Backgrounds and Objectives: The impact of metabolic syndrome (MetS)/hyperglycemia on the clinical outcomes of ischemic stroke treated with intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) remains controversial. This study aimed to determine the risks conferred by MetS and hyperglycemia to clinical outcomes in acute ischemic stroke patients treated with IVT. Method: Three hundred forty-three ischemic stroke patients treated with IVT were prospective recruited and stratified into four groups: neither, MetS only, hyperglycemia only, or both. The primary outcome was the 3-month poor functional outcome (PFO) which was defined as a 3-month modified Rankin Score (mRS) score ≧3. The secondary outcome included the hemorrhagic transformation (HT) and symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) after IVT. Results: MetS was recognized in 197 (57.43%) patients. During the first 24 h after IVT, 44 (12.83%) patients had HT, of which 17 had sICH. Three-month PFO was found in 98 (28.57%) patients. After adjustment for potential confounders, MetS (odds ratio (OR) = 3.140, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 1.724–5.718) was independently associated with PFO. However, neither MetS nor its components were associated with 24-h HT or sICH. In the further subgroup analysis, we used the "neither" group as reference and found that the presence of both MetS and hyperglycemia (OR = 3.192, 95% CI = 1.338–7.615) and the presence of hyperglycemia only (OR = 2.097, 95% CI = 1.052–4.179) were significantly related to the 3-month PFO. Conclusion: MetS is an independent risk factor on 3-month PFO in acute ischemic stroke patients treated with IVT. Early neurological deterioration (END), observed in the acute phase of small subcortical infarct treated with intravenous thrombolysis (IVT), is not uncommon in these patients. However, in over half of the END cases, the exact cause is yet incompletely understood, which is so-called unexplained END (unEND). Our aim was to investigate the association of early blood pressure (BP) changes with unEND in patients with small subcortical infarct in the perforator territory of middle cerebral artery treated with IVT. Consecutive patients with acute small subcortical infarct treated with IVT were enrolled in this study. unEND was defined as≧2-point increase of NIHSS from baseline to 24 hours, without straightforward causes. BP excursions and BP variability were calculated and compared between patients with unNED and those without. A total of 168 patients with acute small subcortical infarct were included. Of them, there were 29 patients with unEND and 139 without END. During the first 24 hours following IVT, 66 (39.29%) patients had at least one BP excursion. Logistic regression analyses indicated that BP excursion presence (OR = 3.185, 95% CI: 1.238-8.198), SBP excursion presence (OR = 3.535, 95% CI: 1.366-9.143), and number of SBP excursion (OR = 1.466, 95% CI: 1.090-1.973) were independently associated with unEND. Although SBPSD (P < .001) and SBPCV (P < .001) were higher in patients with unEND than those without END, none of the parameters of BP variability predicted unEND in multivariate analyses. It is generally known that acute minor stroke and transient ischemic attack (TIA) seem to be benign. However, their occurrence in patients with steno-occlusive arterial disease may result in early neurological deterioration (END). We aimed to elucidate the effect of blood pressure variability (BPV) on the development of END. Consecutive acute minor stroke and TIA patients within 24 hours of onset were prospectively recruited from the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University between Aug 2015 and Feb 2019. END was defined as an NIHSS score increased ≥1 during the first 72 hours compared with the initial NIHSS score. During this period, the mean, maximum (max), the difference between the maximum and minimum (max-min), the SD, and coefficient of variation of BP (BPCV ) were calculated. Of the 160 total patients enrolled in the study (mean age, 68.01 ± 9.33 years; 50.6% female), 52 (32.5%) patients occurred END during the first 72h after admission. To express the BPV as a categorical variable, we classified the subjects into one of four groups, representing four quartiles of BPV. In the multivariable analyses, the lowest quartiles were considered as reference groups. The results showed that patients who fell in the fourth quartile (SBPmax-min :OR = 3.289, 95% CI 1.147-9.430; SBPSD :OR = 3.313, 95% CI 1.041-10.547; SBPCV :OR = 3.425, 95% CI 1.164-10.077; DBPSD :OR = 3.124, 95% CI 1.065-9.158) had a significantly higher risk of END after adjusting the variables (age, female, diabetes