OBJECTIVE: Whether genetic susceptibility to disease and dietary cholesterol (DC) absorption contribute to inconsistent associations of DC consumption with diabetes and cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains unclear. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS: DC consumption was assessed by repeated 24-h dietary recalls in the UK Biobank. A polygenetic risk score (PRS) for DC absorption was constructed using genetic variants in the Niemann-Pick C1-Like 1 and ATP Binding Cassettes G5 and G8 genes. PRSs for diabetes, coronary artery disease, and stroke were also created. The associations of DC consumption with incident diabetes (n = 96,826) and CVD (n = 94,536) in the overall sample and by PRS subgroups were evaluated using adjusted Cox models. RESULTS: Each additional 300 mg/day of DC consumption was associated with incident diabetes (hazard ratio [HR], 1.17 [95% CI, 1.07–1.27]) and CVD (HR, 1.09 [95% CI, 1.03–1.17]), but further adjusting for BMI nullified these associations (HR for diabetes, 0.99 [95% CI, 0.90–1.09]; HR for CVD, 1.04 [95% CI, 0.98–1.12]). Genetic susceptibility to the diseases did not modify these associations (P for interaction ≥0.06). The DC-CVD association appeared to be stronger in people with greater genetic susceptibility to cholesterol absorption assessed by the non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol-related PRS (P for interaction = 0.04), but the stratum-level association estimates were not statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: DC consumption was not associated with incident diabetes and CVD, after adjusting for BMI, in the overall sample and in subgroups stratified by genetic predisposition to cholesterol absorption and the diseases. The self-consistent chemotaxis-Navier–Stokes system with nonlinear diffusion ∂tn + u ⋅∇n = ∇⋅ (nm−1∇n) −∇⋅ (n∇c) + ∇⋅ (n∇ϕ), ∂tc + u ⋅∇c = Δc − nc, ∂tu + (u ⋅∇)u + ∇P = Δu − n∇ϕ + n∇c, ∇⋅u = 0 is considered in a bounded domain Ω ⊂ ℝ2 with smooth boundary. Compared to the previously most-studied chemotaxis-fluid system proposed in [I. Tuval, L. Cisneros, C. Dombrowski, C. W. Wolgemuth, J. O. Kessler and R. E. Goldstein, Bacterial swimming and oxygen transport near contact lines, Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA. 102 (2005) 2277–2282], the coupling in this system is stronger and more nonlinear. When the system is accompanied by homogeneous boundary conditions of no-flux type for n and c, and of Dirichlet type for u, a quasi-Lyapunov structure provides sufficient regularity features to facilitate a basic existence theory. However, if we change the boundary condition of the signal to c = c⋆(x,t),x ∈ ∂Ω, t > 0, with a given non-negative function c⋆ ∈C2(Ω̄ × [0,∞)), then the Dirichlet boundary condition imposed here seems to destroy the quasi-Lyapunov structure. Despite this, we shall find a new energy structure and prove that for suitably regular initial data, the assumption m > 1 is sufficient for the global existence and boundedness of the weak solution. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work on the global well-posedness problem of the self-consistent chemotaxis-fluid system involving Dirichlet boundary conditions for the signal. Hydrophobic membranes infused with mixed solvents including a low polar solvent and a specific solvent can efficiently separate analytes from blood upon applying a voltage. In contrast, membranes infused with a specific solvent alone show significantly reduced separation efficiencies for blood samples. Photochromic circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) demonstrates broad application prospects in the field of advanced functional materials. However, the current photochromic CPL focuses predominantly on single‐band CPL adjustment, and how to achieve dynamically tunable CPL in multi‐band is still highly challenging. This work reports the success in utilizing reversible photochromism for realizing full‐color CPL emission. Photochromic flexible films are created consisting of triple components: spiropyran (SP) working as photochromic matter, polyurethane (PU) as matrix, and chiral helical polyacetylene as chiral component. Further introducing blue fluorophore 9‐anthracene carboxylic acid (ACA) in the film, blue CPL and red CPL are emitted respectively through selective absorption/transmission and circularly polarized fluorescence energy transfer (CPF‐ET). Doping the photochromic film with diverse fluorophores provides full‐color CPL emission. Adding Zn2+ further intensifies fluorescence and CPL via forming merocyanine (MC)‐Zn2+ complex. Taking advantage of the diverse fluorescence and CPL emission, anti‐counterfeiting, and secondary encryption application of the resulting photochromic CPL materials are demonstrated. Digital light processing (DLP) has emerged as a highly promising 3D printing technology, which is due to its ability to fabricate components and structures with low cost and high precision. The DLP is, therefore, applicable in a wide range of fields. The phenomenon of light-scattering plays a dominant role in the DLP manufacturing process, but the specific impact of ceramic particles on the distribution of incident light remains unclear. The present study has, therefore, focused on studying the effect of ceramic particles on light-scattering by performing extensive theoretical finite element simulations. The aim was then to improve the curing quality of the DLP 3D printing process. More specifically, spherically shaped particles with a uniform distribution, lower duty ratios, or materials with lower refractive indices were necessary conditions for enhancing the printing precision due to the mitigated lateral light scattering effects. The overall results of this study have provided valuable guidance for the control of the light-induced curing in the 3D printing process of ceramics, thereby facilitating advancements in ceramic-based fabrication techniques. Background: The link between low grip strength, diminished physical performance, and adverse health outcomes in older adults has been well-established. However, the impact of older adults who cannot complete these tests on disability and mortality rates remains unexplored without longitudinal study. Methods: We collected data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS). Participants aged 60–101 were enrolled at baseline. We analyzed the prevalence of populations unable to complete handgrip strength (HGS), gait speed (GS), and five times chair stand test (FTCST). Completing risk models were used to estimate the risk of mortality and disability over seven years. Results: A total of 3,768 participants were included in the analysis. The percentage of older adults unable to complete the GS and FTCST tests increased notably with age, from 2.68 to 8.90% and 2.60–20.42%, respectively. The proportion of older people unable to perform the HGS was relatively stable, ranging from 1.40 to 3.66%. Compared to older adults who can complete these tests, those who cannot perform FTCST face a significantly higher risk of mortality, with 49.1% higher risk [hazard ratio (HR) = 1.491, 95% CI = 1.156, 1.922; subdistribution hazard ratio (SHR) = 1.491, 95%CI = 1.135,1.958)]. Participants who were unable to complete the GS test had a higher risk of developing ADL disability, regardless of whether they were compared to the lowest-performing group (HR = 1.411, 95%CI = 1.037,1.920; SHR = 1.356, 95%CI = 1.030,1.785) or those who can complete the GS (HR = 1.727, 95%CI = 1.302,2.292; SHR = 1.541, 95%CI = 1.196,1.986). No statistically significant difference in the risk of developing ADL disability among older adults who were unable to complete the HGS test compared with either the poorest performing group (HR = 0.982, 95% CI = 0.578, 1.666; SHR = 1.025, 95% CI = 0.639, 1.642) or those who were able to complete the HGS test (HR = 1.008, 95% CI = 0.601, 1.688; SHR = 0.981, 95% CI = 0.619, 1.553). The risk of all-cause mortality was not significantly different for older adults who were unable to complete the HGS test compared to those with the worst performance (HR = 1.196, 95%CI = 0.709–2.020; SHR = 1.196, 95%CI = 0.674, 2.124) or those who were able to complete the test (HR = 1.462, 95%CI = 0.872–2.450; SHR = 1.462, 95%CI = 0.821,2.605). Conclusion: The risks of adverse events faced by older adults unable to complete the tests vary, indicating the necessity for future research to conduct separate analyses on this high-risk population. Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent mode of programmed cell death characterized by Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) accumulation lipid peroxidation and glutathione depletion. It is a novel form of cell death different from apoptosis and necrosis. Because of its unique mode of cell death, it has attracted a large number of research reports from the oncology community. Changes in iron ions and accumulation of lipid peroxides have confirmed the correlation between ferroptosis and tumors, and thus ferroptosis can be considered to have a great oncological therapeutic potential. This paper brings to light the significance of metabolic pathways and key genes like System Xc-/Glutathione Peroxidase 4 (GPX4), Membrane-bound O-acyltransferases 1 (MBOAT1) and Membrane-bound O-acyltransferases 2 (MBOAT2) in modulating ferroptosis in cancer cells. The susceptibility of cancer cells to ferroptosis, influenced by their high levels of reactive oxygen species and specific mutation profiles, is analyzed, suggesting new avenues for enhancing the effectiveness of established cancer treatments. In this review, we address the current understanding of ferroptosis induction and ferroptosis defense mechanisms, briefly describe the role and mechanisms of ferroptosis in tumor suppression, and discuss therapeutic strategies for targeting ferroptosis caused by tumors. Aim: The aim of this study was to synthesize qualitative research evidence on cancer survivors' experiences with reproductive concerns (RC). Methods: We conducted a systematic search of qualitative studies and utilized the meta‐aggregation approach. The database searches were extended up to May 14, 2023, encompassing 12 databases, specifically MEDLINE, CINAHL, PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, Web of Science (Core Collection), AMED, PsycINFO, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wan Fang Data, and VIP. Results: Three overarching themes were synthesized from the analysis of 21 studies that explored cancer patients' awareness of reproductive concerns, their perceptions, needs, and coping styles. These themes encapsulate the multifaceted aspects of cancer patients' reproductive concerns: "Gender differences in fertility concerns among cancer patients: Perspectives from men and women"; "The influence of age: Experiences with fertility issues among cancer patients at different life stages"; "The impact of treatment stages on fertility concerns: The evolution of perception and coping strategies in the course of cancer treatment". Conclusion: Our study presents an in‐depth exploration of the reproductive concerns experienced by cancer patients from various perspectives. We found that the internal experiences of reproductive concerns, their perceptions, needs, and coping mechanisms differ based on their roles. This comprehensive understanding of the complex emotions and needs of cancer patients when confronted with fertility issues can guide clinicians in providing more effective medical assistance, psychological counseling, and fertility‐related information services. IQGAP3 possesses oncogenic actions; its impact on prostate cancer (PC) remains unclear. We will investigate IQGAP3′s association with PC progression, key mechanisms, prognosis, and immune evasion. IQGAP3 expression in PC was examined by immunohistochemistry and using multiple datasets. IQGAP3 network was analyzed for pathway alterations and used to construct a multigene signature (SigIQGAP3NW). SigIQGAP3NW was characterized using LNCaP cell-derived castration-resistant PCs (CRPCs), analyzed for prognostic value in 26 human cancer types, and studied for association with immune evasion. Increases in IQGAP3 expression associated with PC tumorigenesis, tumor grade, metastasis, and p53 mutation. IQGAP3 correlative genes were dominantly involved in mitosis. IQGAP3 correlated with PLK1 and TOP2A expression at Spearman correlation/ R = 0.89 (p ≤ 3.069e-169). Both correlations were enriched in advanced PCs and Taxane-treated CRPCs and occurred at high levels (R > 0.8) in multiple cancer types. SigIQGAP3NW effectively predicted cancer recurrence and poor prognosis in independent PC cohorts and across 26 cancer types. SigIQGAP3NW stratified PC recurrence after adjustment for age at diagnosis, grade, stage, and surgical margin. SigIQGAP3NW component genes were upregulated in PC, metastasis, LNCaP cell-produced CRPC, and showed an association with p53 mutation. SigIQGAP3NW correlated with immune cell infiltration, including Treg in PC and other cancers. RELT, a SigIQGAP3NW component gene, was associated with elevations of multiple immune checkpoints and the infiltration of Treg and myeloid-derived suppressor cells in PC and across cancer types. RELT and SigIQGAP3NW predict response to immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) therapy. In multiple cancers, IQGAP3 robustly correlates with PLK1 and TOP2A expression, and SigIQGAP3NW and/or RELT effectively predict mortality risk and/or resistance to ICB therapy. PLK1 and TOP2A inhibitors should be investigated for treating cancers with elevated IQGAP3 expression. Herein, the isothermal and continuous cooling transformation mechanisms of prior austenite and its relationship to fracture behavior of high‐strength medium‐Mn steel are studied. Furthermore, the precipitation behavior of cementite is also analyzed. The results indicate that the short rod‐like cementite forms in the martensite matrix during the air‐cooling process, the solubility difference of supersaturated elements provides a driving force for the element diffusion. Accordingly, it is proved that no isothermal transformation of prior austenite occurs during the 360 °C × 7 days isothermal treatment. The lath‐like microstructure is the martensite, which is produced during the subsequent continuous cooling process. The prior austenite is "divided" by the preferential martensite (transformed via heterogeneous nucleation), and the interfaces between preferential martensite and untransformed austenite provide nucleation sites for the subsequent martensite. The introduction of initial martensite before the isothermal treatment leads to the reversible brittleness of medium‐Mn steel. The fracture strength decreases with the increase of the initial martensitic fraction and isothermal time. The grain boundary binding force of prior austenite grains (PAGs) increases in the experimental steels subjected to annealing, and the plastic deformation of the martensite matrix is prior to grain boundary cracking, which inhibits the intergranular brittle fracture. Acoustic metasurfaces have been shown to stabilize the Mack second mode in the hypersonic boundary layer through various acoustic wave manipulations, but the stabilization mechanisms still lack unified clarification. In the present work, momentum potential theory is used to develop a physics-based analysis of the