Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage on swallowing function and quality of life in elderly patients with swallowing disorder after acute ischemic stroke(AIS). Methods A total of 64 AIS patients with swallowing disorder admitted to Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM from December 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group randomly, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine therapeutic method, and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group. The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks. Objective·To analyze the clinicopathologic characteristics of patients with kidney-involved diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), including clinical characteristics, pathological characteristics, gene mutation profiles, and prognostic factors.Methods·One hundred and forty-nine patients with kidney-involved DLBCL, admitted to Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2005 to November 2021, were retrospectively analyzed for their clinicopathological data, survival and prognostic factors, which included therapeutic methods, clinical outcomes, staging, etc. Gene mutation profiles were evaluated by targeted sequencing of 54 lymphoma-related genes. Prognostic factors were also analyzed based on the information mentioned above.Results·A total of 149 kidney-involved DLBCL cases were included, of which 89 patients (58.4%) were aged over sixty, 121 patients (81.2%) were staged Ann Arbor Ⅲ‒Ⅳ, 27 patients (18.1%) had an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of two or more, 121 patients (81.2%) had elevated serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level, 111 patients (74.5%) had extranodal invasion in at least two organs and 131 patients (87.9%) scored over 2 points on the international prognosis index (IPI). The estimated 5-year overall survival (OS) rate and progression-free survival (PFS) rate of kidney-involved DLBCL patients were 52.2% and 50.4% respectively. Univariate analysis revealed that elevated serum LDH levels were an adverse prognostic factor for both OS (P=0.048) and PFS (P=0.033). In pathological characteristics, 145 patients (97.3%) belonged to DLBCL, not otherwise specified (NOS) and 39 patients (26.3%) belonged to germinal center B-cell (GCB) according to Hans classification. Among 144 patients who could be evaluated for clinical outcomes, 87 patients (60.4%) got complete response (CR). Targeted sequencing data from 75 kidney-involved DLBCL patients showed high mutation frequency in PIM1 (n=23, 31%), MYD88 (n=22, 29%), CD79B (n=21, 28%) and KMT2D (n=18, 24%), with CD79B mutation indentified as an adverse prognostic factor for OS in patients with kidney-involved DLBCL (P=0.034).Conclusion·Elevated serum LDH level is an adverse prognostic factor in patients with kidney-involved DLBCL. The prognosis of patients with CD79B mutations is poor.

The biomedical application of self-healing materials in wet or (under)water environments is quite challenging because the insulation and dissociation effects of water molecules significantly reduce the reconstruction of material–interface interactions. Rapid closure with uniform tension of high-tension wounds is often difficult, leading to further deterioration and scarring. Herein, a new type of thermosetting water-resistant self-healing bioelastomer (WRSHE) was designed by synergistically incorporating a stable polyglycerol sebacate (PGS) covalent crosslinking network and triple hybrid dynamic networks consisting of reversible disulfide metathesis (SS), and dimethylglyoxime urethane (Dou) and hydrogen bonds. And a resveratrol-loaded WRSHE (Res@WRSHE) was developed by a swelling, absorption, and crosslinked network locking strategy. WRSHEs exhibited skin-like mechanical properties in terms of nonlinear modulus behavior, biomimetic softness, high stretchability, and good elasticity, and they also achieved ultrafast and highly efficient self-healing in various liquid environments. For wound-healing applications of high-tension full-thickness skin defects, the convenient surface assembly by self-healing of WRSHEs provides uniform contraction stress to facilitate tight closure. Moreover, Res@WRSHEs gradually release resveratrol, which helps inflammatory response reduction, promotes blood vessel regeneration, and accelerates wound repair.

