Abstract

Experimental determination of the cross sections of proton capture on radioactive nuclei is extremely difficult. Therefore, it is of substantial interest for the understanding of the production of the p-nuclei. For the first time, a direct measurement of proton-capture cross sections on stored, radioactive ions became possible in an energy range of interest for nuclear astrophysics. The experiment was performed at the Experimental Storage Ring (ESR) at GSI by making use of a sensitive method to measure (p,γ) and (p,n) reactions in inverse kinematics. These reaction channels are of high relevance for the nucleosyn-thesis processes in supernovae, which are among the most violent explosions in the universe and are not yet well understood. The cross section of the 118Te(p,γ) reaction has been measured at energies of 6 MeV/u and 7 MeV/u. The heavy ions interacted with a hydrogen gas jet target. The radiative recombination process of the fully stripped 118Te ions and electrons from the hydrogen target was used as a luminosity monitor. An overview of the experimental method and preliminary results from the ongoing analysis will be presented.

6. Ноцицептивное сопровождение хронического колостаза оганического происхождения у детей

Abstract

The aim of this research was to study the characteristics and pain iradiation, and its morphological and functional factors of chronic constipation in children. The study was based on analysis of integrated clinical and radiological examination of 88 children with chronic disorders of defecation hospitalized to the Clinic of Pediatric Surgery of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University (Vinnytsia) in the period from 2012 to 2016, that made the main group. Control group included 30 children hospitalized because of abdominal pain, in whom no changes were found were found in large and small intestine. The leading form of pain in children with chronic constipation was visceral pain observed in 67 (76.14 %) children, including dolihosihma – in 24 (72.73 %), and dolihocolon – in 47 (85.45 %) patients respectively. In 47.73 % of children with chronic colostasis pain was of spastic character caused by a spasm of certain functional active sites of large intestine as well as by severe disorders of blood circulation in the pool of superior mesenteric artery., Целью исследования было изучить характеристики и иррадиацию боли и её морфофункциональные факторы при хронических колостазах у детей. Исследование базировалось на анализе комплексного клинико-рентгенологического обс ледования 88 детей с хроническими нарушениями дефекации, находившихся на стационарном лечении в клинике детской хирургии Винницкого национального медицинского университета имени Н. И. Пирогова в период с 2012 по 2016 годы, которые составили основную группу. Контрольную группу составили 30 детей, госпитализированных по поводу абдоминального болевого синдрома, в результате обследования которых каких-либо изменений со стороны толстой и тонкой кишки не выявлено. Ведущей формой боли у детей с хроническим колостазом была висцеральная боль, которая наблюдалась у 67 (76,14 %) детей, из них при долихосигме – у 24 (72,73 %), а при долихоколон соответственно у 47 (85,45 %) пациентов. У 47,73 % детей с хроническим колостазом боль носила спастический характер, была обусловлена как спазмом отдельных функционально активных участков толстой кишки, так и выраженными нарушениями кровообращения в бассейне верхней брыжеечной артерии., Метою дослідження було вивчити характеристики й іррадіацію болю та його морфофункціональні чинники при хронічних колостазах у дітей. Дослідження базувалося на аналізі комплексного клініко-рентгенологічного обстеження 88 дітей з хронічними порушеннями дефекації, які перебували на стаціонарному лікуванні в клініці дитячої хірургії Вінницького національного медичного університету імені М. І. Пирогова в період з 2012 по 2016 роки, що склали основну групу. Контрольну групу склали 30 дітей, що були госпіталізовані з приводу абдомінального больового синдрому, в результаті обстеження яких змін з боку товстої та тонкої кишки не виявлено. Провідною формою болю у дітей із хронічним колостазом був вісцеральний біль, який спостерігався у 67 (76,14 %) дітей, із них при доліхосигмі у 24 (72,73 %), а при доліхоколон відповідно у 47 (85,45 %) пацієнтів. У 47,73 % дітей з хронічним колостазом біль був спастичного характеру, зумовлений як спазмом окремих функціонально активних ділянок товстої кишки, так і вираженими порушеннями кровообігу в басейні верхньої брижової артерії.

Abstract

This paper presents study samples of operating machines with the mechanisms of parallel structures built on the principles of the concept of machine frame layouts. We bring into light our basic ideas of implementing technical solutions according to the requirements of new metal-working equipment in light of modern trends in machine tools, such as multivariate, frame structure of the carrier system, hybridity, symmetrical layout, modular structure of the layout, and visual computer modeling of create layouts creation.
