Policies related to plastic waste management in the coastal areas of Padang City are still very minimal. It is proven that there is no policy that explains explicitly the management and solutions to plastic waste in the coastal area of Padang City. If the coastal area of Padang City does not get special attention regarding the management of plastic waste, of course, this will have an impact on the environmental management of the City of Padang. The purpose of this study is to evaluate plastic waste policy in the Coastal City of Padang and reconstruction of plastic waste policy for coastal environmental at Padang City. This study uses descriptive method with interview the stakeholders have responsibility in policy at Padang City. Policies related to the management of plastic waste in the coastal area of Padang City are still very minimal. The existing policies only focus on managing household waste or other waste on land. The only policy that can be used as a guide in managing plastic waste in the coastal area of Padang City is the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 83 of 2018 concerning Marine Waste Management. One of SDGs goal is to ensure the availability of sustainable water and sanitation management. To achieve this target, Payakumbuh City has carried out water treatment for the Batang Agam River through the construction of a Water Treatment Plant. (WTP) is the source of PDAM's raw water. However, rapid population growth will one day lead to a deficit of clean water for that it is necessary to analyze the carrying capacity of water resources while looking for alternative solutions to meet water needs every year. The research method used is to analyze secondary data from the availability and needs of clean water in Payakumbuh City and to find alternative solutions to meet water needs through literature studies. The carrying capacity of water resources from the Batang Agam river is not sufficient to meet water needs with a DDA value of 0.63. The alternative solution to overcome water scarcity is expected that the people of Payakumbuh City should begin to shift their attitude from water use and dispose of it to saving water use by managing waste water and recycling. The existence of floating net cages (KJA) in Lake Maninjau is getting out of control. This study aims to determine the factors that cause the number of floating net cages around Lake Maninjau to be difficult to control. This research is classified into descriptive research. The factors and data in this study were obtained by conducting interviews with related officials at the Regional Implementation Organization (OPD) of the Agam District Fisheries and Food Security Service and the Agam District Environmental Service which have duties and functions in preserving Lake Maninjau and Lake Utilization. Maninjau as a fish-producing center. Based on the statement of the interview results, a confirmation process was carried out to the local community in 9 Nagari "Salingka Danau Maninjau" which had KJA using the "Random Sampling" technique. The results showed that there was a decrease in the number of KJA from 2015-2020 with an average of 776 plots/year. Factors that make floating net cages difficult to control include : increasing population growth, limited availability of land, lack of community knowledge to carry out sustainable management, low public education so that it is difficult to switch to new types of businesses as livelihoods, and the difficulty of changing people's habits/behaviors. Tuberculosis prevention program is one of the important elements in the health sector as a supporter of sustainable development goals, especially in the field of human resources through reducing morbidity and mortality due to tuberculosis. Effort being created to maximize care by providing motivation through improving environmental quality (extrinsic factors) and encouragement from within tuberculosis sufferers to recover (intrinsic factor). An increase in life expectancy, a decrease in morbidity and mortality as well as an increase in the degree of public health are the successes of the program, so that sustainable development will certainly be achieved with higher quality. This research method is quantitative quasi experimental approach T-Test with multivariate analysis, on 40 samples, providing counseling intervention, using a questionnaire as an instrument for measuring pre-test and post-test variables. The mining industry is closely related to environmental change. One of the changes is in the living environment of the community around the mining site. The purpose of the study was to analyze the level of change in local people's habits during mining activities. The method used is to map and analyze the layers of society based on age and habits as well as the type of work. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire with questions that have been adapted to the objectives to be analyzed. Questionnaires were distributed directly by visiting the community, some to employees. The results of the research on the community in the Rengasjajar Village area with a population of 8,246 people, a population density of 710 people/km2 with the main livelihoods being farming, farming, farming, and looking for forest products and mining. The results of the questionnaire, 16% (21-30 years old) have changed their habits, 46% of the population (31-45 years) remain in their habits and 38% (>45 years old) have initial habits as local people. The results of the study, namely 1) Communication, and interaction between the community and mining employees through the use of gadgets; 2) Encouragement from the community to be able to know the world and life outside the community; and 3) The tendency of people who want to equate habits that are considered more contemporary than their habits. The main problem raised in this literature review article is the need to pay attention to environmental aspects as a result of the population explosion as Indonesia's dilemma amid limited resources. High population growth causes a population explosion, this will greatly affect the quality of sustainability and environmental balance in an area. The impacts of population dynamics on the environment include settlements with uncontrolled management, increasing environmental pollution, forest destruction, and land conversion. The impact caused by the population explosion is in the form of ecosystem damage, the consequences are