mellitus, atrial fibrillation, and CRP with P values <.1 in univariate analyses). Endothelial cell injury in vascular arterial walls is a hallmark of atherosclerosis. Pterostilbene (Pts) has been shown to have an anti-oxidative and anti-apoptotic effect in numerous diseases via regulation of intracellular metabolism. The purpose of this study was to investigate the protective effect and possible mechanism of Pts against endothelial cell apoptosis in an atherosclerotic rat model. An atherosclerotic rat model was established using a high-fat, high glucose and high cholesterol diet. The effects of Pts on apoptosis and oxidative stress injury were measured using atherosclerotic lesion analysis, western blot analysis, hematoxylin and eosin straining, TUNEL assay and immunohistochemistry. In vivo results in an atherosclerosis rat model showed that Pts administration decreased the inflammatory response. Pts administration attenuated atherogenesis, reduced aortic plaque size, reduced macrophage infiltration, and suppressed oxidative stress and apoptosis of vascular arterial walls. In vitro assays using cultured human endothelial cells showed that Pts administration decreased hydrogen peroxide-induced cytotoxicity, oxidative stress injury and apoptosis via nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) activation in endothelial cells. Additionally, Pts administration increased the expression level of Nrf2 and 5′ adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK), and the phosphorylation level of AMPK and decreased signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) expression in these cells. Furthermore, knockdown of Nrf2 prevented Pts-decrease oxidative stress injury and apoptosis. In conclusion, these data suggest that Pts can protect endothelial cells in the vascular arterial walls against atherosclerosis-induced injury through regulation of the Nrf2-mediated AMPK/STAT3 pathway. Early neurological deterioration (END), happening in the acute phase of infarct, is not rare in patients with single small subcortical infarction (SSSI). The aim of this study was to investigate the lesion patterns of SSSI and its association with END as well as functional outcome at 90 days after onset. 227 patients with acute SSSI in the perforator territory of MCA were prospectively recruited from Yangzhou No.1 People's Hospital between May 2010 and Jan 2014 and divided into proximal SSSI (pSSSI) and distal SSSI (dSSSI) according to the lesion patterns. END was defined as a change in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score ≥2 points in the first 72 h after admission. Functional outcome at 90 days after onset was assessed using the modified Rankin Score (mRS) and dichotomized as good (0-2) and poor (≥3). Of them, 93 (40.97%) patients had pSSSI and 134 (59.03%) patients had dSSSI. Univariate analysis found that the risk factors profiles differ significantly between patients with pSSSI and those with dSSSI (P < 0.05). During hospitalization, 60 (26.43%) patients experienced END during the first 72 h after admission, and 46 (22.01%) patients had poor outcome at 90 days after onset. After adjusting for potential confounders, pSSSI pattern (OR 2.242, 95% CI 1.165-4.313, P = 0.016) was an independent predictor of END and that the END (OR 2.637, 95% CI 1.208-5.759, P = 0.015) independently predicted the poor outcome at 90 days after onset. Background Single small subcortical infarct ( SSSI) is generally considered to have a fair outcome. However, early neurological deterioration ( END), a relatively unfavorable clinical course occurring during the acute phase of infarction, is not uncommon. Aims The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between lesion patterns detected by diffusion-weighted imaging ( DWI) and the presence of END in patients with acute SSSI in the perforator territory of the middle cerebral artery ( MCA). Methods Three hundred twelve patients with acute SSSI in the perforator territory of MCA were prospectively recruited from Jinling Hospital between January 2010 and May 2013. Acute DWI lesion patterns were classified as proximal SSSI (p SSSI) or distal SSSI (d SSSI) patterns, according to the relationship between lesion location and the parent artery. Neurological deficits were evaluated using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale ( NIHSS) at admission and continued over the following 72 h 1-3 times a day. END was defined as an increase in NIHSS score ≥2 points during the first 72 h after admission. Results Of the total 312 patients, the p SSSI pattern was found in 139 (44·55%) patients and the dSSSI pattern in 173 (55·45%) patients. Statistical analysis suggested that the indicators for small-artery