Abstract Functional segmental trachea reconstruction is a critical concern in thoracic surgery, and tissue‐engineered trachea (TET) holds promise as a potential solution. However, current TET falls short in fully restoring physiological function due to the lack of the intricate multi‐tissue structure found in natural trachea. In this research, a multi‐tissue integrated tissue‐engineered trachea (MI‐TET) is successfully developed by orderly assembling various cells (chondrocytes, fibroblasts and epithelial cells) on 3D‐printed PGS bioelastomer scaffolds. The MI‐TET closely resembles the complex structures of natural trachea and achieves the integrated regeneration of four essential tracheal components: C‐shaped cartilage ring, O‐shaped vascularized fiber ring, axial fiber bundle, and airway epithelium. Overall, the MI‐TET demonstrates highly similar multi‐tissue structures and physiological functions to natural trachea, showing promise for future clinical advancements in functional TETs.

Ageing is a nature process of microplastics that occurrs daily, and human beings are inevitably exposed to aged microplastics. However, a systematic understanding of ageing status and its toxic effect is currently still lacking. In this study, plastic cup lids-originated polypropylene (PP) microplastics were UV-photoaged until the carbonyl index (CI), a canonical indicator for plastic ageing, achieved 0.08, 0.17, 0.22 and 0.28. The adverse hepatic effect of these aged PPs (aPPs) was evaluated in Balb/c mice (75 ng/mL water, about 200 particles/day) and human-originated liver organoids (LOs, 50 particles/mL, ranged from 5.94 to 13.15 ng/mL) at low-dose equivalent to human exposure level. Low-dose of aged PP could induce hepatic reductive stress both in vitro and in vivo, by elevating the NADH/NAD+ratio in a CI-dependent manner, together with hepatoxicity (indicated by increased AST secretion and cytotoxicity), and disrupted the genes encoding the nutrients transporters and NADH subunits accompanied by the restricted ATP supply, declined mitochondrial membrane potential and mitochondrial complexI/IV activities, without significant increase in MDA levels in the liver. These changes in the liver disrupted systematic metabolism, representing a circulatory panel of increases in the lactate, triglyceride, Fgf21 levels, and decreases in the pyruvate level, linked the reductive stress to the declined body weight gain but elevated hepatic NADH contents following aPPs exposure. Additionally, assessing by the LOs, it was found that digestion drastically accelerated the ageing of aPPs and worsen the energy supply upon mitochondria, representing a “scattergun effect” induced by the formation of micro- and nano-plastics mixture toward NADH/NAD+imbalance.

Hainan Island is located in the northwestern South China Sea at the boundary of two tectonic plates. Surface features and actual drilling have confirmed that there are rich geothermal resources in the area, with predicted resources of 480 million GWh. On the basis of the 1:200,000 gravity and 1:10 aeromagnetic data and constrained by the well-explored Fushan Depression and Baocheng Rock Mass, we conducted a systematic study of hot dry rocks and evaluated the development potential of the geothermal resources of the medium-depth and deep hot dry rocks in Hainan Island for the first time. The island is structurally active, with extensive granites, strong volcanic and earthquake activities, and many hot springs, indicating that the geothermal geological conditions are favorable. There are two types of hot dry rocks, sedimentary basin type and uplifted mountain type, on the island. The sedimentary basin-type hot dry rocks are mainly found in the north of the island and have an area of 2657 km2, an average depth of 2480 m, and an average heat reservoir temperature of 230 °C at 6000 m depth. Uplifted mountain-type hot dry rocks with a total area of 13,000 km2 mainly occur in Danzhou in the north of the island and Baocheng in the south. The heat reservoirs of these rocks are Yanshanian intrusive plutons and the average temperature is 236 °C at 6000 m depth. Nine favorable hot dry rock targets are identified, of which five are sedimentary basin types and four are uplifted mountain types. The Fushan and Eman depressions in north Hainan Island and the Baocheng Rock Mass in the south of the island are the preferred exploration targets.