perturbance flow field above three kinds of acoustic metasurfaces: the absorptive, impedance-near-zero, and reflection-controlled metasurfaces. It found the thermal-acoustic source term P t a contributes the most to the instability, and the main differences in the stabilization mechanisms of the various metasurfaces can be derived from the distributions of P t a . The absorptive metasurface largely restrains the negative P t a term near the surface and slightly attenuates it near the critical layer. The impedance-near-zero metasurface generates a positive contour under the critical layer, while the reflection-controlled metasurface induces additional positive P t a intertwining along the critical layer. In addition, a uniform macroslit surface without particular acoustic characteristic is verified to stabilize the Mack second mode because the recirculation zones inside the macroslits attenuate the near-surface negative P t a . By deflecting the reflective waves, additional larger positive P t a could be produced and wrapped along the critical layer and that achieves a more prominent stabilization performance by designing a reflection-controlled macroslit surface. Simple Summary: Lung cancer (LC) is the leading cause of cancer deaths. While the current immunotherapies are beneficial to patients, the effects are minimal and heterogeneous, which calls for improvements in patient selection and treatment effectiveness. We discovered taxifolin to inhibit LC. The inhibition was associated with alterations of gene expressions. Among those genes affected, a panel of 12 genes, which we named TxflSig (taxifolin signature), and its subpanel of 7 genes (TxflSig1) effectively predicted responses of lung cancer patients to immunotherapy; TxflSig and TxflSig1 are valuable biomarkers for patient selection. Among both TxflSig and TxflSig1 multigene panels are ITGAL, ITGAX, and TMEM119 genes. These three genes were robustly associated with immunosuppressive activities, and their expressions were inhibited by taxifolin. Collectively, this research contributes to improvement in the management of lung cancer patients via patient selection and suggests that taxifolin could be a promising addition to immunotherapy in treating LC patients. Using an LL2 cell-based syngeneic mouse LC model, taxifolin suppressed allografts along with the appearance of 578 differentially expressed genes (DEGs). These DEGs were associated with enhancement of processes related to the extracellular matrix and lymphocyte chemotaxis as well as the reduction in pathways relevant to cell proliferation. From these DEGs, we formulated 12-gene (TxflSig) and 7-gene (TxflSig1) panels; both predicted response to ICB (immune checkpoint blockade) therapy more effectively in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) than numerous well-established ICB biomarkers, including PD-L1. In both panels, the mouse counterparts of ITGAL, ITGAX, and TMEM119 genes were downregulated by taxifolin. They were strongly associated with immune suppression in LC, evidenced by their robust correlations with the major immunosuppressive cell types (MDSC, Treg, and macrophage) and multiple immune checkpoints in NSCLC and across multiple human cancer types. ITGAL, ITGAX, and IIT (ITGAL-ITGAX-TMEM119) effectively predicted NSCLC's response to ICB therapy; IIT stratified the mortality risk of NSCLC. The stromal expressions of ITGAL and ITGAX, together with tumor expression of TMEM119 in NSCLC, were demonstrated. Collectively, we report multiple novel ICB biomarkers—TxflSig, TxflSig1, IIT, ITGAL, and ITGAX—and taxifolin-derived attenuation of immunosuppressive activities in NSCLC, suggesting the inclusion of taxifolin in ICB therapies for NSCLC. Most researches have shown that neutrophils are closely related to bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), especially its occurrence and development. Although tumor microenvironment (TME) related genes have an impact on prognosis, the role of neutrophil related genes in BLCA adjuvant therapy is not clear. We used sample information from The Cancer Genome Atlas and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases. And we utilized the CIBERSORT algorithm to obtain the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) landscape and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WCGNA) to detect neutrophil-related gene modules. We used univariate Cox regression, multivariate Cox regression, and lasso regression analyses to identify genes that have a relationship with BLCA prognosis. Using the median risk score (RS), we classified the cohort into a high-risk group (HRG) and low-risk group (LRG). External validation of RS was performed via GEO data feeds. Prognostic nomograms were constructed with reference to RS and clinically relevant information and validated using calibration curves. We analyzed the latent connections between RS and tumor mutational burden. Finally, the latent associations between risk markers and chemotherapy prognosis were explored using the pRRophetic algorithm. In this study, 10 TME-related genes with important prognostic value were screened. Then, by deriving the RS, we constructed a prognostic risk prediction nomogram using parameters such as sex, age, TNM stage, clinical stage, and RS. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve showed that the predictive accuracy of the constructed nomogram was high. We found that using immunotherapy with new immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) was more beneficial for patients in the LRG. In addition, we can learn from the chemotherapeutic drug model that patients with LRG are more sensitive to cisplatin and imatinib. BACKGROUND: At present, most studies have focused on the preparation of modified starches by dry grinding. As an excellent starch plasticizer, water might enhance the action of grinding on the structure of starch granules, and water grinding might improve the gel properties of starch. Therefore, this article explored the influence mechanism of water grinding on the gel properties of corn starch based on the changes in its structure and properties. RESULTS: The results showed that water grinding could make water enter the starch granules and hydrate the starch molecules, and the starch gelatinized after water grinding for 20 min. Thus, water enhanced the action of grinding on the structure of the starch granules. Under the plasticization and grinding action of water grinding, the mechanochemical effect of the starch granules occurred. When the starch was in the aggregation stage (7.5–10 min), the crystallinity of the starch increased, and the starch molecules rearranged into a more stable structure, which increased apparent viscosity (η), elastic modulus (G′) and viscous modulus (G″) of the starch gels. CONCLUSION: Therefore, appropriate water grinding (10 min) contributed to increasing the viscoelasticity of starch gels. In the past few years, fluorescent materials have received significant attention due to their fascinating luminescent properties and wide‐ranging applications. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) has also attracted the interest of many researchers due to its remarkable performances. The combination of fluorescence and PDMS will undoubtedly produce abundant advanced multifunctional materials. Although numerous achievements have been made in this field, there is still no review to summarize the relevant research. This review summarizes the state‐of‐the‐art achievements made in PDMS‐based fluorescent materials (PFMs). First, the preparation of PFM is overviewed following a classification according to the fluorescent sources, including organic fluorescent molecules, perovskite, photoluminescent nanomaterials, and metal complexes. Their applications in sensors, fluorescent probes, multifunctional coatings, and anticounterfeiting are then introduced. Simple Summary: Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths in women. The current management of patients with breast cancer needs improvement in two aspects: risk estimation, which forms the basis for treatment, and effective therapies. In our research, we discovered taxifolin to inhibit breast cancer via increasing the expression of 36 genes. These genes, as a group, effectively predict the death probability in patients with breast cancer. Importantly, aggressive breast cancers are frequently associated with increases in the 1q21.3 DNA region, which is home to the HNRN, KPRP, CRCT1, and FLG2 genes. These four genes can inhibit breast cancer, and their expressions are induced by taxifolin, revealing a novel mechanism by which taxifolin suppresses breast cancer. This study thus advances our ability in relation to the risk estimation and treatment of breast cancer. Through using taxifolin as a nutritional supplement, our research reveals an intriguing application of taxifolin in the clinical management of patients with breast cancer. Taxifolin inhibits breast cancer (BC) via novel mechanisms. In a syngeneic mouse BC model, taxifolin suppressed 4T-1 cell-derived allografts. RNA-seq of 4T-1 tumors identified 36 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) upregulated by taxifolin. Among their human homologues, 19, 7, and 2 genes were downregulated in BCs, high-proliferative BCs, and BCs with high-fatality risks, respectively. Three genes were established as tumor suppressors and eight were novel to BC, including HNRN, KPRP, CRCT1, and FLG2. These four genes exhibit tumor suppressive actions and reside in 1q21.3, a locus amplified in 70% recurrent BCs, revealing a unique vulnerability of primary and recurrent BCs with 1q21.3 amplification with respect to taxifolin. Furthermore, the 36 DEGs formed a multiple gene panel (DEG36) that effectively stratified the fatality risk in luminal, HER2+, and triple-negative (TN) equivalent BCs in two large cohorts: the METABRIC and TCGA datasets. 4T-1 cells model human TNBC cells. The DEG36 most robustly predicted the poor prognosis of TNBCs and associated it with the infiltration of CD8+ T, NK, macrophages, and Th2 cells. Of note, taxifolin increased the CD8+ T cell content in 4T-1 tumors. Background: Chloroquine (CQ) has been the preferred clinical treatment for vivax malaria in Yunnan Province since 1958, with over 300,000 patients. This study aimed to help make trend predictions regarding variations the in anti-malarial drug susceptibility of Plasmodium vivax distributed in Yunnan Province and effectively implement monitoring measures on the efficacy of anti-malarial drugs for vivax malaria. Methods: Blood samples collected from patients with mono-P. vivax infections were employed in this study based on the principle of cluster sampling. The whole gene of P. vivax multidrug resistance 1 protein gene (pvmdr1) was amplified by nested-PCR techniques and the PCR amplification produce were sequenced by Sanger bidirectional sequencing. The mutant loci and haplotypes of coding DNA sequence (CDS) were identified by comparison with the reference sequence (NC_009915.1) of the P. vivax Sal I isolate. Parameters such as Ka/Ks ratio were calculated using MEGA 5.04 software. Results: A total of 753 blood samples from patients infected with mono-P. vivax were collected, of which 624 blood samples yielded the full gene sequence (4392 bp) of the pvmdr1 gene, with 283, 140, 119, and 82 sequences from 2014, 2020, 2021 and 2022, respectively. A total of 52 single nucleotide polymorphic (SNP) loci were detected for the 624 CDSs, of which 92.3% (48/52), 34.6% (18/52), 42.3% (22/52), and 36.5% (19/52) SNPs were detected in 2014, 2020, 2021 and 2022, respectively. All of 624 CDSs were defined for a total of 105 mutant haplotypes, with CDSs of 2014, 2020, 2021, and 2022 containing 88, 15, 21, and 13 haplotypes, respectively. Of the 105 haplotypes, the threefold mutant haplotype (Hap_87) was the starting point for stepwise evolution, and the most drastic tenfold mutations were Hap_14 and Hap_78, and the fivefold, sixfold, sevenfold, and eightfold mutations. Conclusions: In the majority of vivax malaria cases in Yunnan Province, most of them were infected with strains carrying demonstrating highly mutated in pvmdr1 genes. However, the dominant mutation strains types varied from year to year, which warrants further exploration in order to confirm the correlation between with phenotypic changes in P. vivax strains and their susceptibility to anti-malarial drugs such as chloroquine. Sturgeons are ancient and endangered species whose populations have been greatly reduced over the past few centuries due to habitat destruction and overfishing for the production of expensive caviar. All sturgeon species are listed in CITES Appendix II to limit their trade; therefore, accurate species identification is crucial. In this study, we performed whole-genome resequencing of five sturgeon species, including Kaluga sturgeon (H. dauricus), Siberian sturgeon (A. baerii), Sterlet sturgeon (A. ruthenus), Russian sturgeon (A. gueldenstaedtii), and Amur sturgeon (A. schrenckii), to obtain species-specific InDel-based nucleotide sequences for Kaluga sturgeon. Through whole-genome screening within these five sturgeon species, we developed methods for the rapid identification of Kaluga sturgeon germplasm. Using dominant/co-dominant molecular markers designed for Huso dauricus, purebred or hybrid samples can be identified through a PCR reaction. These markers allow for the precise identification of Kaluga sturgeon lineages from at least seven sturgeon species (H. dauricus, A. schrenckii, A. ruthenus, A. baerii, A. gueldenstaedtii, A. stellatus, and H. huso) and their hybrids. Based on the perspective of ecology and innovation management, this paper selects seven elements from two aspects, innovation subject and innovation environment, to construct the evaluation index system for the health of pharmaceutical innovation ecological rainforest in Zhejiang from 2011 to 2019, together with the entropy weighted TOPSIS method and the obstacle factor diagnosis model. We find that the health of the pharmaceutical industry in Zhejiang can be measured as three stages: stagnation period, recovery period and development period. There is a relative balance between the development of innovation subject and innovation environment. The resilience of innovation subjects, followed by economic and cultural environment, is the key factor hindering the innovation of pharmaceutical industry in Zhejiang. Finally, we propose four countermeasures, including "deploying high-level service chains, broadening investment and financing channels for enterprises, building a reservoir of global talents, and creating an inclusive and open soft environment". In order to realize the resource utilization of agricultural waste waste fungus sticks (EF), KM-n04 and CuCl2 ⋅ 2H2O were used to modify EF biochar (EFBC) prepared at low temperature to prepare copper-manganese modified EFBC (Cu-Mn-EFBC). SEM, BET, XRD, FTIR, Zeta potential and EA characterization were carried out, and the effects of preparation and reaction conditions on the adsorption of tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) in water by Cu-Mn-EFBC were investigated and the mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that the removal rate of TCH by Cu-Mn-EFBC was 90. 