With the rapid development of information technology and social media platforms, digitization has not only given rise to new types of urban vitality spaces but also profoundly changed traditional spatial forms and constructions through online and offline interactions. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and impacts of the changing virtual and physical vitality space forms in Guangzhou and adduce theoretical references and practical insights for urban development and vitality enhancement. Using POI data and TikTok check-in data, this study conducts a spatial analysis of the spatial characteristics and changes of virtual and physical vitality in Guangzhou. The results show that: (1) The spatial patterns of urban virtual and physical vitality generally show a cyclic structure of decreasing vitality from the central urban area to the peripheral areas, indicating that physical space is the basis for the operation of virtual space. (2) Online and offline digital interactions form three types of vitality spaces: a traditional vitality-enhancing space, traditional vitality-declining space, and new Internet celebrity space, whose spatial distribution characteristics differ, with the new Internet celebrity space showing a scattered and discrete distribution. (3) The impact of mobile short video digital platform on the vitality of different types of spaces is heterogeneous, with a boosting effect for scenic spots, leisure and entertainment spots, and sports and fitness spaces, while the impact on food and beverage spaces is smaller. Scenic spots, leisure and recreation spots, and sports and fitness spaces have less impact on spatial vitality, while commercial shopping has a significant heterogeneous impact on spatial vitality. This study seeks to demonstrate the validity of combining POI data and TikTok check-in data to explore the relationship between digitalization and urban vitality space along the digital and social media dimensions and to enrich the research method of urban vitality space. In addition, this study shows that: First, the impact of digitalization on urban spatial form should be emphasized and the role of digitalization in shaping urban vitality space should be fully recognized. Second, urban planning and construction should focus on the development trend of online and offline interaction and promote the integration and complementation of physical and virtual spaces by introducing digital technologies and means. In addition, different types of vitality spaces afford different development opportunities and challenges in the digital context, so corresponding development strategies should be formulated according to local conditions. Finally, exploring the relationship between digitalization and urban vitality spaces can help to clarify the new urban logic and further enhance urban vitality.

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a highly desired chemical with a wide range of applications. Recent advancements in H2O2 synthesis center on the electrochemical reduction of oxygen, an environmentally friendly approach that facilitates on-site production. To successfully implement practical-scale, highly efficient electrosynthesis of H2O2, it is critical to meticulously explore both the design of catalytic materials and the engineering of other components of the electrochemical system, as they hold equal importance in this process. Development of promising electrocatalysts with outstanding selectivity and activity is a prerequisite for efficient H2O2 electrosynthesis, while well-configured electrolyzers determine the practical implementation of large-scale H2O2 production. In this review, we systematically summarize fundamental mechanisms and recent achievements in H2O2 electrosynthesis, including electrocatalyst design, electrode optimization, electrolyte engineering, reactor exploration, potential applications, and integrated systems, with an emphasis on active site identification and microenvironment regulation. This review also proposes new insights into the existing challenges and opportunities within this rapidly evolving field, together with perspectives on future development of H2O2 electrosynthesis and its industrial-scale applications. Osteosarcoma (OS) is a rare but aggressive malignancy. Despite previous reports, molecular characterization of this disease is not well understood, and little is known regarding OS in Chinese patients. Herein, we analyzed the genomic signatures of 73 Chinese OS cases. TP53, NCOR1, LRP1B, ATRX, RB1, and TFE3 were the most frequently mutated gene in our OS cohort. In addition, the genomic analysis of Western OS patients was performed. Notably, there were remarkable disparities in mutational landscape, base substitution pattern, and tumor mutational burden between the Chinese and Western OS cohorts. Specific molecular mechanisms, including DNA damage repair (DDR) gene mutations, copy number variation (CNV) presence, aneuploidy, and intratumoral heterogeneity, were associated with disease progression. Additionally, 30.1% of OS patients carried clinically actionable alterations, which were mainly enriched in PI3K, MAPK, DDR, and RTK signaling pathways. A specific molecular subtype incorporating DDR alterations and CNVs was significantly correlated with distant metastasis‐free survival and event‐free survival, and this correlation was observed in all subgroups with different characteristics. These findings comprehensively elucidated the genomic profile and revealed novel prognostic factors in OS, which would contribute to understanding this disease and promoting precision medicine of this population. SUMMARY: The biogenesis and differentiation (B&D) of amyloplasts contributes to fruit flavor and color. Here, remodeling of starch granules, thylakoids and plastoglobules was observed during development and ripening in two kiwifruit (Actinidia spp.) cultivars – yellow‐fleshed 'Hort16A' and green‐fleshed 'Hayward'. A protocol was developed to purify starch‐containing plastids with a high degree of intactness, and amyloplast B&D was studied using label‐free‐based quantitative proteomic analyses in both cultivars. Over 3000 amyloplast‐localized proteins were identified, of which >98% were quantified and defined as the kfALP (kiwifruit amyloplast proteome). The kfALP data were validated by Tandem‐Mass‐Tag (TMT) labeled proteomics in 'Hort16A'. Analysis of the proteomic data across development and ripening revealed: 1) a conserved increase in the abundance of proteins participating in starch synthesis/degradation during both amyloplast B&D; 2) up‐regulation of proteins for chlorophyll degradation and of plastoglobule‐localized proteins associated with chloroplast breakdown and plastoglobule formation during amyloplast differentiation; 3) constitutive expression of proteins involved in ATP supply and protein import during amyloplast B&D. Interestingly, two different pathways of amyloplast B&D were observed in the two cultivars. In 'Hayward', significant increases in abundance of photosynthetic‐ and tetrapyrrole metabolism‐related proteins were observed, but the opposite trend was observed in 'Hort16A'. In conclusion, analysis of the kfALP provides new insights into the potential mechanisms underlying amyloplast B&D with relevance to key fruit quality traits in contrasting kiwifruit cultivars. Low‐cost and high‐loading cathodes are crucial for practical application of zinc‐ion supercapacitors (ZICs) but achieving optimal performance in high‐loading electrodes faces challenges due to sluggish ion transport, increased resistance, and unstable structure. Guided by theoretical calculations, high‐loading carbon cathodes based on holey activated carbon sheets (HACS) are fabricated from a carefully chosen molecule. A simple pyrolysis‐leaching treatment transformed the molecule into HACS with large surface area, hierarchical porous structure, and electroactive oxygen/nitrogen dopants. When combined with an aqueous binder, the optimized HACS‐based high‐loading electrode (16.1 mg cm−2) exhibits high‐capacitance (454 F g−1) and fast‐rate (1 A g−1) characteristics under lean electrolyte (6.2 µL mg−1). More impressively, HACS is dry‐pressed into free‐standing thick electrodes up to 35.4 mg cm−2 and corresponding practical ZIC under limited Zn and low N/P ratio demonstrates ultrahigh areal capacitance (9 F cm−2) and energy density (3.47 mWh cm−2). The outstanding performance can be attributed to fast ion transport enabled by through‐plane pores of HACS, as well as abundant double‐layer and redox‐active surfaces from favorable heteroatom‐doped porous nanosheets. With its cost‐effectiveness, elemental abundance, and structural tunability, this molecular carbon strategy offers a platform for making self‐activated carbon electrodes at the molecular level towards practical supercapacitors.
