Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological factors affecting pathological complete response (pCR) of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 78 TNBC patients treated with NAC and surgery in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to September 2023. The patients were divided into pCR group (n=28) and non-pCR group (n=50) based on whether they had achieved pCR or not. Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the clinical and pathological factors affecting pCR. The pCR rate and incidence of adverse reactions after NAC between TP regimen (taxane+platinum) and TAC regimen (taxane+anthracycline+cyclophosphamide) were compared. Results The overall pCR rate was 35.9%. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of patients in tumor diameter, chemotherapy cycle, chemotherapy regimen, paclitaxel type, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) expression, Ki-67 expression, and androgen receptor (AR) positive expression (P＞0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that tumor diameter ≤ 3 cm was an independent favorable factor of pCR(OR=4.191, 95%CI: 1.246-14.094, P=0.021), and AR positive expression was an independent unfavorable factor of pCR (OR=0.124, 95%CI: 0.020-0.784, P=0.027). In addition, the pCR rate of the TP regimen was significantly better than that of the TAC regimen ［54.8%(17/31) vs 28.1%(9/32), χ2=4.636, P=0.031］, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion TP or TAC regimen and albumin bound paclitaxel in NAC for TNBC is beneficial for achieving pCR status, but the pCR rate of TP regimen is better than that of TAC regimen, and the incidence of adverse reactions is comparable. The pCR rate is higher for tumor diameter≤3 cm, while low expression of HER-2, Ki-67, or AR indicates a lower pCR rate. AR positive expression is an independent unfavorable factor of pCR.

以内蒙古油莎豆主要栽培品种（圣漠1号、中油莎1号、丰产1号和达旗1号）为材料，对4个不同品种油莎豆的基本营养成分、脂肪酸组成、VE含量和矿质元素含量进行测定，分析比较不同品种油莎豆的营养价值和品质差异。结果表明：4个不同品种油莎豆的基本营养成分存在差异，但均富含淀粉（21.15%～25.40%）、膳食纤维（20.15%～21.95%）、脂肪（23.35%～25.60%）和总糖（17.10%～17.95%），可作为提取淀粉、糖类和脂肪的优良原料；各品种油莎豆脂肪酸组成基本相同，以油酸（9.120 0～10.600 0 g/100 g）、亚油酸（0.051 8～1.515 0 g/100 g）和棕榈酸（0.037 8～1.995 0 g/100 g）为主，可作为生产油酸和优质食用油的原料；4个品种油莎豆均富含VE（4.39~559 mg/100 g），且均富含Ca(476～1 253 mg/kg)、Fe（142.5～216.5 mg/kg）、Zn（10.15～17.95 mg/kg）和Se（0053～0.072 mg/kg）。圣漠1号可以用来制作油莎豆面粉及其制品，中油莎1号适用于提取高品质的油莎豆油，达旗1号更适合提取高纯度的油酸，而丰产1号的各种营养物质比较均衡。 The basic nutrients, fatty acid composition, VE content and mineral elements contents of four cultivars of Cyperus esculentus were measured with main cultivars of Cyperus esculentus (Shengmo No.1, Zhongyousha No.1, Fengchan No.1 and Daqi No.1) in Inner Mongolia as materials to analyze and compare the differences in nutritional value and quality of different cultivars of Cyperus esculentus. The results showed that there were differences in the basic nutrients of four different varieties of Cyperus esculentus, but they were all rich in starch（21.15%-25.40%）, dietary fiber（20.15%-21.95%）, fat（23.35%-25.60%） and total sugar（17.10%-17.95%）, and could be used as raw materials for extracting starch, sugar and fat. The fatty acid composition of four varieties was basically the same, mainly oleic acid （9.120 0-10.600 0 g/100 g），linoleic acid（0.051 8-1.515 0 g/100 g）and palmitic acid（0.037 8-1.995 0 g/100 g）, which could be used as raw materials for the production of oleic acid and high-quality edible oil. Furthermore,they were rich in VE(4.39-5.59 mg/100 g), and calcium(476-1 253 mg/kg), iron（142.5-216.5 mg/kg）, zinc（10.15-17.95 mg/kg） and selenium（0053-0.072 mg/kg）. Shengmo No.1 could be used to make Cyperus esculentus flour and its products, Zhongyousha No.1 was suitable for extracting high quality Cyperus esculentus oil, Daqi No.1 was more suitable for extracting high purity oleic acid, and Fengchan No.1 had a relatively balanced variety of nutrients.