Objective·To analyze the clinicopathologic characteristics, gene mutation profile, and prognostic factors of thyroid diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).Methods·From November 2003 to December 2021, a total of 66 patients with thyroid DLBCL [23 cases (34.8%) with primary thyroid DLBCL, and 43 cases (65.2%) with secondary thyroid DLBCL] admitted to Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were retrospectively analyzed for their clinicopathological data, survival and prognostic factors. Gene mutation profiles were evaluated by targeted sequencing (55 lymphoma-related genes) in 40 patients.Results·Compared to primary thyroid DLBCL, secondary thyroid DLBCL had advanced ratio of Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ‒Ⅳ (P=0.000), elevated serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) (P=0.043), number of affected extranodal involvement ≥2 (P=0.000), non-germinal center B cell (non-GCB) (P=0.030), BCL-2/MYC double expression (DE) (P=0.026), and international prognostic index (IPI) 3‒5 -scores (P=0.000). The proportion of patients who underwent thyroid surgery (P=0.012) was lower than that of patients with primary thyroid DLBCL. The complete remission (CR) rate in primary thyroid DLBCL patients was higher than that in secondary thyroid DLBCL patients (P=0.039). Fifty-five patients (83%) received rituximab combined with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP)-based first-line regimen. The estimated 5-year progression free survival (PFS) rate of primary thyroid DLBCL patients was 95.0%, higher than the 49.7% of the secondary patients (P=0.010). Univariate analysis showed that Ann Arbor Ⅲ‒Ⅳ (HR=4.411, 95%CI 1.373‒14.170), elevated LDH (HR=5.500, 95%CI 1.519‒19.911), non-GCB (HR=5.291, 95%CI 1.667‒16.788), and DE (HR=6.178, 95%CI 1.813‒21.058) were adverse prognostic factors of PFS in patients with thyroid DLBCL. Ann Arbor Ⅲ‒Ⅳ (HR=7.088, 95%CI 0.827‒60.717), elevated LDH (HR=6.982, 95%CI 0.809‒60.266), and DE (HR=18.079, 95%CI 1.837‒177.923) were adverse prognostic factors of overall survival (OS). Multivariate analysis showed that Ann Arbor Ⅲ‒Ⅳ (HR=4.693, 95%CI 1.218‒18.081) and elevated LDH (HR=5.058, 95%CI 1.166‒21.941) were independent adverse prognostic factors of PFS in patients with thyroid DLBCL. Targeted sequencing data showed mutation frequency >20% in TET2 (n=14, 35%), KMT2D (n=13, 32%), TP53 (n=11, 28%), GNA13 (n=10, 25%), KMT2C (n=9, 22%), and TP53 were adverse prognostic factors of PFS in patients with thyroid DLBCL (P=0.000).Conclusion·Patients with primary thyroid DLBCL have better PFS and OS than those with secondary thyroid DLBCL. Ann Arbor Ⅲ‒Ⅳ, elevated LDH, non-GCB, and DE (MYC and BCL2) are adverse prognostic factors in thyroid DLBCL. TET2, KMT2D, TP53, GNA13, and KMT2C are commonly highly mutated genes in thyroid DLBCL, and the prognosis of patients with TP53 mutations is poor.

Impulse radio ultra-wideband (IR-UWB) radar, operating in the low-frequency band, can penetrate walls and utilize its high range resolution to recognize different human activities. Complex deep neural networks have demonstrated significant performance advantages in classifying radar spectrograms of various actions, but at the cost of a substantial computational overhead. In response, this paper proposes a lightweight model named TG2-CAFNet. First, clutter suppression and time–frequency analysis are used to obtain range–time and micro-Doppler feature maps of human activities. Then, leveraging GhostV2 convolution, a lightweight feature extraction module, TG2, suitable for radar spectrograms is constructed. Using a parallel structure, the features of the two spectrograms are extracted separately. Finally, to further explore the correlation between the two spectrograms and enhance the feature representation capabilities, an improved nonlinear fusion method called coordinate attention fusion (CAF) is proposed based on attention feature fusion (AFF). This method extends the adaptive weighting fusion of AFF to a spatial distribution, effectively capturing the subtle spatial relationships between the two radar spectrograms. Experiments showed that the proposed method achieved a high degree of model lightweightness, while also achieving a recognition accuracy of 99.1%.

