The logistics industry (LI) is a key pillar of the global economy, and its carbon emission efficiency (CEE) is crucial for achieving carbon neutrality. The rapid development of the digital economy (DE) has had a profound impact on the LI, but the spatial impact on its CEE is currently unclear and requires further research. Firstly, based on the collection of relevant data, we use the entropy weight method and linear weighted sum method to measure the level of development of the DE. Secondly, the SBM model is used to measure the CEE level of the LI. Using Moran's I index model and OLS and GWR models, we analyze the impact and spatial distribution characteristics of the DE on the CEE of the LI and propose development strategies. The article uses statistical data from 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022 as an example to demonstrate the implementation process of the method. The results show that the DE has a positive impact on the CEE of the LI, and there are spatial differences. Based on this, this article proposes policy recommendations for the development of green and low-carbon logistics and digital logistics that are tailored to local conditions, providing theoretical and methodological support for low-carbon research in the LI, and providing reference for other countries and regions to explore the path of green and low-carbon transformation. The deep integration and innovative development of the logistics and manufacturing industries (LMDIIs) are crucial for reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and advancing manufacturing. To assess the development level and performance of the LMDIIs, we construct an evaluation index system, calculate the weights using the CRITIC method, and measure the comprehensive level of the LMDIIs using the TOPSIS method. We evaluate the coupling coordination of the LMDIIs and conduct a ridge regression analysis of their performance, using Anhui Province, China, as a case study. The results show that the comprehensive level of the LMDIIs in Anhui Province is low. The highest values for the logistics and manufacturing industries from 2013 to 2022 indicate great development potential. The coupling level is fluctuating upwards, and the coupling degree is growing slowly. The performance impact coefficients of the LMDIIs on the digital intelligence development of the manufacturing industry and the profit levels of the two industries indicate a significant promoting effect. However, the performance coefficient for the low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry is negative, indicating a restraining effect. The similar scale model experiment can provide some reference for the research and development of naval gun weapons. This paper takes the naval gun bracket as an example to explain. Based on the dimensional analysis, equation analysis and finite element method, the modal parameter similarity relationship between the original model for bracket and the shrinkage ratio model is established. The results show that the error of predicting the natural frequency of the original model based on similarity relation is less than 2% comparing with the results of finite element numerical simulation, and the error is less than 10% comparing with the experimental results, and the mode of shrinkage model is close to that of the original model. It is proved that the theoretical method in this paper is feasible and practical in engineering. Therefore, the vibration characteristics of the original model can be estimated by analyzing the vibration characteristics of the carrier shrinkage ratio model, which provides a reference for ship gun designers.

To delve into the interrelationship between the green transformation of industry and the economy's high-quality development, to promote the coordinated development of industrial carbon emission efficiency and digital economy, to expand the scope and research ideas related to economic and social sustainable development, and to provide scientific reference for the low-carbon sustainable development of regional economy, this article introduced a data-centric methodology for evaluating the collaborative advancement of both industrial enterprises' carbon emission efficiency and the digital economy. To accurately gauge the carbon footprint of industrial enterprises, models focusing on carbon emissions as well as carbon emission intensity were employed. To enhance the precision of evaluation outcomes and mitigate biases stemming from subjective weighting factors, we employed the entropy weight method to objectively assign weights to each indicator. Furthermore, the super-efficient slack-based model (SBM) can solve the problem that the conclusions are biased, due to the different radial. Subsequently, a carbon-emission efficiency slack-based measure model, and models for coupling degree and coupling-coordination degree were formulated. Anhui, as a central province in China, is also an important province in the Yangtze River Delta integration development. Coordinated development of its carbon emission efficiency and digital economy has important implications for the sustainable economy advancements of other regions in China, and even other countries or regions in the world. Therefore, Anhui was selected to be the empirical research sample. The results showed that the comprehensive levels of these two systems followed an increasing trend, while the digital economy lagged. Their coupling degree fluctuated and reached its highest point in 2021, whereas their coupling-coordination degree increased, showing high coupling and low coordination overall. A proposed intrinsic frequency scheme for the output modulator structure (OMS) linear almost periodically time-varying (LAPTV) adaptive filter (AF) serves as K time-varying group phase-locked loops concurrently operating to synchronize the OMS LAPTV AF with the various input statistics without relying on explicit timing information but only if alpha and gamma step sizes are properly chosen. Simulation results concur with theoretical predictions.