disease (hypertension and leukoaraiosis) and atherosclerosis (diabetes mellitus and cerebral atherosclerosis) significantly differed according to lesion patterns ( P < 0·05). During hospitalization, 88 (28·21%) patients experienced END. Univariate analysis revealed that female sex ( P = 0·004), pSSSI pattern ( P < 0·001), initial NIHSS ( P = 0·001), lesion diameter ( P = 0·005), ipsilateral large-artery stenosis ( P = 0·008), and concomitant intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis ( P = 0·021) were significantly associated with END. After adjusting for confounding factors, p SSSI pattern was an independent predictor of END ( OR 1·871, 95% CI 1·095-3·198, P = 0·022). In the further subgroup analysis of patients with different etiologies, pSSSI pattern was found to be independently associated with END in patients with large-artery atherosclerosis ( OR 3·593, 95% CI 1·268-11·057, P = 0·026) and in patients with small-artery disease ( OR 2·523, 95% CI 1·121-5·676, P = 0·025), but not in patients with cardioembolism ( OR 0·854, 95% CI 0·147-4·953, P = 0·861). Objectives Methods Results Interpretation A higher reperfusion grade after endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) is associated with a good prognosis. However, the effect of the number of retrievals has not yet been investigated in vertebrobasilar occlusion (VBAO). Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate whether to continue retrieval after early modified thrombolysis in cerebral infarction (mTICI) 2b to achieve a better reperfusion grade.We retrospectively analyzed the data of patients who underwent EVT caused by VBAO in a multicenter registry dataset. Patients who underwent successful reperfusion were included (mTICI 2b/3). Regression models were used to analyze the correlation of different reperfusion grades stratified by the number of retrieval attempts with clinical prognosis and hemorrhage transition.We included 432 patients: 34.5% (n = 149) had a final mTICI score of 2b and 65.5% (n = 283) had a final mTICI score of 3. Patients who obtained a mTICI of 3 after the first pass had significantly increased odds of having a good prognosis. As the number of passes increases, the chances of obtaining a good prognosis decreases. After three or more passes, the odds of achieving functional independence and favorable outcomes were comparable to those of the first mTICI 2b, regardless of the 90‐day (OR 1.132 95% CI 0.367–3.487 p = 0.829; OR 1.070 95% CI 0.375–3.047 p = 0.900) or 1‐year follow‐up (OR 1.217 95% CI 0.407–3.637 p = 0.725; OR 1.068 95% CI 0.359–3.173 p = 0.906).Within two retrieval attempts, mTICI 3 was better than the first retrieval to mTICI 2b. Background: Prior neuroimaging studies on vestibular migraine (VM) have extensively certified the functional and structural alterations in multiple brain regions and networks. However, few studies have assessed the cerebral blood flow (CBF) in VM patients using arterial spin labeling (ASL). The present study aimed to investigate CBF and functional connectivity (FC) alterations in VM patients during interictal periods. Methods: We evaluated 52 VM patients and 46 healthy controls (HC) who received resting-state pseudo-continuous ASL and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scanning. Comparisons of voxel-based CBF and seed-based FC were performed between the two groups. Brain regions showed significant group differences in CBF analyses were chosen as seeds in FC analyses. Additionally, the associations between abnormal imaging results and clinical features were explored. Results: Compared with HC, VM patients showed higher normalized CBF in the right precentral gyrus (PreCG), left postcentral gyrus (PostCG), left superior frontal gyrus and bilateral insular (p < 0.05, FDR corrected). Furthermore, VM patients exhibited increased FC between the right PreCG and areas of the left PostCG, left cuneus and right lingual gyrus (p < 0.05, FDR corrected). In addition, we observed decreased FC between the left insular and regions of the left thalamus and right anterior cingulate cortex, as well as increased FC between the left insular and right fusiform gyrus in VM patients (p < 0.05, FDR corrected). Moreover, these variations in brain perfusion and FC were significantly correlated with multiple clinical features including frequency of migraine symptoms, frequency of vestibular symptoms and disease duration of VM (all p < 0.05). Conclusions: Patients with VM during interictal period showed hyperperfusion and abnormal resting-state FC in brain regions potentially contributed to disrupted multi-sensory and autonomic processing, as well as impaired ocular motor control, pain modulation and