In the study, the data obtained to describe the body characteristics of the Hairpin were utilized in the businesses that were registered with Karaman Province Breeding Sheep Goat Breeders Association. Body weights of 130 goats, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 years old and 50 goats, 2, 3 and 4 years old, selected by simple random sampling method were used in the data of total 900. In the study, Pearson correlation coefficient for variables providing parametric test prerequisites, and Spearman correlation analysis for variables not providing parametric test prerequisites. In the regression analysis, "live weight" dependent variable and other variables were determined as independent variables and parametric and nonparametric regression methods were applied. Univariate and multivariable regression models were applied for the whole data set. When all analyzes are evaluated, univariate regression models give lower determination coefficients (R2) than multivariate models. In this case, it has been deemed appropriate to use a multivariate regression model instead of a univariate model in order to make a correct prediction.However, in practice, univariate Quadratic or Cubic regression methods can be used for researchers.&nbsp

The aim of the present study is to prove that the morphological andhistological features of the rabbit liver are base for the creation of properanatomical US image. For the purpose, we use 12 clinically healthy New WhiteZealand rabbits. In the histological study, we use the routine staining withHematoxylin/Eosin. The US study was carried out with ultrasonic equipment for2D visualization. The US image of the rabbit liver was produced by thedifferent acoustic impedance of the tissues, which composed the organ. Thevariability of the grey and white nuances when observing the anatomical USimage of the rabbit liver is produced by its histological features. It is notrelative to the orientation of the transducer to the field of study. There wasa variability of the US acoustics of the liver at the same intensity of the USwave. This is also owing to the histological features of the liver and biliaryducts. US visualization of the rabbit liver is because of the dispersioncharacter of the echo-signal, generated by parenchyma, perivascular connectivetissue and extrahepatic biliary ducts. The different acoustics of capsulafibrosa and liver parenchyma is related to the following US indices:brightness and contrast, in accordance to the grey-white scale, a variety of thegrey nuance and speed of the US wave. We present the following conclusion: TheUS morphological character of the studied organ is defined by its histologicalfeatures. These histological features of the liver could be accepted as “Goldenstandard”, because they define the US anatomical visualization of the organ., Bu çalışmanın amacı, tavşan karaciğerinin morfolojik ve histolojik özelliklerininuygun anatomik ultrason (USG) görüntüsünün elde edilmesi için referans teşkiledebileceğini kanıtlamaktır. Bu amaçla, çalışmada 12 adet klinik olarak sağlıklıYeni Zelandalı tavşanı kullanılmıştır. Histolojik incelemede, Hematoksilen /Eozin rutin boyama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ultrason çalışması ise 2D görselleştirmeiçin ultrasonik ekipmanlarla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tavşan karaciğerininultrason görüntüsü, organı oluşturan dokuların farklı akustik empedansı ile üretilmiştir.Tavşan karaciğerinin anatomik USG görüntüsü gözlemlenirken oluşan gri ve beyaznüansların değişkenliği ise histolojik özellikleri yardımıyla üretilmiştir.Karaciğerin USG akustiğinde USG dalgasında aynı şiddette değişkenlik gözlemlendi.Bu durumun karaciğer ve safra kanalının histolojik özelliklerine bağlı olarak şekillendiğidüşünülmektedir. Tavşan karaciğerinin USG görüntülemesi, parankim, perivaskülerbağ dokusu ve ekstrahepatik safra yolları tarafından üretilen yankı sinyalinindağılma karakteri nedeniyle gerçekleşmektedir. Fibröz yapıdaki kapsülün vekaraciğer parankiminin farklı akustiği; parlaklık ve kontrast, gri-beyaz ölçeğegöre, çeşitli gri nüans ve USG dalgasının hızı gibi USG indeksleriyleilgilidir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada çalışılan organın USG morfolojik karakteri,histolojik özellikleri ile tanımlanmakta olduğu sonucuna varılabilir. Karaciğerinbu histolojik özellikleri, USG’nin organın anatomik olarak görselleştirilmesinitanımladığı için “Altın Standart” olarak kabul edilebilir.