03%, which was much higher than that of EFBC (21.44% ), the dosage of biochar and ionic strength had little effect on the adsorption, and the pH value of the solution has a great influence; the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and the Freundlich equation can better fit the adsorption process. Major advances in molecular detection are being driven by goals associated with the development of methods that are amenable to miniaturization and automation, and that have high sensitivity and low interference. The new detection methods are confronted by many interfacial issues, which when properly addressed can lead to improved performance. One interfacial property, special wettability, can facilitate precise delivery and local enrichment of molecules to sensing elements. This review summarizes applications of unique features of special wettability in molecular detection including (1) chemical and electrochemical reactions in anchored microdroplets on superwetting surfaces, (2) enrichment of analytes and active materials at low contact areas between droplets and superwetting surfaces, (3) complete opposite affinities of superwetting surfaces toward nonpolar/polar solutes and oil/water phases, and (4) directional droplet transportation on asymmetric superwetting surfaces. The challenges and opportunities that exist in design and applications of special wettability in interfacial delivery and enrichment for detection of a few molecules are also discussed. More than 85% of the malaria burden in the Yunnan Province is caused by imported vivax malaria, and Yunnan is also where the majority of vivax malaria patients are diagnosed in China. Timely removal of the infection sources of Plasmodium vivax and its breeding environment remains the key to eliminating the secondary transmission of imported malaria. To that end, blood samples were collected from cases diagnosed and revalidated as single species infection with P. vivax in the Yunnan Province from 2013 to 2020. Specifically, samples from vivax malaria patients with suspected relapses episodes were subjected to PCR amplification, product sequencing, and analysis of the P. vivax circumsporozoite protein (pvcsp) gene. In total, 77 suspected relapse patients were identified out of 2484 cases infected with P. vivax, with a total of 81 recurrent episodes. A total of 156 CDS (coding DNA sequence) chains were obtained through PCR amplification and sequencing of the pvcsp gene from 159 blood samples, 121 of which can be matched to the paired sequences of 59 vivax malaria patients with both primary attack and recurrent experience. Of the 59 pairs of pvcsp gene sequences, every one of 31 pairs showed only one haplotype and no variant sites (VS), meaning every two paired sequence was completely homologous. Every one of the remaining 28 paired sequences had two haplotypes but no length polymorphism, indicating that the paired sequences was "weakly heterologous" with no fragment insertions (or deletions). All 59 vivax malaria patients with recurrences were caused by the activation of P. vivax hypnozoites originated from the same population as the primary infection. The paired analysis of the similarity between high variant genes allowed the identification of relapse episodes caused by P. vivax homologous hypnozoites and also demonstrated pvcsp gene as one of the candidate molecular markers for tracing infection origin. The study aims to compare the differences in the oxidative stability, sensory properties, and volatile compounds during accelerated storage of pepper aromatized sunflower oil (PASO) samples prepared by maceration method (PASO‐M), co‐pressing method (PASO‐C), and direct addition method (PASO‐A), respectively. The results exhibit that their oxidative stability is in the relative order: PASO‐A > PASO‐C > PASO‐M. Meanwhile, the PASO‐A sample is the most preferable aromatized sunflower oil by consumers according to sensory analysis. In addition, a total of 83 volatile compounds are identified in the three PASO samples during the storage, and the principal component analysis (PCA) shows that their volatile compounds are quite different at the initial stage of the storage. Still, they are similar among each other from the middle of storage period. As consequence, the aromatized sunflower oil sample prepared by the direct‐addition method during the storage possesses better oxidative stability and sensory attributes, and there is not much difference among their volatile compounds, indicating that the aromatized sunflower oil prepared by direct‐addition method can be developed as promising aromatized sunflower oil. Practical applications: This study shows that aromatization increases oxidative stability and sensory properties of sunflower oil. By this way some sunflower oils with special sensory properties are obtained: special smell and taste, special color, etc. These peppers aromatized sunflower oils can be used to increase taste and smell in some dishes. The continuous cooling tnsformation of deformed austenite and relationship to mechanical properties in medium-Mn steel was investigated by combining thermomechanical controlled processing and continuous cooling processes. The results indicated that the microstructure of experimental steel consists of lath martensite and a small amount of retained austenite. The stability of austenite was significantly improved by manganese, and martensite tnsformation occurred only during the slowly furnace-cooling process. The morphology of prior austenite gins changed from equiaxed recrystallization type to flat-elongated type with decreasing rolling tempeture. The martensitic tnsformation tempeture was decreased by the fgmentation of prior austenite gins and the stin hardening introduced by hot rolling, resulting in refined martensitic laths. The excellent mechanical properties were obtained in the steel rolled in the non-recrystallization region with combination of yield strength of 910 MPa, ultimate tensile strength of 1288 MPa and Vickers hardness number of 386.4 HV, which were mainly attributed to the refined martensitic laths, high density dislocation in matrix and high gin boundary length per unit area. Background and Aims. Abnormal expression of lncRNAs is relevant to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer (GC), but the significance remains inconclusive. We performed a diagnostic meta-bioinformatics analysis to elucidate the association between lncRNA expression and GC risk. Methods. Published datasets were selected from PubMed, Embase, CNKI, and Web of Science, up to 1st December 2021. The pooled sensitivity (SEN), specificity (SPE), positive likelihood ratio (PLR), negative likelihood ratio (NLR), diagnostic odds ratio (DOR), and area under the curve (AUC) were calculated to evaluate the diagnostic value. RNA sequencing data were downloaded for validation. Results. 