[Objective] The relationship between water adaptation and the distribution pattern of desert shrubs at the regional scale was studied and the process and mechanism of plant population response to environment in arid and semi-arid areas was analyzed in order to provide a basis for further understanding the co-evolution relationship between plants and environments. [Methods] The spatial distribution pattern and water use strategy of Reaumuria songarica populations were analyzed by using point pattern analysis and hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope tracing techniques. [Results] ① Under the complete spatial randomness model, the R. songarica population was uniformly distributed at 32 m scale. The intra-population ecological relationship changed from competition to promotion. After habitat heterogeneity was eliminated, the population showed random distribution at > 30 m scale, and the intra-population ecological relationship showed a weakening trend, indicating that habitat heterogeneity played an important role in the formation of the spatial distribution pattern of the R. songarica population. This result indicated that habitat heterogeneity played an important role in the formation of the spatial distribution pattern of R. songarica populations at large scales. ② As the multi-year average precipitation decreased, the water use depth of the R. songarica population deepened from 0—20 cm to 60—100 cm. For the public and stakeholders, it is necessary to demonstrate airworthiness safety of AI-based avionics system in acceptable means of compliance, so as to solve problems of trustworthiness, uncertainty and explainabili-ty of civil aircraft avionics system caused by introducing artificial intelligence/machine learning technology. First of all, the classification and application status of AI-based avionics system are analyzed, and the applicability of exist-ing guidelines and standards are expounded. Then, based on the review of the current research progress, the imple-mentation process and technical details of the certification framework for AI-based avionics system are summarized.Finally, the requirements and implementation methods of the compliance verification of AI-based avionics system in each stage of the whole life cycle are put forward, and the impact of compliance verification on the existing air-worthiness system is evaluated. The study provides the reference for the design and certification of civil aircraft AIbased avionics system.

The nonlinear and dynamic complexity of the oil and gas engineering system itself leads to an increase in the chances of accidents in the system, and the financial and material losses caused by system failures are incalculable. The study proposes a new fault diagnosis method based on evidence theory and the KPCA algorithm, and analyzes the fault characteristics of large pumps, compressors, and other high-precision equipment under high-speed operation. A set of fault feature vectors reflecting the change of nonlinear characteristics of the system is extracted, and the similarity between the patterns is used to obtain the mass function of each evidence. The simulation experiment results show that the fault diagnosis accuracy, leakage rate and F1 score of the DS-KPCA algorithm in the TE process dataset are 97.56%, 1.98% and 98.99%, respectively, and the method is significantly better than the traditional method in fault detection. Practical application shows that in the production process of oil and gas fields, this rapid fault processing method is characterized by clarity, speed, and accuracy, which significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of fault processing.

Abstract Free conductive particles in a gas‐insulated metal‐enclosed system produce partial discharges during movement, resulting in insulator flashover and insulation failures. This study focuses on the partial discharge property of free conductive particles under DC and AC voltages. The relationship between the micro‐discharge property and the intrinsic properties of the particles was obtained based on experimental tests. The results show that under DC conditions, the local discharge property varies linearly with particle size and density. The discharge probability of particles in SF6 is significantly reduced compared with that in air, while the discharge magnitude rapidly increases if the lift voltage exceeds a certain value. Under AC conditions, the partial discharge generated by the particle becomes less random, and the amplitude and phase angle of the discharge are not significantly related. As the size of the electrode decreases, the partial discharge current generated by the particles on the surface of the electrode with an uneven electric field increases significantly. This research provides a basis for the optimization of withstand voltage test method and its applications.

To overcome the problem of large UWB positioning errors caused by obstacles and other factors in the complex environment of substations, a positioning method combining UWB and virtual-real scene similarity measures is proposed, which effectively improves the positioning accuracy of substation operation and maintenance personnel. To further improve the positioning accuracy of the operation and maintenance personnel in the complex environment of the substation, and reduce the positioning time, this paper analyzes the influence of the virtual scene image acquisition step (x, y, yaw, pitch) on the positioning error. Firstly, the mathematical relationship between the step size parameter and the positioning error as well as the positioning time is quantified using the spatial geometric relationship and probability error theory, and the spatial error model of the fusion positioning algorithm is established; then, based on the established spatial error model, the acquisition step size and the positioning error and positioning time have been optimized to make the positioning time the shortest under the conditions of allowable positioning error. The experimental results show that the spatial error model established in this paper has high accuracy and the optimization results are reliable; the spatial error model is used to optimize the acquisition step parameters, which can ensure the UWB and virtual-real scenes similarity measurement fusion positioning algorithm with positioning error less than 0.2 m (with confidence greater than 0.95) and positioning time of 0.173 s, which significantly improves the positioning speed.

