Photocatalytic technology shows significant advantages in environmental remediation and catalysis due to use clean solar energy directly and highly mineralization of pollutants. Metal oxides photocatalysts have the disadvantages of a large band gap and high hole-electron recombination. In recent years，MXene have potential applications in the modification of metal oxide with advantages of good electron transfer ability，environmental stability，rich layer structure and large specific surface area. In this paper，the preparation methods of MXene were firstly outlined，including hydrofluoric acid etching，fluoride etching，alkali etching，hydrochloric acid hydrothermal etching，Lewis acid etching，electrochemical etching，chemical vapor deposition and high temperature decomposition method. Secondly，the surface functional groups，dispersibility and chemical stability were introduced. Then，photocatalytic mechanism of MXene/metal oxide photocatalysts was reviewed，including photocatalytic mechanism of metal oxide，photocatalytic activity enhanced mechanism of MXene/metal oxide. Moreover，applications of MXene/metal oxide photocatalysts were introduced，including the photocatalytic degradation of pharmaceutical and personal care products（PPCPs） and dyes，and the photo-stability. Finally，the existing problems of MXene/metal oxide photocatalysts were prospected，which could provide the theoretical supporting for design of efficient photocatalysts and water treatment applications.

[Purpose/Significance] Researchers are the main force of discipline construction in universities. Analyzing and measuring the characteristics of talent team structure and their development is conducive to summarizing the laws of discipline talent team in world-class universities, and analyzing its influence on the long-term development of disciplines, which can provide guidance for universities' discipline construction in China. [Method/Process] A structural characteristics analysis and measurement system of talent team was constructed based on papers published in different fields of research, and by using the methods of scientometrics, and social network analysis. There are 12 indicators in total, which include 4 aspects: internal structure, stability, correlation of research content and internal cooperation of talent team. Then, the correlation models between the characteristics of talent team structure and the productivity, influence of disciplines are constructed to analyze the influences of talent team structures on the development of disciplines in universities. The data of 10 world-class universities in computer science from 2001 to 2020 are used for empirical analysis. [Results/conclusions] The study shows that the correlation between the different characteristics of talent team structure and discipline productivity is not significant, but it has different influences on the overall influence of disciplines. Among them, the relevance of research content and the close degree of cooperation among the main members have obvious promotion effect on discipline influence. The stability of the main team members also has a certain degree of influence on the discipline performance. However, the internal structure and other characteristics, such as the proportion of top talent, are relatively weak in relation to discipline influence. Based on this, it is proposed that in the process of discipline development, universities should strengthen the stability of the main team members, the relevance of research contents and the closeness of cooperation, and form stable and closely linked core research teams, so as to continuously improve the level of discipline development.

High temperature requirement A1 (HTRA1) is a member of the serine protease family, comprising four structural domains: IGFBP domain, Kazal domain, protease domain and PDZ domain. HTRA1 encodes a serine protease, a secreted protein that is widely expressed in the vasculature. HTRA1 regulates a wide range of physiological processes through its proteolytic activity, and is also involved in a variety of vascular abnormalities-related diseases. This article reviews the role of HTRA1 in the development of vascular abnormalities-related hereditary cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD), age-related macular degeneration (AMD), tumors and other diseases. Through relevant research advances to understand the role of HTRA1 in regulating signaling pathways or refolding, translocation, degradation of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, thus directly or indirectly regulating angiogenesis, vascular remodeling, and playing an important role in vascular homeostasis, further understanding the mechanism of HTRA1's role in vascular abnormality-related diseases is important for HTRA1 to be used as a therapeutic target in related diseases. This study investigates the degradation of nifedipine (NIF) by using a novel and highly efficient ultraviolet light combined with hydrogen peroxide (UV/H2O2). The degradation rate and degradation kinetics of NIF first increased and then remained constant as the H2O2 dose increased, and the quasi-percolation threshold was an H2O2 dose of 0.378 mmol/L. An increase in the initial pH and divalent anions (SO42- and CO32-) resulted in a linear decrease of NIF (the R2 of the initial pH, SO42- and CO32- was 0.6884, 0.9939 and 0.8589, respectively). The effect of monovalent anions was complex; Cl- and NO3- had opposite effects: low Cl- or high NO3- promoted degradation, and high Cl- or low NO3- inhibited the degradation of NIF. The degradation rate and kinetics constant of NIF via UV/H2O2 were 99.94% and 1.45569 min-1, respectively, and the NIF concentration = 5 mg/L, pH = 7, the H2O2 dose = 0.52 mmol/L, T = 20 ℃ and the reaction time = 5 min. The ·OH was the primary key reactive oxygen species (ROS) and ·O2- was the secondary key ROS. There were 11 intermediate products (P345, P329, P329-2, P315, P301, P274, P271, P241, P200, P181 and P158) and 2 degradation pathways (dehydrogenation of NIF → P345 → P274 and dehydration of NIF → P329 → P315). The poly-o-phenylenediamine (PoPD)/TiO2 nanocomposite was successfully synthesized via ‘in situ’ oxidative polymerization method. The modified photocatalysts were characterized by BET, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrarad spectra (FT-IR), thermogravimrtic analysis (TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectrum (UV-Vis DRS) and Photocurrent Test. The results showed that the PoPD exists on the surface of TiO2, the presence of PoPD does not impact on the lattice structure and grain size of TiO2, and the presence of PoPD enhances the visible response and photoelectric property. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) was chosen as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activities of TiO2 and PoPD/TiO2. The optimal preparation condition was the molar ratio of oPD to TiO2 = 3:1, HCl concentration = 1.2 mol/L, the molar ratio of APS to oPD = 1:1. The apparent first-order rate constant kapp of PoPD/TiO2 nanocomposite was 0.0098 min-1, which is 6 times higher than TiO2 (0.0016 min-1). Meanwhile, the PoPD/TiO2 nanocomposites showed excellent photocatalytic stability, and the photocatalytic stability was depended on the stability of structure. At last, the photocatalytic mechanism of POPD/TiO2 nanocomposites was also proposed based on the synergetic effect between TiO2 and PoPD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Poly-o-phenylenediamine modified TiO 2 nanocomposites were successfully synthesized via an 'in situ' oxidative polymerization method. The modified nanocomposites were characterized by BET, XRD, TEM, FT-IR, TGA, XPS, EA and UV-Vis DRS. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was chosen as a model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activities of TiO 2 and PoPD/TiO 2 . The results indicated that PoPD/TiO 2 nanocomposites exhibited good photocatalytic activity and stability. The photocatalytic activity of PoPD/TiO 2 increased as the initial pH increased because of electrostatic adsorption between the photocatalyst and MB as well as the generation of ·OH, whereas it exhibited an earlier increasing and later decreasing trend as the concentration of the photocatalyst increased owing to the absorption of visible light. The photocatalytic stability of the PoPD/TiO 2 nanocomposite was dependent on the stability of its structure. Based on radical trapping experiments and ESR measurements, the origin of oxidizing ability of PoPD/TiO 2 nanocomposites on photocatalytic degradation of MB was proposed, which taking into account of ·OH and ·O 2 - were the first and second important ROS, respectively. The possible photocatalytic mechanism and photocatalytic activity enhanced mechanism has been proposed, taking into account the photosensitization effect and synergetic effect of TiO 2 with PoPD.