Two-dimensional (2D) layered bismuth (Bi) with a thickness-dependent direct bandgap (0–0.55 eV) has attracted ever-increasing research interest in electronics, energy storage and conversion devices. However, few-layer Bi nanosheets (NSs) are easily oxidized under ambient conditions. Searching for a convenient and low-cost strategy to produce high-quality few-layer NSs in large scale is of great importance to prompt its practical applications. Herein we report that the liquid-phase exfoliation method with acetone solvent is suitable for fabricating 2D thin and low-oxidized Bi NSs. Next, we assemble the produced Bi NSs into all-solid-state supercapacitors (ASSPs). The as-prepared devices exhibit a volumetric capacitance of 36.8 F cm−3, together with excellent volumetric energy and power densities. The volumetric capacity can be further enhanced up to 68.7 F cm−3 by compositing with CNTs. The maximum volumetric energy and power densities are 9.5 mW h cm−3 and 203.2 W cm−3, respectively. Moreover, we demonstrate that the Bi/CNT devices exhibit outstanding flexibility (79.0% retention of the initial capacitance at 180° bending) and superior cycling stability (82.2% retention of the initial capacitance after 20 000 cycles), demonstrating the great potential of Bi/CNTs for high-performance flexible ASSPs. Lithium-rich phosphides have recently attracted considerable attention due to their potential application as high-capacity and high-rate anodes for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). However, there is still short of the promising candidate thus far because of the poor electrical conductivity or huge volume change in the already known Li–P compounds. In this work, we report two novel Li–P states, Li5P2 and Li4P, stabilized under high pressures that are predicted to be quenchable down to ambient conditions by first-principles swarm structure calculations. The predicted P3m1 Li5P2 shows interesting features as a p-type semiconductor with an indirect band gap of 0.787 eV, possessing significant anisotropy properties in electrical transport, while R3¯m Li4P acts as a typical electride with metallic behavior at pressures of 0–82 GPa. More importantly, our calculations reveal that the theoretical capacities of Li5P2 and Li4P are predicted to reach 2164 and 3462 mA h g−1, respectively. Combined with the good electrical transport properties, the calculated volume expansion of Li5P2 (130%) is found to be much smaller than those of the previously reported Li–P compounds, indicating its potential as a high performance anode material for LIBs. Docetaxel (DTX) solution has some serious adverse side effects. A redox-responsive DTX prodrug synthesized in our laboratory was used to prepare DTX prodrug self-assembled nanoparticles (DSNPs) with the method of nanoprecipitation. This study aimed at optimizing the formulation to develop stable preparation for the delivery of DTX. Single-factor test was used to evaluate the effects of the preparation concentration of DTX prodrug, stirring speed, the types of stabilizers and temperature on the prescription process of DSNPs. The particle size and polydispersity index were selected as the evaluation indexes. The entrapment efficiency, drug-loading, size distribution and zeta potential were characterized by UPLC and Zetasizer, respectively. The stability and cellular behavior of DSNPs were investigated by Zetasizer, LC–MS/MS and confocal laser scanning microscope, respectively. The particle size, entrapment efficiency and drug-loading of DSNPs were 173.8 ± 1.4 nm, 98.8% ± 0.1%, and 47.8% ± 0.9%, respectively. DSNPs showed good stability during the storage of 30 days, and were taken into the cells in a time-dependent and concentration-dependent manner. The method of nanoprecipitation could be used to entrap DTX. The preparation method was simple, and the quality of DSNPs was stable and reliable. Through the optimization of the formulation, we obtained uniform and stable DSNPs, which could escape from lysosomes of tumor cells. The optimized formulations were stable for intravenous administration. This study could provide scientific support for the development of nano-drug delivery system of small anti-tumor drug. Currently, the exploration of energy conversion/storage devices for harsh environment applications with satisfying property is still a grand challenge. In the present work, the highly robust and flexible micro-supercapacitors (MSCs) based on (Ta, Ti, Nb)C nanowires (NWs) and activated carbon hybrid structures as the electrode materials are reported. Given to the inherent advantages of (Ta, Ti, Nb)C NWs, e.g. stable electrical conductivity and mechanical flexibility, and abundant porous structure stemed from cross-linked (Ta, Ti, Nb)C NWs and bamboo-based active carbon, the as-prepared (Ta, Ti, Nb)C/C-MSCs show high electrochemical performance, mechanical stability, and temperature tolerance over a wide temperature range. Remarkably, the as-constructed (Ta, Ti, Nb)C/C-MSCs can endure the sub-ambient temperature operation down to −50 °C with a capacitance retention of 82.7% and present capacitance retention up to 97.7% over one cycle of cooling and heating between −50 and 25 °C, compared with that at room temperature. Even under progressive variation in temperatures ranged between 25 and -50 °C, the capacitance retention keeps up to 92.6% over 9000 cycles, representing their promising to be serviced as highly robust MSCs against harsh low-temperature conditions for energy storage. • Medium-entropy carbide (Ta, Ti, Nb)C NWs are synthesized via carbothermal method. • (Ta, Ti, Nb)C/C-MSCs present excellent flexibility and superior cycling stability. • (Ta, Ti, Nb)C/C-MSCs show stable stored energy performance under low-temperature.