The pick is the main load-bearing object of the mining machinery for cutting coal. Prediction of the cutting force from the working condition is essential to reduce the wear of the pick. The rock was considered as a granular material for single pick cutting simulation using the particle flow code (PFC2D). The influence of the contact state on the cutting force of the single pick was discussed based on the characteristics of the force chain between particles during rock cutting. The cutting force test was carried out with a single pick cutting test equipment. The variation laws of the cutting normal and tangential forces with cutting parameters and the characteristics of falling fragments were obtained. The research results show that the relationship between the number and length of force chains for cutting rock particles with a single pick is consistent with the results of uniaxial compression test in laboratory, demonstrating that the discrete element method can be used to simulate the cutting state of the single pick. The force chain network spreads and extends along the point contact direction, which is related to the cutting angle. The average normal force direction is "peanut"-shaped whereas the tangential force direction is "petal"-shaped. The number of force chains decreases with the decrease of cutting angle and the increase of cutting depth. The length of force chains increases with the increase of cutting distance. The maximum average length is about 8 times the particle size. When the cutting angle is larger, it is easier to form a force chain. The normal and tangential forces of single pick cutting of natural sandstone decrease with the increase of the cutting angle and the decrease of the cutting depth. The coefficient of determination for linear correlation between the size of the cutting fragments and the cutting tangential force is 0.87. Compared with the Evans model, the cutting force prediction model based on the length of force chain improves the accuracy of the normal force by 17.6% and the accuracy of the tangential force by 16.9%. The research results could lay a certain research foundation for the design of cutting pick, mining machinery cutting system and the optimization of cutting technology.

Regenerative cartilage replacements are increasingly required in clinical settings for various defect repairs, including bronchial cartilage deficiency, articular cartilage injury, and microtia reconstruction. Poly (glycerol sebacate) (PGS) is a widely used bioelastomer that has been developed for various regenerative medicine applications because of its excellent elasticity, biodegradability, and biocompatibility. However, because of inadequate active groups, strong hydrophobicity, and limited ink extrusion accuracy, 3D printed PGS scaffolds may cause insufficient bioactivity, inefficient cell inoculation, and inconsistent cellular composition, which seriously hinders its further cartilage regenerative application. Here, we combined 3D printed PGS frameworks with an encapsulated gelatin hydrogel to fabricate a PGS@Gel composite scaffold. PGS@Gel scaffolds have a controllable porous microstructure, with suitable pore sizes and enhanced hydrophilia, which could significantly promote the cells' penetration and adhesion for efficient chondrocyte inoculation. Furthermore, the outstanding elasticity and fatigue durability of the PGS framework enabled the regenerated cartilage built by the PGS@Gel scaffolds to resist the dynamic in vivo environment and maintain its original morphology. Importantly, PGS@Gel scaffolds increased the rate of cartilage regeneration concurrent with scaffold degradation. The scaffold was gradually degraded and integrated to form uniform, dense, and mature regenerated cartilage tissue with little scaffold residue.

