Currently, China is undergoing a comprehensive transition toward a digital society, which has placed renewed emphasis on the need for robust national-level digital management capabilities. Identity management serves as a foundational support for the construction of Digital China and social security in the new era, with direct implications for national, social, and individual security. This study explores the major challenges faced by the digital identity system in supporting digital society governance, analyzes the current status and key problems of digital identity management, proposes the development goal and major tasks of building a secure and reliable digital social identity management system, and clarifies the trend of key technologies in establishing a digital identity system with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore, we propose the following suggestions: (1) strengthening toplevel design to formulate the development strategy and implementation roadmap of digital identity, (2) improving related laws and regulations, (3) establishing a digital identity management system with a hybrid architecture featuring centralized management and distributed authentication, (4) strengthening digital identity supervision capabilities, (5) enhancing the standard management of participants, (6) fostering ecological cooperation, and (7) actively engaging in global governance, thus to promote the development of the digital identity system and facilitate the long-term and stable development of digital society administration.

Abstract Objective To explore the predictive value of bedside lung ultrasound score in the severity of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) and mechanical ventilation and extubation. Methods The clinical data of 65 neonates with NRDS and invasive mechanical ventilation diagnosed in the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. 65 neonates were included in the NRDS group, and 40 neonates with other common lung diseases were selected as the other lung disease groups. All neonates underwent lung ultrasound and X-ray examination. The correlation between lung ultrasound scores and arterial blood gas indexes was analyzed by Pearson. The efficacy of successful evacuation of mechanical ventilation was evaluated by lung ultrasound analysis by ROC curve analysis. This is an article in the field of earth sciences. Manganese ore is one of the strategic minerals in short supply in China. The area of Northern Guizhou-Eastern Yunnan is the most typical distribution area of manganese ore in Permian, which is also rare in the Late Paleozoic in the world. It is rich in manganese ore resources and has great prospecting potential, so it is called "Zunyi type manganese ore". The results show that the manganese ore is produced in the late Permian Maokou, and its distribution is strictly controlled by the northern Guizhou rift basin. The manganese ore is formed in the center of graben basin by exhalation deposition, but no manganese ore is distributed in the barrier area, and the ore-body spatial distribution direction is basically consistent with the basin distribution direction. Among them, manganese ore in Zunyi - western Guizhou area is spatially distributed in the basin facies area, and can be divided into three manganese ore facies belts, namely, the central phase, the transition phase and the edge, which further indicates the specific metallogenic location of manganese ore and shows that the manganese ore is controlled by the center of the basin. Based on the Zunyi-Xuanwei manganese ore belt, it can be divided into four manganese ore concentration areas in the Zunyi-Qianxi manganese ore mineralization subzone: Shenxi-Bali, Longping-Xinglong, Tuanxi-Shangji and Qianxi, and two manganese ore concentration areas in shuicheng - Xuanwei manganese ore mineralization subzone: Shuicheng - Nayong and Gexue.The research results are of great significance to search for Permian concealed manganese deposits in northern Guizhou and eastern Yunnan and to carry out metallogenic prediction.

The liver is a vital organ in chickens that performs a number of crucial physiological functions, including the storage of hepatic glycogen, protein synthesis, detoxification, and deoxidation. The growth and metabolism of the liver are complex processes influenced by factors such as environment, diet, and genetics. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), as post-transcriptional regulatory molecules, play a role in various biological processes. There is growing evidence that miR-27b-5p plays a key role in the regulation of liver development and metabolism in various species. However, its role in chicken livers has yet to be determined. In our experiment, we found that chickens with fatty livers had significantly higher levels of serum triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) compared to the normal chickens, while the control group had significantly higher levels of very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) and serum hormones. Further research showed that the mRNA of miR-27b-5p was highly expressed in fatty livers. By exploring the function of miR-27b-5p in chicken livers, we discovered that it promotes lipogenesis, oxidative stress, and inflammatory responses, leading to hepatocyte apoptosis. Our study also established the mechanism by which miR-27b-5p interacts with its target gene, and found that miR-27b-5p targets insulin receptor substrate 2 (IRS2) and modulates the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Additionally, our investigation of IRS2 in chicken hepatocytes revealed that knocking down IRS2 has the same effects as overexpressing miR-27b-5p. In conclusion, our study revealed that miR-27b-5p directly binds to IRS2, inhibiting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and causing steatosis, oxidative stress, inflammation, and apoptosis in chicken liver.