54 studies with 4671 patients and 4652 matched controls were included in the meta-analysis. The pooled SEN, SPE, PLR, NLR, DOR, and AUC were 0.71, 0.76, 2.9, 0.39, 8, and 0.79, respectively. Subgroup analyses showed that the DOR and AUC of intergenic lncRNAs, circulating lncRNAs, larger sample size (>200), and high-quality (NOS score ≥ 7) groups were superior to antisense lncRNAs, tissue lncRNAs, smaller sample size (≤200), and low-quality (NOS score < 7) groups, respectively. However, only circulating lncRNAs had significantly higher diagnostic utility than that tissue lncRNAs. Nine differentially expressed lncRNAs in the meta-analysis were verified in TCGA-STAD. PVT1 was the most effective single lncRNA, with AUC of 0.949, SEN of 0.808, and SPE of 0.969, while PVT1 and C5orf66-AS1 were the most effective combination, with AUC of 0.972, SEN of 0.941, and SPE of 0.937. Conclusion. Abnormally expressed lncRNAs, especially circulating lncRNAs, might be potential diagnostic biomarkers for GC risk. The effect of retained austenite stability on yield point elongation (YPE) phenomenon in a hot‐rolled and intercritically annealed medium‐Mn steel is elucidated here. Furthermore, the influencing factors of austenite reversion are studied. The results indicate that the shear phase transition is suppressed by the strain hardening of prior austenite grain introduced by low‐temperature rolling, resulting in refined martensite laths with high dislocation density. The nucleation and growth of intercritical austenite are accelerated by high‐density dislocation substructures. Different characteristics of retained austenite (RA) are obtained through tailoring the rolling temperature and austenite reversion transformation (ART) process. YPE phenomenon is a result of the equilibrium between work hardening (via martensitic transformation and dislocation multiplication) and softening (by stress relaxation and dislocation glide). In the initial deformation stage, large amounts of geometrically necessary dislocations (GND) are "stored" in the RA with higher stability, and the local stress can be effectively relaxed and transferred, leading to the occurrence of YPE. The optimum properties are obtained in R760‐A630‐0.3h samples with a combination of yield strength of 918 MPa, tensile strength of 1019 MPa, and total elongation of 25.3%, which is mainly attributed to the finer ferrite matrix and sustained transformation‐induced plasticity effect. Intra-amniotic infection (IAI) is one major driver for preterm birth and has been demonstrated by clinical studies to exert both beneficial and injurious effects on the premature lung, possibly due to heterogeneity in the microbial type, timing, and severity of IAI. Due to the inaccessibility of the intra-amniotic cavity during pregnancies, preclinical animal models investigating pulmonary consequences of IAI are indispensable to elucidate the pathogenesis of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). It is postulated that on one hand imbalanced inflammation, orchestrated by lung immune cells such as macrophages, may impact on airway epithelium, vascular endothelium, and interstitial mesenchyme, resulting in abnormal lung development. On the other hand, excessive suppression of inflammation may as well cause pulmonary injury and a certain degree of inflammation is beneficial. So far, effective strategies to prevent and treat BPD are scarce. Therapeutic options targeting single mediators in signaling cascades and mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs)-based therapies with global regulatory capacities have demonstrated efficacy in preclinical animal models and warrant further validation in patient populations. Accurate exchange rate forecasting is important for the better realization of international economic transactions and international currency investments. However, it is challenging to forecast exchange rates due to their high volatility, nonlinearity, and noisy characteristics. This paper creatively proposes a novel interpretable deep learning multi-dimensional integration framework for foreign exchange rate forecasting based on shallow and deep feature selection and snapshot ensemble technology. The main factors affecting exchange rates are considered at a deep and shallow level, and the feature selection project is implemented. A cluster-based multidimensional learning paradigm is proposed. The framework clusters data and constructs predictive sub-models and then embeds snapshot ensemble techniques into models to improve the robustness of single models. Finally, the results are nonlinearly integrated by a deep learning model. In addition, three datasets and twelve comparative models were used to demonstrate the performance of the models. In order to improve the tracking accuracy of maneuvering targets and obtain more accurate real-time position and velocity information of the targets, an improved interactive multi-model tracking algorithm is proposed. Based on the traditional interactive multi-model, this algorithm introduces adjustment parameters associated with target features. The target feature data is used to provide a limited domain for the initial data, and then the adjustment parameters are added to the filter, so as to complete the optimization of the tracking accuracy by the iteration of the target state gain matrix and the covariance matrix. Experimental simulation analyzes three common states of maneuvering targets and compares them with traditional interactive multi-model tracking algorithms. The experimental results show that, when the deflection angles of the adjustment parameters of the algorithm are 4°, 2° and 1°, the mean root mean square errors are 15.91 m, 11.79 m and 11.39 m respectively, which are significantly better than the traditional algorithm's mean value of 21.39 m. Objective: The use of COOK ® balloon in the process of induction of labor is gradually promoted. This study was conducted to investigate the safety and efficacy of COOK ® double balloon in promoting the maturity of uterine neck, and whether COOK ® double balloon can improve the success rate of induced labor. Methods: A total of 343 pregnant women with full-term pregnancy in Shanghai Putuo Maternity & Infant Health Hospital from January 1st to September 30th of 2016 were enrolled. Of all the pregnant women, 166 had labor induction, which included the use of a COOK ® balloon, the implementation of artificial rupture of membranes (AROM) and oxytocin intravenous (IV) drip (COOK ® group). The other 177 pregnant women with spontaneous rupture of membranes (SROM) and mature cervix only were administrated with oxytocin IV drip to promote regular uterus contraction (oxytocin group). Maternal adverse reactions, mode of delivery and delivery outcomes of two groups were subsequently compared between the two groups. Background: With the implementation of health care reforms in China, primary care is on a journey to provide care for most patients with type 2 diabetes. While Chinese general practitioners (GPs) have described challenges in communication with diabetes patients in their daily practice, little is known about patients' experiences in communicating with their GPs. Methods: Five focus groups (of 4–5 participants each) were used to explore views from patients with type 2 diabetes. Purposive sampling was used to recruit a spread of participants from general practices in Guangzhou city, China. Focus groups were audio-recorded, transcribed, and thematically analyzed using the Framework Method. Results: Ten males and 12 female patients from five general practices participated in focus group discussions, with a mean age of 57.3 years and 7.3 years of diabetes duration. Five main themes emerged: patients' understanding about diabetes, diabetes medication, communication with GPs, physician-patient relationships, and healthcare systems and context. Patients generally searched for information on the internet, but they weren't always sure if it was trustworthy. Several communication needs were described by diabetes patients, such as explanation of blood glucose monitoring, medication information support, communication in the risk of diabetes complications and cardiovascular disease, and language barriers. Communication was frequently brief and not tailored to their concerns, and some described being scolded or panicked by GPs. Participants acknowledged the pressures within the health system, such as short consultation times, an incoherent GP-hospital interface and high demand. Conclusions: Key issues from the patients' perspective for the development of primary care based management of diabetes in China were identified. People