Дисертационният труд е фокусиран върху крафт потреблението на храни и напитки, което е една сравнително нова за България потребителска практика. Дисертацията има за цел да анализира появата му като различен тип потребление, един вид трансформирано занаятчийство, въвеждащо нови практики и обвързано с нов тип ценностни ориентири в контекста на социо-икономическите трансформации в България. Използвайки крафт потреблението като специфичен случай, изследването се опита да допринесе за разбирането на това как се появяват и разпространяват нови производствени и потребителски практики в българския контекст. За целта беше проведено емпирично изследване, анализиращо крафт потреблението на хляб (традиционен за България продукт) и бира (станала традиционна през последните няколко десетилетия). За да обхване в дълбочина разбирането на тези нови практики, беше разработена концептуална рамка, черпеща идеи от прагматистката социология на Люк Болтански и Лоран Тевно и тяхната теория за ценностните редове. Oсновно твърдение на изследването е, че възникването на феномена на крафт потреблението е резултат от трансформацията на ценностните принципи, които стоят в основата на съвременните потребителски и социални светове. Дисертацията се опитва да покаже, че крафт явлението е свързано с нов тип социално-икономически и културни общности, които обвързват в себе си потребители и производители, които произвеждат и потребяват крафт като форма на бягство от и критика към масовото производство. The dissertation is focused on craft food and beverages consumption, which is a relatively new consumer practice in Bulgaria.In particular it aims to analyze craft consumption emergence as a different type of consumption, a kind of transformed craftsmanship.The dissertation looks into the craft as a type of consumption that is introducing new practices and is associated with a new type of values in the context of socio-economic transformations in Bulgaria.Using craft consumption as a specific case, the study tries to contribute to the understanding of new production and consumer practices occurance and spread in the Bulgarian context.Therefore an empirical study was conducted to analyze the rise of craft consumption of bread (as a traditional food in Bulgaria) and beer (that has become traditional in the last few decades).In order to gain an in-depth understanding of those novel practices,a conceptual framework was developed, drawing on ideas from the pragmatic sociology of Luc Boltanski and Laurent Thevenot and their economies of worth theory.The main statement of the dissertation is that the emergence of the craft consumption phenomenon is a result of value principles transformation that underlie the modern consumer and social worlds.The dissertation tries to show that craft apperance is related to a new type of socio-economic and cultural communities that bind consumers and producers who produce and consume craft products as an escape from and criticism of mass production.

Global monitoring of isotopic composition of water vapor in the atmosphere provides information regarding atmospheric hydgrological cycle in the Earth’s climate system. The observed HDO to H2O ratio (δD) in atmospheric water vapor gives information on origin and history of air masses in the atmosphere.In this study we present a method, software tool and some results on δD ratio retrieval from spectra, measured simultaneously in the thermal (TIR) and short wave infrared (SWIR) spectral ranges. The TANSO-FTS high spectral resolution spectrometer on board GOSAT-2 satellite is unique to perform simultaneous measurements in TIR and SWIR spectral bands. A method of simultaneous using of these both bands can improve vertical resolution of δD retrieved profile.We applied conventional optimal estimation method to solve inverse problem. The output data of atmospheric general circulation model ECHAM5-wiso were used as a statistical ensemble of HDO and H2O a priori profiles. The averaging kernels, a posteriori covariance matrices and degrees of freedom are calculated. The retrieval algorithm is implemented using original FIRE-ARMS software and VLIDORT radiation transfer model.This study is supported by the Russian Science Foundation grant No. 18-11-00024.