The eastern Sichuan Basin in China holds vast potential for oil and gas exploration in the Lower-Middle Jurassic strata. However, the geological characteristics and hydrocarbon accumulation patterns of this region remain largely unclear. During the deposition period of the Lower-Middle Jurassic strata, the eastern Sichuan is characterized by the formation of multiple sets of source, reservoir, and caprock assemblages through depositing lake-delta-fluvial deposits, which have great exploration potential. The Jurassic source rocks in eastern Sichuan are mainly developed in the Dongyuemiao Member, Da’anzhai Member, and Liangshan Formation. These source rocks have a total organic carbon (TOC) content greater than 1 and a varying range of organic matter maturity, with a Ro value of 0.8–2.0. The kerogen in these source rocks is primarily type II, with a smaller proportion being type III. A range of reservoir rocks can be found in the Jurassic strata of eastern Sichuan, with sandstone reservoirs being predominantly found in the Liangshan Formation, Shaximiao Formation, and Zhenzhuchong Member. Shale reservoirs are mostly present in the Dongyuemiao, Da’anzhai, Liangshan, and Maanshan Members, and there is a limited distribution of limestone reservoirs in the Da’anzhai Member and Dongyuemiao Formation. The arrangement of source rocks and reservoir rocks in eastern Sichuan has led to the formation of three types of reservoir-forming combinations, including lower generation and upper storage, self-generation and self-storage, and composite. Sandstone reservoirs are typically of lower generation and upper storage, shale reservoirs are primarily of self-generation and self-storage, and limestone reservoirs are mostly composite. The exploration of Jurassic oil and gas in eastern Sichuan should prioritize “layer and area selections.” The Da’anzhai, Dongyuemiao, and Liangshan shale reservoirs should be the primary exploration targets, with the semi-deep lake deposits in the syncline area being the most favorable. The degree of fracture development in the exploration area also has a significant impact on the shale oil and gas content. The Liangshan Formation and Shaximiao Formation sandstone reservoirs can serve as secondary exploration targets, with anticline areas that have better sealing conditions being more favorable. Limestone reservoirs have limited distribution, and exploration areas with high and steep fractures are relatively more advantageous.

Electrochemical treatment, specified as electrochemical chloride extraction (ECE), is one of the common techniques developed for the rehabilitation of chloride-contaminated reinforced concrete. In practice, ECE is time-consuming; for instance, the treatment duration could last several weeks or even longer. In order to reduce the laboratory work, this paper presents some results about a numerical study of the ECE. It is to solve a series of physical equations governing multiple ionic transport making use of a finite difference method. The effects of some critical factors are discussed in detail, such as the treatment duration, the current density and the cover thickness. In addition, for the sake of validation, the numerical results are also compared with those obtained from an experimental test.

Introduction Cerebrovascular intervention is an excellent option to treat cerebrovascular diseases. Interventional access is a prerequisite and a foundation for cerebrovascular intervention, which is crucial to the success of an intervention. Although transfemoral arterial access (TFA) has become a popular and acceptable method of access for cerebrovascular angiography and intervention in clinical practice, it has some drawbacks that limit the usage in cerebrovascular interventions. Therefore, transcarotid arterial access (TCA) has been developed in cerebrovascular interventions. We aim to conduct a systematic review to compare the safety and efficacy of TCA with TFA for cerebrovascular intervention.Methods and analysis In this protocol, Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols were followed. PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials will be searched mainly from 1 January 2004, to the formal search date. Additionally, reference lists and clinical trial registries will be searched. We will include clinical trials with more than 30 participants, which reported the endpoints of stroke, death and myocardial infarction. Two investigators will independently select studies, extract data and assess bias risk. A standardised mean difference with 95% CI will be presented for continuous data, and a risk ratio with 95% CI will be presented for dichotomous data. On inclusion of sufficient studies, subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis will be conducted. Unravelling the accumulation conditions and their controlling factors for the tight oil in the Liushagang Formation, Fushan Depression, Beibuwan Basin, is critical for the further evaluation of the tight oil distribution and the favorable exploration area.Based on comprehensive analysis of seismic, well logging, core and lab tests in this study, the effective source rocks, favorable reservoir, and the source-reservoir matching relations were investigated.It can be proposed that the high-quality source rocks were formed in Huangtong, Bailian two sub-sags during the maximum lake flooding periods in Liushagang depositional stage and were characterized as high organic content and moderate degree of thermal evolution, and thus they provide the material basis for the formation of tight oil; due to the influence of multi-source supply, tight sandstones penetrated into these two sub-sags and they were widely distributed with superimposed source-reservoir assemblages. The development of dissolution pores and structural fractures was favorable for the migration and enrichment of tight oil; the tectonic conditions of the sag were relatively stable and no major fault system was active when the main sources entered peak oil window, and thus the relatively stable tectonic environment enabled the formation and preservation of tight oil accumulations.Therefore, the Liushagang Formation of the Fushan Depression have favorable geological conditions for the formation of tight oil, which mainly distribute in the lower L1 submember and L2 member vertically and Huangtong and Bailian sub-sags horizontally.The distribution of high-quality source rocks, the distribution of "sweet point" reservoirs being rich in dissolution pores and favorable superimposed source-reservoir assemblages are the three main controlling factors for the formation and distribution of tight oil in Liushagang Formation of Fushan Depression, Beibuwan Basin.