emotional regulation. • No comprehensive studies have assessed sexual problems in Chinese Han epileptic women. • There were few case-control studies on the association between ERα gene polymorphism and female sexual function. • This study aimed to explore the correlations between sexual dysfunction, sex hormne and ER gene polymorphism in Chinese Han WWE. Women with epilepsy (WWE) have a high risk of sexual dysfunction (SD). We aimed to investigate the incidence of SD, the correlation between SD, sex hormone and estrogen receptor (ER) gene polymorphism in Chinese Han WWE. This cross-sectional study examined 112 married WWE in the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University who were taking antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) for ≥1 year, and 120 healthy controls without epilepsy, all of Chinese Han nationality. The age, menstruation, fertility of all the subjects and disease details of WWE were recorded. The Chinese version of female sexual function index (FSFI) was used to investigate the sexual function of the subjects. The chemiluminescence method was used for the detection of sex hormones, while polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to determine the ER gene polymorphism. The differences of the sexual function, sex hormone, ER genotype, and allele frequency were compared between the two groups. The correlation between SD, sex hormone and ER gene polymorphism was also analyzed. (1) A high rate (70.5%) of SD was detected in WWE. (2) The serum prolactin (PRL) level (P = 0.039) and the ratio of estradiol to progesterone (E2/P) (P＜0.001) in the WWE group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The allele frequencies of ERα-PvuII C (P = 0.001) and ERβ-AluI A (P = 0.001) in the WWE group were significantly higher than those in the control group. (3) Binary logistic regression analysis showed that serum testosterone level [odds ratio (OR) = 0.412, 95 % confidence interval (CI): 0.201–0.842, P = 0.015], and PvuII CC genotype [odds ratio (OR) = 6.074, 95 % confidence interval (CI): 1.257–29.352, P = 0.025] were independently correlated with SD. The incidence of SD in Chinese Han WWE is high. High serum testosterone levels may exert a protective effect on sexual function. Purpose Women with epilepsy (WWE) are believed to be at risk of sexual dysfunction (SD) and face many sexual challenges because of multiple factors. This study aimed to assess the factors associated with SD in Chinese Han WWE. Methods This cross-sectional study examined 112 married WWE in the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University with focal (FE) or generalized epilepsy (GE) on antiepileptic drugs (AEDs), and 120 healthy controls without epilepsy, all of Chinese Han nationality. Data collection tools included the Chinese version of Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), the Chinese version of Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the Chinese version of the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), the Chinese version of the revised Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8), and the Chinese version of the National Hospital Seizure Severity Scale (NHS3). Chi-square test, t -test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and binary logistic regression were used for statistical analysis. Results A high rate (70.5%) of SD was detected in WWE, with 24.2% in controls. Sexual dysfunction affected all dimensions: desire (85.7%), arousal (56.3%), lubrication (47.3%), orgasm (66.1%), satisfaction (58.9%), and pain (41.1%). Elevated rates of anxiety (40.2%) and depression (33%) and poor medication adherence (31.3%) were also found in WWE. Binary logistic regression found that poor economic status (odds ratio (OR) = 13.904, 95% confidence interval (CI): 2.025–95.472, P = 0.007 and OR = 6.350, 95% CI: 1.323–30.477, P = 0.021), anxiety (OR = 1.222, 95% CI: 1.055–1.415, P = 0.007), and poor medication adherence (OR = 0.297, 95% CI: 0.124–0.707, P = 0.006) were associated with SD. Conclusions The associated factors of SD in Chinese Han WWE are multifactorial. The WWE have higher levels of anxiety, poor family economic status, and poor medication adherence. Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) induced brain ischemia-reperfusion model in Mice is essential for understanding the pathology of stroke and investigating potential treatments, in which a variety of methods may be employed to block the middle cerebral artery (MCA), the most common being through the insertion of a monofilament; however, in vivo ischemia-reperfusion models are associated, particularly in mice, with high variability in lesion volume and high mortality. We aimed to optimise a mouse model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, addressing issues of mouse survival, model reproducibility, and consistency. The model was optimised in two ways: first, insert the monofilament directly through the internal carotid artery rather than through the external or common carotid artery, and second, by extending the length of the silicone coating on the monofilament, the length of the silicone coating enables embolization of the beginning of the middle cerebral artery, as well as the anterior cerebral artery and part of the posterior communicating artery. Results: We assessed various parameters, including blood flow changes in the middle cerebral artery, stability of the infarct area, correlation between infarct volume percentages and neurological deficit scores, mortality, weight changes, and wellbeing. We found that optimisation of the surgical procedure may improve mouse wellbeing and reduce mortality, through reduced weight loss and decrease the variability. In conclusion, we suggest that the optimisation of the model is superior for the study of both short and long-term outcomes of ischemic stroke. As the key point of function for aspirin to educe anti-platelet effects, cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) gene polymorphisms have long been suspected as a potential cause for aspirin nonresponsiveness. But this hypothesis has not been confirmed by large longitudinal studies. This study prospectively evaluated the impacts of COX-1 gene polymorphisms on stroke recurrence and other vascular events in a large cohort of Chinese patients with ischemic stroke and treated with aspirin. Between December 2009 and October 2012, consecutive patients with ischemic stroke and treated with aspirin were enrolled. Polymorphisms of four alleles (rs1330344, rs10306114, rs3842788 and rs5788) in COX-1 gene were determined at baseline. The primary endpoint was a composite of nonfatal ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction, and death from cardiovascular causes. Impacts of COX-1 gene polymorphisms on vascular outcomes were evaluated with multivariate analysis. A total of 859 patients were included in data analysis. The minor allele frequencies of rs1330344, rs10306114, rs3842788 and rs5788 were 38.53%, 0.12%, 6.64% and 5.53%, respectively. During 14.64 ± 7.44 months of follow-up, primary endpoint was observed in 67 (7.80%) patients. Incidence of primary endpoint was higher in patients with CC genotype of rs1330344 than in patients with CT or TT genotype (HR = 1.916, 95% CI: 1.126–3.260, P = 0.016). After being adjusted for potential confounding factors, rs1330344 CC genotype was still independently associated with incidence of primary endpoint (HR = 1.958, 95% CI: 1.151–3.332, P = 0.013). The impacts of other three tested polymorphisms on primary endpoint were unremarkable. In conclusion, in Chinese patients with ischemic stroke and treated with aspirin, CC genotype of rs1330344 may increase the risk of subsequent vascular events. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE There are some controversial results on the relationship between cerebral atherosclerosis and leukoaraiosis in the published papers, where cerebral atherosclerosis was often evaluated by ultrasonography, CTA or MRA. We analyzed data in which patients underwent both MRI and DSA to explore the above relationship in the aged people. METHODS Three hundred and thirty-three patients were enrolled in the study from the Nanjing Stroke Registry. They underwent both cerebral DSA and MRI. Age, sex, and vascular risk factors were collected. Atherosclerosis was scored from grade 0 to 4. Leukoaraiosis was scored from grade 0 to 3. RESULTS Cerebral artery stenosis was not correlated with the presence of leukoaraiosis. There were no correlations between the number of cerebral moderately or more severely stenotic arteries and the severity of leukoaraiosis in periventricular, deep, or whole white matter ( P = .747, .268, and .608, respectively). Old age (odds ratio = 1.103, P = .027) and hypertension (odds ratio = 2.748, P = .003) were correlated with leukoaraiosis in the periventricular white matter. Old age (odds ratio = 1.073, P = .031) and prior stroke (odds ratio = 2.678, P = .002) were correlated with leukoaraiosis in the deep white matter. Abstract: Background and purpose: S100B and its scavenger, soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products (sRAGE), participate in various acute and chronic brain disorders. However, their impact on hemorrhage-prone small vessel disease represented by cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) is unclear. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of CMBs with plasma S100B and sRAGE. Methods: A cohort of 147 consecutive patients with first-ever acute lacunar stroke was prospectively enrolled. We collected demographic, clinical, and laboratory data, including plasma levels of S100B and sRAGE, and presence and number of CMBs using susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI). Associations between plasma S100B, sRAGE levels and the presence, number, and location of CMBs were determined. Results: CMBs were present in 58 patients (39.5%). Each 1SD-increase in S100B and sRAGE levels was significantly associated with presence of CMBs (adjusted odds ratio [OR], 3.06; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.81–5.17 and adjusted OR, 0.29; 95% CI, 0.16–0.53; respectively) and number of CMBs (adjusted relative risk [RR], 4.07; 95% CI, 3.60–5.65 for S100B and RR 0.34; 95% CI, 0.25–0.46 for sRAGE). When stratified by location, plasma S100B and sRAGE levels were similarly associated with presence of deep CMBs (adjusted OR, 3.65; 95% CI, 1.99–6.69 and adjusted OR, 0.23; 95% CI, 0.12–0.46; respectively), but not with strictly lobar CMBs. Conclusions: Higher levels of S100B and lower levels of sRAGE are independently associated with presence and number of CMBs in patients with first-ever acute lacunar stroke, particularly in those with deep CMBs. Abstract: Background: Cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) are the important indicators of cerebral small vessel disease. However, it is still unclear whether endothelial dysfunction is involved in CMBs. In this study, we performed a prospective study to investigate the correlation between sE-selectin (soluble E-selectin) or adiponectin and the prevalence of CMBs. Methods: We recruited 133 consecutive patients with first-ever ischemic stroke for this study. Finally, 126 patients were analyzed. The number and presence of CMBs were detected and evaluated on susceptibility-weighted magnetic resonance imaging within two weeks after symptom onset. We assessed the serum levels of adiponectin and sE-selectin for patients. Results: CMBs were detected in 63 subjects (50%) within 126 patients and more prevalent in mixed brain regions (55.6%). In binary logistic regression analysis, each 1SD-increase in adiponectin level was significantly conversely associated with the prevalence of CMBs after adjusting for age, sex and cardiovascular risk factors (OR=0.55; 95% CI: 0.36–0.84); but sE-selectin was significantly positively associated with the prevalence of CMBs (OR=1.09; 95% CI: 1.02–1.15). Furthermore, partial correlation analyses showed that sE-selectin remained significantly associated with and correlated conversely to adiponectin (r=−0.452, p =0.001). Conclusions: Endothelial injury may play a role in the pathogenesis of CMBs, and serum levels of adiponectin and sE-selectin were closely related to CMBs. Background: In recent years, an increasing number of studies have proved that circulating miRNAs could be used for the early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and even play vital roles in the evaluation of therapeutic effects or prognosis. This study was conducted to examine the correlation between serum microRNAs and hyperlipidemia to provide a theoretical basis for the early screening and intervention of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (ASCVD). Methods: The serum samples and clinical data of 122 patients with hyperlipidemia and 168 healthy subjects were collected. Related clinical information was statistically analyzed for the two groups. Expression of circulating miRNAs was detected by miRNA microarray analysis and further verified by reverse transcription-quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). Results: Statistical analysis of clinical information revealed a significant difference in the incidence of ASCVD between the two groups. The MiRNA microarray analysis (n = 10) showed 22 miRNAs with significantly different expression, among which 12 showed upregulation, and the others showed downregulation. Those possessing obvious differences and stable expression in the miRNA microarray, including miRNA-191-3p, miRNA-933, and miRNA-425-3p, were chosen for further investigation using RT-qPCR. The results demonstrated that several miRNAs were related to lipid metabolism disorders, especially miRNA-933. The area under the curve (AUC) of miRNA-933 in distinguishing the hyperlipidemia and ASCVD patients was 0.739 (95% CI, 0.682–0.795; P < 0.01) and 0.703 (95% CI, 0.643–0.763, P < 0.01), respectively. Conclusions: In conclusion, miRNA-191-3p, miRNA-933, and miRNA-425-3p may be depressed in the peripheral circulation of patients with lipid metabolism disorders (mainly LDL).
