The object of research is robotic military complexes used in the system of humanitarian demining. This work aims to study the requirements for robotic military complexes (including manipulators that are sucked into them) and to develop proposals for their use in humanitarian demining. The research is based on the application of a functional approach to the construction of models for the formation of requirements for robotic military complexes (RMC), which are sucked into the system of humanitarian demining. It is established that the creation of RMC requires a significant study of the core of the most important technologies that are needed to create the entire range of promising RMC. Thus the standard sample RMC can be presented in the form of set of functionally connected elements: the basic carrier, the mobile platform, the specialized hinged/built-in equipment in the form of a set of removable modules of useful (target) purpose, means of maintenance and service used at preparation for application and technical operation robot. The composition of specialized equipment is set based on the functional purpose of the RMC. The classification of RMC is given, which provides for their division into three categories: the first generation ��� controlled devices, the second generation ��� semi-autonomous devices and the third generation ��� autonomous devices. The analysis of modern RMC which are developed in Ukraine and the advanced countries of the world and the analysis of structure of components of system of humanitarian demining is carried out. It is established that the organization of the humanitarian demining system with the use of RMC should include of explosive objects (EO) reconnaissance, search, marking, their identification and direct demining. Unmasking signs of EO, as well as modern methods and detectors of EO detection are considered. One of the new promising methods of mine detection is parametric. However, in real application, the most promising is the use of a combination of electromagnetic, optical and mechanical methods. У статті досліджено проблеми нормативного забезпечення та оцінки відповідності вимірювальних інформаційних каналів тиску у складних технічних об’єктах шляхом статистичної реалізації вимірювальної системи із застосуванням моделі Гаммерштейна. Запропонована модель віртуально розділена з нелінійністю системи та враховує її інерційність. Розроблено пропозиції введення в обіг (експлуатацію) вимірювальних інформаційних каналів у відповідності з вимогами Директив ЄС та нормативно–правових актів України, які передбачають розробку нормативного забезпечення (гармонізованих стандартів, технічної документації та технічних специфікацій) та застосування процедур оцінки відповідності, які враховують вимоги до вимірювальних каналів тиску та специфіку їх застосування., The article studies the problems of normative support and conformity assessment of measuring information channels of pressure in complex technical objects by statistical implementation of a measuring system, using the Hammerstein model. The suggested model is virtually separated from the nonlinearity of the system and takes into account its inertia. Proposals for the introduction (circulation) of measuring information channels in accordance with the requirements of the EU Directives and regulations of Ukraine, which provide for the development of regulations (harmonized standards, technical documentation and technical specifications) and the application of conformity assessment procedures that take into account the requirements for measuring pressure channels and the specifics of their application have been worked out.

У статті досліджено проблеми нормативного забезпечення та оцінки відповідності вимірювальних інформаційних каналів тиску у складних технічних об’єктах шляхом статистичної реалізації вимірювальної системи із застосуванням моделі Гаммерштейна. Запропонована модель віртуально розділена з нелінійністю системи та враховує її інерційність. Розроблено пропозиції введення в обіг (експлуатацію) вимірювальних інформаційних каналів у відповідності з вимогами Директив ЄС та нормативно–правових актів України, які передбачають розробку нормативного забезпечення (гармонізованих стандартів, технічної документації та технічних специфікацій) та застосування процедур оцінки відповідності, які враховують вимоги до вимірювальних каналів тиску та специфіку їх застосування.

The concept of studying the quality and safety of goods, implemented in Slobozhany region of Ukraine has been extended with the justification of using a qualimetric model to provide a modern complex assessment of cosmetic products.

Food safety is one of the decisive components of the economic security of each state and is determined by the ability of the country to control effectively the production and import of safe and high-quality food on the generally accepted principles of the world. This sphere of activity in human society has extremely important humanitarian, social, economic and political aspects. The food raw materials and food products quality and safety control is currently the most relevant analytical task. It is more important than environmental pollution, according to some data, more than 70 % of harmful pollutants in the human body gets through food, 20% of water and 10 % of the air. Technogenic pollution of the environment through soil, water and air gets directly into the food. However, food products are contaminated with natural harmful substances that appear in improper storage, in violation of technologies, food processing and processing charts. The article is devoted to the main factors analysis influencing the safety of food products and the improvement of instrumental methods for the study of quality aromatic products (for example, coffee).

In the article the analysis of experience and best practices of Europe and the world regarding the methods and tools of risk management in customs affairs. In accordance with the requirements of the Kyoto Convention the risk management is the main basic principle of modern customs control methods, which allows optimal use of resources of customs bodies, without reducing the effectiveness of customs controls, and exempt the majority of foreign trade operators from unnecessary bureaucratic control. Procedures based on risk management, concentrate customs control on areas, where there is the greatest risk, allowing the bulk of goods and individuals relatively free to pass the checkpoint at the customs border Special attention is paid to the principles and methods of risk management and their impact on the simplification of customs procedures through the use of risk-based thinking. The paper discusses the problems concerning the application and implementation of modern risk management techniques in customs procedures subject to the requirements of international standards ISO for the quality management system and risk management based on risk-based thinking.