ObjectiveThe seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model was used to predict the detection rate of norovirus in oysters sold in Shanghai, which provided a reference for the prevalence of norovirus in aquatic products.MethodsOyster samples were regularly purchased from the Shanghai Luchaogang seafood market. A total of 531 oyster samples were tested for norovirus by nest-polymerase chain reaction (Nest-PCR), and the positive detection rate was calculated every quarter. The seasonal ARIMA model was used to fit the norovirus detection rate data in oysters from June 2016 to November 2019 to construct the model. After data stabilization, model selection and fitting and model diagnosis, the optimal model was obtained and the optimal model was used to predict the detection rate of norovirus in oysters in 2020.ResultsThe seasonal ARIMA (0, 1, 1) (0, 1, 0)4 was the optimal model. Akaike's information criterion and the finite corrections (AICc) (58.70) was the smallest. The residual error was a white noise sequence by Ljung-Box test. The trend of norovirus positive rate in oysters fitted by the model was basically consistent with the trend of actual detection rate, the mean absolute error (MAE) was 4.85 and the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) was 30.25. The positive detection rates of norovirus in oysters predicted by the optimal model in the next four quarters were 31.89%, 12.80%, 9.47%, and 6.14%, respectively.ConclusionThe seasonal ARIMA model (0, 1, 1) (0, 1, 0)4 can fit the trend of positive detection rate of norovirus in oysters. This model has certain significance for the risk assessment of aquatic products such as oysters contaminated by norovirus. It also has certain significance for the prevention and control of the norovirus epidemic.

Noncompressible wounds resulting from accidents and gunshots are typically associated with excessive bleeding, slow wound healing, and bacterial infection. Shape-memory cryogel presents great potential in controlling the hemorrhaging of noncompressible wounds. In this research, a shape-memory cryogel was prepared using a Schiff base reaction between alkylated chitosan (AC) and oxidized dextran (ODex) and then incorporated with a drug-laden and silver-doped mesoporous bioactive glass (MBG). Hydrophobic alkyl chains enhanced the hemostatic and antimicrobial efficiency of the chitosan, forming blood clots in the anticoagulated condition, and expanding the application scenarios of chitosan-based hemostats. The silver-doped MBG activated the endogenous coagulation pathway by releasing Ca2+ and prevented infection through the release of Ag+. In addition, the proangiogenic desferrioxamine (DFO) in the mesopores of the MBG was released gradually to promote wound healing. We demonstrated that AC/ODex/Ag-MBG DFO(AOM) cryogels exhibited excellent blood absorption capability, facilitating rapid shape recovery. It provided a higher hemostatic capacity in normal and heparin-treated rat-liver perforation-wound models than gelatin sponges and gauze. The AOM gels simultaneously promoted infiltration, angiogenesis, and tissue integration of liver parenchymal cells. Furthermore, the composite cryogel exhibited antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Thus, AOM gels show great promise for clinical translation in treating lethal, noncompressible bleeding and the promotion of wound healing.