with type 2 diabetes require more access to trustworthy diabetes information and wish for better channels of communication with their GPs. Objective: Excessive Internet use is a common health problem globally. This study aimed to assess the prevalence, correlates, and network structure of Internet addiction symptoms (Internet addiction hereafter) among Chinese pregnant and postpartum women.Methods: This was a multicenter cross-sectional study using Internet Addiction Test (IAT) and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF) to evaluate Internet addiction and quality of life (QOL), respectively. Univariate analyses, multivariate logistic regression analyses, and network analyses were performed.Results: Of a total of 1,060 women who completed the study, 320 (30.19%, 95% CI=27.42%-32.96%) women reported Internet addiction during or after pregnancy. Women with previous adverse pregnancy experiences (OR=1.831, P=0.001) and physical comorbidities (OR=1.724, P=0.004) had a higher likelihood of developing Internet addiction. Internet addiction was significantly associated with poor QOL in all domains. Network analyses revealed that IAT item 16 (request an extension for longer time spent online) was the most central symptom in the analyses, and also one of the strongest bridging symptoms linking the Internet addiction and QOL communities.Limitations: This was a cross-sectional study, all study findings were based on self-reported data, and possible recall bias and selection bias may exist.Conclusion: Internet addiction is common among Chinese pregnant and postpartum women, and is significantly associated with lower QOL. Objectives: Endometrial carcinoma (EC) is one of the leading causes of death from gynecological cancer due to the high recurrence rate. However, the molecular mechanisms of EC progression are not well understood. This study aimed to identify critical genes and miRNAs associated with the progression and prognosis of EC and find the potential mRNA-miRNA regulatory relationship. Design: The mRNA and miRNA data were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Next, differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified. Subsequently, prognosis-related genes and miRNAs were identified, followed by co-expression analysis of these mRNAs and miRNAs. Materials, Setting, and Methods: Samples in the mRNA microarray were divided into normal (n = 35), early stage (n = 385), and advanced stage (n = 153). Next, DEGs in normal versus early stage and early stage versus advanced stage were, respectively, identified, followed by Venn analysis to screen overlapping DEGs in 2 comparison groups. Based on the expression level of these DEGs, univariate Cox regression analysis and Kaplan-Meier method were performed to obtain prognosis-related genes. Moreover, genes-related miRNAs were predicted, and miRNA-mRNA co-expressed pairs were identified. Then, survival analysis of co-expressed miRNA was performed. Finally, co-expressed genes of key genes were identified, and then functional enrichment analysis was conducted. Results: After integrating analysis, 326 overlapping (309 upregulated and 17 downregulated) DEGs were obtained. Univariate Cox regression analysis showed that 44 mRNAs and 8 miRNAs were associated with the prognosis of EC. Combined with the co-expressed analysis, only one prognosis-related hsa-miR-326/ELFN2 axis was obtained. In addition, functional enrichment analysis showed that co-expressed genes of ELFN2 were mainly involved in the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway. Limitations: These findings were obtained via bioinformatics analysis, and thus further experimental studies are urgently demanded to validate our results. Conclusions: One key miRNA-mRNA regulatory pair (hsa-miR-326-ELFN2) was screened. The Hippo/Yes-associated protein (YAP) signaling pathway has been shown to be able to maintain organ size and homeostasis by regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The abuse of aminoglycosides is one of the main causes of sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL). However, the role of the Hippo/YAP signaling pathway in cochlear hair cell (HC) damage protection in the auditory field is still unclear. In this study, we used the YAP agonist XMU-MP-1 (XMU) and the inhibitor Verteporfin (VP) to regulate the Hippo/YAP signaling pathway in vitro. We showed that YAP overexpression reduced neomycin-induced HC loss, while downregulated YAP expression increased HC vulnerability after neomycin exposure in vitro. We next found that activation of YAP expression inhibited C-Abl-mediated cell apoptosis, which led to reduced HC loss. Many previous studies have reported that the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is significantly increased in cochlear HCs after neomycin exposure. In our study, we also found that YAP overexpression significantly decreased ROS accumulation, while downregulation of YAP expression increased ROS accumulation. In summary, our results demonstrate that the Hippo/YAP signaling pathway plays an important role in reducing HC injury and maintaining auditory function after aminoglycoside exposure. YAP overexpression could protect against neomycin-induced HC loss by inhibiting C-Abl-mediated cell apoptosis and decreasing ROS accumulation, suggesting that YAP could be a novel therapeutic target for aminoglycosides-induced sensorineural hearing loss in the clinic. Fluorescent elastomer materials have received extensive attention due to their excellent optical performance, flexibility, and chemical stability in recent years, and demonstrate great application potentials in intelligent sensors, optoelectronic devices, medical equipment and other fields. Although the traditional method for constructing fluorescent elastomers by doping fluorescent small molecules is facile and universal, it also has limitations such as low luminous efficiency, uneven dispersion, poor stability and single function. In this work, an aggregation-induced emission (AIE) fluorescent polymer with aldehyde groups in side chain was synthesized and crosslinked with aminopropyl double capped polydimethylsiloxane (NH 2 -PDMS-NH 2) through mild Schiff base reaction to construct a fluorescent elastomer. Compared with fluorescent small molecules, AIE polymers have superior fluorescence performance and can be flexibly designed according to demands. The dynamic imine bonds endow the as-obtained elastomers with self-healing and recycling properties, enabling rapid repair and remodeling at room temperature. Besides, the tensile and swelling properties of PDMS enable them to adjust the concentration of fluorescent units in the matrix under corresponding stimulus, thereby achieving tunable fluorescence emission. Taking advantage of the fluorescent elastomers, we prepared fluorescent anti-counterfeiting patterns that were hidden in daylight and visible under UV light, demonstrating the potential applications of the fluorescent elastomers in the fields of anti-counterfeiting and information encryption. This study also provides an alternative strategy for developing multifunctional fluorescent elastomers. Accurate prediction of the dissolved oxygen level (DOL) is important for enhancing environmental conditions and facilitating water resource management. However, the irregularity and volatility inherent in DOL pose significant challenges to achieving precise forecasts. A single model usually suffers from low prediction accuracy, narrow application range, and difficult data acquisition. This study proposes a new weighted model that avoids these problems, which could increase the prediction accuracy of the DOL. The weighting constructs of the proposed model (PWM) included eight neural networks and one statistical method and utilized Young's double-slit experimental optimizer as an intelligent weighting tool. To evaluate the effectiveness of PWM, simulations were conducted using real-world data acquired from the Tualatin River Basin in Oregon, United States. Empirical findings unequivocally demonstrated that PWM outperforms both the statistical model and the individual machine learning models, and has the lowest mean absolute percentage error among all the weighted models. Based on two real datasets, the PWM can averagely obtain the mean absolute percentage errors of 1.0216%, 1.4630%, and 1.7087% for one-, two-, and three-step predictions, respectively. Background: China has more ascertained cases of diabetes than any other country. Much of the care of people with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) in China is managed by GPs and this will increase with the implementation of health care reforms aimed at strengthening China’s primary health care system. Diabetes care requires effective communication between physicians and patients, yet little is known about this area in China. We aimed to explore the experiences of Chinese GPs in communicating with diabetes patients and how this may relate to communication skills training. Methods: Focus groups with Chinese GPs were undertaken. Purposive sampling was used to recruit 15 GPs from Guangzhou city in China. All data were audio-recorded and transcribed. A thematic analysis using the Framework Method was applied to code the data and identify themes. Results: Seven males and 8 females from 12 general practices attended 4 focus groups with a mean age of 37.6 years and 7.5 years’ work experience. Four major themes were identified: diversity in diabetic patients, communication with patients, patient-doctor relationship, and communication skills training. GPs reported facing a wide variety of diabetes patients in their daily practice. They believed insufficient knowledge and misunderstanding of diabetes was common among patients. They highlighted several challenges in communicating with diabetes patients, such as insufficient consultation time, poor communication regarding blood glucose monitoring and misunderstanding the risk of complications. They used terms such as “blind spot” or “not on the same channel” to describe gaps in their patients’ understanding of diabetes and its management, and cited this as a cause of ineffective patient-doctor communication. Mutual understanding of diabetes was perceived to be an important factor towards building positive patient-doctor relationships. Although GPs believed communication skills training was necessary, they reported rarely received this. Conclusions: Chinese GPs reported facing challenges in communicating with diabetes patients. Some of these were perceived as being due to the patients themselves, others were attributed to system constraints, and some were seen as related to a lack of clinician training. The study identified key issues for the development of primary care-based management of diabetes in China, and for developing appropriate communication skills training programs for the primary care workforce. Background: In recent years, the incidence rate of vivax malaria recurrence still had 3.1% in Yunnan Province population after eradication therapy using primaquine (PQ). In order to understand the specific failure reasons for preventing vivax malaria relapses, a preliminary exploration on the CYP2D6 enzyme activity was carried out in the vivax malaria patients in Yunnan Province population by analysing mutational polymorphism in the coding region of CYP2D6 gene. Methods: Blood samples were collected from vivax malaria patients with suspected relapse (SR) and non-relapsed (NR) malaria in Yunnan Province. The DNA fragments containing 9 exons regions of human CYP2D6 gene were amplified by performing PCR and sequenced. The sequencing results were aligned by using DNAStar 11.0 to obtain the coding DNA sequence (CDS) of CYP2D6 gene. DnaSP 6.11.01 software was used to identify mutant polymorphisms and haplotypes of the CDS chain. The waterfall function of GenVisR package in R was utilized to visualize the mutational landscape. The alleles of CYP2D6 gene were identified according to the criteria prescribed by Human Cytochrome P450 (CYP) Allele Nomenclature Committee Database and the CYP2D6 enzyme activity was predicted based on diploid genotype. Results: A total of 320 maternal CDS chains, including 63 from SR group and 257 from NR group, were obtained. Twelve mutant loci, including c.31 (rs769259), c.100 (rs1065852), c.271 (rs28371703), c.281 (rs28371704), c.294 (rs28371705), c.297 (rs200269944), c.336 (rs1081003), c.408 (rs1058164), c.505 (rs5030865), c.801 (rs28371718), c.886 (rs16947), and c.1,457 (rs1135840) were observed on the 640 CDS chains (including 320 maternal and 320 paternal chains). The high-frequency mutation at rs1135840 (0.703) and low-frequency mutation, such as rs28371703, were detected only in the SR group. The frequency of mutant rs1058164 and rs1135840 were significantly increased in the SR group ( x 2 = 4.468, 5.889, P < 0.05), as opposed to the NR group. Of the 23 haplotypes (from Hap_1 to Hap_23), the nomenclatures of 11 allelic forms could be found: Hap_3 was non-mutant, Hap_2 accounted for the highest frequency (36.9%, 236/640), and Hap_9 had the most complex sequence structure, containing 7 loci mutations. Allele *10 was the most frequent among these genotypes (0.423). Among the allele *10 standard named genotypes, *1/*10, *1/*1 and *2/*10 were significantly more frequent in the NR group ( x 2 = 3.911, P < 0.05) and all showed uncompromised enzyme activity; the impaired genotype *10/*39 was more frequent in the SR group ( x 2 = 10.050, P < 0.05), and genotype *4/*4was detected only in the SR group. Conclusion: In the patients receiving PQ dosage in Yunnan Province population, both rs1135840 single nucleotide polymorphism and *10 allele form was common in the CYP2D6 gene. Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a degenerative joint disease characterized by articular cartilage degeneration, cartilage exfoliation, osteophyte formation, and synovitis. It seriously affects the knee joint function and quality of life of patients. Total knee arthroplasty is now the most frequently used therapy for end-stage knee arthritis because it can successfully modify the line of lower extremities, restore knee joint function, alleviate pain, and enhance patients' quality of life; nevertheless, it may cause significant trauma and bleeding. It can easily lead to infection and anemia. In this study, the control group chose total knee arthroplasty and the observation group chose total knee arthroplasty combined with PRP. The results showed that the knee joint function score, visual analog score, blood transfusion, total blood loss, total postoperative drainage, and complications in the observation group were superior to those in the control group. Total knee arthroplasty takes a long time and needs a lot of soft tissue incision, which leads to a lot of blood loss and can cause a variety of complications. Gel has been shown in studies to successfully decrease blood loss during and after total knee arthroplasty, enhance knee joint function recovery, and improve patient quality of life. In this paper, the complications and causes of knee osteoarthritis after total knee arthroplasty were studied. Combined with comprehensive nursing intervention for postoperative recovery, it helps to improve the formation of thrombin and calcium ion, which can effectively reduce blood loss, relieve pain, and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