ObjectiveSeveral clinical trials have suggested that fenfluramine (FFA) is effective for the treatment of epilepsy in Dravet syndrome (DS) and Lennox–Gastaut syndrome (LGS). However, the exploration of its optimal target dose is ongoing. Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies that evaluated the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of FFA in DS and LGS were identified and meta-analysis was performed according to doses. Abstract Epilepsy affects all age groups and is one of the most common and disabling neurological disorders worldwide. Drug-resistant epilepsy (DRE), status epilepticus (SE), and sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP), which are associated with considerable healthcare costs and mortality, have always been difficult to address and become the focus of clinical research. The rapid identification of seizure onset and accurate localization of epileptic foci are crucial for the treatment and prognosis of people with DRE, SE, or near-SUDEP. However, most of the conventional neuroimaging techniques for assessing cerebral blood flow of people with epilepsy are restricted by time consumption, limited resolution, and ionizing radiation. Arterial spin labeling (ASL) is a newly powerful non-contrast magnetic resonance imaging technique that enables the quantitative evaluation of brain perfusion, characterized by its unique advantages of reproducibility and easy accessibility. Recent studies have demonstrated the potential advantages of ASL for the diagnosis and evaluation of epilepsy. Therefore, in this review, we discussed the complementary value of ASL in evaluating and characterizing the basic substrates underlying refractory epilepsy and epileptic emergencies.

The construction of networks within natural wood (NW) lumens to produce porous wood aerogels (WAs) with fascinating characteristics of being lightweight, flexible, and porous is significant for the high value-added utilization of wood. Nonetheless, how wood species affect the structure and properties of WAs has not been comprehensively investigated. Herein, typical softwood of fir and hardwoods of poplar and balsa are employed to fabricate WAs with abundant nanofibrillar networks using the method of lignin removal and nanofibril’s in situ regeneration. Benefiting from the avoidance of xylem ray restriction and the exposure of the cellulose framework, hardwood has a stronger tendency to form nanofibrillar networks compared to softwood. Specifically, a larger and more evenly distributed network structure is displayed in the lumens of balsa WAs (WA-3) with a low density (59 kg m−3), a high porosity (96%), and high compressive properties (strain = 40%; maximum stress = 0.42 MPa; height retention = 100%) because of the unique structure and properties of WA-3. Comparatively, the specific surface area (SSA) exhibits 25-, 27-, and 34-fold increments in the cases of fir WAs (WA-1), poplar WAs (WA-2), and WA-3. The formation of nanofibrillar networks depends on the low-density and thin cell walls of hardwood. This work offers a foundation for investigating the formation mechanisms of nanonetworks and for expanding the potential applications of WAs.

The robot vision model is the basis for the robot to perceive and understand the environment and make correct decisions. However, the security and stability of robot vision models are seriously threatened by adversarial examples. In this study, we propose an adversarial attack algorithm, RMS-FGSM, for robot vision models based on root-mean-square propagation (RMSProp). RMS-FGSM uses an exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) to reduce the weight of the historical cumulative squared gradient. Additionally, it can suppress the gradient growth based on an adaptive learning rate. By integrating with the RMSProp, RMS-FGSM is more likely to generate optimal adversarial examples, and a high attack success rate can be achieved. Experiments on two datasets (MNIST and CIFAR-100) and several models (LeNet, Alexnet, and Resnet-101) show that the attack success rate of RMS-FGSM is higher than the state-of-the-art methods. Above all, our generated adversarial examples have a smaller perturbation than those generated by existing methods under the same attack success rate.
