This study takes a supply chain network composed of manufacturers, retailers and demand markets as the research object and analyses the impact of the government's carbon trading price (CTP), carbon tax (CT) and low-carbon product subsidy (LPS) policies on the supply chain network equilibrium. We determine the equilibrium state of members by using variational inequality and then construct a network equilibrium model that considers these three policies. A modified projection algorithm is used to verify and solve the model. The results show that a higher CTP helps to reduce carbon emissions but reduces the transaction quantity of products. Further, when the CTP increases, the system's profits increase only under the LPS policy. However, regardless of the CTP level implemented, if the CT rate is higher than the subsidy level, carbon emissions are lower. The development of green finance and social low-carbon transformation is an essential concern for academia and industry. Based on Chinese provincial panel data spanning the period 2005–2019, we introduce the Cobb-Douglas production function and spatial Durbin and dynamic panel threshold models to deeply analyse the impact of green finance on the low-carbon economy. The mechanism test demonstrates that the scale, technique, and structural effects of green finance play a significant role in the low-carbon economy: they correct capital mismatch, promote green technology innovation, and optimise industrial structure. Meanwhile, green finance not only promotes the local low-carbon economy construction process, but also generates spatial spillover effects on neighbouring regions; however, there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of the transmission mechanism. Furthermore, only when capital mismatch is severe, and the low-end industrial structure poor is the positive impact of green finance on the low-carbon economy highlighted based on scale and structural effects; the ability of green finance to contribute to the low-carbon economy through the technique effect has been more stable and significant. Agriculture has the dual effects of serving as a carbon source and uptaking carbon. Studying the carbon effects of agriculture has great theoretical and practical importance. Based on China's provincial panel data from 2007 to 2020, using the life cycle method, this paper studied the carbon effects of farmland in China from the perspective of carbon sources and uptake. The spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of carbon effects were analysed, and the carbon-emission reduction potential was calculated. The results displayed that the carbon emissions from farmland in China had a fluctuating downwards trend from 2007 to 2020, with the highest carbon emissions in 2013. The carbon-emission intensity generally displayed a downwards trend, exhibiting a "cold north and hot south" spatial pattern. Furthermore, carbon uptake displayed an overall upwards trend during the study period, increasing by 27.73% compared to that in 2007. Rice, maize, and wheat were the main sources of carbon uptake, and high-carbon-uptake areas were mainly distributed in eastern China; conversely, low-carbon-uptake areas were mainly distributed in southwestern China. Chinese farmland mainly served as net carbon-uptake areas, increasing from 522.81 × 106 t in 2007 to 734.50 × 106 t in 2020. Notably, there were significant differences in net carbon uptake among 31 provinces in China, with a prominent polarization phenomenon. China has great potential for reducing carbon emissions from farmland. Finally, based on the results of clustering carbon-emissions reduction potential, differentiated agricultural management strategies were developed to provide a reference and solutions for decision making related to agricultural "dual-carbon" strategies. Recent research suggests that meritocratic beliefs impact future-oriented activities. However, relatively little attention has been given to concomitant work outcomes, such as employee creativity. This study examines how the meritocratic beliefs of newcomers relate to employee creativity. We explore a serial mediation model where the meritocratic beliefs of newcomers heighten their meaning of work and learning adaptability, which increases employee creativity. We use questionnaires to survey 212 full-time employees from 10 manufacturing enterprises in China, who had joined their companies for less than a year. The results show that positive serial indirect effects of the meritocratic beliefs of newcomers on employee creativity via increased meaning of work and learning adaptability. Overall, the results provide new insight that may advance theoretical and practical implications on the pathways in which meritocratic beliefs may enhance employee creativity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study explores the impact of CSR investment and sharing mechanism on multi‐period CLSC network equilibrium. We establish a network equilibrium model in which manufacturers and retailers jointly undertake CSR. Numerical examples are applied to analyze the model. The results show that an increase in CSR is conducive to increasing product demand and recovery rate as well as achieving the social welfare maximization of the system. When retailers undertake more CSR, CSR is more effective in increasing utility in the system; particularly, when retailers undertake more CSR in earlier periods, this helps to increase the recovery rate and social welfare. In order to realize the optimal scheduling and automatic identification of port logistics service supply chain information, it is necessary to design the contract coordination management of port logistics service supply chain information. A coordinated management model of port logistics service supply chain information contract based on grid area reconstruction learning clustering is proposed. The fuzzy association rule scheduling technology is used to sample the port logistics service supply chain information, and the port logistics service supply chain information collected by RFID is processed by information fusion. The autocorrelation statistical regression analysis method is used to extract the correlation statistical features of port logistics service supply chain information, and the matching filtering method is used to detect the redundant features of port logistics service supply chain information for interference suppression filtering. The purified port logistics service supply chain information is reconstructed by phase space reconstruction technology, and the reconstructed data is classified and identified by grid area reconstruction learning clustering classifier. The contract coordination management and automatic retrieval of port logistics service supply chain information are realized. The simulation results show that the automatic classification of port logistics service supply chain information contract coordination management is good, and the fuzzy clustering ability is strong, which improves the coordination management ability of port logistics service supply chain information contract. The remanufacturing industry plays a significant role to improve the utilization of resources and contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development. E-commerce channel (e-channel) has become an important retail channel. The multi-period closed-loop supply chain network of electronic channels (E-CLSCN) is studied. Moreover, this study considers the influence of consumers' preference for products and artificial intelligence push (AI-push) on network balance under the conditions of dynamic and static. The network consists of manufacturers, remanufacturers, and demand markets. Remanufacturers are responsible for collecting and remanufacturing. The multi-period E-CLSCN model is established through variational inequalities. The study finds that whether dynamic or static, consumers' preference for new products (NP) has positively correlated with the profits of manufacturers and the whole E-CLSCN. Consumers' preference for remanufacturer products (RP) has only positively correlated with the profits of remanufactures. In the aspect of AI-push, the manufacturers' AI-push has positively correlated with the profits of the entire players of E-CLSCN, while the remanufacturers' AI-push has only positively correlated with the profits of the remanufacturers. Also, considering the multi-period, the sensitivity of the demand markets for the investment of manufacturers' and remanufacturers' AI-push gradually reduces, and the marginal benefit of AI-push gradually decreases. Finally, this paper addresses interesting managerial insights from the perspective of government and enterprises. Under the dual objectives of environmental protection and economic interests of enterprises, this study provides a reference for governments and enterprises to develop relevant dynamic policies. Namely, the government formulates dynamic environmental protection measures, and enterprises formulate dynamic strategic plans and implement government policies.