already being felt, carbon emissions due to excessive use of fossil fuels directly cause ozone damage in the atmosphere which triggers the greenhouse effect, global warming, and climate change, which in turn destroys the environment. Mahakam river in East Kalimantan has transportation cases that are rarely found in other provinces in Indonesia. The river flow is not only used to serve the public interest but is also used for mining business, one of the most dominant is coal mining through barges. This activity has an impact on the health of the community and the surrounding environment, due to a large amount of dust in the ambient air on the coal transportation route in the river. The purpose of the research was to determine the ambient dust content of the Mahakam river flow crossed by coal transportation and the factors that influenced it. The research method is descriptive which describes the ambient dust content along the Mahakam river which is traversed by barges with purposive sampling measurements. Measurements were taken in the morning at 06.00 – 08.00 and 16.00 – 19.00 WITA because at that time many coal barges were passing. The results showed that the dust content of the river flow that was crossed by barges was 424.8 g/m3 – 58.7 g/m3 for the period from 18.00 – 00.00 and 372.8 ug/m3 – 193 ug/m3 for the period 00.00 – 06.00 WITA. The increase in COVID-19 positive patients in the New Normal era has led to support from various fields, including health, community nurses. In this New Normal era, community nurses should promote healthy lifestyles and prevention against COVID-19 but still have an optimal impact. Many people still have low awareness and discipline to prevent COVID-19. Types of quantitative descriptive research through interviews with expert respondents, literature studies, and questionnaires. The questionnaire results showed the paired comparison strategy's priority using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. The results showed that determining the strategy used three criteria or indicators: human resources related to community nurses, communities, and cooperation. Systems that can be done by the government, namely Improving the quality and quantity of community nurses, Mapping the distribution of community nurses, Approaches to community leaders and related health institutions, Conducting regular reporting and evaluation, Socialization of health protocols through concrete actions, Making one family member as a family nurse, Conducting counseling services or trauma healing, and Conducting control of the community. However, this strategy is not necessarily able to be implemented by other parties. So the priority strategy is to improve the quality and quantity of community nurses with the highest score of 33.4%. The COVID-19 pandemic, the biggest pandemic after the Spanish flu pandemic, has become a new proposition to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It affects every aspect of human life, such as health, education, economy, so that, SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG3 (Health and Welfare), SDG4 (Quality Education), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) may come with grief. We majorly focused on literature review of discussing actions that are not related or related to the goals of SDGs as a whole or not as a whole completed in VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) circumstance of post COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, we discovered the best derivation for optimal post COVID-19 recovery. We imagining in five scenarios as regards actions to its possible consequence for post COVID-19 recovery. We conclude that SDGs push scenario is the superlative action scenario to face VUCA circumstance of post-pandemic. We hope that this review will provide an initiative for stakeholders and related sectors to continue pointing the usage of the SDGs, so as, the progress that has been made to achieve the SDGs for sustainable living can be realized on time towards optimal post COVID-19 recovery. One of the results of human interaction with the environment is emergence of DHF. Changes in the form and function of the environment are not a direct cause of disease, but there are other factors that greatly influence such as community behavior and the availability of disease habitats. DHF continues to be a public health problem in Lubuk Tarok District. Starting from 2014-2020 there is always an increase in cases. This study was to see the spatial distribution of dengue transmission risk in Lubuk Tarok District, Sijunjung Regency. The research design was observational and survey, the study was conducted in 3 Sub-districts in Lubuk Tarok District from Jan-Oct 2020. The sampling technique in this study used non-probabilistic techniques, namely purposive sampling with a sample size of 300 houses. Univariate data analysis and spatial analysis (Overlay) with spatial applications. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the spatial distribution of the risk of dengue infection in Lubuk Tarok District, Sijunjung Regency is the highest in Lubuk Tarok Sub-District. The final result of this study will produce a spatial-based risk map for the risk of DHF transmission so that it will provide valuable information to examine the relationship between disease and environmental variables. Lead is a heavy metal that can have a negative effect on human health. Lead enters the human body through the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, and skin. Food can be contaminated with lead if the packaging is not proper, for example, salabulek wrapped in typed paper can enter the body. This study aims to prove the presence of lead content in salabulek sold at Pasar Kota Pariaman due to the use of typed paper as wrapping. This research method is descriptive and was conducted at the Water Laboratory, Faculty of Environmental Engineering, Andalas University. The number of samples was 24 samples consisting of 12 samples of salalauak wrapped in typed paper and 12 samples not wrapped in typed paper using total sampling technique. Sample examination using ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma). The results showed that all salabulek sold by traders at Pasar Kota Pariaman were positive for lead, both wrapped in typed paper and unwrapped. The average lead content in packaged salalauak was 0.172 ppm and unwrapped salabulek was 0.167 ppm. Conclusion.