The traditional bus bay stops are prone to ponding, with reduced waiting comfort, low traffic efficiency and easily damaged pavement structure. Given the problem, based on the sponge design of the bay stop in northern China, the rainstorm flood management model under the traditional and sponge modes is constructed, and the runoff condition of the bus stop is analyzed. The results show that the combination design of LID facilities, such as permeable pavement and the recessed green belt has a good control effect on rainwater runoff in the stop section. The larger the range of LID measures adopted in the stop section, the more pronounced the runoff control effect. The combined design of sponge facilities can effectively control rainwater runoff. However, with the increase in rainfall intensity, the control effect of sponge measures on rainwater runoff at the bus stop gradually decreases.

The design of a novel material necessitates a fundamental understanding of its structure–property relation. Inorganic porous materials (media) such as natural soil and rock, and artificial ceramic and cement, exhibit multifractal characteristics in view of their structural heterogeneity. This paper presents a numerical investigation of the effective elastic modulus of multifractal porous materials. Two types of deterministic and stochastic cascading algorithms are employed to synthesize the multifractal fields, and then a mathematical formula is proposed to perform the conversion from the intensity of a multifractal field to the local elastic modulus of a multifractal porous material. Furthermore, a finite element method is used to achieve the homogenization of the local elastic modulus. Special attention is paid to the dependence of the effective elastic modulus on the structural heterogeneity of multifractal porous materials.

Due to the tunability in mass transfer, solvation and solubility, gas-expanded liquids show advantages over traditional organic solvents in many characteristics. Ultrasonication is a commonly used method to promote heat and mass transfer. The introduction of ultrasonic technology into the gas-expanded liquid system can promote the polymerization of polymer monomers, enhance extraction efficiency, and control the growth size of nanocrystals, etc. Although acoustic cavitation has been extensively explored in aqueous solutions, there are still few studies on cavitation in organic liquids, especially in gas-expanded liquid systems. In this article, the development of cavitation bubble cloud structure in CO2-expanded N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) was observed by a high-speed camera, and the cavitation intensity was recorded using a spherical hydrophone. It was found that the magnitude of the transient cavitation energy was not only related to input power, but also closely related to CO2 content. The combination of ultrasound (causing a rapid alternation of gas solubility) and gas-expanded liquid system (causing a decrease in viscosity and surface tension of liquids) is expected to provide a perfect platform for high-speed mass transfer.

* Context.--Fumarate hydratase (FH)-deficient renal cell carcinoma (RCC) rarely exhibits a predominant tubulocystic architecture with few other components. RCC with pure tubules and cysts lined by eosinophilic tumor cells with prominent nucleoli would raise the diagnosis of tubulocystic RCC. It is important to differentiate the 2 entities because they lead to different outcomes. Objective.--To address this concern, a multicenter study was implemented to explore useful clinicopathologic features in differentiation between tubulocystic FH-deficient RCC and tubulocystic RCC. Design.--Clinical factors included age, sex, tumor size, and outcome. Morphologic factors included cell morphology, presence or absence of a nontubulocystic component, and stromal findings. Immunohistochemistry, fluorescence in situ hybridization, and next-generation sequencing were performed to explore the protein expression and molecular profiles of the 2 entities. Results.--We evaluated 6 patients with tubulocystic RCC and 10 patients with tubulocystic FH-deficient RCC. Abstract Adsorbent regeneration is critical for a continuous adsorption–regeneration process and often underestimated. In this work, the regeneration of bifunctional AgXO@SBA-15 for [O]-induced reactive adsorptive desulfurization of liquid fuel is reported and further investigated. The spent AgXO@SBA-15 was regenerated in various types of solvents followed by calcination and tested in multiple desulfurization–regeneration cycles. The effects of regenerate solvents were also compared systematically. The original and regenerated AgXO@SBA-15 was characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, N2 adsorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and atomic absorption spectrometry. The recovery of desulfurization capacity using various solvents follows the order of acetonitrile > acetone > ethanol > methanol > water. Owing to the complete reduction of silver species to Ag0 and severe agglomeration of Ag0, the bifunctional AgXO@SBA-15 demonstrating > 85% (2.60 mg-S/g) of sulfur removal dramatically reduced to
