause of construction cost overruns, followed by managerial factors and legal and administrative factors, respectively. Dynamic conditions often result in unpredictable challenges for environmental factors, making them a critical driver of construction cost overruns. Background: Today, increasing the world's population and efforts of countries to achieve economic growth, this research, aims to study the variables affecting economic and environmental efficiency. Methods: In the first part of the envelopment analysis of network data the economic efficiency of European Union (EU) countries was calculated according to the input variables. In the second part, the environmental efficiency of EU countries was evaluated based on the two important outputs of greenhouse gas emissions and the absorption of polluting gases. Finally, countries were ranked accordingly. Results: Correlation analysis showed that almost all input and output variables are positively correlated and thus meet the isotonic need. Likewise, all of them can be selected for evaluation using the DEA technique. Also the results indicated that 5 countries, including Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom were efficient in the first stage. Besides, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Latvia, and Luxembourg were in the second step. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that none of the countries was recognized as total efficiency. Thus, none of the countries were able to operate simultaneously in both the economic efficiency and the environmental efficiency phase. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
